You’ve been stuck in this place for a while, ever since you were about 13. One day you were playing outisde in the yard, when you saw this strange creature. You being a naive child went towards it and tried talking to it. You weren’t really the type of child to be scared of everything and you thought it was just your imagination. When you when to confront it, you collapsed. After that you woke up in this strange place, an exact copy of the real world yet the sky was red and strange creatures started to appear everywhere. Your big brother would get into fights often, so he taught you some self defense so you managed to survive, quickly seeking shelter. At your age many kids would panic and probably wouldn’t survive, but you pulled through. Ever since then you kinda were afraid to sleep, scared that the creatures would somehow manage to get to you and hurt you. Same with food, you rarely went out to get food, only living off what people left in their houses, well at least the houses that weren’t infested with phantoms.

You and your parents would go out into the wilderness often, so you had necessary survival skills and had enough supplies for the first few weeks of being there. You learned to survive the phantom attacks and you have a pretty well built shelter. In the present time you met a group of people your age. You almost collapsed from how happy you were to finally have human interaction after so many dreadful years of being in this horrific place. They accepted you into the group, some being a bit skeptical at first but changed their mind once you told them your story.

You were a more skilled person in the group, taking the role as leader with a girl named Ashlyn. You moved your things from your shelter that wasn’t that far from the “graveyard” as they liked to call it. After a few hours you were done taking your things there and saw they weren’t there anymore. Your eyes widen and you start to panic; “Did they leave me?” “Was I just imagining it?” “Did they get hurt by the phantoms?” You run into one of the buses and see a note on one of the seats. It explained that they have a different experience in this realm. They go to this realm at midnight for 7 hours, then wake up in the human realm. You couldn’t help but envy them but you were glad nothing happened to them and that you weren’t imagining it.

Everyone quickly started noticing your sluggish movements and the constant rumbling of your stomach. You always had dark eye bags under your eyes and you were exhausted all of the time. Tyler was the first one to notice and comment on it. You tried saying you were fine but he just didn’t buy it. “Come on I can tell you’re exhausted and clearly hungry, come we should have at least an apple for you to eat.” He says and drags you to the bus where they would keep these types of necessities. He mumbled some swears you couldn’t quite understand since it was in Spanish. He handed you the apple and rolled his eyes, acting like he doesn’t care. “After you eat that go and rest, I don’t want you to collapse tomorrow..” He says, looking away from you and sits down on one of the seats in the bus.

You nod and raise a brow at his strange behavior. He never really acted kind or caring towards anyone except his sister, but you didn’t mind the special treatment. You lay down on the seat, curling into a ball and close your eyes, falling asleep in almost an instant. It was a while since you’ve slept for a healthy amount of time. You usually wouldn’t sleep or only had a few minutes of sleep since the phantom noises kept you awake constantly.

You slept for quite a long time, even past the time the group would appear and wake up in the real world. The moment it hit midnight Tyler quickly checked up on you, hoping you wouldn’t be mad that he wasn’t there when you woke up, but when he went to look towards the seat you slept on you were still there, asleep. He was taken aback by this since you slept for literally the whole day! He shook you awake, wanting to make sure you didn’t die or something in your sleep. You woke up, grumbling as you glared at the person who woke you only to see Tyler with a concerned expression. “What?” “What do you mean what!? You slept for like 30 hours!” He says and looks at you as if you were some kind of psycho. “Oh I did?” You ask, stretching your aching body and sit up. “Jeez Y/N when was the last time you’ve slept? And I mean properly.” You chuckle at his reaction and explain how you’ve had trouble sleeping, since you heard the phantoms like Ashlyn, just not so intensely. You explain your situation a bit more to him, not wanting to just leave him without an explanation on why you were the way you were.

