Below the cut r/t descriptions of birth

This time on, I Didn't Know I Was Pregnant Ghoul Edition

Y/N, a young Sister of Sin at The Ministry began dating Nameless Ghoul Aether just after the end of The Pale Tour Named Death with Ghost in Spring 2020. It was a fun time at the Abbey. The Ghouls and the newly ascended Papa Emeritus the Fourth looking forward to a bit of relaxation before another tour would begin.

Aether in his Prequelle uniform returning home catches the eye of the young sister wearing her black habit and a bit of her hair peeking out from under her sibling issues veil. She smiles at him, the ghouls winking at her from the entryway as he helps the others gather their bags from the tour bus just outside.

Y/N: "I had just arrived at the Ministry right when the tour started and hadn't gotten the chance to meet any of the Ghost ghouls, or Papa for that matter, so I was excited when they'd returned home to sneak a peek. It was then I saw him and I felt my heart pounding away." (laughs)

Aether: "We were all exhausted. The tour was rough but great. It was the second half of the Prequelle album cycle, Copia had just become Papa, and while we were all a bit sad to leave the thrill of the rituals…we were more than happy to sleep in our own beds for a change. Mountain takes up so much space and Dew can be a pain in the ass when you are stuck with him on a bus for weeks on in. (laughs) That first day back I caught sight of her and I was blissfully doomed."

Not long after Aether's return. The two start to spend a lot of time together. Being unashamed to show their affections all over the Abbey grounds. Aether, even getting in trouble for skipping out on band practice.

Y/N: "It's actually kind of funny because Papa caught us in the sacristy together when Aeth was supposed to be at practice one day. We were caught with our pants down." (laughs)

Aether: "You know even Papa agreed with me some things in life need to take priority. After all, I made up my practice another time. (winks) I just truly could not get enough of her and honestly still can't." (laughs)

The couple continued their love affair for many weeks which turned into months. Y/N and Aether were becoming closer and closer as the time for him to leave on yet another tour cycle was growing near.

Aether is at practice playing with the rest of the ghouls in the main hall. Papa is instructing them to play when Y/N arrives to steal Aether away for an afternoon rendezvous. Flash to where Aether and Y/N are kissing and Y/N is hugging him with tears in her eyes knowing that he's going to be leaving soon.

Y/N: "I was devastated. I'm starting to fall into a depression and honestly I was not prioritizing anything other than spending time with him."

Y/N shown laying in bed and watching TV, sad that Aether will be leaving soon. Shot pans over to birth control pills in the bathroom that have not been opened.

A few days after the announcement that the tour was about to begin, Y/N realizes that she has skipped a couple doses of her birth control pills. She tells Aether and they both anxiously await for her period and then she seems to get it in time.

Aether: "I wasn't really worried about her being pregnant or not at the time. Honestly I love her so much…we could have a million babies. I wasn't even sure we could have them though and we were definitely concerned about the timing since I would be out on the road once again."

Y/N: "It was a relief to know that he wouldn't be upset if we had gotten pregnant, but when I got my period on time both of us were a little bit relieved knowing that we wouldn't have to worry about me trying to deal with a pregnancy on my own back here at the Abbey."

Y/N and Aether sitting down on the bed when Y/N tells that she has gotten what she believes to be her period.

Y/N continues to feel fatigued and has cravings for salty foods that she contributes to her period. However these symptoms continue to linger on long after the bleeding has subsided which makes them suspicious.

Y/N: "I was concerned that something else may be going on. I started to wonder if I was coming down with something else, but it never occurred to me after having what I thought was a period that I could still be pregnant."

Y/N continues to have cyclical bleeding, however it is irregular and light. She attributes this to the added stress from Aether's upcoming tour. Y/N also develops some slight nausea which seems to plague her throughout the day. She blames it on her disordered eating habits related to depression.

Y/N puts her hand over her mouth as Aether rubs her back and she begins to cry. The ghoul holds her close in his arms. Aether gets a sad smile on his face.

