Introducing my @infamous-if MC: ✨Amara Rose✨ or otherwise known as Amara Rosalia Valadez (she/her)

She is the lead singer of the band Velvet Night that was started in high school by her and her ex, Seven Lawless.

Amara is outgoing, friendly, and confident. She is likely the most responsible of her band mates (not by much), and is known to be softhearted. She is ambitious when it comes to her art and is unafraid to chase her dream and she won’t apologize for it even if she feels like an endless disappointment to her parents.

She has a big fat obvious crush on Orion Quinn, her band manager. She’s loves how he’s so stead fast and unflappable under pressure (and her constant teasing). Amara looks to him to help steady herself especially because she is easily ruled by her emotions, even when she notices that he keeps her at a distance. In her mind, she’s willing to wait and play the long game for a man like Orion.

Despite the hatred that her ex, Seven, shows for her, she holds none for him (anymore). In fact, she is a big supporter of his new band, Soft Violence, and is so happy to see him happy and in a good place. …That does not mean she does not hold some unresolved trauma and lots of lingering hurt. She tried to cover her tattoo with a butterfly to help with her healing, but how much it’s helped now that they are face to face again is to be determined.

Amara views her music as part of her soul and is very protective of her writing due to that. Her music falls under the pop genre and her music is very Taylor Swift/Olivia Rodrigo/Dove Cameron Coded. She gets a rush from being on stage and sharing her art with the audience. When she is on stage she loves to put on a SHOW and put her dance background to good use. She’s into all the glitz and glam. Amara loves her revenge dresses, body suits, and fashion statements.

well, dear readers, we have an unexpected favourite out of misfit alley’s battle of the bands: dusk, a folk-rock band with a beautiful (although a little shy) lead singer with a haunting voice. soft and angelic, the band is nothing like the expected front runner, underground wastebasket. unexpected, but marking a return to classic rock bands like fleetwood mac. if you want gentle grooves and good vibes, this is the band for you !

 lead singer, HERMES LEE, writes lyrics that tell a story from beginning to end. leaving you questioning where it starts and where it ends. but there's no doubt that there's a story to tell with how they bare their heart out on stage, the instrumentals carrying their saccharine voice and belts to the crowd who heartfelting-ly sing along.
