Hey remember when Dry bones Anon made character concept for Koopa and Dry bones, (I didn't finish her sorry bonne-y) I made "requesting aid" dialogue for them + a few skins ideas.
Koopa interactions
Koopa and Elliot
"A pizza would taste really good right now."
"Your pizzas can heal people right? Can I have one?"
"I am going to help them, need a pizza."
"Thanks you."
"It heals well and taste even better!"
"No wonder the others wants pizza so often!"
"I feel better thanks to it."
Koopa and Dusekkar
"Oh no..its coming get ready with your magic!"
"Its coming, going to charge in, I need your magic!"
"Can I have some magic to help?"
"Thanks uh... never got your name." "Its Dusekkar."
"Better than a Magikoopa thats for sure."
(Spawn protection only) "Alright! COME AT ME!"
Builderman and Koopa
"I think I need a healing, can I have a dispenser?"
"A sentry will help is hold this position...was I too cold when asking?"
"That'll help, thanks."
"Thanks, feel safer already."
Dry bones interaction
Dry bones and Elliot
"I need a pizza here, just don't ask how I can eat it again, please." *pizza thrown* "I won't."
"Am hurt bad, I need a pizza please"
(after rebuilding itself, same dialogue for Builderman's dispenser) "it hurts....I need healing..."
"Feeling better, mercie Elliot."
"Pizza is so good, I feel alive!"
"*bone noises* (thanks I really needed that.)"
Dry bones cannot request magic from Dusekkar. It can't also be affected by it until it rebuilt itself.
Dry bones and Builderman
"A sentry might help here."
"I remember a few tactics, try placing a sentry here."
"A dispenser will help is here."
"We need a dispenser here."
"Thanks, that should help."
"*Bones noises* (Merci pour l'aide Builderman.)"
For skins:
Paper Mario characters:
Paper Mario for Shedlestky (is silent for request, eats a mushroom for chicken and swings a wooden hammer)
Kooper for Koopa (the dialogue box becomes white, changes dialogues)
Kammy Koopa for Dusekkar (same changes as Kooper)
Parakarry for Elliot (same changes as Kooper but changes the pizza to random Paper Mario healing items, also like every skin for Elliot, still has the special dialogue for 007n7, the spirit of hatred is Elliot)
(Parakarry's wing are broken and bandaged so he can't fly out, doesn't hurt anymore but risk making it worse in matches)
Koops for Koopa (same changes as usual)
The Koopa bro's (just Shedlestky's ninja skins but for Koopa)
Mainline characters:
Roy for Guest (changes dialogue and charge scream)
Kamek for Dusekkar (dialogue changes)
Skin that don't change the characters:
Mario cosplay for Noob (boo mushroom for the ghost burger, lost the idea for the other items)
Strikers for Dry bones (Super Mario Strikers Charged outfit)
*insert color names* for Koopa (multiple skins with a different shell color, won't be expensive at all, like 50$)
Just Gold for Dry bones (Gold Dry bones from Mario kart tour)
Koopatrol for Guest (changes charge animation to an head first charge)
Phew that was a long one.
Are you two like. The same person. Or sharing a braincell.

It’s Nice To Have A Friend
Michelangelo X Reader
Summary: Taking people under your wing was your thing until four mutant brothers took you under theirs. It still didn’t stop you from taking one of them under your wing. Until you screwed that up from miscommunication and some harsh words. Can you fix this? How are you supposed to express emotions when you barely understand the situation? Is it too late to save what you broke? Can you save your friend?
A/N: For the ever-lovely @brightlotusmoon, here’s my drabble into Mikey, making his a round character in my own mind as well as on paper. I hope I did him justice, and you justice.
Word Count: +3,200
Warnings: Angst, panic attacks, self-loathing, fluff, abuse
Was living underground with four large mutant turtles weird? Sure.
If you wanted to call it that. To me, it was a family, as it was to them, brothers and a father. They had all welcomed me with curiosity and hesitancy as I showed immunity to mutagen, and retro- mutagen—both of which happened in Donnie’s lab after a mishap and me tripping over my own feet.
It freaked me out, to say the least. Again, the questioned seemed to be: what was wrong with me? Again I felt different, out of place, with no answer as to why. I loathed it.
To Donnie I was something to be studied, he tried to hide it and he did pretty well, but I caught the nuances. I wasn’t opposed to it too much, I wanted answers as well. But I wished that I was a bit more than an experiment.
To Leo, I was someone to protect. Whatever was different—wrong—about me he wanted to be kept safe from Shredder and the Kraang. Which I understood, but I also refused to fight, or even learn how. I could defend myself, but I refused to go on the offense, or hurt anyone, even if it was someone trying to hurt me. I knew this frustrated him, but he respected my choice of pacifism.
Raphael and I fought. A lot. Not physically, but verbally. He reminded me too much of my abusive older brother that I had finally gotten away from by moving to New York, and there was something about him that sparked anger in me. I found the confidence to snap back at him when he made offhand rude comments, to anyone. Most of the time Leo stepped in and reprimanded Raph before things could get too far. If the red brute didn’t back down, Splinter intervened.
Then there was Mikey. He was the only one who didn’t treat me differently because of who, what I was. Instead, we played Mario Kart until I got good enough to beat him, sometimes. I showed him my comic books and TV shows, and I watched him fall in love with them as I was. We spent nights reading fan theories, working on cosplay, and jamming to Taylor Swift.
It’s nice to have a friend.
.................................
And Mikey was the one I stood up for the most against Raph. As soon as I started to notice that Mikey was his favorite target, I got a bit more observant. Signs that I knew, because I had the same reactions around my own brother.
“You actually like that stuff? You’re so weird.” Raph muttered as we started to binge Doctor Who.
“Says the one who spends every minute of every day looking in a mirror, or working out.” I snapped back.
Raph scoffed and walked off as Mikey was silent beside me, looking down. I leaned against him as the show continued. Slowly he relaxed and we ended up, like always, tangled in blankets, passed out, as the show continued to play.
