The Hidden Eros in Oral Care
Heart health is directly related to the quality of one’s oral hygiene.
Oral care and professional dental hygiene such as deep cleanings (especially as you get older) and brushing your tongue and the roof of your mouth daily favorably impact your heart health and the spiritual energetic emanation of your heart energy and body scent. That, coupled with pelvic circulation, the divine capacity to shake any fibroids and other toxic debris out of your own body, is also important to your quality of scent. Now your energy can flow better.
Increasing the health of our heart is important because it pumps and pulses our blood to other organs and provides our body with cleaner oxygen. Our heart is important for many less-than-obvious reasons as well. It is the only organ that supports us in radiating more peace, love and joy out into the world. So if you care about your heart, you must also care about your teeth and gum tissue, something I wish I would have learned when I was younger. But quality teeth and gum care are not about having perfect teeth as marketed in Western society, but about healthy teeth and gum tissues and thus healthy circulation of our heart energy.
Well-sourced meat (especially for more athletic people who *enjoy* meat) is okay as long as they regulate and stay aligned with healthy digestion which of course impacts quality of scent. If f you eat meat, you must be more meticulous with self-care which needs to stated and taught more I find.
I am a Scent Priestess among many other roles. Healthy scent/pheromones are part of my core values.
I believe as women, as female-bodies people, scent has to become one of our strongest senses and personal allies because of its ability to support us in drawing precise conclusions or making clear decisions through scent-tracking. How someone or something smells provides us with deeper intelligence and wisdom about a person or an environment, who and what is good for us and working in our favor.
Also, the quality of one’s health and the quality of one’s scent, are all inextricably linked to their quality of sex. If you love openhearted high-quality sex, if you love creativity and creative energy, creating new body and life narratives, meeting your goals and dreams, you must also adore self-care and spending time tending to your body, not putting yourself last. You must also embark on a journey of finding pleasure in opening up your lymphatic pathways and sweating regularly as well as touching and massaging aloe/oil/body butters into your whole body.
The ability to experience enthusiasm, ecstasy, natural bliss, instrinsic beauty, prophecy, and the like occur with more ease when you feel good, and smell good because your energy is unlocked and flowing. The flow of energy also keeps your signal for deliberate creation strong and available.
The quality of your flow of energy is the only thing that truly creates your reality.
The systems of oppression and repression we live in that de-magnetize and de-sacralize the feminine inhibit us from discovering real pleasure and erotic energy in most things we do, like in our oral care. Opening up your mouth wide and caring for your teeth and gum tissue, doing hip circles as you slow-brush your tongue, knowing how this care also contributes greatly to your confidence and sexual wellbeing, may start to feel delicious and even a bit erotic overtime to you with more tending, conscious opening like undressing slowly while soft gazing at your lover, and getting your mouth healthier, happier, or more sensitive to pleasure. If we want to cultivate the big chi needed to create the world we desire to see, we have to be willing to show up more creatively and erotically in nearly everything we do.
We have to become women again, Gods, dripping with big desire, even while brushing and flossing our teeth sometimes. We must become women, Goddesses who wear little to no chemicals, make high-quality oil tinctures by hand and beating heart, smelling like love, tasting like love, emanating more love and beauty into the electromagnetic field. This is how we create projects, art, or other dreams that have a heartbeat, where we don’t have to beg consumers to buy or purchase, but the work is so valuable and rooted that its own pulse will circulate it around in the world and into the global marketplace on our behalf.
Yes even inanimate objects, gestated properly, can carry a circulatory system. Mm. Amen.
—-
When you are ready to cross the threshold of waking up from the amnesia and egoic dream state you were groomed to live in, please know it is not all pleasure all the time which can lead to spiritual bypassing and hedonistic insatiable parasitic energy, like attracting a lover who doesn't really care about you and lowkey only really wants to fuck. None of this melody of love work is about getting stuck in pleasure because some of the transformative emotions are not pleasurable to experience.
