Hi Hi Hi :D I'm back with this weeks devlog!

This week I worked on sprites and some writing, unfortunately I was very busy this week irl so I wasn't able to finish the first month of Kioshi's route, but this week I will definitely be able to finish it ᕙ( •̀ ᗜ •́ )ᕗ

Here's a peek at what I did this week:

A little sneak peek at the script

I added the sprites for Erica and Kioshi's mom!

I also added a white border around all the sprites, I wanted it to look like they were stickers

That's all I did this week, I wish I could've gotten more done, but real life stuff got in the way (ㅠ﹏ㅠ), but next week I should be back on the grind and start working on the second month! >:)

Devlog #2

Hello! Hello! I bring you another weekly devlog :D

This week I worked on writing the beginning part of Kioshi's route and even coded some of it!

I basically left fasting to the wayside for a while bc I was getting so discouraged and was still binging every now and then. I resorted to eat around one meal and two snacks a day. I've recently started a new thing which is

Im hoping this will work. My next goal date is July 25th. I have a convention im going to and I plan on cosplaying there! One of the cosplays requires alot of skin being shown and I just don't wanna feel and look horrible and insecure.

Its only day 3/4 on this new "diet" and im v hungry but inspired to start trying to cook for myself and order out less! My gw for July 25th is below 140. Let's hope this in combination with fasting will be enough~

sometimes, i just think about temple of doom and what a good fucking movie it is.

like, i know there are people who think it’s the weakest addition to the original trilogy, but honestly, i’d argue it’s the best???? because there’s so much good stuff™ working together in that movie???????

like, indiana jones is supposed to be you know this kind of a lady killer. but, by the end of it, it isn’t indy’s love for willie scott that saves the day, or even willie scott’s love for indy that saves the day. no, it’s short round’s love for indy that saves the day. it’s him saying ‘i love you indy!’ as he jabs indy with the stick of fire. that’s what snaps indy out of the mind control.

and, like, indy’s mantra during the entire film is ‘fortune and glory kid, fortune and glory.’ but he ends the movie with neither????? all of what he was doing was for a poor village in india. he was giving them back their sankara stones, and freeing their kids. he’s not going to go down in any history books for this, because no ones going to care about this poor village when they write the history books. and they can’t pay him because i reiterate they’re poor. no, he did everything for the people.

just…. indiana jones and the temple of doom is my favorite of the original trilogy and no one can convince me other wise.
