The All New iPhone 16 Rumors
As tech enthusiasts eagerly anticipate Apple's next flagship smartphone, rumors and leaks about the iPhone 16 are circulating widely. While the official launch is still months away, here's a compilation of the most intriguing rumors about the upcoming iPhone 16.
Design and Build
One of the most persistent rumors suggests a significant redesign for the iPhone 16. Apple is reportedly experimenting with a titanium frame, replacing the stainless steel used in previous models. This change could result in a lighter, more durable phone. Additionally, the iPhone 16 is rumored to feature a completely portless design, relying entirely on wireless charging and data transfer. This would mark a significant departure from the Lightning port, which has been a staple of the iPhone lineup for years.
Tumblr media
Display
The display of the iPhone 16 is expected to see some notable improvements. Rumors point to a ProMotion display with a 120Hz refresh rate across all models, not just the Pro variants. This would make for smoother scrolling and a more responsive user experience. There are also whispers of an under-display Face ID, which could eliminate the need for the notch and offer a truly edge-to-edge display.
Camera Enhancements
Apple has consistently pushed the boundaries of smartphone photography, and the iPhone 16 is no exception. Speculations include a periscope lens for improved optical zoom capabilities, allowing for clearer and more detailed long-distance shots. Additionally, improvements in low-light photography and video recording are expected, thanks to advanced computational photography techniques and larger sensors.
Performance and Battery Life
The iPhone 16 is rumored to be powered by the A18 Bionic chip, which promises even greater performance and efficiency. This next-generation processor is expected to deliver faster processing speeds and better graphics performance, making it ideal for gaming and demanding applications. Coupled with a larger battery, the iPhone 16 could offer longer battery life, addressing a common concern among iPhone users.
Software and Features
On the software side, iOS 18 is expected to introduce several new features and enhancements. There are rumors of improved AR capabilities, leveraging the power of the new hardware to offer more immersive experiences. Additionally, Apple may introduce new privacy features, continuing its commitment to user data protection.
Pricing and Availability
While pricing details are always a subject of much speculation, the iPhone 16 is expected to follow a similar pricing structure to its predecessors. However, with the introduction of new materials and technologies, there could be a slight increase in price. The official announcement is anticipated in September, with pre-orders likely to start shortly after the launch event.
Conclusion
The iPhone 16 is shaping up to be another groundbreaking release from Apple. With rumors of a bold new design, significant camera enhancements, and cutting-edge technology, it promises to set new standards in the smartphone industry. As always, these rumors should be taken with a grain of salt until the official announcement, but the anticipation and excitement are already building among Apple fans worldwide.

For context I am not a techbro, but I HATE HATE HATE that IPhone 16 is rumored to have AI. Like I could see how it would help in some areas, but if you so much as touch art with the Iphone AI I will scream bite and claw.

iPhone 16 news
Tumblr media
The upcoming iPhone 16 lineup, expected in September 2024, could bring several new features and improvements, both in design and internal specifications. Here’s a comprehensive look at what the rumors suggest for the iPhone 16 series:
 1. New Processor: A18 Pro
The iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max models are expected to be powered by the new A18 Pro processor, which is said to offer modest speed improvements and a significantly enhanced Neural Engine, designed to support Apple's AI efforts under the brand "Apple Intelligence." This new chip will continue to be based on the 3nm process, further optimizing power efficiency and performance. Meanwhile, standard models might receive a variant of the A18 to support some level of Apple Intelligence.
2. Capture Button for Pro Models
One of the standout features rumored for the iPhone 16 Pro models is the addition of a new "Capture button," which is expected to be located below the sleep/wake button. This button could function similarly to a shutter button on a digital camera, offering multiple functionalities like half-press to focus, press to capture, and swipe for zoom control. It could be capacitive or mechanical, with haptic feedback provided by two Taptic Engine motors.
3. Camera Upgrades: 48MP Ultra-Wide and Vertical Alignment
The iPhone 16 Pro models are rumored to feature a 48MP Ultra-Wide camera, enhancing the capabilities of the 0.5x and macro modes. This sensor upgrade could also improve spatial video capture and Portrait mode. Additionally, the base models may return to a vertical camera alignment, which was last seen in the iPhone 12, to enable 3D video recording for Apple Vision Pro.

iPhone 16 Pro Models to Adopt 'M14' Advanced Samsung OLED Panels for Improved Brightness and Lifespan
The upcoming iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max will be the first Apple smartphones to adopt Samsung's high performance "M14" OLED display panel, claims a new report coming out of South Korea.