The Feminine
The light is expanding which means that we too have to expand in order to hold more light. This is what awakening looks like. But a true awakening to light and wisdom in this dimension actually is a great descent into the human body--moving us out of head and down into our pussy, sex/creative energy center, and psyche on Earth which will bring up and out anything that is not true like vomiting in a ceremony, including the ugly, the uncomfortable, and the hard, which may likely bring heartbreak, pain, loss loneliness, etc. and reveal other blind spots and shadows one has been numbing or hiding from. But it will be also illuminate profound unmet layers of beauty because what's also true is that waking up is an ongoing internal work of resensitizing ourselves to experience real pleasure -from the subtlest, softest, benevolent, whispering touch of the wind to the firmest most passionate hand-full-of-pure-ass-grip under a moonlit sky and allow our range for pleasure to widen and expand on all levels like the universe, even in our oral health and oral...care. These are also ways the body naturally regenerates and create more meaningful experiences.
“Scent Priestess” is one of my favorite chapters in The Melody of Love series. 🫀🫀🫀

how much would arson’s future replacement be / how much do you have saved for said replacement?
I cant give you an exact number because I've had to dip into savings for other things (ink when hp doesn't send me mine in time, sudden dental bills, groceries for the folks, ect ect inflations a bitch) but I have the 'Laptop savings' and 'Escape From Alabama savings' which, are seperate but will interchange depending on whichever important thing comes first as soon as it Happens.
But I DO have savings, thanks to patreons and kofi donators that I owe my life to lkdghsklgdkhs. As long as no big emergency or huge medical thing happens again, I'll be fine as long as I stick to my monthly budget of what I allow myself to spend and take care of bills accordenly.
As for the replacement....I'm not sure? I would like something that's going to last for a long, long time which was the whole reason I got Arson in the first place.
It was marketed as a great gaming laptop with a great service life, but I guess 'service life' is much shorter in Dell's eyes than mine. The laptop I had BEFORE Arson lasted 9 years. 9 years. And I still used it when it had a busted screen, I just shrunk the digital display into the corner it was usuable on. Eventually that one didn't turn on oneday and thus Arson was bought.
I have some pics still:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
These pics are like 4-5 years old pretty much but I used to use ducttape to hold the old thing together. Used it until it literally wouldn't turn on no matter what anymore
....and I'll do the same thing with Arson if it comes down to it

crybaby me under the cut
i keep getting rejected from markets 😭 and it is so devastating every time! i just got waitlisted for a queer market i did last year - and i really thought i’d get in because i was SO successful last year. i sold more things than ever at that market last year and gained a lot of followers from it. markets are so important for me because they’re really the only way i’m able to grow and expand my reach (though every one who has ever boosted one of my posts on here has helped me do that, too, and i’m immensely, genuinely thankful!!!). so when i get rejected or on a waitlist i get so bummed out. and waitlisting pretty much means i’m rejected, because anyone who applied for a market isn’t going to back out.
it’s also really disheartening because there’s a reason i’m not selected and i think it’s bc my stuff is not good/original/ugly 😭 i wish i could do so much more with my stuff!!! i wish i had the funds to buy a 3d printer, or buy materials to actually cast rings and necklaces. i’m doing what i can and i do enjoy it and lots of times i am proud! but idk when i get rejected so often i think something is wrong with my jewelry :(
i think i’m gonna cry i’m so upset. i also really really rely on this for essential income bc living alone is extremely hard and i’m scraping by but hardly!! especially when i need new tires/dental work/etc. so i was really hoping i’d get into this one at the end of the month.
this isn’t supposed to be a pity fest i’m just RANTINGGG and i’m upset and i need to dump it somewhere where the immediate response it “aw don’t think that :(“ bc i am already there lol

I normally don't like to shill businesses but the customer service people have been very nice to me, and it's one of the only places i've found that doesn't upcharge out of country snacks tremendously [ontop of most places having to charge extreme shipping for import and what not] so if you like asian snacks and foods and stuff i highly recommend bokksu market
[you can get $10 off your first order with this link btw]
like straight up i got to try so much stuff from here and they package their stuff SUPER well so you can even get ramune and shit 😭a god send for my disabled ass cause the only nearby asian market closed down due to covid, and everywhere else is too far. Got to have stuff i haven't had since i was a kid too 😭
also apparently if their website is truthful they treat their employees really well?? they got dental coverage and shit... wild

Upcoming NFT Projects And Games
Non-Fungible Tokens are types of tokens in a blockchain that are not interchangeable meaning each one has unique value, coding, and metadata even if they look the same.
Despite seeing a downfall from mid-2021 onwards, the NFT market still exists, and developers and creators are still keen on producing new NFT projects and games.
