Eravamo in treno e, come avevo deciso, stavo scrivendo da un po’. “Appena lasciamo #Bangkok, diretti ad #Ayutthaya, scelgo 10 immagini e inizio con il mio piccolo diario”. Mi ero detta. E l’ho pure fatto. Poi, mi sono distratta, me la sono risa a crepapelle con i vicino di treno, marito e moglie. Lui, che non ricordava di avere attaccata al mento una mascherina verde, ha pensato bene di indossarne anche una azzurra. Io e lei ci siamo guardate e, poi, in tre siamo esplosi a ridere. Che roba ‘sto Covid, che - ormai, meglio del calcio - rende tutti compagnoni. Dopo ho anche un po’ chiacchierato con Fil, che mi ha aiutato a riscrivere parole incredibili di posti pazzeschi. Ed è finita che il post s’è cancellato, risucchiato da IG. Ora, che sono già un po’ più a Nord, ho voglia di fare rapido rapido, di stare poco a scrivere e iniziare a scattare per il prossimo capitolo di questo viaggio. Velocemente, dico che - se nulla si fosse cancellato - nel mio post (originale) avrei raccontato del quartiere #Banglamphu, dell’ingresso al primo tempio della vita, proprio nel giorno del #Buddha. Avrei raccontato di Wat Bowonniwetwiharn Rachaworawiharn, degli spostamenti in battello da un quartiere all’altro, delle incredibili enormi giganti dorate meraviglie del Palazzo Reale, del tempio #wattraimit del Grande Buddha Dorato, dei rientri a casa di notte, tranquilli e del sentirsi a proprio agio sempre, dell’arrivo controsole a Wat Arun, del teatro di danze e maschere tradizionali, del museo d’arte contemporanea con entrata gratuita alla #BACC Biennale d’Arte di Bangkok, della casa centenaria ferma nel tempo insieme ai suoi padroni e ai suoi millemila rumori, dei profumi dei fiori votivi a decine di migliaia infilati a mano in coroncine deliziose al mercato dei fiori, dei cibi sempre buonissimi, della gentilezza e dei suoni delle parole che non spaventano mai. Avrei anche detto che - nelle foto - tutto proprio non ci stava. Che non ci stava quasi niente, tanto ogni cosa era grande, brillante, ricca, densa e intensa. Facciamo che va bene così.
