i can try!
first, I recommend starting with the easy read version of toward transMad epistemologies: a working text. It's not an exact 1:1 and i have many gripes with the obfuscating/inaccuracy-making work of plain language. But it's a start! I'm also v open to feedback on it.
I'm also going to try my hand at simplifying + summarizing the excerpts I included in the other post, in the rough order that I list them there. below is my attempt. it will be imperfect but I hope it helps!
transMadness, redux:
transMadness isn't just, or most importantly, an identity per se. It's a way of thinking, knowing, and being in the world. I got the idea for transMadness, in part, from words like "neuroqueer" and "queercrip," portmanteaus that also gesture at the links between different forms of bodymind noncompliance. Both are interested in norm-transgression, and both don't hold with artificial boundaries between types (gender, sexual, disability, etc.) non-normativity.
What transMadness does with this knowledge is to embrace unruliness and borderlessness as important to how we know what we know. If psychiatry/the DSM establish authority by creating borders and categories for pathologizing us, transMadness embraces intellectual interdependence and ambiguity, as well as willful refusal of "sane" approaches to organizing the world.
transMadness is also an embrace of failure -- failure to comply, failure to "live up to" cis/sane standards, failure to work without friction -- as something generative, not negative. This is something we can bring into our research/relationships/pedagogy. We can embrace it as a feature of our community, and use it to navigate challenging situations where access needs conflict - for example, when bodily autonomy creates risk for multiple marginalized groups of people.
Another way that I look at transMadness is through xeno/neogender identity and community. For me, an orientation toward coinage/invention is a deeply transMad one, which takes psychiatric/medical authority over language and legitimacy and turns it on its head. Xenocommunities/self-dx oriented communities reclaim and transform hitherto violent language to suit their needs and possibly even serve collective liberation. The communities that form around identificatory self-determination are vital to keeping us alive and loved, and to transMad antipsych resistance. In the face of diagnostic practices that demand individual rehabilitation rather than social transformation, this is deeply necessary.

Magic tech.
Magic tech in music box. It is a relatively new thing only becoming a proper field of study after the witch wars.
With smaller magic tech adjacent things having existed.
The thing with magic tech is that is dose not required an affinity for magic to use
Most pre magic tech was simply the use of laquim for batteries of sorts and dolls. But dolls and automatons are their own can of worms
The earliest form of modern magic tech is probably magical “guns” that use carved and polished laquim plates to fire of its “shots.”
An interesting thing about the world is that they likely started useing clean energy (ie wind, solar, geo thermal and hydroelectric) before fossil fuels would be used. Simple because of how thier world conceives energy.
So magic was also used on trains
All of those things are thought of as being part of the Elemental theory of magic, so it’s likely that when there became higher demands for energy and electricity they went to those options earlier as to them that’s where energy comes from.
Solar was probably a later addition to thier energy harvest compared to wind and water, and thier ability to put lightning in a bottle
Electric plants must be swarmed with electricity spirits
But back to magic tech.
So magic tech produces a unique issue. That is the fact that magic normally needs organic material to be channeled. This is actually the same issue that arises with wands. Wands are made of wood, bone, shell or other things like that because it is difficult to move magic through inorganic material (with the exception of laquim and apparently copper, copper is a relatively good conductor of magic.)
So a good deal of magic tech uses organic material in it’s making
Another thing that allowed for magic tech to become widely available is for the invention and then innovation of spell tags
A lot of magic tec used magic circles and runes as “circuit boards” of sorts to enscribe certain commands.
Prior to the witch war magic circles where relatively rare and where difficult to get right. Even though there are many methods to make them.
Spell tags on the other hand created standardized and “cheep” magic
Laquim stones are used in a large deal of magic tech as they are good at storing magic. Usually they are used in polished forms.
Carved laquim is used as raw crystal have a tendency to grow…
Hence why it is called “growing crystals”
this growing crystal normally grows slowly if not in areas where it is exposed to a lot of magic on a regular basis.
the advent of chemestry it became easier to make chemicals that artificially could mimic the organic materials that magic likes to work with, and better metallurgy refined metals into forms that magic can travel though without causing issues.
I have a lot of work still remaining on how magic tech works, but this is a general outline that im satisfied with for now.