You explain and Tyler looks at you with a sympathetic but quickly rolls his eyes and flicks your forehead; “Whatever nerd, come it’s time for you to teach us fighting or whatever..” He rolls his eyes and exits the bus. You usually teach the group how to fight when they can’t practice with Ashlyns parents since.. her parents can’t go into the realm with them. Tyler was sitting on the side while you were teaching Aiden and he yelled “Yea babe beat his ass!” He whistles and claps, having a proud look on his face. He definitely admires your skill but is like “pfft of course she’s strong she’s MY girlfriend” but in private he praises the living hell put of you. He grabs you by the hand and pulls you away from the group who is now resting and catching their breath. He pulls you closer to him and cups your cheek; “You did great princesa I’m so proud of you.” He says and kisses you on the forehead. “Oh well what kind of teacher would I be if I wasn’t any good?” You tease and wrap your arms around his neck. “Stop flirting I can hear you both!” Ashly yells and you both pull away quickly and look at each other, bursting into fits of laughter.

Aiden didn’t really notice at first, his mind wandering else where like usual or would tease and flirt with you. He only started noticing when you started dozing off in the most inconvenient places like when you were on a mission with the group and they just found you collapsed on the floor, only waking when you heard a phantom and kicked its ass! He was amazed but a little bit concerned but didn’t really show it, teasing you without an end. Once you got back to the graveyard he pulled you away from the rest of the group, finding Ashlyns rambling anout the next plan boring. He leads you to one of the buses and sits down, his back against the window and lays you down on top of him, your head resting on his chest. “What are you��” He silences you with a quick kiss on the lips and smiles, his usual manic like smile no where to be seen, only a genuine soft smile. “Rest, you need it. I can’t promise I will be here when you wake up but just rest, ‘kay? You’re safe.” He hugs you closer and your heart skips a beat. You smile and make yourself comfortable, falling asleep in the blink of an eye.

Aiden layed there with you, rubbing your back and playing with your hair. He grew bored after a while, typical Aiden but he let his mind wander, keeping himself occupied by thinking of random things and unconsciously braiding pieces of your hair. He only snapped out of it when he heard a quite loud rumbling. He lifted his arms off you and looked down at you with wide eyes, his manic like smile reappearing. He chuckled, he would definitely tease you about that later.

After a while he awoke in the real world, he texted the rest of the group in the group chat and smiled mischievously. Once midnight hit, you were awoken by noises coming from outside the bus. You quickly sat up, but calm down once you see a smiling Aiden looking down at you. You sigh, relieved it wasn’t phantoms when the door to the bus suddenly opened. You stood up and saw the group holding different kids of food you haven’t eaten in years! You look at the food like a kid seeing a toy they want and look at Aiden who smiled at you. “Surprise.” He says and the rest of the group places the food down on the floor, everyone sitting down and dig in. You sit down and eat a good amount of food yourself, eating to your hearts content. Everyone watches in awe at how much you ate but they were happy, especially Aiden that they could do this for you.

After everyone finished eating you helped cleaning up, Aiden approaching you and hugging you from behind; “Enjoyed the food, love?” He says and kisses your jaw, then cheek. “Yeah, a lot. How did you come up with this?” He smirks and rests his chin on your shouler; “Oh, I heard a little noise~” He puts one arm on your stomach and chuckles; “And I thought you would be thrilled with this surprise!” Your face turns red and you turn around and smack his head, grumbling and storming away.

i was just scrolling through tiktok and then the thought occurred to me that everyone grew up together (minus ben and aiden) and basically never interacted until the group project. yeah, duh, that's the whole premise of their strange group at first, but it just strikes a cord to think that these kids who have become so inseparable were so close to each other this whole time without even knowing it, without even knowing that they needed each other.

because why now, after all these years, would they? after all, they were just strangers who occasionally saw each other in the hall or during class, strangers that they could never understand, right? they were just too different.

i mean, just think about how taylor says she's always noticed ashlyn since they were kids and how she was always on her own. she didnt understand how ash could be content with that, isn't it lonely?

tyler is most likely, lets face it, pretty popular. when we're introduced to him and taylor they're in this huge group of typical jocks due to tyler being on the baseball team. ashlyn and logan must've known him before due to that, seen them parading through the halls. and seeing as how neither logan nor ash like loud noises or crowds very much they probably wrote him off as a loud jock and went about their day. maybe saw how cold and angry he was with everyone but his sister and thought he must be unpleasant to be around.