List of Six Upcoming NFT Projects
Nilo: Represented by a cartoonish crocodile, the company provides smart dental care products like electronic toothbrushes that can connect to a smartphone app through Bluetooth to help in guided brushing and tracking daily brushing activities, which in turn give rewards in the form of NLT tokens (in-store currency) and NFTs too.
DeathApe: The first thing that comes to mind after reading this name is true; this NFT features an ape skull that is customizable from the hairstyle and clothing of other famous characters like Medusa, Ghost-Rider, etc.
List of Six Upcoming NFL Games
Foad: Made on ‘Unreal Engine 5™’ featuring a destructible map in which up to 40 players can play together. The main characters are all the explosive items we can think of, like Molotovs, Grenades, EMPs, and many more. Furthermore, they all feature eyes and mouths to portray them as liveable characters.
The Walking Dead Empire is a multiplayer action survival game based on the world-famous series ‘The Walking Dead’. The game revolves around crafting weapons and armor and safeguarding the safe house by upgrading the defenses. Players can craft NFT items with the help of ‘The NFT Crafting Station’ and sell those items to earn money.

Best Mouthguards for Different Ages: Protecting Smiles from Kids to Adults
In the world of sports and physical activities, it is crucial to prioritise dental protection. Mouthguards play a vital role in safeguarding our teeth and smiles from potential injuries. Different age groups, from kids to adults, require specific mouthguards to ensure optimal protection.
Choosing the right mouthguard is essential to provide maximum comfort and safety. This blog post will explore the best mouthguards in Melbourne suitable for different ages and highlight their features and benefits.
Mouthguards for Kids
When it comes to children, mouthguards are a must during sports activities. Kids are more prone to accidents and injuries due to their developing motor skills and lack of coordination. Parents should invest in high-quality mouthguards to protect their teeth from potential trauma.
There are two types of mouthguards available for kids: custom and boil-and-bite. Dental professionals individually make custom mouthguards and offer the best fit and protection. On the other hand, boil-and-bite mouthguards can be moulded at home by boiling them in water and then biting into them to achieve a personalised fit.
When selecting a mouthguard for kids, it is important to consider key features such as comfort, durability, and ease of cleaning. Look for mouthguards in Melbourne that are BPA-free and have good shock absorption properties.
Mouthguards for Teens
As children transition into their teenage years, the need for mouthguards remains crucial. Teenagers are often involved in more intense sports activities, increasing the risk of dental injuries. Additionally, teenagers with orthodontic appliances or braces require special mouthguards to protect their teeth and appliances.
Specialised mouthguards tailored to teenage athletes' needs are available in the market. These mouthguards offer extra protection and comfort, ensuring that teenagers can focus on their performance without worrying about dental injuries. Some top mouthguard brands suitable for teens include Under Armour Armour Fit Mouthguard, Shock Doctor Braces Mouthguard, and Venum Challenger Mouthguard.
It is essential to consult an orthodontist when selecting a mouthguard for teenagers with braces. They can guide the most suitable options and ensure proper fit and protection.
Mouthguards for Adults
Even as adults, dental protection should never be overlooked during sports and recreational activities. Adults can face potential dental issues such as chips, fractures, and tooth loss. A mouthguard can cushion and minimise the risk of such injuries.
Tumblr media
Various types of mouthguards are available for adults, depending on their specific needs. Custom-fit mouthguards, made by dental professionals, offer the highest protection and comfort. They are individually designed to fit the unique contours of an individual's mouth, offering superior fit and stability.
Night guards are another type of mouthguard suitable for adults. They are primarily used to prevent teeth grinding and clenching during sleep, which can lead to dental issues. Night guards are made from soft materials and offer comfort while protecting the teeth from grinding forces.
Some recommended adult mouthguards include Shock Doctor Pro Mouthguard, Venum Predator Mouthguard, and SISU Max 2.4 Mouthguard. These mouthguards are known for their durability, comfort, and excellent shock absorption properties.
Denture Wearers and Mouth Protection
Denture wearers face unique challenges regarding mouth protection during physical activities. Traditional mouthguards may not fit properly over top denture Melbourne, causing discomfort and potential damage to the dentures.
Specially designed denture-friendly mouthguards are available to address this issue. These mouthguards are constructed with a unique design that accommodates denture Melbourne comfortably while providing adequate protection to the natural teeth.