According to ETNews, Samsung's "M" series of OLED panels are made for flagship smartphones, while "14" refers to the number of high-performance materials used to produce them. "M14" is the first series of its kind, and the panel is said to have been developed to deliver superior brightness and longevity.
Samsung has reportedly placed orders for the M14 materials and is preparing to mass produce the displays in the second half of the year for Apple's iPhone 16 Pro models. Google's Pixel 9 smartphone is the only other device that is expected to adopt the high-performance displays in 2024.
A previous report out of China claimed that this year's ‌iPhone 16 Pro‌ models will feature up to 1,200 nits of typical SDR brightness – a 20% increase over the current models – so Samsung's new panel could be the reason for the expected improvement. That said, peak HDR brightness is expected to remain at 1,600 nits, the same as the current iPhone 15 Pro Display.
Another rumor last year suggested that all iPhone 16 models will adopt new micro-lens OLED display technology for improved brightness and reduced power consumption, although it's not clear if this is related to M14 panels specifically.
The iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max will have larger display sizes than the iPhone 15 Pro models, according to multiple sources. The iPhone 16 Pro will have a display that's 6.27 inches in size (rounded to 6.3), while the iPhone 16 Pro Max is expected to have a display that's 6.85 inches in size (rounded to 6.9).

Apple M4 Chip and iOS 18: A Look at Next-Level Performance
Tumblr media
Apple M4 Chip Rumors Apple M4 Chip Features
Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman says Apple will add M4 Chips to its Macs in late 2024. Artificial intelligence performance will be improved by the Apple M4 Chip. Apple intends to launch its first Macs equipped with the Apple M4 Chip family of CPUs in that time frame.
M4 Chip Release date Since Apple unveiled the M3, M3 Pro, and M3 Max CPUs all at once in October of last year, it’s probable the Apple M4 Chip range may be shown around the same time. Gurman said the M4 will be arriving in late 2024 and early 2025 for all Macs.
The first to get Apple M4 Chips are the iMac, low-level 14-inch MacBook Pro, elite 14-inch MacBook Pro, 16-inch MacBook Pro, and Mac mini. The 13-inch and 15-inch MacBook Air models will get them in springtime 2025, the Mac Studio’s in mid-2025, and the Mac Pro later in.
Apple is approaching manufacture of the Apple M4 Chip, which will come in at least three flavours. Donan, Brava, and Hidra are the codenames for the entry-level, mid-range, and top-tier chips, respectively. The low-end Mac mini, MacBook Air, and entry-level MacBook Pro will all utilise the Donan chip, while the higher-end MacBook Pro and MacBook mini will use the Brava chip.
Since the Hidra chip is made for the Mac Pro, it is likely a “Ultra” or “Extreme” category processor. With regard to the Mac Studio, Apple is testing variants that include an M4 Brava CPU variant that is likely of a better calibre than the M4 Pro and M4 Max “Brava” chips, as well as an unpublished M3-era chip.
The maximum amount of Unified Memory that M4 models of Mac desktop computers might handle is 512GB, a significant increase above the present cap of 192GB.
Although TSMC, an Apple supplier, is expected to use an enhanced version of the 3nm process for increased performance and power efficiency, the M4 chips will be constructed using the same 3-nanometer technology as the M3 processors. Apple also intends to include a much enhanced Neural Engine with more cores for AI applications.
This week brought news of Apple’s hardware roadmap. They plan to release a complete portfolio of M4-based Macs later this year, along with various iPad models, and should solidify plans for the introduction of newer iPad Pro and iPad Air models next month.
As they examined how things are going with the iPhone 15 Pro now that it is halfway through its flagship lifetime, they also heard some new rumours regarding iOS 18, which is scheduled to be introduced at WWDC in a few months. Continue reading below for all the information on these tales and more!
As to the source, the M4 series of CPUs will be rolled out later this year to the MacBook Pro and iMac lines, and during 2025, additional models like as the MacBook Air, Mac mini, Mac Studio, and Mac Pro are anticipated to get updates as well.
According to a recent report by Mark Gurman of Bloomberg, other models with M4 series CPUs would be introduced in the next year, after the initial release of the first ones later this year. Gurman provided a more detailed plan for these Macs in his Power On email today.
Gurman reaffirmed that the Mac Studio and Mac Pro would be compatible with Apple’s internally tested M3 Ultra processor, but he added that it is “all but assured that at least some of Apple’s high-end desktops” would forego the M3 chip series.
Gurman said that Apple would highlight the M4 processor series’ artificial intelligence capabilities.
iOS 18 iOS 18 Features
According to reports, Cloud Servers Won’t Be Used for Apple’s First AI Features in iOS 18
According to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, Apple’s initial round of new AI capabilities for iOS 18 won’t depend on cloud servers at all.