Raph seemed to back down after a while, now that I was always there to fight back against him. There was a solace around the Lair when the comments ceased to exist. Sometimes they were there, like teasing, or light-hearted jokes, but nothing that cut too deep. I made sure of that.
It was nice to be a friend.
....................................
After a few months, I felt safe enough to go back to my apartment every few nights, just to be in my own space, something that I desperately needed to stay sane. It was comforting, being back in my own small studio apartment on Cornelia. I could do what I wanted when I wanted. Play my own music, eat what and when I wanted to, wear what I wanted. I had no one to impress but me.
Mikey came over the first night that I was back in my apartment. He had a pizza and sodas for the two of us as he stood on my fire escape. I laughed to myself and let him in, going to grab paper towels.
We fell into our normal routine, nested in my bed, watching TV—this time it was season 14 of Supernatural—eating and curled up under blankets. Well, I was under blankets, Mikey radiated heat like a space heater. He finished most of the pizza while I nibbled on my one slice.
When the last episode ended, Mikey was shocked when I jumped up and threw the remote towards the TV. His reflexes were quick enough to snatch it before it did any damage, though he seemed to be in the same agitated state that I was in.
I growled. “They can’t just! It’s not fair! They! And he! And Sammy! And Jack! And UGH!” I paced.
“How is that supposed to be the end of the season!” Mikey exclaimed. “They can’t just do that!” “How is there supped to be only one more season to fix that!” I countered.
We both stared at the TV screen, in tense silence, settling down next to each other again.
“I need something to take my mind off of that,” I muttered, scrolling for another movie.
We ended up re-watching Miraculous Ladybug for like the fifteenth time. We both ended up liking the show, a weird mix of my love for cartoons and his love of anime. Nothing like a boy in a leather catsuit and a girl in polka-dotted spandex fighting an old man who loves butterflies and not his son to comfort the mind.
I rearranged my seventy-five pillows and nestled down next to the warm terrapin, allowing myself to get comfortable. Winter was setting into New York and I was about to really miserable with the oncoming cold weather. It was nice with Mikey though. I could always count on his warmth.
Letting the episodes play through, my eyes eventually became too heavy to reopen. My dreams were light and safe. They always were when I wasn’t sleeping alone. It was nice, for once, not to need melatonin, or not be up until four am, or not need my nightly counting routines to lull me to sleep.
It’s nice to have a friend.
.................................
Once a week Donnie and I worked on figuring out what was so different about me that I was immune. It was a slow-going process because I got tired or disinterested before we could make it too far, and every brother and Splinter was keen on not pushing me farther than I could manage.
“I’m a freak,” I muttered to Donnie one week, looking down at the floor.
“Take it from a huge talking turtle, you’re not a freak.” Donnie mused, a smile playing at his lips.
“Okay, but mutagen affected you: normal. Retro mutagen affects you: normal. Me, absolutely nothing. I’m a freak.” I laid back on the exam table, closing my eyes.
I heard his gentle laugh. I simply sighed.
“No one wants a freak, Don,” I muttered. “No one is gonna want me. I’ll always be weird.”
“That’s not true. You’re a wonderful person Y/n, anyone would be lucky to have you.”
“No one wants a freak,” I repeated, sighing. “No one can love a freak,”
He was quiet for a moment as if he were debating the notion.
“Maybe we’re all doomed then.” He decided.
I chuckled and shook my head, sitting up.
“Do you need me for anything else?” I rubbed my face and stretched.
“You should be alright for today, I’ll let you know if I find anything.”
“Thanks, Don.”
I almost ran into Mikey as I left the lab.
“Hey.” My face lit up. “You wanna watch somethin’? There’s a new series that I’ve been meaning to watch, or I could show you Rocky Horror Picture Show, that’s a classic.” I went through my mental checklist of things that I wanted him to watch, trying to settle on the best one.
“No thanks. I gotta patrol. Just came to say bye.” His voice was almost void of emotion.
“Oh.” My face fell. “Okay, be safe.” I frowned a bit but kept my emotions under wraps.
Watching him leave, I wandered into the main room, trying to solve the look on his face and his tone, feeling like I was missing something.
“That was pretty harsh there Y/n.” Raph leaned against the wall next to the lab.
“What?” I turned my attention to him. “What did I even do? What was all that?” I gestured weakly.
He scoffed and rolled his eyes.
“Mikey heard you.” He made air-quotes: “‘No one can love a freak’? Almost sounded like me.”
“I’m still not getting it?” I stood, anxiety clawing my insides. Had I hurt Mikey somehow?
“The kid is head over heels for you Y/n, and you just told him that you’d never love a freak.” Raph laid it out, his tone was cold and distant.
I froze, panic taking over my entire form. I didn’t think, I just did. I grabbed my jacket and slipped on my shoes. I ignored Raph’s questions, I ignored Donnie’s questions. I couldn’t ignore the hands that held me back though. I thought I heard Donnie explain through a muddled mind.
“I have to make this right,” Tears were slipping down my cheeks. “I didn’t mean that. I didn’t...” I could feel my breath hiking moving towards hyperventilation. “Mikey...” My voice was broken.
I was broken.
I had broken my friend.
My best friend.
Who loved me?
...he loved me back.
The revelation was mind shattering. Both my mind and heart laid shattered, the pieces oozing into the concrete floor, refusing to be put back together.
“I’ll go find him.” Raph decided.
“No!” I shouted. “He’s going to think you’re lying. That you’re dragging him along. I have to go. I have to make this right.” My voice was squeaky and pathetic, but it was the truth.
“She’s right. Go shadow her, but she has to be the one to do it.” Donnie rubbed my shoulders comfortingly as he spoke to Raph.
I stumbled out into the cold night, cursing the frigid air.
“Mikey!” I shouted hopelessly. “Mikey, please I need to talk to you! Please!” The tears that ran down my face threatened to freeze. I wiped them away in an attempt to keep warm.