as for logan, he, like ash, is pretty obviously very much a background character in everyone else's lives. most likely a loner just like ashlyn, very shy. if the rest of the gang ever noticed him it was probably nothing more than a glance. because logan at the time was nothing more than barrons stereotypical nerd that does his homework because he's scared of what will happen if he doesn't.

it just makes me ILL that these people who would grow to care so much about each other were all so close without knowing it, hell, they probably passed each other in their towns grocery store multiple times before. maybe seen tyler play in one of his games with taylor yelling above everyone else because that's her brother, saw ashlyn perform and dance, saw logan reading in the astronomy section in the library.

and yet they didn't know they'd ever learn to trust these strangers with their lives every night. that they would learn that tyler is more than just a loud, angry jock. he loves and cares about his sister, took up being basically a parent from a very young age, and doesn't truly have any friends because they are just a distraction.

that taylor is every bit as friendly as she let's others believe, but if you mess with her brother or her friends that sun can cloud over so quick.

that ashlyn likes to be alone but given the time and patience, she would love to be alone with you. that she doesn't want to, but if she's needed, she will step up and be the leader you need. sure, she isn't good at "friends" and she'll make mistakes, but she owns up to them because she tries and she cares.

and finally, logan, who at first is so shy and unsure, yet is quick-witted and brave enough to make hard choices and learn where he fits in with a group. to stand up against someone who bullied him and threatened him daily and help someone else from going down the same path he did.

AND PLEASE don't even get me started on ben and aiden.

those two have been practically alone their whole lives until they met each other. all aiden had was the dark room that reeked of molding food and people he hung around just to pass the time because he knew they weren't permanent, nothing ever was with his parents.

ASHLER HEADCANONS

(i’m giving myself a break from my fic today so this is how I compensate)

How did they realise they caught feelings?

— I imagine these two to be veeeeery slowburn for a lot of reason, as in, they get together in their senior year of High School or even maybe after in college.

— Ashlyn is pretty out of touch with her feelings, It took her a while to differentiate between romantic and platonic sentiments towards people and even then, she sucked at handling it. I see her as the type to fall for someone without even realising and dismissing her feelings as being 'oh we're really good friends!' It took a sleepover with Taylor (who has been trying -and failing- to set her brother and Ashlyn together for a while now) to realise that she had a crush on Tyler. I think the two of them would have had a long conversation about it (I honestly see Taylor as someone who's really in tune with emotions) and even then, her realising turned out to be more of a bad thing because things became awkward and Ashlyn essentially avoided any one-on-one interaction.

— Tyler on the other hand, had known about his feelings for Ashlyn for a while now but had chosen not to do anything about it, simply pushing it aside in order to prioritise his family and focusing on staying alive in the phantom realm. Besides, there was no way Ashlyn would reciprocate when all she did nowadays was act weird with him.

What was their first date?

— Their first date was at an amusement park: I firmly believe that Tyler fell first but Ashlyn would fall harder and eventually, there would be a point where she gets fed up with the lack of confrontation and decides to actually do something about the unsolved tension.

— Taylor had gotten it into Ashlyn’s head that to confess there had to be some over-the-top, extravagant declaration of love and had been restlessly prodding Ashlyn to ask her brother out because “the idiot wasn’t going to do it himself.” The plan was for the two to hang out at the theme park all day and then finally go on a Ferris wheel ride where Ashlyn would admit her feelings and if she was lucky, Tyler would reciprocate and save her from total embarrassment and if not? Well, there goes trying to eliminate the awkwardness but at least Ashlyn tried.

The catch to this plan, you may ask?

Tyler was deathly afraid of heights. Like a cat in water afraid of heights. Will freak out afraid of heights.

It was a new fear that he had contracted after he died in the phantom realm that he had never actually gotten around to telling Taylor, mainly because she was a massive thrill-seeker and enjoyed anything height related and so he didn’t want to strip that enjoyment from her, he wanted to make her happy and experiences her joys with her, trauma be damned. Still, if he had a choice he would avoid it.

That was until his totally-not-a-crush-crush walked up to him ( looking as gorgeous as ever) and batted her pretty, little lashes, asking him out to an amusement park just the two of them and who the hell was Tyler Hernandez to say no to such a goddess? (he was such a weak, weak man for her it was disgusting) .

