Not the best photo . I was moved this Afternoon to the Cardiac Ward because I need Telemetry. My heart is playing silly Buggers . I was of course really upset .. but if something is going to happen in live .. it will happen. So Worrying Yourself into a state isn’t going to change the situation. It’s taken me along time too get to this point in my Thinking!! It’s a process and years and years of experiences . My only advice to Anyone whom follows me that suffers with an #eatingdisorder would be to get help as soon as possible.. and work as hard as you can too get well !!! Medically I shouldn’t still be here . All my Doctors have told me so !!! I have never been so bloody determined to finally kick this . I’m going to have my dream wedding.. and have a child . Thank goodness for things like #surrogacy and #adoption . And I don’t want to be an absent Parent in Hospital all the time disrupting my child or children’s lives . I’m Struggling.. not going to lie . But my spirits are pretty good . Having my Amazing Fiancé @therealdarrenchalmers_1966 makes all the difference. When he walks into my hospital my heart Sings . It’s hard being away from him .. but he just wants me to get well .. and have the life that we have planned . Keep Fighting... Never give up ... There tends to be a common trend at my place of work where customers often come in a day early thinking the sales have started already, when it’s actually the next day. This happened again with a lady who had come in to purchase a coffee maker. Of course the product was still coming through at regular price. Once we had discovered that the price she had been looking at was for tomorrow’s sale she responded that she would just come back the following day. At this I had the thought to save her the second trip and contacted a manager to see if I could override the price for tomorrow’s sale price. I was given the go ahead and did so. I explained to her that I’d prefer to save her the second trip, she was very happy at this, and I was glad I could make someone’s day a little better. Today’s random act of kindness: going above and beyond to make things a little easier for someone else.

It’s easy to get frustrated with even minor repeated occurrences, but remembering that to each person that occurrence stands on it’s own makes it easier to forgive, especially when a person is nice about it. So remember to try and look at things from the other side too. In the end kindness will always get you farther than agitation.