I walked quickly down the route that I knew Mikey patrolled, keeping my eyes on the rooftops, muttering his name and wiping tears away until I couldn’t anymore.
I crumbled onto a nearby bench and buried my face in my hands, sobbing for my loss, my stupid mistake, for my Mikey.
“Y/n!”
It wasn’t the voice that I wanted, but my head shot up, in panic.
“We gotta go! Now!” Raph was right beside me in a matter of moments, lifting me into his arms and taking off, in a direction that held no meaning to me.
“Raph!” I complained.
“Mikey was caught by the Kraang. Leo’s trying to get in now, but...” He shook his head as he turned another block.
Fear froze my shattered heart. The words didn’t want to process.
“Hey, hey. Hold it together kid, he’s gonna be okay.” Raph soothed, sensing my despair.
“This is my fault.” I sobbed. “I did this.”
“Hey. No. This is not... good lord kid. This wasn’t you. I swear.” Raph’s voice was hard and commanding. It reminded me of Leo.
When he stopped on a random block, in front of a random building, a warehouse, he made the mistake of letting me go.
I hit the ground running into the building, right into the center of a vast floor, filled with Kraang, and... and Mikey. When his eyes flashed to mine I almost collapsed. He wasn’t dead. I could still tell him I was sorry. I could...
“Let him go,” I whispered, taking careful steps forward. “Please.”
There was a commotion behind me, and I didn’t even have to turn back to know that it was the other brothers, coming to our aid. My eyes didn’t leave Mikey’s. There was so much hurt and betrayal in them. And now I knew why.
I jumped when a blur of silver flashed by me and into the droid closest to Mikey, sending sparks flying, and the Kraang bot dropping to the ground.
“Man, these things are always creepy,” Raph muttered.
Then all hell broke loose. Both sides advanced, and I was caught in the crossfire. Something pulled me down to the floor, and I landed hard on my wrist. I watched as Mikey’s eyes widened in horror, his eyes fixed on something behind me.
I turned and saw a gun pointed at my head, one of the Kraang’s high tech ones.
A swipe of a katana and the Kraang was no more. Leo and I locked eyes; fear in mine and determination in his.
“Go! I’ll cover you!” He shouted, stealing a glance in his youngest brother’s direction.
I leaped to my feet and dashed through the carnage to get to my Mikey. I knelt beside him, trying to figure out his bonds, thanking someone that they were only rope.
“Just leave me.” Mikey bit out. It was like a slap to the face. “I’m nothing but I freak to you anyway.”
The depressing words weighed on my soul and my body until I was held in place by the weight of his words. I had to stop my task of untying him to fight the urge to not scream and cry. I rested my forehead on his shoulder, tears making their way down my face.
“I didn’t...” I choked out. “I was talking about me. I’m the freak. I’m unlovable. I’m unwanted.” I sobbed out. “I’m so unlovable.” I shook my head, wrapping my arms around myself, looking him in the eye. “There was never a day that I didn’t love you.”
Recognition crossed his face, as I sat back on my knees, my head bowed and shoulders hunched, as I finally let go of holding my hurt back, sobs shaking my frame softly as they left my lips in unintelligible self-loathing words. My arms desperately tried to hold all of me together, but no matter how tightly I wrapped them around me, I still fell apart.
Until warm familiar arms wrapped around me tightly did I feel whole again. These arms held me together when I couldn’t do it on my own. These arms and these hands picked up the shattered pieces of my heart and took the time to put them back together with care.
“Don’t leave me, please. Please. Please.” I choked out, wrapping my arms around him, my friend, my best friend, my lifeline, my Michelangelo, my Mikey. “I love you, please,”
I could feel his hand stroke my hair gently, as he pulled me into his lap, encasing me with warmth until I wasn’t shaking anymore. I waited and prepared for the worst. He wouldn’t want me. He wouldn’t love me. He couldn’t forgive me for this. I was unforgivable. Unlovable.
I sank into these thoughts until darkness consumed me.
This is what it was like to lose a friend.
..........................................
“Let her mind protect itself. She’ll come around when she can handle it all again.” The voice was muted and muddled, and made little sense.
“It’s been an hour Donnie,” A worried voice, much closer to me, argued back.
I wanted to tell the voice that I was okay. That I was here. He didn’t need to worry. I was fine. Mikey didn’t need to worry.
“Y/n!?” He called, urgent. “Can you hear me? Y/n!?”
“M’fine...” I mumbled, my eyelashes fluttering as I opened my eyes. Intense blue eyes stared back at me; tears mixed in.
“M’fine Mikey.” I curled up further into his arms.
“Don’t let her fall asleep she might have a concussion,” Donnie warned. I wanted to glare at him. I was fine. Peachy.
I still had my friend.
I hoped.
.....................................
I blinked a few times and struggled to sit up. Realizing what I was trying to accomplish, Mikey’s arms supported me, aiding me.
“You okay angelcakes?” His voice was gentle and worried still.
I nodded, ignoring my pounding headache. I looked up at him, afraid. What now? What was he going to say? What was I going to do if he sent me away? If he didn’t love me back?
“Are you really up this time?” He asked, hesitant.
I frowned and blinked a few more times, rubbing my eyes. I noticed that one of my hands was in a brace. I stared at it with curiosity.
“You hurt your wrist. Donnie doesn’t think it’s broken, but he’s not entirely sure.” He was almost sheepish to explain the fact.
I looked up at him, waiting for more. Tensed and prepared for the worst, praying and hoping for the best.
“Did you mean it?” He whispered, cupping my jaw with one of his hands. I leaned into the warmth. “Do you really love me? Freak and all?” His blue eyes were pleading with mine, begging the fact to be true.
“Since the first night that you stayed.” My voice was raspy and broken sounding from dehydration and being rubbed raw from my sobs, but it spoke the truth.