In the Q&A part of his Power On email today, Gurman said, “It appears that that the first set of features will work entirely on device as the world watches Apple’s big AI unveiling on June 10.” “That indicates that there is not a cloud computing element to the organization’s large language model, the application that enables the new capabilities.”
iOS 18 update Gurman predicts that Apple will likely continue to provide certain cloud-based AI capabilities powered by Gemini from Google or another supplier. Regarding possible collaborations in generative AI, Apple is said to have spoken with businesses including China’s Baidu, OpenAI, and Google. Although it is uncertain whether Gemini or another chatbot will be directly incorporated into iOS 18, it is not anticipated that Apple’s ChatGPT like chatbot would be included in iOS 18.
Given that Apple supply chain experts, like Ming-Chi Kuo and Jeff Pu, have said that the business is aggressively buying AI servers, it is plausible that Apple may eventually provide some of its own cloud-based generative AI capabilities.
New generative AI capabilities for the iPhone’s Spotlight search function, the Siri, Safari, Shortcuts, Apple Music, Messages, Health, Numbers, Pages, Keynote, and other apps are reportedly coming with iOS 18. Previously, Gurman stated that generative AI would let Siri answer more difficult inquiries and auto-complete phrases in Messages.
iOS 18 release date At WWDC, which runs from June 10 to 14, Apple is likely to reveal iOS 18 and other software improvements.

Jupiter in Taurus ✨🌸
May 16, 2023 is a lucky day! Jupiter is moving into Taurus. Jupiter is associated with growth and good fortune, and Taurus is associated with material possessions and stability. This is a combination that can bring us long-term comfort, stability and happiness! This cosmic event only happens every twelve years, so enjoy this nearly year-long transit.
Tumblr media
Jupiter is the planet of growth, expansion and optimism. It blesses us with good luck and fortune. Jupiter is about expanding our wealth as well as our minds. This planet is associated with the higher mind, philosophy and religion, giving us a larger lens to view the world.
Jupiter will shift into the fixed Earth sign of Taurus, bringing opportunities that are related to patience, building and strengthening efforts and focus on pleasure, stability and longevity.
Over the last year, Jupiter has traveled through Aries with active, action-packed developments. This transit helped you get new projects off the ground and allowed you to get the ball rolling. As Jupiter changes course, you might be prompted to slow down to ensure what you’ve built can stand the test of time.
There’s a calming effect on boundless Jupiter when it moves into Taurus. Jupiter might be ready to expand, but Taurus adds some stability to this. Jupiter had big-picture ambitions, but Taurus might help to slow down to a more realistic and patient pace. If used correctly, this energy can allow us to turn our dreams into attainable goals! This is a real chance to move toward dreams and long-term goals. We’ll find energy to make practical, planned to-do lists and start checking items off until we get to the end result. Jupiter’s desire for growth and Taurus’ patient, headstrong demeanor encourages us to trust the process.
We must practice patience with this transit, and with the Sun, Mercury, Uranus AND now Jupiter in Taurus. This sign is slow-moving. Results require you to work hard and sometimes wait. Trust that results are coming!
Jupiter in Taurus’ Past
Fields that prosper during this transit tend to be agriculture, food, building, music, luxury comfort items and natural or earthy beauty products. In Jupiter’s once a decade transit through Taurus, we often observe the debut of pop icons and artists that define the decade to come. It often signals a boom in progress.
In 1928-1929 Mickey Mouse was introduced, the first movie with sound was released, Joseph Stalin forever changed the life and economy in Russia, and Wall Street crashed.
After a grueling Great Depression, Jupiter returned to Taurus in 1940. WWII initiated the surge of industry like jet planes, computers, and even McDonalds.
Fast-forward to 1976-1977, when ABBA’s ‘Dancing Queen’, Queen’s ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’, and Fleetwood Mac’s Rumors album filled the radio airwaves. We had Star Wars, Saturday Night Fever and the founding of Apple computers.
1999 - 2000 was similarly explosive with The Matrix, X-Men, Fight Club and well, what movie didn’t come out during this era? Britney and Christina were pop icons, Buffy and Charmed battled evil.
Then finally, in June 2011 - June 2012, Lena Dunham’s Girls debuted, iPhones became essential, and artists like Lana Del Rey, Florence and the Machine, and Frank Ocean filled our earbuds.
