I’m not a great fan of selfies but tonight I had to do it as it was such an unexpected and joyful night to meet up with my Broome family as the last 2 years I’ve spent mostly away from home. These moments I treasure the most as it was unplanned and unexpected and full of laughter and joy. I spent a very long time documenting this mob and their welcome gave me such a warm feeling as what is happening now with their Community- Kennedy Hill- gives me tears in my eyes. 3 houses left now in this Community as rest of houses now all demolished. Palais Salam (Hotel) is situated next to Taroudant’s city walls and surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens. The hotel counts 120 rooms but unfortunatly it’s rundown and is in terrible need of some TLC. But it stays populair with tourists as it’s one of the two places only in Taroudant where you can get a cold ( and cheap) beer.
