You know what I like about 911 and 911 Lone Star.

These shows aren't making the ships the Fandom like, such as Buddie or Tarlos, constantly bickering.

For instance, In Hawaii Five-O, McDanno wasn't canon, but the Fandom shipped them because of their chemistry but also became of how "loving" their (car)gument were to see. They fight but always came back to each other.

Same with Rizzoli & Isles. Jane and Maura were so opposite of each other, but they fit so well together. Not everyone in the Fandom saw them as a couple, but the way the writers wrote them, made it feel like they wanted to make the Fandom ship them to an extent. They were for the most part in agreement with each other on most things, but they would still sometimes disagree and bicker about small things.

And the same with NCIS. The way they wrote DiNozzo; he's always bickering with his love interests. DiNozzo and Todd didn't end up together in the show, but their constant flirting and little playful argument made me as a fan want to ship them. They even did that with DiNozzo and Ziva. The moment they introduced Ziva it was a constant back and forth with DiNozzo, and that eventually lead them to be a couple. (I think they made it Canon in the show. I'm only at Season 4 for NCIS)

It's a rarity when a show have the both love interests be on the same level and not constantly be arguing.

The Rookie was successful with not making Tim and Lucy have constant bickering. Yes, they disagreed with each other, but their disagreement wasn't a "highlight" of their relationship. However, at first, they weren't at the same level. Tim was Lucy's training officer. They couldn't be together due to their power dynamic. Therefore, Tim had to stop being a TO and Lucy had to move up in her career in order to make their relationship work.

sometimes i just sit and think about that how good descendants story could be. how it could be about that not everything is black or white, that there are multiple shades of grey when it comes to morality. but then, i'm getting hit by the fact that descendants is just another classist story

#ok but listen how stupid this hellsmovies sometimes are #mal being accepted as a queen of auradon only makes sense bc she is getting married to the future king #and bc she adopted auradon morals meanwhile if third movie didn't happen people wouldn't even take uma seriously #bc she is from an isle and she has values that aren't consider as valid in auradon #and again uma's arguments only gained a value bc mal and other members of core four supported it #isle = poverty + child abuse + other types of abuse + probably addictions + 0 proffesional help #<-all of this is in eyes of auradon associated with vk. they don't take them seriously #auradon's citizens are literally rich assholes #+ nepotism #descendants #descendants ben #uma descendants #evie grimhilde #descendants mal #mal bertha #disney villains #isle of the lost #disney descendants #core four #descendants critical

rereading tâm's character sheet. my girl is genuinely a disaster but i love her anyway

#sola said #like i remembered that i really was not playing her to her full statsheet potential (hey. hey sola. TAKE BOTH YOUR ATTACKS. USE REACTIONS.)#but i had genuinely forgotten/maybe never realized just how silly her build is. why does this character still have two +0 mods at level 20 #21 str 15 dex 19 con 10 int 18 wis 10 cha. babygirl why #the thing is that it's actually really nice to look back and realize how differently i would know to build her now if i were to go back #i still don't think of myself as the crunchiest/smartest of players but it's nice to know i understand more than i did two years ago lol #but also. the real answer is that i wouldn't go back. i wouldn't give up anything about the way wandering isles/my first dnd experiences #went for literally anything in the world.#what do you Mean most people's first dnd experience isn't roleplaying slowburn unrequited romance turned aroace interpersonal conflict #turned platonic soulmates after all in the most cathartic and exhilarating possible way?#wandering isles was truly such a way to join and play the back half of a campaign and. yes tâm was a pretty poorly built character but that #was never the point. and it's really nice to look back and be like. i genuinely have no regrets about any of this.#i don't miss playing tâm in that. she got her epilogue. i don't have story left to tell with her. but she still owns my heart #sorry to every pc and campaign i play or will play in the future but i'm genuinely ruined for ttrpgs now <3 #tâm #wandering isles

hi, I have a skyblock question, if you don't mind. Is there a guide or something to know what to do next? I'm kinda stuck in the end and not sure what to do other than kill dragons for eternity, lol. thank you ^^

i'm not sure what the standard progression is nowadays sorry ;-; combat is something i barely touch tbh. i still haven't even killed the kuudra. i would recommend youtube guides, but all the ones i usually hand people are FOR SURE outdated by now lmao so uhhhh watch a few if you want and maybe they can help? dragons are a lot of fun but if you're placing eyes, i would recommend selling them instead, since trying to get drops probably won't get you very far in the early game without some INSANE luck

if you're stuck in combat, i would *personally recommend either grinding some money with another skill (farming and mining are the ones people go for right now but you can make money from combat methods too!) to buy you some better gear, or doing something like dungeons that will earn you better gear :0 i think one of the best things to focus on for combat while you play is your magic power, or the amount of talismans you have in your accessory bag. it helps so much overtime, so don't forget about it while you upgrade gear and weapons

*take my advice with many grains of salt bc i am not really a good player to go to for advice tbh 😭 i'm an enthusiast, that does Not mean i am good at the game

#i assume being stuck in the end just means you either a) cant do the crimson isles or b) havent made it there yet right?#if you need exp try zombie slayer :0 great for combat exp and you get your slayer levels up #and wolf slayer is really good for making your money back by selling the teeth it drops if you want an easier one #if you have farming and mining questions that's ACTUALLY something i can give somewhat good advice on #im just not really good at combat. i much prefer the laid back gathering skills #except for foraging it sucks #fishing is okay but it also requires combat (*&@*)(%&*(^#asks #anons #sb