Jupiter in Taurus influence this time
For the first time since 1941, Jupiter will join Uranus in Taurus. It’s likely that those in positions of power will make riskier decisions, building Jenga towers that can only go so high without crashing. New idols will sweep the imagination, joining Jupiter in Taurus icons like Mickey Mouse and Darth Vader. In the summer of 2023, Venus will retrograde in Leo, which can reboot iconography of the Hollywood machine and influencer culture. A new era of stars will mesmerize and inspire.
Tumblr media
Personal Effects
While Jupiter is in Taurus, focus on enjoying life! We can be happy with a simple, good life during this time. Taurus in Jupiter urges us to enjoy, appreciate and build on what we already have.
We can be more realistic and practical. We need clear goals and strong plans, but we take pleasure in pursuing our goals in a more leisurely fashion. Jupiter will remain in Taurus for the next year, making plenty of time to develop the security you have been craving. We attract the most good fortune when we observe wisely rather than jump too quickly into something new.
Life can be prosperous during this transit. Since Jupiter is also seen as the planet of abundance, this can be a period of growth, prosperity and luck in the form of tangible resources like money, food and livelihood. These things can be acquired by using a practical approach with the help of Taurus.
We will have an easier time with practical decision making. We are able to rise above pettiness, mundane concerns and inconveniences.
It’s a good time to look at our financial standings and find a change for growth. Long-term financial investments are in favor and investments may even start to pay off. We can happily watch our profits and possessions slowly, but surely accumulate. We attract good fortune when we are charitable and patient. Make sure that basic needs are met before pursuing more goals.
While there can be some good fortune when it comes to money and personal possessions due to resourcefulness, we can also get caught up in our possessions that bring comfort and pleasure, so be wary of an unhealthy focus on material items or the joy of buying. We can become possessive. Negative manifestations can give us a “wait and see” attitude that leads to us not being motivated, and we can be stubborn with our opinions and beliefs.
It’s a great time for your creative release. Feed, strengthen and style yourself as a powerful vessel to bring the future.
It’s beneficial to keep in mind that Jupiter is about higher minded thinking. We can take advantage of this transit by making sure that our morals and ethics are up to date and meaningful as our attention to material objects. With Jupiter and Taurus coming together, we’re reminded that the answers we seek are with us all the time. Spirituality is not something outside of us that we aspire to, but the always present buzz of daily life. This transit gives us the opportunity to push past distractions and tap into wisdom within ourselves.
Here are some journal prompts you could find helpful during this transit:
What does abundance mean to me?
How do I want to cultivate more abundance in my life? What real steps can I take to achieve this?
What are my values and how do they shape my relationship to material possessions? How can I align my spending habits with my values?
How do I prioritize self-care and pleasure in my life? How can I incorporate this into my daily routine?
What brings me a sense of stability and security? How can I ensure that I am cultivating these feelings into my life?
How can I find the resources to support the people that matter to me?
In what ways have I experienced growth and expansion in my life? How can I build on this momentum moving forward?
How can I find balance between my desire for comfort and my need for growth and new experiences?

The Periscope lens for the iPhone 15 Pro Max will be supplied by Largan
According to the latest article by Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, the periscope (zoom) lens for the iPhone 15 Pro Max will only be supplied by Largan.
Tumblr media
Rumors of an iPhone with a periscope lens have been circulating since early 2020 — when Kuo first mentioned this possibility.
Tumblr media
According to Kuo, the average selling price for Largan’s periscope lens is about $4 (including prisms), significantly lower than the market average of $4.50 to $5 or more.
Tumblr media
Kuo believes that both iPhone 16 Pro models in 2024 will use a periscope lens similar or identical to the lens used in the iPhone 15 Pro Max, and Apple will continue the trend of differentiating standard and Pro models by reserving some of the highest-end hardware features for the Pro line.