There was a moment of deliberation on his face before he pressed his lips to mine. I wasn’t shocked. I was relieved. I reached up and wrapped my arms around his neck, my fingers twisting into the tails of his bandana. He was gentle while kissing me as if he were afraid to break me, and part of me knew that he could. If he wanted to.
But he didn’t want to. He didn’t want to break me. Or leave me, or yell at me.
He wanted to kiss me and be near me. He wanted to love me. Like I wanted to love him. Freely, openly, courageously.
Pulling away sooner than I wanted, the turtle pressed a soft kiss to my forehead before his blue eyes enraptured mine.
“You’re not unlovable. And you’ve never been unwanted.” He whispered. “I want you. And God, Y/n, I love you.” There was a small smile on his face, my breaking dawn.
“Freak and all?” I murmured.
“Freak and all.” He chuckled.
It’s nice to have a love.
.......................................
Curled up on the couch on a late Friday night after Mikey’s patrol, I laid gentle kisses on his neck, half paying attention to the movie on. He smiled down at me and pulled me closer.
“I don’t see why you like these movies.” He scoffed.
“Reminds me of you, us,” I whispered. “He’s so keen on protecting her, he almost loses her. He’s part of another world that she gets thrown into, and walks in it willingly. She’s different though. She’s immune to their powers.” My eyes flickered to the screen. “‘I tell you I can read minds, and you want to know if there’s something wrong with you?’” I quoted.
He chuckled and rolled his eyes.
“You’re such a dork.” He pressed a kiss to my forehead.
“But I’m yours.” I grinned cheesily up at him.
“And I wouldn’t have it any other way.”
It’s nice to have a friend.

StorySwap Color - Dating... Start!!!
There are a number of dates that have to be done to finish True Pacifist. They can be done in any order.
Chara:
Once you get through Sakura town, Chara will call Swappy and apologize with Asriel’s help, and they’ll invite you over.
Swappy arrives at Chara’s house. They knock on the door. Asriel is the one to answer, and they let Swappy inside. He says Chara will come down soon. They can explore the downstair floor with some commentary and some trivia from Asriel. Once they attempt to go upstairs, Chara will come out in their date outfit… which is really just a sweater over a dress, shirt, and pants. They invite Swappy into their room for the hangout session.
Once they arrive at the room, Chara will allow Swappy to explore the room a bit. They’ll dodge most of Swappy’s questions about things in their room, especially references to the TTM crowd. Once they interact with Chara, it’s time for the (platonic) date!
(PLATONIC) DATING… START!!
… Or not. Chara just awkwardly stares at Swappy for a bit. Suddenly they say they have to check on something and run offscreen. Swappy can hear Chara and Asriel in the background, represented by the dialogue boxes appearing at the sides. Chara asks Asriel what the heck should they do on a hangout, and Asriel tells them to play a game, or “Just pretend they’re Frisk.” “But Asriel, they are Frisk.”, so then he tells them to wing it.
So Chara comes back on screen and asks Swappy if they want to play a game. Swappy agrees and subtly flirts, to Chara’s confusion. Chara attempts to shrug it off and asks them what game would they like to play.
First they play Alphysuki Double Kawaii Racing~!, a crappy reskin of Mario Kart Double Dash, and Chara gets obliterated by Swappy’s gaming skills. Chara insists that the game doesn’t work and what other game would they want to play. And that is, of course, Alphysuki Love Bash, a Mario Party clone. Swappy destroys them again.
Chara, not willing to accept defeat, challenges Swappy to ONE last game; Betris (Alphysuki doesn’t own every game in existence you know). Swappy, as expected, beats them. Chara is pissed, and Swappy flirts with them, this causes Chara to fluster and get progressively angrier about it, until Swappy has flirted enough to actually set them off. Chara takes out their knife, extremely angry, and shouts at them to stop for real.
Swappy stares at them silent, then Chara looks down at the knife, and they drop it. They admit that they don’t have any idea how to actually make friends, or even how to really do stuff with people not family. They appreciate Swappy’s… love? But they don’t appreciate it either, it confuses them. They just don’t understand their own feelings, but they do know that they aren’t into Swappy romantically.
Swappy bows in apology, they offer their hand and Chara is confused, to which Swappy says they can be friends. Chara is surprised, can they actually talk?! Swappy ignores that. Chara shakes their hand and agrees to a truce and slow friendship.
Chara apologizes for the awkwardness, but that they’re glad to have actually made a friend at last. Swappy tells them to not worry about it and leaves the house, continuing their adventure.
Undyne:
If you don’t say yes to hanging out with Undyne in Heatmoor, she’ll call you after Omega Florescent if Chara’s Date is over. Once you arrive, she invites you into her wonderfully AC’d home, and she makes you coffee since that’s all she has. After the awkward silence through preparing the coffee, and Swappy taking a sip, Undyne mentions how much she hates coffee despite it being the only thing she drinks, and they share a laugh.
Another awkward silence. Undyne gives in, and she gets to the point… She asks about Sans, As it turns out, she’s really suspicious of him and has been even before Swappy came. She’s seen him having mysterious talks with the Royal Guard, and the whole “moving to the Old Core” bit was so sudden, so she asks if Swappy knows anything at all. Swappy tells her a little bit of what they know, but decides not to tell her about how he tried to kill them. Undyne doesn’t seem satisfied with their answer, but accepts it anyway. The topic shifts to how she became a sheriff mail woman in the first place, which is conveniently interrupted by the call of duty.
Papyrus called her to deliver a new letter, which begrudgingly cuts the date short, Undyne probably gives them an instant coffee or something, and the two leave the house, leaving Swappy alone to explore.
Asgore:
After the Alphysuki fight, Asgore will call and invite Swappy over for tea. Of course you’ll accept because who wouldn’t want to spend time with good ol’ goat dad?