Denture-friendly mouthguards are made from flexible materials that adapt to the shape of dentures and natural teeth. They offer a secure fit, preventing movement or displacement during physical activities.
Conclusion
Dental protection through mouthguard usage is of utmost importance across different age groups. From kids to adults, mouthguards in Melbourne provide the necessary cushioning and shock absorption to prevent dental injuries. By choosing the right mouthguard, individuals can ensure maximum comfort and protection. Whether it's for kids, teens, adults, or denture wearers, numerous options in the market cater to specific needs and preferences. Prioritising dental protection through mouthguard usage is a simple yet effective way to safeguard our smiles and maintain oral health.

"46. …out of envy or jealousy"
with Jenny and Michelle!
Thank you, Tina, for putting me on Yuri duty. I will serve you well.
46. ...out of envy or jealousy
Jenny loved to look at her wife. If it were up to her, she’d just spend all day doing that, kicking her feet in the air and doodling Michelle’s name with hearts all around it like she was some preteen girl with a celebrity crush. And honestly, Jenny probably could have done that. Considering how wealthy her family was, and how many of them didn’t seem to have jobs outside of complaining about the state of the world, she wouldn’t have even been odd among her family. But Jenny also knew better than that.
Ever since her and Shelly had recovered their relationship, the importance of space between the two of them had been emphasized and Jenny wanted to respect that, even if it killed her. And besides, she liked being a dental hygienist, so it wasn’t like it was the worst thing in the world. So Jenny would go to work and Michelle would stay home, working on her art. It was the best part of Jenny’s day to come home and see what Michelle had been up to, make tea for the both of them as Shelly talked happily about her work.
It certainly didn’t hurt that Shelly was an amazing artist, and one who made a not insignificant amount of money selling her work. Of course, just like with Jenny’s job, it wasn’t like they needed the money, but Michelle was always so proud when she talked about it. To be honest, Jenny was a little bit jealous. Not of Michelle’s talent, that wasn’t the case at all. In fact, before she’d even seen Michelle, Jenny had fallen in love with her writing and art. No, Jenny was jealous of how many people were moving in.
“Can you believe they want to show my art in an exhibition?” Michelle had gushed as she finished reading the invitation to the gallery. Jenny was in the kitchen, waiting for her latest batch of candy to cool while she wrapped the ones that were already done. She smiled to herself thinking about how happy this made Shelly, but frowned thinking about how busy Shelly would be at the event.
“Sounds like it’ll be a great time, I’ll take the time off of work, so I can be there,” Jenny said, and she knew that during the night of the gallery her main goal would be to ensure every knew that her incredible, talented, and beautiful wife was one hundred percent off the market. When the night of the event did come, Jenny had the pleasure of watching Michelle get all dolled up, her hair and makeup perfect and her relatively simple but body hugging silk turquoise dress offset by beautiful gold jewelry.
“How do I look?” Michelle had asked when she was all done getting ready, and Jenny struggled to keep her jaw off of the floor.
“Drop-dead gorgeous as always,” Jenny swore. When they arrived at the event, Michelle standing near her displayed work, it was clear Jenny wasn’t the only one who thought so. Mixed in with questions about her art were constant statements about Michelle’s beauty. Jenny, who did her best to stand off to the side and avoid ruining Michelle’s moment, was fuming as the thing dragged on.
“Thank you for fielding so many questions,” one of the reporters said as the event wound down. “Say, let me give you my number, so we can stay in touch when the article releases,” the man said, and Jenny wanted to slug him right then and there. “Oh, there’s just one last thing, can I get a picture of you with the art? Something for the front page,” he explained as he readied his camera.
“Of course,” Michelle said as she moved to stand near her largest painting, and now Jenny knew it was her chance as she casually slipped close to Michelle, wrapping her arm around her waist and gently dipping her into a kiss. It was gentle, nearly chaste, but it contained all the jealous energy Jenny had been building up all night. “Jenny, what’s gotten into you?” Michelle asked teasingly, stars in her eyes from the unexpected affection.
“I just…couldn’t help myself,” she asserted as she saw the camera guy walking away, seemingly having gotten his shot. Jenny happily claimed victory for herself, and was rewarded for her valiant effort with Michelle pulling her down into another kiss.