Besides, there was more to amusement parks than rollercoaster rides, right? And Ashlyn didn't look like the type to be chasing after the adrenaline of high rides so he would simply divert her from any high rides, that wouldn't be so hard?

— Anyway, after hours of Hell and successfully keeping Ashlyn away from every rollercoaster waiting line (“pfft, I’ve went on these rides way too many times, they’re soooo boring trust me!”) Tyler found himself enjoying the day, he got to sneak glances at Ashlyn when he thought she wasn't looking and got to spend time with his crush and maybe, just maybe he could be content with small moments like this for the rest of his life, his crush obviously wasn’t planning on fading anytime soon but now, he could admire from afar, even if she did kick his ass at shooting games.

— Unfortunately, all luck comes to end eventually she practically dragged him to the ferris wheel. He tried to get out of it by saying “it’s boring, only grannies go on those!” But for some reason she was entirely fixated on that ride and that one alone.

— A normal person, at this stage would admit to hating tall rides and save their dignity and sanity but Tyler Hernandez had a date and a reputation to maintain, so if Ashlyn Banner wanted to go on a ferris wheel, he was going on a ferris wheel.

— And that confidence lasted around two seconds because as soon as they got into the air, Tyler became eerily silent, something that confused Ashlyn because normally the boy wouldn’t shut up. She glanced down and noticed that he seemed to be digging his nails into the seat so hard Ashlyn was sure it would leave marks. There was something wrong with him, it was clear as daylight but everytime Ashlyn tried to bring it up Tyler would shrug it off dismissively and make some snarky quips to reassure her (spoiler alert: it didn’t work).

— Eventually they reach the very top, the “pinnacle of romance” (as Taylor liked to put it), this was Ashlyn’s shot; she would clear the air and get rid of the stupid bug that annoyed her every time Tyler was in her vicinity. And so, she starts talking incredibly fast in 2x speed, trying earnestly as all her pent up feelings and frustrations to the boy come spilling out infront of him.

— Unfortunately, Tyler was too busy counting sheep in his head to try and catch any of what Ashlyn was saying, never mind her incredibly fast speed. Though he did catch the last part of "-and now I think I might be in love with you" and suddenly, the air was cut off from his lungs. He paled at the realisation -and also partially because he was trying to not puke-: Ashlyn Banner, that stupid idiot, liked him back, in more than a friend way!

— For a while, the two of them just stared, Ashlyn looked like a deer caught in headlights and Tyler really wished Taylor or Aiden were here to pinch him. And then- well, he ended up wretching on the ferris wheel, the rest of the ride ended up being Tyler alternating between freaking out and becoming nauseous and Ashlyn panicking while trying to help and regretting her previous life choices.

— Afterwards, Ashlyn was pretty sure that vomiting was a clear indication of an unreciprocated crush so she honestly planned on running away and getting her parents to pick her up or something. Her plans were paused when Tyler stopped her by the wrist and pulled her towards his chest, Ashlyn could feel his hands shaking around her.

— "You're so stupid, I'm so stupid and- I think I might be in love with you too."

— And that was that.

Do they indulge in PDA?

— short answer: No.

— Both of them are the type to cringe and make fun of people who engage in excessive PDA so it’s no surprise that they’re pretty averse to it themselves. The most you’ll see these two do in public is touch shoulders or sit next to each other (or maybe if you’re lucky, you get to watch Ashlyn dragging Tyler by the arms away from a fight.)

— I think it would take at least 3 weeks for them to kiss after dating and Ashlyn would be the one to initiate.

— They’d be bickering one day and Ashlyn would just shut him up spontaneously by tugging his shirt forward and tiptoeing up for a kiss. Tyler would be surprised at first, his eyes wide open and looking down in surprise but eventually he just melts and it takes a minute for them to part.

— “Shut.” kiss “The.” kiss “Fuck.” kids “up.” would be a thing Ashlyn does everytime he pipes up a little bit too much. Whether it be over something stupid like a comic they’re both reading or something else, it would probably lead into a make out session afterwards.