Aether: "I hated seeing her like that. I was half tempted to tell Papa he needed to find another ghoul…but I knew I had responsibilities to the band, to the Ministry so I came up with another plan." (laughs)

Y/N: "I had no idea what he was planning until one day he took me to Papa and Sister Imperator for an emergency meeting."

Aether requested a meeting to ask that they make an exception to allow Y/N to go on tour with them. While Sister Imperator was completely against the idea, Papa was all for it. Having a more the merrier attitude and openly welcoming Y/N on tour with the band.

Aether: "It was great. We went on tour and I got to spend all the time with Y/N I wanted. The bus life got a bit more tolerable. We would spend hours laughing and talking. Not to mention other things (wings) it was seriously one of the best times of my life but then things got interesting." (cringes)

One night on the bus, less than a year into Aether and Y/N relationship things take a turn.

Aether, Swiss, and Cirrus are hanging out on the small sofa across from the pull down table where Y/N and Cumulus were seated. The group was laughing, seeming to be enjoying their time together when Y/N begins to notice something is wrong and the look on her face says she's having immense pain.

Y/N: "I started to get the worst belly pain I had ever felt in my entire life. I thought maybe I needed to get sick. I wasn't sure so I went to stand up and then I started leaking everywhere."

Y/N started experiencing debilitating pain and upon standing she began leaking fluid from between her legs. A sight that stirred up the crowd.

Y/N is doubled over in pain. Cirrus is screaming for Mountain, who's driving the bus to pull over. Copia is passed out in the passenger's seat with his headphones in. Aether goes to Y/N's side and it becomes very obvious to them now what is happening.

Aether: "I knew immediately what was happening. I've seen it before but usually it doesn't take this long with ghouls kits. But as soon as I saw her water break, My tail stood straight up and I knew I had to get into gear."

"Ok Y/N, don't panic but I'm pretty sure you're in labor." -Aether

"Aeth what in heaven are you talking about? I can't be in labor, I'm not pregnant!-Y/N screams as she holds tight to her belly. The pains are clearly coming closer and closer together.

Mountain manages to pull the bus over, while the ghouls help Y/N to the bed as she is now unable to walk.

Aether: "Normally a ghoul pregnancy is about 3 months but a half ghoul kit was something a lot of us had no experience with and so everything was very scary. I had no idea what to expect. I was so afraid I was going to lose her." (sucks in his bottom lip, looks upset)

Aether is sitting beside Y/N who is laying on the bed. The ghoulettes, Cirrus and Cumulus have checked and sure enough the head of the half ghoul kit is visible in the birth canal.

Y/N is scared, crying and holding on to Aether tightly as the ghoulettes work to get ready to deliver the half ghoul kit. The are rushing around gathering towels as the ghouls watch in awe at their determination.

Y/N: "I honestly didn't even know that the two of us could procreate. Looking back on it I feel so stupid for not even knowing simple things like that or paying better attention. I could have been more prepared. Though I am so very thankful to the ghoulettes for all their help."

The ghoulettes get Y/N into position to deliver the kit. Papa walks in, after Mountain finally alerts him that there was an issue, and gets an eye full of the business end of Y/N and the ghoulettes trying to help deliver the baby.

"Well uh…oh..sweet Lucifer. I shouldn't be here."- Copia

"No, don't leave!"- Aether

Aether begs Papa Emeritus IV to stay as Y/N begins to push. Papa is cringing as he holds Aether's hand looking as if he may pass out. Aether is also holding Y/N's hand as she begins to push.

Copia: "I honestly did not understand why I needed to be there. I was happy for Aether and the sister, but I won't lie...I almost didn't make it." (nervously laughs)

-reenactment-

Cumulus looks up to Y/N as she puts her hands on the baby's head.

"Ok Y\N you're doing great! The kit is almost out."- Cumulus

"Oh sweet Satan, it hurts! Aeth I'm going to kill you for this."- Y/N

"Babe I'm so sorry." -Aether (panicking)

"Ok I think one more push ought to do it!"- Cumulus

Y/N buckles down squeezing Aether's hand hard as Cumulus and Cirrus help. Copia looks like he's about to descend to the floor. Swiss and Dew are pacing just outside the door and Y/N is crying uncontrollably.

