1: FAVE MOVIE AHHHHGGH I really like The Shining 😭 I have a jack torrance funko pop :33 but also One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest crushes my soul in a good way (i like watching old movies) BUT WHEN I WAS YOUNGER I RLLY LOVED SUICIDE SQUAD THAT WAS SUCH A SILLY TIME FOR ME (not a fan of jared's joker though sorry guys) margot robbie's harley quinn you will always be famous🫶🫶

tbh now that I think of it I have a lot of favourite movies and i'm a nerd for this kinda stuff which doesn't really help my case (has took BTEC media and is also going to do A-level film studies) ,,, FUCK,,, I'll just name some more favs!!!!!

Joker 2019, The Dark Knight, Birds Of Prey, Melanie Martinez K-12, American Psycho, The Crow, Girl Interrupted, MCR Life On The Murder Scene ((IF THAT EVEN COUNTS)), Pearl (I'M A STAAAAARRR!! D:), La La Land, Corpse Bride, Coraline and also Studio Ghibli films like Spirited Away and Howl's Moving Castle :D there are probably some i've missed but for everyone's sake i'll stop there

2: this will always be the most difficult question ever to me because I love all of them so much equally and they're all great fucking albums that mean the WORLD to me,, statistically it's The Black Parade which is the best and it's sososososo good 🤤🤤🤤 but ngl I'm a massive Conventional Weapons lover even if it's not technically an album . BURN BRIGHT SAVE US BURN BRIGHT WE SAY IN UNISON🔥🔥🔥 but ACTUALLY albumwise I'm stuck between Bullets and Three Cheers I LOVE CONCEPTY ALBUMS AND DEEP LYRICS SO MUCHJSJDJD AND THEN THE UNDERRATED OVERHATED DELECTABLE MASTERPIECE OF DANGER DAYS EXISTS TOO WITH THAT SILLY CONCEPT AND SHIT I'VE SAID THEM ALL.

these two songs are phenomenal, as is mitski's album "the land is inhospitable and so are we" i actually wrote a brief analysis on my love mine all mine as a love song and breakup song. the feeling it invokes in me is second to none, what a beautiful song.

i actually listen to this song to fall asleep, but i can assure you that i also cry every time i watch those videos on the internet with this song playing in the background. it perfectly encapsulates a feeling of hope and loss. beautifully done. minari was a phenomenal as a (real) movie lover, i love when movies have tracks like this that so clearly stand out from the soundtrack and score.

valorant (playing occasionally as i am not very good, but i have alot of skins so yipee)

overwatch (i have 1600 hours in the game unfortunately. addiction is real guys)

fall guys (just recently started playing with my friends again, idk why anyone wouldnt want to play this its free and fun. theres a hatsune miku skin in the game like CMON)

genshin impact (im actually really invested in fontaine's story, if i had multiple hours a day to game i would do all the story quests and things but again, im so b u s y. still farming for arataki itto, pls come home)

bloons td6 (i've somehow racked up 60 hours on this game...its so fun...i love it...)

lastly, my october hyperfixation was...

horror movies and true crime!! i watched over 100 hours of movies, video essays, podcasts, and documentaries relating to horror and true crime. i'm officially burnt out of it though, so i will be back next month to once again happily share my interests!! byeee

ok, best taylor swift albums for me. i think i'm ready to make this list.

reputation (2017) 🐍🐍I LOVE REPUTATION ERA, this makes this album number one for me

folklore (2020) BETTER SONGS AND BETTER LYRICS. would be number one if I no longer had emotional attachment to reputation.

red (taylor's version, 2021) i loved red before taylor's version, but after that, this album took another level.

speak now (2010) was confused between putting this one or evermore. speak now won by emotional attachment again. CAN'T WAIT FOR TAYLOR'S VERSION!!!!!!

evermore (2020) i cried with this and folklore more than you can imagine.

fearless (taylor's version, 2021) I LOVE THE TAYLOR VERSION OF THIS. her voice has such a great evolution.

1989 (2014) this album is what made me start liking taylor. that's why i love him.

lover (2019) unpopular opinion? but this is one of taylor's albums that i like least.

taylor swift (2006) i have heard some people say that this one has aged very badly. i don't think so, it's good for its time. taylor evolved a lot musically, so this is the one i listen to the least.

Folklore just came at the exact right time and because of that it will always mean so much to me. I think it’s her best album, honestly, even though Lover is my favorite for more personal reasons, I think she outdid herself with Folklore. She made magic that was all about her and not about her at all and all about the world, but still the perfect escape all at the same time and I think that is why we all connected with it so much. I’m so glad she decided to hold a kind of secret session with the whole world by making long pond! Oh no! This is me once again asking for you to reveal yourself so I can always reblog and like your edits!!!!! (Or I’ll just go look for that post that could out you khkdfjkj, no, but honestly, no pressure, I get feeling better on anon when talking to people, I get anxious, but know that you can always come talk to me <3) and about tagging... same haha, I just try to keep an eye out what other people tag and made a little note on my phone with the ones that seem to be popular True true true, I’m really excited, she seems to wear black a lot to the BRITs, so maybe that? I was tagged by @letsbealone-together and @halfahundredcats to share my favorite albums of 2019! Thank you so much!!! 💕 And I'm sorry I took forever but christmas happened lmao.

Anyway! I did try to limit myself to albums that came out/that I listened to this year. And I typed out a lil description for each of them and added a "my fave" section because I wanted to, so here goes, in no particular order:

• Bohemian Rhapsody Soundtrack - I know it's cheating because it includes a lot of Queen songs from different albums, but I don't care lmao. (My fave: Love Of My Life Live Rio 1985, I loveee crowds singing!)

• Poupées Russes, LEJ - This is French so I don't expect anyone to know it but it's amazing. It's three girls with only vocals and a cello, they write their own songs and their songwriting is insanely good. (My fave: La Marée, it's all metaphors but it's about the Paris attacks in November 2015, hmu if you want a translation/explanation)

• Lover, Taylor Swift - This is one of the only two albums I bought in physical copy this year! (My fave: Lover, but special mention to Miss Americana & The Heartbreak Prince)

• The Politician Soundtrack, Ben Platt mostly - I'm cheating again because this is an EP but it's INCREDIBLE okay. Give it a listen if you haven't already, it won't spoil anything from the show. (My fave: I literally cannot choose. All four songs are brilliant for different reasons.)

• Fine Line, Harry Styles - Front and center as it deserves. The second and last album I bought a physical copy of this year. (My fave: Fine Line is the best song of the album no doubt.)

• Golden Hour, Kacey Musgraves - I have to thank Harry for his musical endorsements, he always gives us amazing people to stan. (My fave: Rainbow)

• Wasteland, Baby!, Hozier - Look. Hozier is incredible. I don't make the rules. And we need to recognize his service to the fanfiction community. (My fave: Sunlight)

• LM5, Little Mix - Ngl I hate the title, but the album itself is great and full of amazing feminist messages. (My fave: Told You So)

• Walls, Louis Tomlinson - I KNOW it's not released yet. I KNOW. But let's be real we heard more than half the songs on it this year, so yeah, it shaped my year (Two of Us was my song of the year according to spotify and I don't even like it for god's sake.) Sorry not sorry. (My fave: Habit, and I promise it's not just because he mentions Princess Park but... he mentions Princess Park.)