— Tyler’s the type to walk up to her sometimes, play with her bangs and then lift it up for a little *smooch.* It’s mostly because he enjoys the way she goes red like a tomato every time. One time he did it in public after a baseball match or something and Ashlyn froze, she could not speak for an hour and it seemed like her face and ears were permanently coloured red. Aiden had found it funny and took a picture of it which is actually saved as her profile picture now.

— All of their intimacy is in private though, most of the time people would be surprised to find out they’re dating. The popular jock and the loner who never talks? But don’t they ever only argue?

Dates?

— I personally think their dates would mostly be stay-at-home dates.

— Ashlyn hates going out and Tyler doesn’t mind, so it works.

— Examples would be cooking dates, movie nights (that would inevitably get crashed by the others), little dinners together etc.

— They strike me to have very casual intimacy, so like grocery shopping together would also be considered a date for them.

— The mundane is openly enjoyed and celebrated!

Other random headcanons I have:

— Tyler has gradually become Ashlyn’s go-to hair stylist, especially for more formal events like ballet recitals. She was honestly shocked the first time he did her bangs and now feels entitled to getting it down whenever she pleases (compensation for all his moaning). Tyler grumbles about it and pretends to hate it but swatts his hand away every time Ashlyn tries to take over, he secretly really likes working with her hair because he’s never practiced on such long hair and so gets to experiment with more styles.

— When they become old enough to drive they’re both the drivers in the relationship. In the group and by themselves. Everytime they have to share a car they play rock, paper, scissors to avoid an argument over it.

— They have pretty similar music tastes. Idk I can feel it.

School Bus Graveyard but make it a band

I have seen art about this topic floating around the internet but this is my take on the idea.

Ashlyn: Main Singer, the lead. The one everyone comes to the performances for- she is also able to play guitar for the songs she needs to.

Aiden: Die hard fan, plus the manager of the band. He takes care of any money problems that come their way.

Ben: The drummer and how Aiden became the manager. Ben likes to stay hidden on stage and only interacts with the crowd when he's introduced. He is also their composer/writer for their music.

Logan: Keyboardist and violinist (but only when needed). He is also a crowd favorite.

Tyler: Lead Guitarist. He is unusually quiet on stage so people don't really notice him. Tyler also helps Ben write the music. Tyler also likes leading songs with singing, despite the death threats that Ashlyn's fans send him.

Taylor: Bassist. She isn't a crowd favorite because bassist's usually aren't but it is obvious that people really like her. Taylor also helps Ben compose their music.

Aiden started up at the singer on stage, her long red hair cascaded down her back as she belted the words to the song beautifully. To say he was entranced would be an understatement. The way she moved with an elegance that only added to the allure; every sway matched the cadence of the tune and every gesture depicted a story. Aiden’s heart pounded in his chest as he watched her, so distant yet so close, bathed in the glow of multicolored stage lights.

Then, she looked down into the crowd. Her emerald eyes met Aiden's and for a split second, time seemed to freeze. Her lips turned up slightly at the corners; a knowing smile that made his heart skip a beat. The music around him drowned into a distant hum and all he could hear was her voice, rising and falling like waves on an ocean.

The song ended with a soft strum of guitar strings and echoing applause filled the room, snapping Aiden back to reality.

“Alright! Is everyone having a good time tonight?” Ashlyn asked the crowd. The crowd erupted in cheers and whistles, the thunderous applause vibrating through the very floorboards. “Well, we are so glad!”

Aiden was so glad his cousin gave him a ticket to his band’s concert. His eyes darted over to Ben on the drums, who was clearly waiting for Ashlyn to introduce the next song.

“Who wants to hear an unreleased song?” Ashlyn’s voice rang out over the crowd. She put her hand to her ear as the crowd screamed in unison, an eager and deafening affirmation. Her laughter, warm and infectious, bubbled through the microphone as she teased, “Well, you asked for it!”

Turning her gaze back towards the band, she gave them a nod and took a step back as the new tune began to fill the air. Aiden darted his eyes to each of the band members. Tyler the guitarist, who sung into his microphone as he started the song off, then Taylor the bassist who was standing waiting for her entrance, finally Logan the keyboardist who looked so pleased with himself as his fingers dances around on the keys.