After reaching Asgore’s house, he invites them over to a small garden he quite nicely takes care of near his house. He makes some tea, and gives Swappy a cup. The awkward silence from Swappy makes Asgore think back to when Chara first came to the underground, they weren’t as fiery as they are now. They were actually quite shy, and a little cute. But, surprisingly somber…
He also explains about how he had to break a promise he had made with Sans (who he addresses as “an old friend”), since he was supposed to kill them quietly- but he couldn’t bring himself to, specially since they had become friends with Asriel. He also mentions about how Asriel doesn’t really have many friends aside from Chara and “those two”. He hopes that they can be good friends with Asriel one day, to which Swappy is like “hm mayb”. Eventually, Asgore has to head off, but he gives Swappy a pat on the head, and asks them to not touch the flowers, and that they can stay here for as much as they want.
Swappy of course leaves immediately after.
Alphys/Toriel:
After loading after Omega Florescent’s fight, Toriel will call Swappy at the entrance of the New Core. She tells them to come over to her lab, since she needs help with something.
Swappy arrives at the lab, where Alphys is panicking over what should she wear to some sort of date. When she spots Swappy, she gets even more nervous and a little awkward. Swappy assures her there’s no bad blood about the fight, much to her relief. Toriel asks Swappy if they could help out with Alphys’s mysterious date. Swappy agrees. Alphys shows Swappy three cosplay dresses she has, but Swappy chooses a different blatantly correct choice: A simple black dress with polka dots. After Alphys gets changed, the trio heads out to where all dating takes place: The dump.
Toriel questions Alphys on why she chose this place, because the dump is actually the worst. Alphys says it’s the place her and Undyne first met, so it’s special. While Toriel understands the sentiment, it’s still an ugly dump. So Toriel and Swappy starts looking for some decorations. Toriel finds a rather sizeable box to work as a table, and Swappy puts a crappy blanket over it to work as a table cloth. Since they still need a table decoration, Swappy picks any item out of their inventory. The best one to pick is Papyrus’ Winner Spaghetti, and the “worst” to pick, is Dog Residue.
Things are shaping up, now Alphys just needs some coaching. BUT, Undyne seems to be arriving earlier than intended. Toriel quickly hands Alphys an earpiece, and Swappy and her hide behind some trash. Undyne is marches in while Alphys is internally screaming, loudly yelling “Are you ready for our SUPER PERSONAL, ONE ON ONE D– I MEAN HANGOUT???” Alphys nods, and kneels by the table. Undyne comments on whatever table decoration Swappy chose, which Alphys always tries to defend… awkwardly.
DATING… START!!…?
Alphys is unsure what to do on the date, so Toriel pulls out her walkie talkie. She tells Swappy that she doesn’t know how to coach someone in a date, so Swappy should be the one to help Alphys. Swappy provides instructions that are really helpful, such as: kiss her, tell her she’s cute, marry her. Alphys is a flustered mess.
Despite everything, the date is going relatively okay, until the walkie talkie runs out of battery, which causes Alphys to grow even more panicked. Toriel lifts Swappy up to attempt to sign phrases to Alphys, but she doesn’t get what Swappy is trying to say and it just gets even more awkward.
Eventually, Undyne spots Swappy, and she’s confused. What are THEY doing here?! The pair comes out of hiding since they’ve been found out. Undyne asks about what the heck is going on, so Alphys admits that she wasn’t confident enough to go alone. She had disappeared for so long, and Undyne is so cool and everything. She wanted to do everything right. Undyne interrupts her spiel and is like “ALPHYS. I don’t care, I love you like you are. You’re hot– I MEAN YOU’RE MY BEST FRIEND!!”
Now a little embarrassed, Alphys cries a bit, and hugs Undyne. Undyne then sheepishly asks “Do you want to come to my place??? To be alone and stuff.” Alphys says yes, and the two leave the dump, leaving Swappy and Toriel alone again.
Toriel leads Swappy out of the dump, and tells them there’s one more thing she needs help with. Asriel has gone missing, and she hasn’t been able to find him anywhere. She asks them to look for him. He was last seen in the Forest. Once Swappy backtracks, they notice that a door sealed in Toriel’s lab is now open…

Dragon Quest XI S: Echoes of an Elusive Age - Definitive Edition (Switch, 2019) Richie: I LIEK THE DUBBLE ONES! The Last of Us x2 Divinity: Original Sin II x2 Play count: 16 off that list, that's also eight twentyfifths, which is roughly how much of my massive dick your mom can take. Cunzy: Now, we all know the issues with a crowd sourced list. It's dumb. It's like putting together a list of best fruit, or favourite socks. However, every now and then it's useful to pull the wang out to measure it against the communities' wang and see just how weird and misshapen our is (we share genital appendages) by comparison. Play count: 9! What an alternative darling I am! Richie: I mean they are great, and you know they will be, but you have to draw the line somewhere, So you have to choose and say, "Nah I wont play this", better the time sink you know, right? And you choose your reasons, you skim an article, and find the thing that is slightly wrong and then activate your inner drama queen to say "OMG that is not a game I want to play I cant believe they dont have Fred Durst doing the voice of the main character" or something equally nuts. And there is plenty of them on that list that I simply refuse to play for these reasons. And I guess that's fine? Time is finite, I cant go back ten years and play all of the PS3 games I never played? Can I? Cunzy: GUILTY CONFESSIONS, A.K.A those games you know are great but just never got around to: Mario Odyssey, LoZ (the whole franchise), Red Dead (series), Mass Effect (series), Persona (series), Divinity (series), Souls (series)... where do I hand my gamer card back? Richie: Also Overwatch... Do people actually play it, or is that there just because people fiddle with their genitalia to fund cosplay camgirls? Cunzy: Yes, watch me throat this widowmaker dildo on my stream now. Richie: So do we disagree with this list? Well, to be fucking honest I'm not going to research it myself, I'm not sure I have played much more than 50 games this year, as far as i can recall, I played a lot of Diablo 3 and Fallout/Skyrim... but yeah I'm sure the