 Introducción

En nuestra vida siempre hay un constante una rutina, día a día frecuentamos a las mismas personas, los mismos lugares, las mismas acciones pareciera que nos programamos para cumplir con lo mismo todos los días haciendo que en algun momento tengamos una sensación o sentimiento de estar encarcelados o atrapados en algo sin sentido debido a la nula importancia que le damos ya que la repetición hace casi invisible todo por lo que pasamos y nos rodea, ¿y si prestamos un poco más de atención? podemos indagar más en las cosas, acciones y lugares banales haciéndolas resaltarlas para apreciarlas, gozarlas y estar consciente de estas. Es importante disfrutarlas en esta vida tan fugaz e incierta en la que estamos.

Asi mismo aparece una lucha constante la búsqueda del sentido de nuestra vida en esta cotidianidad nos atormentamos queriendo descubrir a que venimos y que estamos haciendo incluso en esta situación pandémica te hace replantear tu vida.

En el arte la influencia de nuestra cotidianidad esta muy inmersa replanteándose de diferentes maneras haciendo notar la belleza que hay en lo ordinario sacando a relucir la esencia que tenemos como individuos y en conjunto con los demás Michael de Certeau dice que; lo cotidiano es lo que se nos da cada día y nos relaciona con el interior1 podrian ser estas quizá los problemas que pensamos y nos agobian para nuestros adentros las dificultades que se nos presentan nuestra búsqueda de soluciones o hasta podría ser la supervivencia que buscamos en este mundo caótico y consumista.

En la investigacion “la representación social de la vida cotidiana…” dice; la realidad cotidiana esta connotada, entre otras cosas por un plan afectivo y otro cognitivo, que se organiza alrededor del aquí de nuestro cuerpo y del ahora de nuestro presente2 entonces la cotidianidad se percibe desde el punto de partida de cada persona y su comprensión y sentimiento por el mundo que lo rodea, por las acciones que se imitan en un ámbito de relación social y cultural su asimilación y pensamiento incluso gustos, nosotros escogemos que es lo que realizaremos en nuestros dias y lo relacionamos con algo que perseguimos tratando de encontrar el sentido y cuando no lo logramos caemos en un vacío inexplicable tormentoso tambien causado por nuestra rutina y esto porque; La estructura básica de la vida cotidiana es, en su elemento esencial, la reiteración y puede aparecer a la vista o se manifiesta como fenómeno en rutinas, hábitos y costumbres. Por tal motivo, el modo de vivir puede tornarse en un mecanismo irreflexivo y estereotipado de acción, que conduzca a la monotonía, al conformismo y hasta la infelicidad3

La mota flotante en la que vivimos y nosotros desaparecerá algun día, tenemos cierto tiempo no somos infinitos somos fugaces pero no somos insignificantes nos complementamos entre nosotros nos miramos los unos a los otros en nuestras vidas diarias desde que nacemos gracias al prójimo encontramos nuestros caminos a seguir, tenemos presente la muerte y eso nos motiva a buscar nuestro sentido; Un sentido no solo individual tambien involucrado con nuestra cotidianidad y lo que nos rodea nos enfrentamos al compromiso real de nuestra propia vida4

Conclusión

Encontrar información exclusivamente del tema al principio fue un poco complicado, incluso en una de las referencias lo más relacionado o que pude profundizar más en mi texto fue de una referencia del artículo, aunque lo demás en realidad tambien tenía relación. Las referencias complementaron bastante mi campo afectivo sé que podría encontrar aun más incluso me gustaría ocupar físicas y no solo en linea, pero por ahora me hicieron abrir un poco más el panorama.

En esta ardua búsqueda cambie de opinión en cuanto a la humanidad y lo insignificante que sentía que éramos, si bien somos frágiles, fugaces y muy pequeños no estamos solos nos tenemos como colectivo, aprendiendo y compartiendo, asimilando y sintiendo en nuestro día a día.