The melody was fresh, unlike anything Aiden had heard before. It was like fine wine, a little sweet with a hint of bitterness that left a longing for more. Ashlyn looked up and closed her eyes, letting the rhythm take over. Her lips moved gracefully as she sang the opening lines, her voice blending harmoniously with Tyler's guitar strums.

Aiden found himself entranced once again. She swayed with such passion to the beat, letting herself be lost in the music. The lights illuminated her face and made her hair look like a fiery halo around her head. He couldn't help but be drawn in by the energy radiating from Ashlyn and the rest of the band.

As Taylor's bass notes kicked in and Logan's fingers swiftly ran over the keys, Aiden felt his pulse matching the rhythm of the song. He could feel every emotion each lyric conveyed; it was as if Ashlyn was singing directly to him. His heart pounded in his chest harder than before and he leaned forward, eyes wide as he watched Ashlyn pour her soul into the song.

Savannah Squad Presentation Night Headcanons/Drabble [3/3]

I totally didn't forget about this, I don't know what you are talking about (I'm sorry, I suck at finishing things & I don't know how to write for these two ;_;)

Part 1: Taylor & Logan Part 2: Ben & Tyler Part 3: Aiden & Ashlyn

Start of the drabble:

Thankfully, with Aiden's good laptop, there were no more technical difficulties for the rest of the night. But that in no way means the rest of the night is calm, and that is simply because Aiden has gotten up to the front of the room drip drying while setting up his presentation. Logan is then left mopping up the previous puddle he left from when Tyler dumped the entire contents of the spray bottle on him. For the betterment of the final two presentations, and Logan's floor, the spray bottle was retired for the night.

When Aiden is finished setting up, the TV practically demands for the attention of the rest of the group for none of the right reasons. It is horrendous. Astronomically so; the title of the presentation is somehow even worse.

You see the title. That's not the bad part. The bad part is the fact that the slideshow is like thirty slides with multiple images per slide. The worst part is the fact that it's volume one. Check this man's storage, I promise you there is absolutely nothing left.

I want you to imagine you are just in a dark room with friends only lit by the TV and a small laptop screen. Imagine that, and then imagine this flashbang of a presentation popped on screen and each slide only gets progressively worse. Aiden is capable of making good presentations, he strikes me as a more artistic type, this is poorly made on purpose. Because why not.

This presentation is pretty much just going through his camera roll, but its categorized by person and gets progressively more deranged as they're section goes on. Which means the person with the longest section gets the worst of it. Which means Tyler gets the worst of it.

Like Ash got off pretty easy, Logan too. Taylor, gets the next longest section because I can see her and Aiden enabling each other to do dumb shit (one of the videos is her stuck in a traffic cone trying to get Tyler to help her out (spoiler: he didn't)), he lives with Ben so he absolutely has material on him, mainly his shit cooking. Then there's Tyler... half of the photo's aren't even of him!!! He just made dumb ass bottom text memes. They're not even funny ;_;

He also screenshots texts too. I want to give you examples, but everything I can think of can't be put here cause I don't want to be considered weird. It's nothing bad, it's just like teenage humor. like ironic stuff.

Just think teenage boy humor, but if it was made by a decent person and wasn't problematic. Like how people would jokingly flirt with their friends and the other person is like "bro, wtf 💀"

Group's Reaction

the only reaction that matter's is Tyler's and you know why. You know why.

Everyone is having a good, grand ol' time laughing at each other being dumb, then there is just Tyler being raked through the mud.

The majority of the group think "yeah, my pictures are bad, but at least I'm not Tyler".

tbf, I also headcanon that Aiden shares a PE class with Tyler so he has more material. Cause exercising is somehow more embarrassing in PE. It doesn't matter how athletic you are, no one looks good when you are struggling not to face plant when doing a wheel barrel because your partner is just hauling ass across the field.

Ashlyn Banner

I need Ashlyn to drag everyone. desperately. In good fun obviously, but it just goes to show how odd everyone really is.

These are teenagers. Even though they are in awful circumstances, they still do stupid teenage shit. This is mainly revealed in the arguments that take place during hang outs and study sessions.

Her presentation is split up by how dumb she considers each conversation. Most of the conversations involve Aiden and Taylor, not because they are dumbasses, though is does play a part, but because they enable each other's dumbassery.