above is good... Actually fuck that, Games of the decade for me are... Every iteration of pokemon that came out in the last 10 years, X/Y, Sun/Moon, Black/White, Sword/Shield, Flaps/Scrotum. Skyrim SNOW VIKING DRAGON SHOUTING Animal Crossing, Shake the tree for Nook. Lego Everything, play, collect, repeat Hyperdimensions Neptunia. Ultra Japanese anthropomorphised consoles as Anime girls. Vert is best Waifu. Fallouts So many plus expansions, Chandler as a bad guy is special. Diablo 3, Clicky loot loot WoW Classic, because... FFXIII-2, Timetravel-bocolina Tomodatchi Life, Make your friends on the DS into miis, interact with them, cry alone at night Smash Bros. Repeatedly main Peach till she becomes top tier, yaay Jackbox games, All Gems, probably the best multiplayer gaming actually this decade. Doki Doki Literature Club, MO-NI-KA Batmanzes, grapple glide Southparkgames, play the stories you have watched and add a weak RPG element. Dragon Ages-s, Way better than mass effect Every Naruto game. Like lego, but with anime ninjas Barrel Scrape: the game, where you frantically look at your steam collection for the games you have most played, and check the dates of your 360 games to see if they fall into this category I played 18 games it seems? Cunzy: *gasps for air*, wipes synthetic jizz from Lollipop Chainsaw skirt. Ten years is a long time. Here's my top 18 games of the decade. Silent Hill Shattered Memories 2010 Silent Hill without the combat and all the more psychologically chilling because of it. Great setting, theme and story. One I regularly come back to and still brick myself. Endless Ocean 2 2010 Expanding on the first one in every way, shame there aren't more nature lovin' games in this ilk. Monster Hunter Tri 2010 The only one in the series to have kept my attention despite it being the 'wrong one' according to many in the MH community. Lost Planet 2 2010 Probably one of the games with the most comprehensive couch co-op mode and ridiculous bosses to team up against. Absolutely bonkers story, giant monsters and jetpacks. What more do you need? Dead Rising 2 2010 I wasn't too bothered with DR3 and DR4 despite absolutely loving the first game. They seem to have crossed the line between goofy but po-faced and just silly apocalypse zombie killing. DR2 arguably gives you a playground more memorable than Willamette and stays on the 'serious' side. Dead Space 2 2011 One of my favourite gaming franchises I think, excellently built world that is complemented by the tie in anime, comics and spin-off games. Resident Evil Revelations 2012 It was a good decade for Resident Evil with almost every game seeing multiple ports, re-releases and remasters. It's a close call between Resident Evil 2 and Revelations on the Nintendo 3DS for my favourite of the decade but this one really got it's biohazardous talons-with-eyes into us especially raid mode. Revelations 2 is fantastic co-op but the raid mode side of things isn't as fluid as the original Revelations. Criminally, aside from a brief VR foray into Resident Evil 7, we errr didn't play it. The Last Story 2012 Oh, I fell in love with this game and despite the small geography of Lazulis City it felt like a living city with many surprises tucked away. Great soundtrack to boot. Fire Emblem Awakening 2013 Another series that had a rock solid decade starting with Awakening then the rest of the 3DS trilogy, an excellent Warriors game and even Heroes wasn't too bad. Although Fire Emblem Three Houses is the superior game, it's the cast and the support system pioneered by Awakening that has this in my top 18. Tomb Raider 2013 Sometimes the context in which you play a game is as important as the game itself. A weekend in 2013 with fellow Tomb Raider fans blasting through this excellent and long awaited reboot is fondly remembered. Last of Us 2013 It's hard to put a finger on just one thing that makes this game phenomenal but there's not been much like it since. LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2013 There were some great LEGO games this decade from opposites LEGO Worlds and LEGO Dimensions to movie tie-ins and a strong series of games based on the Marvel and DC comics. The Marvel trilogy in particular was outstanding. Everyone's Gone to the Rapture 2015 With age, the more energetic games can leave me wheezing with exhaustion just thinking about playing them and EGttR is a perfect respite from the shootbang games. Honestly, I'd be keen to play more games just like this. The English countryside setting in particular made it extra special. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe 2017 Honestly, who actually puts Mario Kart on their top games list? Well thinking about it and looking at play records it's probably the perfect couch multiplayer game but with a real challenging depth to those looking to break records and get a hold of those elusive gold kart components. Splatoon 2 2017 Cheating slightly here by including Splatoon 2 and the Octo Expansion as one entry. I'm really not a huge fan of the central competitive gameplay of Splatoon, although I've put in the hours, but the single player side of things are a worthy first person puzzler(?) in their own right. Into the Breach 2018 When the options paralysis sets in, which is often, I just spin up Into the Breach. Three hours and a few runs later I'll question why I don't play this game even more often. Hundreds of hours in and still challenges to do, runs to try. Super Smash Brothers Ultimate 2018 Part game, part nerdy love letter to gaming, part video game museum. Pokemon Sword and Shield 2019 Okay as Richie pointed above any of the pokemon mainline series could have filled this slot but the last one makes most sense. Twas also a good decade for the spinoffs. I enjoyed Pokemon Conquest a huge deal, put an embarrassing amount of time into Quest as well as Picross, Rumble, Duel, Go and mystery dungeons. And there we have it, lists, we'll be back at some point in the future with more lists, perhaps with a list spanning the last 2 decades, to present you with our Game of the Century (spoilers, it's SSX Tricky). Also if anyone has a word to describe my above rant about the act of proactively dismissing something despite knowing it will be good to avoid committing to the time sink, please let me know. We live in a time of labels, there must be a word for this! Love and where do you even start with persona! Richie + Cunzy X

Adversaries Outline
Seeing as Adversaries is my first WIP novel that I actually plan on finishing and I’ve spent way longer than I needed to planning it all out, I figured it deserved its own Outline Post!