Part of the problem is that this doesn’t happen. Daycares are a prime example of this
There is a huge shortage of childcare in the US, and a big part of that is the rising faux minimum wage. A few years back with just a few classes in early childhood education you could make almost double the minimum wage at a daycare.
But now you can make more than double minimum wage working at Starbucks. It’s an easy choice for the younger crowd - more money for less responsibility? Awesome!
“Well daycare should pay people more!”
The majority of daycares are barely in the black. The only way to pay the workers more is to charge the parents more - in some areas of the US the average cost of daycare can exceed 60% of someone’s earnings. Thank god im not in one of those areas, but the daycare I use still costs more than my mortgage, car payment, and utilities, combined. And it’s one of the cheaper ones in the area.
And this isn’t to say people don’t deserve a living wage. But the near-singular focus to raise wages can actually hurt.
It’s ironic that most people who talk the most about raising minimum wage (to an artificially created number) are the ones who talk against big business. But going at it like this - wage first - actually helps big business. Big businesses are the only ones who can pay the wages demanded, which is another nail in a little business’s coffin - or sometimes even an unrelated sector’s coffin (eg daycare).
“So what? If you can’t pay your workers a living wage you shouldn’t be in business to begin with!”
But what constitutes a “living wage” varies widely. I’ve been across the country. People from red states don’t argue against a $15/hr minimum wage because they hate poor people (okay, some might), but because that’s far beyond a living wage. At the same time, $15/hr would be a joke on the east coast.
Anyway, back to the point, once all the mom and pops are gone, the smaller big businesses will start folding, because the biggest businesses can keep paying the artificial increases. They will keep paying and paying until there’s no competition (noticed any “big” businesses going bust lately? Have any of them noted a particularly fierce competitor?)
And when that’s done, do you think the biggest business is going to keep paying the incredibly high wage? No, because where else are you going to go?
Raising and raising wages, demanding higher and higher federal minimum wages- which don’t actually rectify living disparities - is the last prong we should be working on.
Higher taxes on corporations and the wealthy should be FIRST. Big businesses want you to focus on wages, because they know they can ride it out. Tax reform is harder.
And we need to make sure those taxes go to social safety nets - universal healthcare, universal childcare (which the US once had!), universal housing.
and speaking of healthcare, it’s the same. Talking about companies increasing wages is basically the same as saying companies should offer better healthcare. It would be nice if they would, but it would be even better if there was universal healthcare. Which a lot of people support….but then they mainly focus on wages.
Which….i mean, no one has probably read this far so I know I’m talking to myself… I get that wages are something we can directly affect - by refusing to work for this or that wage (if possible - that’s a privilege not many have) but it doesn’t, and will never, address the problem of poverty. It can’t.

UPS drivers making more money will help all workers make more money.
Labor united helps all labor. Rising wages is not zero sum.
Don't fall for 'divide and conquer' rhetoric from the Establishment. They fear the power and influence of worker solidarity.

BUT... ada 1 tiny little smiggle problem... i dont want to attract people that want me just bcs of my wealth. i get it kalau nak kemaskan kereta, or baju yg nampak high quality but my family dont mean that when they say to flaunt. they say flaunt FLAUNT. diorng suruh beli kereta BMW bcs thats how my brother get his wife. they want me to buy unnecessary cosmetics just to appear high standard. that is not me... this actually a very noticeable issue of me and my family. i have no joy in luxury. i am, quoting my mom, "jiwa kecil".
its not like aku x minat langsung... its just aku prefer to be enough rather than lebih. bagi aku "cukup" itu ultimate happiness in life. aku nak rumah besar, tapi x de la banglo istana. nak kereta selesa but not ones whre 50% of its cost comes from its brand. nak baju nak hoodie nak seluar berkualiti but not the goddamn pseudo-luxurious items that were sold to people who loves being walking adverts. i dont see the points of excessive consumptions in our daily life. yes i can afford it, but WHY should i? we are humans, we are not meant to find happiness through goods and services. it would be a neverending cycle. there will always be more expensive items to buy. the rat chase wont stop unless we stop chasing. there is no glory having the latest gadgets or having hundreds of shoes as a collection. just lived within our means. cukup makan, cukup sihat, cukup tidur, cukup selesa, apa lagi kita nak? peace is having enough. patch our greeds or they will stop us from being happy.
This topic also related to late stage capitalism but thats another rabbit hole i need to explain. all of this is just a made up demand, just to serve as a profit maker. i love using cloths as example for late stage capitalism bcs most people relate to it. cloths are meant to fulfilled a demand; covering our bodies from the nature. but then when everyone dah cloths, what next? what happened to cottons, dyes and machines for the cloths? they had to sell other things. so they did. for cloths, they reduce the quality (most products have this) and they also create new demands. the world starts to rot when statuses were sold in the market. cloths no longer to keep us warm but they are a statement, a status, a pride. when necessities no longer filled the wallet, wants became their cash cows. serious aku boleh talk about this for hours and it will only scratch sikit of what the world has become. the fall of community life, monies and inflations, artificial panics and urgency, and chasing infinite growth on finite resources.