Deals: Google Pixel 9 and Samsung Galaxy S24 offers - Notice Today Online - #GLOBAL https://www.merchant-business.com/deals-google-pixel-9-and-samsung-galaxy-s24-offers/?feed_id=207917&_unique_id=66efc1a80ed3f Pre-orders for the new iPhone 16 series started Friday last week and this Friday the new Apple phones went on sale. The big question now is should you buy one? And if not, what then? Last week we focused on refurbished iPhones as an alternative. This week we will focus on what the Android world has to offer. We start with Google. The Pixel 9 has a 6.3” OLED display, not an LTPO, but it does run at 120Hz (making the iPhone 16’s 60Hz display look ancient). The Tensor G4 is no match for the Apple A18 in general performance, but it handles Google’s AI features just fine – and those AI features are already working, while Apple is still playing catch-up. The phone has a 50MP main camera and a 48MP ultra wide, an upgrade that the iPhone 16 missed out on (it got a minor upgrade for its 12MP ultra wide). The Pixel 9 has Satellite SOS (and so do the other 9-series models), but no general chats over satellite. However, with iOS 18, iPhones 14 and newer will be able to use the Messages app to chat with friends and family even outside of network coverage. This only works in the US and Canada, but we expect to see this feature expand to new regions next year. The Google Pixel 9 Pro upgrades to a 6.3” LTPO panel with a higher pixel density, making it a better match for iPhone 16 Pro’s new 6.3” LTPO display. It has the 50MP main and 48MP ultra wide of the vanilla model (here matching 16 Pro’s new 48MP ultra wide), in addition to a 48MP 5x (113mm) periscope – giving it a leg up on Apple’s 12MP 5x (120mm) periscope. Also, the Pixel Pros have a new 48MP ultra wide (17mm) selfie camera – an upgrade that iPhones might get next year. Note what we said above about the Tensor G4 and the Satellite SOS.The Google Pixel 9 Pro XL goes up against the iPhone 16 Pro Max with a 6.8” display. Accounting for the slightly different aspect ratios, the Pixel display is around 5% smaller by surface area. The rest is the same as the smaller Pro model and the same applies for the iPhone. One thing left to mention is that both Google and Apple boosted wired and wireless charge speeds this year. We have already tested the Pixels, expect results from the iPhones soon.Apple doesn’t have a foldable yet, we just keep seeing rumors of delays. But Google does and the second generation makes some key usability upgrades. The Pixel 9 Pro Fold has a 6.3” (20:9) cover display and an 8.0” inner display (both 120Hz, the inner one is LTPO). The 48+10+10MP triple camera isn’t as capable as on the other 9 Pros, but that’s a common issue with foldables. Still, like with AI, Google is ahead of the curve compared to Apple when it comes to new mobile form factors. The Google Pixel 8a offers a relatively affordable alternative to the 9-series. However, a 9a is expected by the end of the year, so you might want to wait. The one major upgrade will be the more efficient Tensor G4 chipset as the G3 inside the Pixel 8a isn’t great. Still, this model will be supported for 7 years, so you can buy one now and not worry about changing phones until 2031.Like Google, in fact, thanks to Google, Samsung launched Galaxy AI this year. It made its debut on the Galaxy S24 series and was rolled out to older models too. Also like Google, the Samsung is giving the S24 series 7 years of support. The Samsung Galaxy S24 has a 6.2” 120Hz OLED display, finally, an LTPO panel. The camera setup hasn’t seen a major upgrade in a while and features a 50MP main, 10MP 3x (67mm) tele and 12MP ultra wide. There is no satellite connectivity here and charging is still done at 25W wired and 15W wireless. The Samsung Galaxy S24+ has a 6.7” display, QHD+ LTPO (hurray!), and 45W charging for the battery. The camera is the same as on the small S24, though. Again, no satellite connectivity of any kind on the S24 series, so Samsung is behind on this front.
The Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra seems to be the only one getting camera upgrades. It features a 200MP main sensor, two telephoto modules (50MP 5x 111mm periscope and 10MP 3x 67mm), plus a 12MP ultra wide. The S Pen is unique to the S Ultra series and turns the 6.8” LTPO OLED display into a canvas for notes and sketches.OnePlus will be launching a new flagship soon, but a brief mention of the OnePlus 12 is warranted – it’s a relatively cheap phone with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and a 6.82” QHD+ LTPO display. And the 50MP main is accompanied by a 64MP 3x (70mm) tele and 48MP ultra wide. Plus, the large 5,400mAh battery supports 80W wired charging and 50W wireless. The OnePlus 12R is even cheaper and combines the older Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 with a 6.78” LTPO display. The camera is somewhat basic with a 50MP main, 8MP ultra wide and no tele. The 5,500mAh battery only supports 80W wired charging, no wireless. Also note the low water resistance rating, IP64.We may get a commission from qualifying sales.“Pre-orders for the new iPhone 16 series started Friday last week and this Friday the new Apple phones went on sale. The big question now is should you buy one?…”Source Link: https://www.gsmarena.com/deals_google_pixel_9_and_samsung_galaxy_s24_offers-news-64621.php https://www.droid-life.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/Google-Pixel-Fold-Deals-1200x1200-cropped.jpg BLOGGER - #GLOBAL

Deals: Google Pixel 9 and Samsung Galaxy S24 offers - Notice Today Online - BLOGGER https://www.merchant-business.com/deals-google-pixel-9-and-samsung-galaxy-s24-offers/?feed_id=207916&_unique_id=66efc1a798508 Pre-orders for the new iPhone 16 series started Friday last week and this Friday the new Apple phones went on sale.