Boost Your Dental Practice with Effective Dental SEO Services
Introduction: In today's digital age, having a strong online presence is crucial for the success of any business, including dental practices. With people increasingly turning to search engines to find local services, it's essential for dental professionals to invest in Dental SEO (Search Engine Optimization) services. In this blog post, we'll explore the significance of Dental SEO and how it can help your dental practice attract more patients and grow your business.
The Importance of Dental SEO: Increased Online Visibility: A well-optimized dental website is more likely to appear at the top of search engine results pages (SERPs) when potential patients search for relevant keywords like "best dentist near me" or "teeth whitening services." This increased visibility translates to higher chances of attracting new patients to your practice.
Targeted Traffic: Dental SEO focuses on optimizing your website for specific keywords related to your services. This means that the people who find your website through search engines are actively looking for dental services, making them highly targeted leads.
Credibility and Trust: Websites that appear at the top of search results are often perceived as more credible and trustworthy. A strong online presence through Dental SEO can help establish your dental practice as a reputable and reliable choice for potential patients.
How Dental SEO Services Can Benefit Your Practice: Keyword Optimization: Professional Dental SEO services conduct thorough research to identify the most relevant keywords for your practice. These keywords are strategically integrated into your website's content, meta descriptions, and other elements to improve its search engine ranking.
Website Optimization: Dental SEO experts optimize various aspects of your website, including its structure, navigation, and loading speed. A user-friendly and well-structured website not only improves the user experience but also enhances your search engine ranking.
Local SEO: For dental practices, targeting local patients is essential. Dental SEO services can optimize your website for local search, ensuring that your practice appears in location-based searches. This is particularly beneficial for attracting patients in your vicinity.
Quality Content Creation: Relevant and informative content is a cornerstone of Dental SEO. SEO professionals can create high-quality blog posts, articles, and other content that not only engage your website visitors but also demonstrate your expertise in the field.
Tumblr media
Link Building: Building high-quality backlinks from reputable websites to your dental site is crucial for SEO success. Dental SEO services can help establish these connections, further boosting your website's credibility and search engine ranking.
The ROI of Dental SEO: Investing in Dental SEO services is not just an expense; it's an investment in the future of your dental practice. The return on investment (ROI) for Dental SEO can be substantial:
Increased Patient Base: As your website's visibility improves, you'll attract more patients actively seeking dental services, leading to a higher patient influx and revenue growth.
Long-Term Results: Unlike traditional advertising methods, the effects of Dental SEO are long-lasting. Once your website ranks well in search engines, you'll continue to reap the benefits over time.
Cost-Effectiveness: Dental SEO offers a cost-effective marketing strategy compared to other forms of advertising, with a potentially higher ROI.
Conclusion: In a digital world where patients are increasingly using search engines to find healthcare services, Dental SEO services are a necessity for any dental practice aiming to thrive. By investing in Dental SEO, you can improve your online visibility, attract targeted traffic, and establish your practice as a trustworthy choice in the competitive dental industry. So, take the step towards growing your dental practice today with effective Dental SEO services.

Is a tooth gem business profitable?
Have you ever noticed a small sparkling gemstone on someone's tooth and wondered what it is? That's a tooth gem! Tooth gems have been a growing trend in the beauty industry, and many entrepreneurs are wondering if starting a tooth gem business can be profitable. In this blog post, we'll take a closer look at the tooth gem business and analyze its profitability.
Tumblr media
Market Analysis
Before starting any business, it's important to understand the market and target demographic. Tooth gems are popular among young adults, especially women. The trend has been growing rapidly in the United States, Canada, and Europe. According to a report by Market Research Future, the global tooth gems market is expected to grow at a CAGR of 6.5% during the forecast period 2021-2028.
When it comes to competition, the tooth gem industry is relatively new, and there are not many established players in the market. However, it's essential to keep an eye on the competition and stay updated with the latest trends to succeed in this business.
Costs Associated with Starting a Tooth Gem Business
Starting a dental gem business requires some initial investment. The equipment costs include a dental curing light, dental bonding agents, dental tools, and the gems themselves. A high-quality dental curing light can cost anywhere from $200 to $800, and dental bonding agents and tools can cost around $500. Additionally, there are training and certification costs associated with becoming a tooth gem artist.
Apart from equipment and training costs, there are overhead costs such as rent, utilities, and marketing expenses. The rent can vary depending on the location and size of the business, but it's essential to choose a location that is easily accessible and visible to the target demographic.