Keep in mind that while I may be posting rough chapters here, the finished work will be up on Tumblr but also Wattpad, Quotev and FictionPress so that everyone can have all the chapters in the same place without needing to scroll through the tags which may or may not be in order. I’ll post links to the finished chapters on those other platforms once they’re up.
Basic Concept:
A cis boy and a male NB from a different world are sent to Earth on missions for their governments. The boys are from rivalling nations and end up at the same university, where they must blend in as humans so they’re not found out. These boys end up in the same circle of friends and once they find out what the other actually is, they still find themselves drawn to each other.
Genre(s):
New Adult, Romance, Fantasy, Action-Adventure.
There’s more information under the cut!
Summary:
Kuzan is an NB from the country Hetraia (country name is subject to change) who was promised by Lu’then, his country’s leader, that he could have a shelter and consistent access to food if he completed a mission to Earth with his sister. His sister was unable to join him until recently because a health issue popped up, and when Kuzan learns that his sister was killed by one of Lu’then’s guards, he decides that he can’t be loyal to a man who promised his sister a warm bed and killed her instead, and does his best to actively expose Lu’then’s corruptness whenever he visits his home world, Myserres.
He meets a boy named Adrian, and it makes him stop for a second and question what Lu’then actually told him. He couldn’t have meant what he said, or he’d be here supporting Kuzan whenever he could, or at least finding a way to contact him. This only reinforces Kuzan’s belief that Lu’then never really cared about giving Kuzan a place to stay, as long as he could be useful.
Saeren is a cisgender Prince who’s older brother is destined to become the ruler of Thalian. His father sent him on the Earth mission to prove that even with his underdeveloped wing, he could still be useful to him in some way. Saeren seizes the opportunity to prove himself to his family, but when he meets a boy named Kayden, it makes him question everything that’s been parroted to him his entire life.
Saeren continues on his mission while Kuzan tried to find creative ways to avoid theirs, and along the way, they develop a close bond. They make friends along the way, and despite having lied their entire time on Earth to avoid their identities being revealed, Kuzan and Saeren decide to remain friends and perhaps become something more, if Saeren’s parents don’t mind too much.
Characters:
Protagonists:
Kuzan
- Absolute nerd who loves BOTW and Skyrim. Will chase away catcallers and beat them up if necessary. Slightly disrespectful towards authority bc of what Lu’then put him through, and doesn’t learn how to share his feelings until he sees a campus counsellor. Eventually he learns how to trust that others want what’s best for him, and is better off because of it. Has an emo-on-a-budget sorta aesthetic. All in all, a very soft boi.
Saeren
- Smol but tol. Loves books and theatre, and absolutely destroying Kuzan at Mario Kart (he hasn’t yet, but he will one day, just you wait). He can paint really realistically from practicing in secret. He will also chase away catcallers, but he has a strict moral code and violence is a big no-no. Overly compliant because of his emotionally abusive parents, and will agree to things he doesn’t want just because he doesn’t want conflict. By seeing a campus counsellor, he learns to advocate for himself, and eventually changes how he views conflict through many, many years of treatment and reconditioning, even after he goes back to Myserres. Loves bright colours and wears them all the time. Also a very soft boi. Soft boi with soft exterior.
Antagonists:
Lu’then AKA Lucian
- Manipulative dictator who sees no problem with telling blatant lies and spreading propaganda. He often works from behind the scenes and gets his second-in-command or henchmen to do his dirty work for him.
King Aarell
- Corrupt king of Thalian who is against blatant lying, but he frequently bends the truth or doesn’t reveal all of the information about things that happened. He’s very persuasive, a little too much tbh. He favourited Saeren’s other siblings because they didn’t have a disability, and could therefore contribute much more to a city that was built for people who can fly.
Protagonists’ Helpers:
Arzune (it’s a bit of a special reveal who she is so I’ll keep it quiet for now)
Krishna
- Flamboyant Indian character with a love of theatre who’s roommates with Kuzan when they’re freshmen. You’d think that he’d be the gay friend. But no. He’s the only straight one. He goes to the Improv Club, like Kuzan and Saeren, and becomes the close
Nnedi
- Kind-hearted Nigerian friend of Krishna’s who goes to some of the same clubs as Krishna and Kuzan. She’s often Saeren’s go-to to talk about problems when Kuzan isn’t around. She’s majoring in science, and joined a coding club for fun, which is how she meets the other characters.
Wapun
- Sassy Algonquin girl with a love of feminism, costuming, cosplay and fashion design. She also loves special effects/ gore makeup and convinced Kuzan and Saeren that she had a huge abscess on the side of her face and was just too stubborn to go to the Campus Health Centre. Being a lover of cosplay, she’s also extremely geeky, and meets most of the other helpers and protagonists because she’s in the same coding clubs.
Antagonist’s Helper’s
Lu’then’s Helpers
Second-in-Command (who has yet to be named)
- We love characters that havem’t been planned at all at the start of the first draft, don’t we?
2. Lu’then’s Henchmen (Who I’ll develop as I go along)
- And lastly, all of the people who work for Aarell and are absolutely terrified of him.
Please keep in mind that all the character names are subject to change at this point, but I’ll make sure to let you guys know if I change one! If anything confuses you guys later on, I’d be happy to answer some asks.

20/12/19 Accidental fish in Shibuya
Yesterday wasn't our finest day of the trip. We said goodbye to the lovely Steph and Phil (who drove us to Hirafu in the morning) and caught a bus over to New Chitose Airport. Checked in and had a nice time being given free samples in the food court- cake and cheesecake and steamed donut. We bought something that looked like a croquette and was labelled as cheese but turned out to be a fishcake yuck. Flew to Tokyo Narita and were surprisingly efficient getting out of the airport and on to a bus to the city centre. Had a fair walk from Tokyo station to the Wise Owl Hostel, and struggled a bit under the weight of our bags that we've happily avoided hauling around for two weeks.