Y/N delivers the unexpected half ghoul kit/human child in the back of the tour bus on Papa Emeritus IV's bed.

Y/N and Aether are swooning over the baby. Both looking absolutely exhausted but happy. The ghoulettes are smiling and laughing. Everyone, excited that the baby made it into the world ok. Dew is seen standing next to Copia and giving him a slap on the back.

"Good luck getting those stains out of your sheets."- Dewdrop (Sodo)

Baby Nimbus is born at what is considered full term for a Ghoul/Human pregnancy, weighing at 7lbs 11oz with no complications.

Y/N: "I was so happy she was born safely and that Aether and I are now a family."

Aether: "It went from being absolutely terrifying, to being one of the best moments of my entire life all within a few seconds. I only wish we would have known so he could have made Y/N less scared and upset during the labor. Thankfully Cumulus and Cirrus were amazing. Oh and Papa for holding my hand." (laughs nervously)

Copia: "You know I could not feel my fingers for 2 weeks after that, which was very unfortunate for a certain Sister of Sin...but I am glad everything worked out. Nimbus is adorable. Kinda makes me want one of my own." (Laughs nervously)

Y/N must have conceived around the same time she fell into depression over Aether leaving on tour.

Flashback to the scenes with Y/N in bed and not opening her birth control.

Y/N: "Looking back I should have known there was something weird going on, especially after I missed my pills. But I just never really thought it would happen. No one had ever told me that ghouls and humans could reproduce before. A very happy surprise." (smiled)

Aether: "Now that we know, we are extra careful if you catch my drift." (laughs)

Now baby Nimbus is 9 months old and doing well.

Aether is back for a short break from the Imperatour. Y/N and Aether are holding hands while the little one who has very light gray skin with slightly shorter tail and pointed tipped ears is playing with her tea set in the middle of the floor in the siblings common area. The baby is cooing and smiling as she plays with her toys.

Y/N: "I love them both so much and I'm so grateful to Lucifer for the blessings he has bestowed upon us."

Aeth: "I couldn't have asked for a better mother for my kits. We look forward to one day being able to give Nimbus a sibling. Hopefully while daddy isn't on tour." (laughs)

The ghoul and the sister are doing well now that they have settled back into domestic life. Aether will be heading out for the second half of the tour for the album cycle soon but he knows his love and his daughter are in good hands. So how could Y/N not have known she was pregnant.

Y/N: "I got my period, I didn't have much of a bump at all, and honestly I had no idea it was even really possible."

Copia: "Now we have it in the new sibling handbook that a pregnancy between a sibling and a ghoul is very possible. We will not be having anything like that happen again. I had to replace the entire mattress." (laughs nervously as he tries to fist bump the producer)

Aether: "I just love them so much and I wouldn't have had it any other way."

Episode ends on Aether and Y/N swinging baby Nimbus on the swing set In the churchyard as the other children of the Abbey play around them.

Max’s little pup is so tiny and adorable, the pup is resting against Max’s chest under his shirt. Max might not have known about the pup but his mama instincts kick in immediately. The whole pack goes quiet the moment they hear the little squeak. Seb gives them all a look to shut up as he tries to see if Max or the pup is hurt. The alpha Max had been seeing before (maybe they’ve broken up? Right person, wrong time?) immediately goes to the nest, not listening to Seb’s protests. He needs to see his pup and his omega. He needs to make sure they’re okay. The whole pack is shocked, they had no idea the two of them were sleeping around

Plss Max just being so sweet to the pup, following all his instincts as he gently noses the pup on his chest, the pup contentedly snuggled into momma and letting out a little squeak when Max kisses her head

Seb glaring at the pack before going closer to Max, gently checking him over as best he can and asking if he can see the pup a little better, while signalling the pack to get a doctor, just in case! Max purring up a little shyly at Seb at the praise he gives and everything is peaceful until Dan comes stumbling over in a panic, realising he is the sire and being so worried about Max and the pup!

Max tensing a little but instantly leaning into the touch when Dan strokes his cheek, and he let's Dan hold the pup which gives Seb a better chance to check them both over! Max is so exhausted and just wants to sleep but Seb can't let him yet, not until they know Max is healthy!