Ben only makes up about a slide... for obvious reasons. Part of him is relieved, but the other part wishes that he could say more to be included.

One of her favorite moments that she put in the presentation is when she overheard Logan having to explain to Aiden that 1.) the North Pole does, in fact, exist and 2.) that it is not the same thing as Antarctica when they were doing pair work in science. It took... painfully long, for the point to reach Aiden. She's not convinced it has. (I had this argument with my friend during senior year...)

^^ The argument gets brought back up because Tyler started shitting on Aiden cause of it.

Another big chunk of the presentation is just when she caught the group baby-talking Logan's cat (he has a cat cause I said so). You'd think it be Taylor, considering her general demeanor, but Tyler's the one who talks to the cat most of the time. And the cat absolutely loves him. The cat is sitting on his lap as we speak.

Logan is a person to play first person shooter games. With mic. Need I say more. (He doesn't say anything bad, but he can shit talk. It's easier since they don't know who he is lmao).

Taylor gets off easy because everything dumb that she says is on purpose. She is absolutely the person to just go with the bit, so everything she says just goes with the flow of the group. What's that? It's because Ashlyn has more of a soft spot for Taylor! What, no! I don't know what you are talking about, Aiden. Such accusations. (he is 100% correct)

Group Reaction:

Since the presentation was pretty balanced with who got made fun of, excluding Ben (ToT), everyone's having a pretty good time.

Since Ben barely had anything in the presentation, Logan had the bright idea to scroll through this guys social media posts. Mainly twitter. He struck gold at the expense of Ben.

Regarding cat point in the presentation, Ashlyn had some videos as proof. Is Tyler embarrassed? Yes. Can he do anything about it? No, he has the cat on his lap.

Until Barron and his little minions showed up. You saw him with a boy you didn’t recognize, the boy following him around like a lost puppy, papers and what looked like assignments in hand. Everyone looked to Logan who seemed tense, Aiden covering Bens eyes knowing he would probably get triggered like last time when he saw Logan and Barron interacting. You were standing there, looking at Logan sympathetically while Tyler had his hand on your waist, bringing you closer as he glared at the direction Barron went. Logan speaks up and you kind of zone out, already knowing how Barron treated him and his antics. You could say you were close with Logan, your parents being pretty close with his grandparents so you often spent time together.

Tyler taps you on the shoulder and you snap out of your thoughts and look up at him. He pinches your cheek and smirks; “We’re getting that son of a bitch, yeah?” He says and you chuckle, grabbing his hand and taking it off your cheek, holding his hand instead. “Yeah, Logan will fuck him up!” You say enthusiastically and smile at Logan, giving him a reassuring pat on the shoulder and wave at him as you and the group went out of the Arcade, circling behind so they don’t notice you coming with Logan. You listen in, sitting next to Ben and Taylor while the others payed closer attention in case anything went out of hand. After a few minutes you notice Ashlyns expression change to one of confusion and Ben perks up as well. Just a second later he stands up and runs over to the scene, making you and Taylor stand up as well and watch the scene unfold.

Everyone goes to intervene when suddenly you get pulled back into a darker corner of the back of the building by one of Barrons friends, you try to scream for help but he put his hand on your mouth and when he started beating you, you started to loose the last bit of energy to scream out for help.The group was fighting like crazy, as if something possesed them and you were just laying there weakly, getting beaten when suddenly Barrons voice was heard, calling his friends back so they could leave. The guy that was beating you up gave you one last kick to the side and you groaned in pain, sitting up weakly and back against a wall, sobbing quietly.

You clutch your side, blood dripping from your nose and bruises started to form all over your body. Your mind goes blank, only a faint buzz being heard from your perspective.Your vision gets a bit blurry when you see someone approaching you, you weakly let out a “Stay back” but quickly melt into the persons touch as they hug you. The voices are muffled and you can’t make out what they are saying when your vision just goes black.

