watching cartoons as an adult is so different cause like as a kid you just accept Teens/Children are going to fight Villian /Villian and put their lives at risk .. its all in good fun.. but then you're an adult like 20 18 years later and going.. why are these kids outsmarting the adults so easily/ why are ADULTS beefing with children to the point it feels borderline call chris hansen vibes.. Slade: Teen Titans/ Vlad: Danny phantom: Zhao vs Zuko : all these adults be beefing with KIDS and some just be plain creepy.. watching rugrats im also just .. fearing for the babies as tommy about to drown in a toilet or get eaten by the dog next door over a ball/ watching kidsnext door im just. . these adults are stalking KIDS .. i do not like im uncomfortable.. man watching kids cartoons 18 years later sure is a trip esp rocko modern life that feels more like an adult cartoon that a kids show ahh the good old 90s/2000s fun times

Okay headcanon time but,,, 

What if the reason Joongi and Zhao share a karaoke song in IW is because Zhao was the one who first talked Joongi into singing (you know he spent months pestering the guy too). Joongi just picked a random song without paying it much mind, and because he looked nervous to do it alone in front of everyone Zhao just went "No worries babe, I got you", picked another mic and sang with him and it became THEIR song ever since. 

What if Joongi got interested in cooking from watching Zhao. They had to keep their distance from Ichi and the others but they + Seonhee could still hang around one another, so they kinda just gravitated towards each other almost unwittingly. And that's the reason why Joongi asks for Chinese food of all things for his last Buddy Bingo event. 

What if they go on little arcade dates cause Zhao is 100% convinced Joongi is his good luck charm, because once he got a full collection of gacha fish with no repeats with Joongi there and he just rolled with the idea.

What if Zhao takes care of returning the DVDs Joongi rents cause he KNOWS Joongi's too busy and is going to forget, and when he forgets he gets anxious.

What if Joongi (whom we know thanks to Seonhee likes fishing) tries to get fish for Zhao to cook so he doesn't have to buy it. And when he doesn't catch SHIT Zhao just thinks it's cute anyway (and he had already bought the fish anyway because he KNEW Joongi wouldn't catch shit). 

Sorry I just have so many ZhaoHan feels.

*to be clear tho I am someone who does NOT take into account instances of cartoon physics. as in: scenes where a cartoon man is thrown from a height that would normally kill a human but as it is shown in the children's cartoon it is not implied to have caused death. that applies to instances of Aang “killing” people as well (EXCEPT for that scene in the b1 finale. those guys are all dead buddy...)