Max having a tiny daughter and just absolutely thriving! But it's HIS baby, he isnt ready to share her quite yet, doesn't really tell anyone for a few weeks while he gets to enjoy bonding with his little one! Who would be the first to know about her?

Plss Max being so proud of his baby girl! Sure she was a surprise and stayed hidden in his tummy for 9 months but she is here, she's healthy, and Max adores her. He isn't ready to share her yet, didn't even know he had been carrying her for 9 months so he feels like he deserves more time alone! He just spends the first weeks during break alone with his pretty girl and maybe announces her to friends and drivers (maybe even social media) with a pic during Christmas?

Ugh its so cute and adorable....let's make it angsty!

Logan giving birth but then bleeding a lot so gets whisked away to the med centre and then the hospital and poor Lewis is stood there just holding their daughter and having no idea what to do

Oh pls! There being such a panic because Logan is bleeding to much and the pack rushes him to the medic centre, telling Lewis to stay put and he is left all alone with his tiny surprise daughter in his arms...

Lewis trying his best to soothe the little one while panicking about Logan! He would only calm down when Logan is back and able to hold the little one while Lewis csn hold him!

Lewis being shuffled away by the omegas and he's just watching in shock as Logan starts pushing and then is bawling when the little pup starts crying and the omegas let him close again now that Logan is settled and Logan is slightly wary but then he sees how Lewis is sobbing and he holds out the pup for Lewis to hold

Plss the Omegas having Alpha Lewis move back so rhey have space to help a very stressed out Logan who is whining but doing so well!

Lewis is in shock ans barely even breathes until the cries of the little pup fill the air. Logan is much calmer now, holding tbe little one and nosing his little daughter and he is still shocked but she was the best surprise ever!

Logan letting Lewis come closer and letting him hold the pup and it feelsnright seeing him hold her, he knows Lewis will protect he always!

Logan and Lewis snuggling in a nest post Abu Dhabi and everyone is in the pack room and its a great vibe and everyone is happy and then Logan (whose been having stomach pain all day but it gets worse) starts whimpering and whining and Lewis noses at him in concern and then his waters break and all hell breaks loose!

The labour goes super quick so there's no chance of getting a medic and then Logan is holding a small pup with dark little tufts a d everyone is shocked

Oh plss Logan snoozing in Lewis's arms because he hasn't been feeling well and Lewis is trying to soothe him but the pain is only getting worse...

Logan's water breaking and he is so panicked, not even wanting Lewis to touch him cos he thinks the Alpha will somehow be mad. The Labour is going so fast (cos its been going in for ages lol) and the pack knows they will have to deliver this pup!

Max helping cos seb taught him all kinds of pack omega stuff before he retired and the other Omegas all help, not resting until a tiny pup is happily nosed into his surprised momma's chest!

Agahsh I've been re-reading the idkiwp tag and gosh the angst!!!

Logan figuring out he's pregnant after fooling around with Lewis after Texas but he feels like he can't mention anything because Lewis goes back to mostly ignoring him and he doesn't feel close enough to the rest of the grid to say anything so he just doesn't...

Oh plss Logan realising he is pregnant but not daring to tell anyone, not even Alex or Oscar? He feels so alone in the paddock, even Oscar found other friends and he is mostly ignored...

Lewis is nice to him and the sex is good but sometimes Logan thinks Lewis is embarassed ro be with him. He suffers though it alone even though he is so scared. He loves his pup though, that's foe sure!

Poor Logie all alone giving birth in the hospital? And the psck is confused because where is he? And someone finds baby clothes in Logan's room and they finally put the odd behaviour and everything together...

Pack omega being so surprised at Logan huddled away in the corner and then seeing the little tufts of dark hair and instantly knowing. They gently ask to just check Logan over before giving him little smooches and cuddles

Oh pls! Max finding Logan looking tired and pained, but alsocwith a soft smile on his face looking at the tiny human being laying on his chest

Max grntly asking to check Logan over to make sure he isnt hurt too badly, and also making sure a medic will come later. He also looks at the little pup but the baby is chonqy snd perfectly healthy, even huffing out a grumpy sound when Max moves him too much!

