iOS 16: How to Hide Notifications on Your iPhone Lock Screen
Apple in iOS 16 has made numerous welcome changes to the iPhone Lock Screen, including adding a wealth of customization options and introducing contraptions for the first time. The way announcements show up has also changed, and you can now choose how they appear on your Cinch Screen, and indeed hide them altogether, to be revealed by you with a valve.
Due to the Cinch Screen changes, announcements in iOS 16 are displayed at the bottom of the screen, and are piled on top of one another by dereliction. But they do not have to remain piled if you do not want them to. It's possible to set them to appear in the traditional list format, or you can have them displayed simply as a number( the number of announcements) that you can tap to reveal the announcements staying for you.
The following way show you how to change the way announcements appear on your iPhone Lock Screen in iOS 16 .
+ Launch the Settings app on your iPhone.
+ Tap announcements.
+ Tap Display As.
+ Tap Count to elect it.
That is each there's to it. announcements on your Cinch Screen will now show up as a number, which you can tap to reveal them in full. cock You can also pinch the announcements list on the Cinch Screen to change the way they're displayed.
iPhone 16 Pro - IT'S HAPPENING AGAIN! Samsung has reportedly placed orders for the M14 materials and is preparing to mass produce the displays in the second half of the year for Apple's iPhone 16 Pro models. Google's Pixel 9 smartphone is the only other device that is expected to adopt the high-performance displays in 2024.
Blinkit has already surpassed 300 deliveries of the Apple iPhone 16, according to the CEO
This morning, enthusiastic Apple fans were spotted lining up outside flagship stores in Delhi and Mumbai for the highly anticipated iPhone 16 series.
However, a more convenient option is available—quick commerce platforms like Blinkit and BigBasket are offering rapid deliveries of the iPhone 16. Blinkit promises delivery within just 10 minutes for all available items, and BigBasket has recently introduced similar services.
Blinkit, in particular, is nearing a significant milestone, with co-founder and CEO Albinder Dhindsa announcing on X that they are about to complete 300 deliveries across India. “We started delivering iPhones at 8 AM, and we’re about to cross 300 deliveries in just a few minutes,” he shared. “Today is going to be a crazy day!”
In response to a user’s inquiry about EMI options, Dhindsa confirmed that they are indeed available.
The iPhone 16 series is currently offered through Blinkit in select cities, including Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Pune, and Bengaluru, with prices starting at ₹79,900 for the base model. Dhindsa had previously announced Blinkit’s partnership with Unicorn Stores, an authorized Apple retailer, to facilitate these fast deliveries.
This marks Blinkit’s third consecutive partnership with Unicorn to launch iPhones on release day.
New iPhone 16 Only Requires Access to Your Soul to Function
CUPERTINO, CALIFORNIA - In an unprecedented leap for both technology and metaphysics, Apple has announced that the new iPhone 16 will be the first smartphone that just needs access to your soul in order to properly function. The piece of software that Apple developed in order to make this great advancement possible, dubbed “SoulSync”, is being touted as the future of technology according to critics.
“Gone are the days of having to put in all of your personal information by hand in order to get your iPhone to properly function,” said Apple CEO Tim Cook during a keynote presentation. “Now with SoulSync, when you hold your iPhone 16 for the first time, it gains complete access to your soul and personal data without you having to put it in yourself by hand. This is SoulSync, the future of personal data mining.”
The iPhone 16 is available now with SoulSync pre installed in stores across the nation.
Russian retailers started pre-selling Apple’s iPhone 16, circumventing an export ban and allowing customers to pre-order it, according to Reuters.
Russia’s leading electronics retailer M.Video-Eldorado Group and mobile operator MTS announced on Thursday that they would be the first to introduce the new iPhone in Russia. However, pre-orders will cost buyers hundreds of dollars more than in the United States.
M.Video reported that shipments would begin next week, whereas MTS expected sales to start in the “very near future.”
Apple suspended sales of its products in Russia in March 2022 and discontinued services such as ApplePay. The move was a response to the outbreak of the war in Ukraine.
Foreign brands that stopped direct exports to Russia now reached consumers through countries which did not impose sanctions against Moscow. Those include Turkey, Kazakhstan, China, India, and the United Arab Emirates.
M.Video said prices for the iPhone 16 with 128GB of memory would start at 112,999 rubles ($1,225), about $400 more expensive than the US price of $799. Meanwhile, the iPhone Pro Max with 1TB of storage is available for pre-order in Russia for 249,999 rubles ($2,710), compared to $1,599 in the US.
MTS prices were slightly higher, with the pre-order requiring an advance payment of 25,000 rubles.