Revenue Potential
Pricing strategies for tooth gems can vary, but on average, a tooth gem can cost anywhere from $50 to $150 per tooth. The revenue potential also depends on the number of appointments per day, and the average revenue per appointment can be around $200 to $300.
Based on the market analysis, there is a high demand for tooth gems, and the revenue potential can be substantial. If an artist can book around five appointments per day, the monthly revenue can be around $30,000.
Risks and Challenges
Like any business, the tooth gem industry has its risks and challenges. One of the main risks is the potential health and safety concerns associated with tooth gems. The gems are attached to the tooth with a dental bonding agent, and if not done correctly, it can cause damage to the tooth or lead to infection. It's essential to have the necessary training and certification to ensure the safety of the customers.
Another challenge is the saturation of the market. With the growing trend of tooth gems, more artists are entering the market, which can lead to increased competition. It's essential to stand out from the crowd and offer unique services to attract customers.
Lastly, the tooth gem industry is heavily influenced by trends and consumer demand. It's important to stay updated with the latest trends and adapt to changes in consumer demand to succeed in this business.
Conclusion
In conclusion, the tooth gem industry has a high potential for profitability, but it's important to understand the costs associated with starting and running the business. Investing in high-quality equipment and training can ensure the safety of the customers and the success of the business. Staying updated with the latest trends and offering unique services can also help to stand out in the market. With the right approach, a tooth gem business can be a profitable venture for entrepreneurs interested in the beauty industry.

The Ultimate Guide to Choosing the Perfect Teeth-Whitening Product
Introduction
Achieving a brighter, whiter smile is a goal for many people, but with so many teeth-whitening products on the market, it can be overwhelming to figure out which one is the best for you. In this blog post, we will go over the different types of teeth-whitening products available and provide tips on how to choose the perfect one for your needs.
Tumblr media
Types of Teeth-Whitening Products
There are a number types of teeth-whitening products available in the market today. Let’s dive in and look through some common types:
1. Whitening Toothpaste - This product,  typically contains mild abrasives and special chemicals that help to remove surface stains on teeth. While they can be effective for maintaining already white teeth, they may not be strong enough to remove deep stained teeth.
2. Whitening Strips - These are  are thin, flexible strips coated with a bleaching agent that is applied directly to the teeth. They are generally easy to use and can produce noticeable results in as little as a week. However, they may not be suitable for people with sensitive teeth, and it can be challenging to apply them evenly.
3. Whitening Trays - They  are custom-fitted trays that are filled with a bleaching gel and worn over the teeth for a certain amount of time each day. They are more effective than toothpaste or strips, but they can be uncomfortable to wear and may cause sensitivity.
4. In-Office Whitening - In-office whitening is a professional treatment done by a dentist that involves applying a high-concentration bleaching gel to the teeth. It is the most effective and fastest method of teeth whitening, but it is also the most pricy.
So, How Do I Choose the Perfect Teeth-Whitening Product?
Now that you know the different types of teeth-whitening products available, here are some tips on how to choose the perfect one for you:
 1. Consider Your Budget - One of the essential factors to consider when choosing a teeth-whitening product is your budget. Whitening toothpaste and strips are generally the most affordable options, while trays and in-office whitening treatments can be more expensive.
Whitening toothpaste can cost anywhere between $5 to $20 per tube, while whitening strips can range from $20 to $60 for a pack. Whitening trays can cost anywhere from $100 to $300, depending on the brand and whether they are custom-fitted or not. In-office whitening treatments can range from $300 to $1,000 or more.
It's important to keep in mind that while in-office whitening treatments may be more expensive, they are also the most effective and produce results much faster than other methods.
2. Look for a Recommended Product -When choosing a teeth-whitening product, it's important to choose one that is recommended by dentists or has positive reviews from customers. It is wise to look for products that have the American Dental Association (ADA) Seal of Acceptance, as this means that the product has been tested and proven to be safe and effective.
Remember to always do an online research and read reviews  from other customers to get a better idea of how well a particular product works. However, keep in mind that everyone's teeth are different, so what works for one person may not work for another.
3. Determine the Severity of Your Stains - The severity of your stains will also play a role in determining which teeth-whitening product is best for you. If you have mild surface stains caused by things like coffee or tea, smoking, or aging, then whitening toothpaste or strips may be sufficient.