Okay but the Pack finding Lando as the nervous new Momma? Daniel is the sire to the new quiet pup (Oscar) with fluffy curls who’s happy and snoozing on Momma’s chest.

Plss it being pack omega/alpha Max who finds his friends huddled away and finds a tiny curly haired pup snoozing on Lando's chest. The pup is just calm and happy, squeaking a little already as Lando nuzzles him. He glares a little and fusses when Max grntly scoops him up to check him over, but ehen lando purrs because Max is telling him the pup is so cute and pretty Oscar settles a little more.

Max can see the pup is Dan's and maybe for some angst Dan is his mate? But he knows Dan helps Lando with his Heats normally!

Max curled up in a little corner not letting anyone get close to him. Maybe it’s after a race where he crashed and they’re worried he’s injured. Maybe he even skipped media and fled to the pack room when he noticed something was wrong. He’s curled up around this tiny little pup and he’s terrified of anyone spotting the pup. His scent is so distressed but he bares his teeth at anyone that looks his way. It’s only when another omega (maybe Seb) joins him in an attempt to soothe him does Max reveal the little pup. The pup lets out the cutest little squeak and it makes the pack room go silent.

(Bonus if the driver that crashed Max out is the dad)

Oh plss! The pack being so confused and worried because Max is hidden away in the corner of the pack room, whimpering and smelling so afraid, smelling hurt!

He isnt letting anyone close, hisses and bares his teeth at anyone even looking at him and in between gently noses his pup hidden under the blanket on his chest.

Maybe its in Japan and Seb is there so ofc the pack panics and gets him to help, and after some more hissing and whimpering, Max let's Seb closer and let's Seb,stroke his hair, before showing Seb the little pup nuzzled into his chest! The pup squeaking softly and the whole pack quiets down as they realise what is happening...

omg. what if we consider abo wolves crossed w the thing you reblogged just know of the pack finding an omega with a baby in the pack room and consider logan. but!! instead of pack room what if it’s in james office at williams and once james finds out he refuses to let anyone near, maybe even alex at first, bc he doesn’t know who to trust w his pup anymore.

Oh plss Logan feeling like shit so he instinctively goes to James's office cos James is safe and will protect him!

His stomach hurts so bad and he gets the urge to push and somehow his instincts help him but he is in a daze and so out of it!

Maybe he changes into wolf form after the pup is born cos he is in pain ans wants to hide! And pups automatically change as their momma does? And James finds the tiny cream wolf whimpering under his desk, curled around the tiniest little pup to keep it warm! James kneeling down to reach for them but Logan snarls a little and shuffles back, so afraid!

James getting Alex to watch Logan while he gets Lewis cos he is 90% sure Leeis must be the sire. Logan just staring at Alex with big eyes and growling a little more because he needs to be a good mommy and protect his baby!

For angst IDKIWP - Nico having a tipsy one night stand with Lewis after Lewis wins a race. It is such an awkward affair in the morning. There are way too many hurt feelings still and Lewis suggests that they forget that this ever happened. Nico gives up on evet reconciling with Lewis and quietly agrees, even though it breaks his heart.

They both move on with their lives - maybe Lewis starts dating George? Nico can't bring himself to hate George even if he is a little standoffish to poor Nico, out of loyalty to Lewis. And maybe Nico starts seeing Jenson?

He starts feeling sick and awful a few months after the one night stand and knows he is probably pregnant but refuses to take a test (if he doesn't confirm it he can still live in denial). He is absolutely terrified that Lewis will acchse him of falling pregnant deliberately and knows that the grid likes George and Lewis far more than they like him. He pulls back from everyone - his interviews with the drivers become short and cold and he breaks it off with Jenson who is completely blindsided and very hurt.

Nico then going into labour on a race day and not realising until it's too late? Whilst the grid isn't openly hostile to him, they aren't exactly welcoming - especially after his sudden break up with Jenson - meaning Nico doesn't feel like he can ask for help from anyone. Nico ends up hiding in a bathroom and giving birth to a tiny pup. He's so weak and knows the innocent pup needs help (maybe noone will help him but they should help his Baby!) He sends a text to Jenson with his location before finally passing out in a pool of blood.