The hostel (where we are staying until boxing day) is a good one, with a live owl in reception, a free drink in the bar downstairs every night, and pleasingly private upstairs bunks where we can talk to each other but are screened from everyone else.
By this time it was approaching 5pm and we had only had some toast and some accidental fish, so we head out to the neighbouring area of Ningyocho in search of food. We popped in to Suitengu shrine which was quiet and pleasant, we felt a little awkward not knowing any shrine etiquette but didn't get shouted at or thrown out so I guess it was all ok. We walked around for ages trying to decipher food menus - hardly any had English translations and those that did didn't have any prices. We settled on a café that had a menu handwritten in English but no prices, and tried in vain to match the Hiragana characters with the real menu. Joey ended up with stir fried vegetables and Sam with the smallest chicken wings ever. Not terrible, but not enough food given how hungry we were and way more expensive than we'd have liked. Most of the place was taken up with a very exuberant office party which was entertaining.
We left feeling still hungry and walked home a different way keeping our eyes peeled for takeaway pizza to top us up. No luck until a bar/restaurant just round the corner from the hostel where we smugly shared a tasty pizza. Were feeling well fed and happy until we asked for the bill and there was a hidden service charge that amounted to more than the actual pizza. Have made a mental note to check for charges everywhere we go from now on. Feeling grumpy and at odds with Tokyo, we sidled back to the hostel and hid from the world.
Today, Tokyo has redeemed itself! We've spent the day exploring Shibuya, Harajuku and Shinjuku, filling up on sights, Japanese culture and food.
First thing we took a Ginza line subway to Shibuya - we've bought a 72 hour pass that works on the main subway and metro lines, but not the JR or other privately owned lines. It's all a bit confusing. Luckily they say the station names in English and all the stops are numbered so navigating the lines isn't toooo difficult. The tricky bit is emerging from the right station exit and working out where on earth you want to be on the surface. Every subway station seems to be a maze of underground tunnels.
Luckily this time our platform was right by the Tokyu department store entrance, so we headed to the basement foodcourt in search of breakfast. We were disappointed by the lack of free samples promised to us by the guidebook, but found an enticing bakery and bought a huge warm sweet walnut bread. We found our way the surface and sat on the side of the street looking out over the Shibuya pedestrian scramble, the famous junction crisscrossed by up to several thousand people in each wave. We saw a fleet of Mario style go-karts go by on their Tokyo tour. Nearby we visited the statue of Hachiko, the faithful dog who waited every day for his master at Shibuya station, even nine years after the man's death. We had a little wander up Center-gai shopping street, and then over to the new and shiny Hikarie department store. We browsed the many floors of homewares and handbags up to an exhibition space on the top floor. This housed an unexpected display of puppets, as well as some slightly scary craft pop up stores. Back down in the basement, we were yet again denied any free tasters in the foodcourt.
Time was marching on so we hopped on a subway up to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government building west of Shinjuku. We visited the observation deck on the 45th floor and a volunteer guide showed us the sights. It was a clear sunny day so we had great views of the city, but unfortunately Mt Fuji was hiding in a wreath of cloud. The gift shop had our names in Japanese characters. Back down on the second floor we're pleased to see climbing and surfing are now Olympic sports but sad squash still isn't.
Walked back to Shinjuku. It's weird how much walking is in underground tunnels, we intended to walk at street level but kept somehow finding ourselves underground again. Had lunch at burger bar round the corner from the Robot Café, which has a cool looking evening show but way too expensive for us. We soaked up the bright lights and buzzing atmosphere of Shinjuku, visited a games arcade with a Star Wars game that had enough controls to be a spaceship, and checked 7 storey electronics stores for fitbit and camera accessories (with no luck).
Next we walked down to Meiji temple through a large quiet forested area, quite a contrast from the city beyond. We read some prayers on the prayer wall, watched someone important bang on a big drum, and browsed the amulets available for sale. The matrimonial bliss amulet was expensive so we'll just have to hope we find it anyway. You can buy "divine protection” available at three different levels, reminiscent of budget insurance deals.
Walking out of Meiji towards the south we reached Harajuku, an area known for youth fashion, cosplay, anime, clothing brands of varying expense and second hand shops. By this point it was dark and the avenues of trees at the side of the road were illuminated with zillions of Christmas lights. We visited Condomania (a speciality condom shop, of course), a very extravagant costume shop that was peppered with "no photos” signs, and a thrift shop selling battered old Levis for literally thousands of pounds.
At the train station on the way back to Shinjuku we were offered a free sample of some sort of biscuit/cake that was actually dried fish. We now appreciate the need to always carry some chocolate in case a post-accidental-fish-cleanse is needed. We went to the Hanazono shrine all lit up for the evening, and then wandered round some of the famous nightlife areas...
The Golden Gai is an area of hundred of tiny bars, mostly only big enough for 3 or four guests. Between the high service charges, the lack of English translations, and the intimidating well dressed men (likely Yakuza) hanging about, we kept ourselves outside and just enjoyed the ramshackle streets.
Kabuchiko is a somewhat seedy area, with bars having pictures of girls outside as if on a menu, and plenty of "love hotels” offering rooms to rent by the hour or the night.
Omoide Yokocho (aka piss alley from the days before they installed public toilets) was reminiscent of the Golden Gai with tiny establishments and crisscrossing alleyways, but here every bar was grilling skewers of chicken or fish to serve with their sake. It made for a smoky atmosphere bubbling with chatter and calls inviting tourists in to pay the no doubt huge charges. Another great place to wander round while staying safely outdoors.
We caught the subway back to Shibuya where we started the day, and queued up for seats at a conveyor-belt sushi bar called Uobei. We ordered bits and pieces off our respective ipads and it swooped up in front of us. Very exciting and there were even some veggie plates, although Joey had to scrape some cod roe off an udon dish. Sam was slurping up sashimi like a pro, and we finished the meal with tasty pineapple slices. Went to take a few more photos of the pedestrian scramble, then headed for home and a free sake in the hostel bar.
