so being transimmortal makes me feel conflicted internally because I wonder how immortal beings would cope with eternity even with limitations placed onto them and if it would even be enjoyable if there was only a finite amount of things to do. my biggest anxieties are that there is a limit to progress and a limit to artistic expression that would lead to stagnation. the phrase that keeps me going is "we have everything to strive for and nothing to die for"

what this basically means to me is that even if there are limits to reality, by choosing to live, you gain the ability to experience everything and have all the comforts and relationships that make life enjoyable whereas without life or immortality, you'd eventually be left with nothing. who knows perhaps the achievements of immortality would lead to an infinite quest for novel experiences and revolutionary breakthroughs that never end. where there's a will, there's a way.

In Tae Kwon Do, the indomitable spirit has the courage and confidence to try again and not be subdued or overcome in the face of fear or failure. When you are on your mental health journey you need to find that indomitable spirit or will because there will be times when you slide back into old habits. Then you catch yourself doing it and pull yourself out of it. Just like life, it can be messy and hard but you can do it. So don't give up when you stumble or fall, just get up, dust yourself off and try again. It will be worth it, so very worth it. I hope each of you has a good day.