Tylers face goes pale when you go limp in his arms. He yells out for the others and tries to shake you awake, giving you CPR. The others rush over to you, Ashlyn checking your pulse but sighs in relief and puts a hand on Tylers shoulder; “They’ll be fine, they just passed out.” She says and she puts you on your side and rubs your back. Tyler put your head in his lap and mumbles incoherent sentences the group can���t hear, sobbing quietly. “Oh, amor please be okay, I can’t loose you.” He says and shortly after the ambulance arrives and Tyler goes with you, refusing to leave you alone even after he was told he shouldn’t come along. He holds your hand the whole ride to the hospital and the others went by bus.

Tyler was sitting in the waiting room nervously, the doctors didn’t give him any updates and the group arrived at the hospital, everyone worried sick for you. They knew you wouldn’t die, but everyone felt bad they weren’t there to help you, especially Tyler who was full on sobbing, mumbling how stupid he was to let you into the fight. Taylor rubs his back soothingly and assures him that you would be fine; “They’re stronge Ty, Barrons little minions don’t stand a chance!” She says and smiles softly. Tyler just shrugs and stands up, walking over to a random nurse he saw with you and grabs her by the shoulder; “Hey do you know anything about Y/N L/N, they were brought here an hour ago.” He says and the nurse looks at him with a calm smile and gives him her full attention; “They will be fine, the doctors are running some tests and scans to make sure their body didn’t get any internal damage.” She says and pats him on the shoulder; “Everything will be fine, they’re strong, I can tell.” He nods and thanks the nurse before finally sitting down and talk with the others about what happened.

Hours pass and your parents arrive, worried sick and asks about what happened when they get interrupted by a doctor; “Excuse me, are you mr. and mrs. L/N? Your child is in room 504, she’s in stable condition and we will release her tommorow morning, for now you can go visit her.” He says and walks away, probably to go deal with other patients. Everyone rushes to your room and you look up at the ceiling, angry that you let the guy catch you off guard. Your side was wrapped in bandages along with your left arm and your knees. Everything ached and you just wanted to go home and forget everything that happened. Your thoughts get pushed aside when everyone barges into your room and start to question you; “Are you okay?” “What happened?” “Who did this?” Your parents ask frantically and you just sigh, not really feeling like speaking to anyone; “Nothing happened i’m fine..” You say and frown, looking away from everyone. It felt horrible to think about that everyone saw you as this weak being currently and you didn’t want that, knowing you could’ve done better and shouldn’t have let him catch you off guard.

After some time your parents leave, deciding to not pressure you and that they would let you come to them when you were comfortable to do so but Tyler and the others stayed for a while longer, comforting you and trying to take your mind off of what happened. Aiden wad playing random songs from his playlist and everyone sang alone, Tyler sitting on a chair next to you. holding your hand while rubbing circles on it or playing with your fingers like a curious child. He was glad you were okay, he just blamed himself for what happened and you could tell. “Hey guys, I’m a bit tired, could you give me a minute with Tyler tho?” You say with a kind smile and everyone nods, Ashlyn and Aiden waving you goodbye, Taylor and Logan hugging you and Ben just nodded at you with a worried, but comforting smile. As soon as the door closes you get tackled into a bone crushing hug; “Shit.. Ty that kinda hurts.” You wince as your bruised body starts to ache again. “Oh, right.. sorry.. sorry.” He says and kisses your forehead, cheek and then nose. You scoot closer to the side so he can lay down next to you and he does, wrapping his arms around you and lays you down on his chest. “I’m so sorry amor, I wish I was there but I wasn’t.. It’s all my fault..” He says and looks away, trying his best not to cry in front of you.

“Hey, baby, It really isn’t your fault and I do not blame you for what happened, it’s not anyones falt that Barron and his friends are just little shits that beat people up for fun.” You coo and play with his hair, sitting up so you have a good view of his face. You smile mischievously and start to kiss his whole face. And when I say whole I really mean his whole face. He chuckles and cups your cheeks, kissing you on the lips. The kiss was quick but sweet, making your face feel a bit hotter than usual. He goes to stand up from the hospital bed but you tighten your grip on him. “Stay, I don’t want to be alone when we go.. back there..” You point at the clock that read 11:47pm and he smiled softly, getting back in with you. You guys stay in comfortable silence, Tyler rubbing circles on the back of your hand and brings it to his lips, kissing it. “I’ll protect you, I promise.”