It's chaos when Jenson finds him - momma and pup are sent off to hospital and Lewis, George and Jenson are in a state of shock in the waiting room. Nico's weird behavior suddenly makes sense - there is so much that needs to be discussed between the four when he wakes up!

Oh plss!

Lewis winning a race again and him and Nico end up in bed together, just like old times. The sex is good, Lewis remembers what the Omega likes, as Nico remembers what Lewis likes, but the morning after I'd horribly awkward.

Nico feels so vulnerable, getting dressed the moment he wakes up, and Lewis asks him to pretend it never happen3d which hurts so much... he doesnt love Lewis anymore but he thought he meant more to Lewis than this.

Nico getting his shit together with Jenson after that, which is great, but he gets morning sickness and other ailments and deep down he knows he is pregnant but he isnt ready to admit it. It makes him break it off with jenson very suddenly and jenson is so confused because he thought they were in a good place.

Nico feeling so alone and his bump barely shows so no one realises he is pregnant and he is too scared of rejection to ask for help. Then he goes into labor at a race snd tries to ask for help but no one hears him. He gives birth to his tiny pup all alone, so weak and scared after bur so in love with the tiny baby!

He asks for help them because they might not help him, but no one is not going to help a tiny helpless baby! He texts jsnson and jenson finds him barely conscious cradling his tiny baby, whining softly for help and henfeels awful he never noticed...

Jenson calling Lewis and George too and they all go to the hospital with Nico and stay with him and Nivo is so surprised when he wakes up! Jenson is stroking his hair and Lewis is holding his hand and George gently lifts the pup into Nico's arms!

idkwip but with val and nico (i'm so soft for bottberg)? since he's moomin shaped, the pregnancy wasn't very noticeable at all and val really had no clue and continued to drive. val gets shunted during a race and when his engineers desperately ask if he's ok, he can only gasp that he is, but his stomach really hurts.

At the medical centre, they cut his fireproof off and press on his tummy and are shocked when they feel a kick! Lewis arrives to check on Val and is shocked when he hears that he's in labour. Val begs him to stay because he doesn't want to do this alone and ofc Lewis agrees to stay. Val cries that he's probably hurt his baby without knowing and that he's going to lose the baby and the sire - but he won't admit who they are. he's convinced Nico only thought he was a fling and now he'll never want to see Val again since he's (in his eyes) killed their baby.

Lewis knows that the sire is most likely Nico because he knows Val and Nico have had an on and off relationship so he tdxts Nico to get here asap because Val needs him.

Nico has to sprint away from the press pen but he does arrive in time to see Val deliver the first of their little twins (maybe they have a boy and a girl). He's shocked but doesn't hesitate to rush over and hold Val's hand as he delivers the second baby. He kisses Val's sweaty brow and tells him he loves him and that this was a beautiful surprise.

(later when Nico is cuddled with Val who is nursing the babies, Nico wonders how his moominmama managed to hide two babies in his tummy)

Oh plss sweet moomin shaped Val sleeping eith Nico a few times and somehow he hides 2 babies in his soft tummy lol!

Poor Val hurting so much even though it was a minor shunt and he knows something is off. His engineers worriedly checking over him and realise what is going on, feeling a kick qnd instantly having Val send to the medics!

Lewis goes to check on Valtteri and is shocked to hear what is happening but he also knows the sire must be nico and calls him. Ofc Nico comes running and for a moment it seems he is about to faint when he comes into the room but Lewis slaps his cheek and makes him pull himself together!

Nico murmuring sweet nothings and telling Val he loves him and is so proud and how beautiful their son and daughter are! Val bring tired but a happy moomin momma holding his babies while Lewis quizzically stares at Val's tummy cos where did he keep them lmao?!

Idkiwp with Yuki? Omg it just be cussing the sire out the whole labor lol. Bonus if the sire is big so big baby. And Yuki at some point just stops cussing and makes the sire worry sky rocket. Eventually after a long painful labor having a big chonqy baby lol. "Thats where all the expensive food went!"
