which isnt me trying to toot my own horn or anything, i just really have appreciated the encouragement over the past uh. year and a half? that everyone has given me? like theres been ups and downs, but i gained a lot of confidence and felt like trying new things and being more creative. so many of the silly things ive enjoyed doing to make you laugh have turned into very genuine moments of joy and tears. like i genuinely have appreciated everybody who's ever looked at my work and said something nice idk WHAT i would be doing without that. like idk where else i would ever have felt comfortable enough to turn something like "what if the turtles watched star trek" into "mikey comes out as genderfluid" without people being so fucking nice and willing to hear me out and let me be sincere.

i always feel like i havent actually done that much art, but then i look back and im like whoa. wait thats actually a lot. and comics? strips and otherwise? ive never done that before! it just happened cuz people started being kind about my ideas and now ive gotten so much better! ive mentioned this before, but like i hadnt done art in....years. we're talkin 5 year gap at least. not for lack of trying. but honestly i often feel very dejected about my abilities and compare my work to others often. feel too old to be as amateur as i am. but genuinely, its meant a lot to just spread joy about something i like regardless of how good or bad i ever think i am at it. truly theres just a level of sincere kindness to things i create now that idk if i ever would have found without how nice and open people are.

We don’t know much about the other two’s victims, so I’m just gonna add those two main bully girls of Muu, (Aa and Sayu are their names apparently). Since they were friends at one point, I could see Muu bringing one as a plus one and just paying for one of them being the ultimate lucky student.

For the plot I’d say everyone would come to the prison under different pretenses (like Muu’s gang would think it’s a super prestigious academy, Muu and her bf think it’s a couple’s retreat, Shidou and his wife think it’s a place to get treatment for her, etc.) Then Jackalope reveals the real purpose and traps them in the prison. I’d say a minimum of like three people would have to die per trial for there to be an acceptable amount of survivors.

Some plot things I think would happen, Mikoto probs would die first (just cuz he’s messy). Then after learning the rules Kotoko would murder one or two people she deems evil (maybe Yuno’s Sugar daddy and Amane’s mom or smth), cuz only the first death matters. Then I think she’d do that a couple trials, before someone fakes their death (probably Muu) and gets Kotoko executed. Also I think it’d be interesting if pretty early on Es would be revealed as the Mastermind, and the perspective would switch to Rei. I think for the third trial, like how in the og games there’s a double kill, there’d be a HUGE blood bath that like cuts down all of the just extra space characters.

do you outline: yes!! before I didn’t and it worked out fine for me, but lately as I want my fics to get longer and longer I have started to write a very vague outline of mostly scenes I want to happen in my fic in the order I feel they should happen.

1. What inspires your work most? (The show it is based on, the actor who portrays a certain character, maybe the character itself…? It could even be an experience.)

usually it’s stuff that i personally would like to explore more, i.e., a relationship dynamic, or a character’s personality outside of what a fandom strips them down to, which is usually one or two basic traits - and people aren’t like that. so my work is usually spiraled off of my love for characters, along with storyline ideas that fascinate me, which is... anything really lol

2. What is your favorite fandom to write for?

honestly i’d say the walking dead? which sounds biased i know gjkhgfdjh but for real, there’s a treasure trove of things to explore. and tbh, the fandom itself is SUPER interactive - idk if it’s because the crowd is older, but everybody is extremely willing to speak. my comment:hit ratio is the highest out of any other fics LOL

3. Which perspective do you prefer writing in? (First-person, third-person)

third, usually. First just feels... idk, amateur? for a fic, anyway. idk why but it just isn’t as good. i DO have a homestuck fic i was working on thats in second person tho gdfkjghdf 4. Do you prefer writing reader fics or OCs?

uhhh neither, but if i had to pick i’d probably go with ocs. ‘cause yknow, all characters are ocs in their own right, and it’s easier to meld an oc in than a reader who only possibly has a chance of connecting to the story.

5. Do you prefer writing longer works or one shots?

uhhh both? one-shots, i think, are good for breaking a writer’s block, or preventing one. i like not having to rush a longer fic, but there are some things that just don’t need it. & one-shots help at least me not get so burned out on a long fic that i write non-stop.

oh god yes absolutely.....

7. Do you enjoy getting random Asks?

GOD YEAH i swear i don’t bite & im not trying to be an asshole gkjdhfjk i’m very lonely so ppl sending asks really makes my day

extra characters sometimes come in from other fandoms, LOL. but mostly it’s just sort of, i have an oc and i pick a name that fits them and bam there they are 9. If your story(ies) have OCs, are their appearances based on real people or celebrities? If so, who?

not really. i’m pretty good at character design even if i’m not so good at putting it down gkdjfh so my ocs are usually all original