However, if you have deeper stains or discoloration caused by things like medication, trauma, or genetics, then whitening trays or in-office whitening treatments may be more effective.
4. Consider Sensitivity - If you have sensitive teeth or gums, it's essential to choose a teeth-whitening product that is gentle and won't cause discomfort. Whitening toothpaste and strips are generally safe for people with sensitivity, as they contain lower concentrations of bleaching agents.
However, if you have more severe sensitivity, then trays or in-office whitening treatments may not be the best option. It's important to talk to your dentist if you have concerns about sensitivity before choosing a teeth-whitening product.
5. Check for Ingredients - Before choosing a teeth-whitening product, it's important to check the ingredients to ensure they are safe and effective. The most common bleaching agents used in teeth-whitening products are hydrogen peroxide and carbamide peroxide.
Hydrogen peroxide is a stronger bleaching agent and is typically used in in-office whitening treatments. Carbamide peroxide is a milder bleaching agent and is found in most over-the-counter teeth-whitening products.
It's important to note that while these ingredients are generally safe for use, they can cause sensitivity and irritation if used too frequently or in high concentrations.
6. Consult with a Dentist - If you're unsure which teeth-whitening product is best for you, it's always a good idea to consult with a dentist. They can evaluate your teeth and recommend a product that is safe and effective for your particular needs.
They can also help you determine the cause of your stains and recommend lifestyle changes or treatments to prevent further staining.
Conclusion
Choosing the perfect teeth-whitening product requires careful consideration of your budget, the severity of your stains, sensitivity, ingredients, and consulting with a dentist if needed.
By keeping these factors in mind and choosing a recommended product, you can achieve a brighter, more confident smile.

Technologies revolutionizing 3D Dental sector
Additive manufacturing has reached a significant number of sectors and industries, subsequently offering important advantages in terms of productivity, costs, customization and lead times. In the field of dentistry the technology creates solutions adapted to the needs of each patient. It is also a flourishing industry, not too long ago the consulting firm QY Research announced that dental 3D printing was expected to reach $930 million by the end of 2025. In other words, the market is expected to grow at an annual rate of 17%, which can be explained by the constant development of 3D technologies and their materials. Indeed, dental 3D printing includes different processes such as stereolithography or direct metal sintering and therefore a variety of materials: resins, plastics, metals, etc. The application of 3D printing in dental is wide, it is possible to make surgical guides, crowns, trays and dentures and each solution is adapted to each patient with high precision.
We also find metal additive manufacturing as a process in dentistry. Mainly used to produce implants, stellites, or nickel-chromium screeds. Oliver Bellaton comments, “This technology requires sustained production to absorb investments of up to several hundred thousand euros with skills coming from the industrial world rather than the dental sector.” Metal printers are much more expensive than other technologies and will sometimes require more post-processing work reducing productivity for some. After talking with a dental technician, he explained that a crown made by machining requires 15 minutes of work, however a 3D printed metal one requires 5 hours of printing. On the other hand, in terms of cost per unit, additive manufacturing is much more interesting, 75 cents for the latter against more than 7 euros.
Dental 3D Printing Technologies and their Materials
When we talk about dental additive manufacturing, it is important to understand that several technologies are involved, whether it is fused deposition modeling, photopolymerisation or laser sintering, the choice will depend on the type of application at stake. For example, the FDM process will manufacture pieces “at a cost of a couple of pennies and no post-processing after printing. However, speed, accuracy and biocompatibility are not present.” Generally, the latter technology will be used to create orthodontic dental models for thermoform gutters, whether for alignment, bleaching or restraint. On the other hand, 3D printed dental solutions using PEEK are emerging. The 3D printer manufacturer, IEMAI3D said, “There are many advantages to making partial prostheses with PEEK. It is a strong and lightweight material that will improve patient comfort. The frame of the prosthesis is produced without metal and is completely neutral in terms of taste.”
Another additive manufacturing process used in the dental sector and probably the main one is photopolymerisation. Whether we are talking about stereolithography (SLA) or DLP, this process offers a much higher resolution, and most importantly biocompatible materials. In this case, liquid resins. Anton Lopez, Channel Sales Manager France at EnvisionTEC told us, “Combined with CE/FDA approved materials, photopolymerisation and especially DLP, gives more accurate printing which allows more accurate devices to be created. The finishing is much less complex, which reduces manufacturing time. Also, it is very easy to change materials and print for different applications. This is very beneficial for the dental industry because professionals can treat their patients more quickly”. In terms of applications, this technology offers more possibilities due to its precision; we are talking about surgical guides, temporary crowns and bridges, calcinable elements such as dental stellites, etc.

