He's looking at Jim Gordon, who's off panel, with a penitent expression after being accused of something he secretly did do. He has his palm pressed against his chest and is blocking the bat emblem as his other hand is clasped ontop of it. In the initial drawing, there's a halo floating above his head as well as several tiny hearts mixed in with the lights that surround him. In the publicized panel, the hearts and halo has been removed and two speech bubbles have been added. He's in front of a terra rose background and is starting to say, “Jim, I don't even know what you're...” But Jim cuts him off, saying, “Stop it. I'm tired of this.”

The third photo is a description of the drawing from the artist's (Seth Fisher) website. It reads: This is another page that the DC editors changed: no halos or hearts around Batman, no matter how (disingenuously) contrite he is. In the final edition, the halo and heart in the center bottom frame have been excised.]

I think Jon should give his statement to Gertrude as a child and be so haunted by the nightmares it gives him that he seeks refuge in the Lonely. Like obviously he wouldn’t know what he was turning to (not until it was too late) but he should anyway. The awful watching figure he dreams of making him fear being seen, DESPISE being looked at completely, and make an already isolated and lonely child desperate to avoid other people and, well, Lonely. And as he gets older this would probably mix really badly with the gender dysphoria too, as well as worsening his aversion to eye contact.

And I think that’s when he’d notice the faint fog that’s always creeping around the edges of his vision.

Mystery bugs in my home and I don't recognize them! I've seen a few around at this point and might make a more formal post about it tomorrow but, mystery bugs below the cut if anyone wants to take a shot at helping me ID them:

I like to think that the very reason Diluc keeps Kae at arms length despite wanting to reconcile & go back to their old ways as much as Kae does is the fact that Kaeya adamantly Refuses to tone down the new facade of his ( the shield for his vulnerabilities ) & Diluc, being Diluc, hates liars & doesn’t want to feel like Kaeya will drop another secret on him/is keeping smth from him all over again.

Btw I think it should be said that iDKHOW/The Brobecks/Dallon himself have more worth to me than just my crush on Dallon!!! I promise!! ;w; Like yeah, I post about that all the time, cause to be honest it's a pretty big crush and I think about him a lot, but I like him and his music for more reasons than just "I'm attracted to him". I've been an iDKHOW fan for a little over a year, and this whole crush thing only happened a few months ago. iDKHOW and The Brobecks are incredibly important to me, they're my favorite bands and the music they've put out is just so good and so phenomenal and it makes me so happy!!!!! They're freakin' amazing!!!!! And even if I didn't have this huge crush on Dallon, I'd still absolutely love him as a person :) He's a crazy talented musician and songwriter who clearly knows what he's talking about when it comes to music, he's really funny, he's super sweet, and he's just really chill and cool and charismatic!! I have just endless amounts of respect and admiration for him and what he does. Okay, I'm done now, I just really wanted you guys to know that XD