Optimize Your Practice: Dental Marketing & Reputation
Your online presence makes all the difference in professional success in today’s digital world. For dental professionals, what potential patients will find about you online often inclines their decision one way or another. One bad review or a lack of information, and they’re selecting another practitioner. Here’s a real-world example of how this plays out and those things you can do to make sure your online reputation works to your advantage.
A dentist once gave a shocking testimony. Even after spending much time with one patient and explaining everything in detail and heaping upon her a comprehensive treatment plan, the potential patient still decided to go to another dentist. On being asked later why she opted for somebody else, all she could say was “When I looked up their name on Google, I saw more things about the other dentist.” This crucial event emphasizes the importance of medical practitioners maintaining a strong online presence and reputation. Think of it as a kind of “.The significance of healthcare practitioners upholding a robust internet presence and reputation is underscored by this incident.
Google yourself Take a minute to search for your name. What comes up? Is anything that shows up really representative of your professional image? For too many, the answer may be sparse or even nonexistent. That won’t give your prospective patients the confidence to choose you. Here is how you can improve your online presence in such a way that it represents your expertise and professionalism. Steps to Enhance Your Online Presence
Create a Personal Brand Website Developing a personal website would create a central repository of information regarding one’s professional life. Domains can be named after you, and hence consist of the following components:
A thorough biography of oneself The nature of your practice Patient endorsements A blog that provides updates and responds to commonly asked issues from patients
This site will provide valuable details about potential patients besides giving you control over the way others perceive you professionally.
Keep online identity consistent Consistency is important across different online platforms:
All social media accounts should have the same usernames and professional photographs. You need to develop short bios that are informative enough to show what you have been doing in relation to your profession. Post updates and accomplishments to your profiles frequently.
Generate Valuable Content Continuously create and distribute content that exemplifies your knowledge in order to assist them:
Write blog posts addressing common dental ailments and advancements in the field. Develop videos explaining procedures and offering tips on oral health care. Share with permission of the patient, success stories about patients which would build credibility and trust.
Tumblr media
Engage in thought leadership. How to become an expert in dentistry:
Use podcasts, webinars, and online discussions. Get into dental publications and trade blogs. You chip in your thoughts and expertise on critical issues.
Publish on LinkedIn. LinkedIn allows you to connect with a wide range of professions.
Write down articles that mimic your professionalism and thought leadership. Make friends with some dentists during an industry-driven discussion point. Put up your blog posts among other items, such as videos, to enhance your visibility.
Encourage positive reviews. Trust creation through positive reviews is crucial in attracting new patients.
Impress satisfied customers by commenting on Google, Yelp, or any other relevant platforms and leaving feedback. It should also be easier for patients to write reviews by connecting them to your website and sending follow-up emails through it. Indicate that they have opinions that count while demonstrating your commitment to improving your practice by answering both positively and negatively
Pursue Awards and Certifications Certifications and awards can boost credibility, which helps attract new clients.
Apply for related dental field awards, then put them on the website or social media profile pages of your hospital. Seek continuing education opportunities and certifications that keep you updated about changes in the industry.
Take Charge of Your Online Privacy Protect your information, both intimate and professional, online.
Periodically reassess the settings that guard your privacy on social media accounts to put some limitations on what can be accessed by the public. Beware of revealing personal details that could harm your professional image.
Monitor your online presence. Keep yourself aware of how people view you online.
Employ Google Alerts to track mentions or reviews about yourself and your practice by setting them up. Regularly search for your name and practice online so as to ensure that it is accurate and positive.
Address negative content responsibly. Handle disapproving content in a business manner.
Respond to negative reviews compassionately, offering to resolve their issues. View negative feedback as an opportunity to improve services, thereby proving to potential clients that you are committed to their satisfaction.
Stay Updated Keep your online presence current and relevant.
Update your website, profiles on social media, and other platforms online often with the latest achievements, patient testimonials, or new services offered. To maintain the audience’s interest, share practice news such as awards, certifications, and community engagement.
