actually the best thing about season 3 is how fucking VINDICATED i feel as a hardcore johanna fan right from the airing of the first season. up til season 2 aired i was what felt like the ONLY person stanning her in this space and no one cared yeah yeah she's just hilda's boring mom but jokes on you she's also INSANE and wields a BUZZSAW and has more lore than any other character in the entire show. you all LAUGHED at me but LOOK WHO'S LAUGHING NOW

more than once i’ve seen ppl lament abt the owl house’s popularity and say like i don’t understand why didn’t smth like kipo get this popular :/ which feels weird to me bcuz like. that’s just not rly how media getting popular works like it’s kind of a lightning in a bottle thing in the first place. why r u pitting two bad bitches against each other. these r totally different narratives and kids cartoons in general. what was the fourth thing oh yeah, ones a network television disney show and one was on netflix, which doesn’t Have to mean anything but does likely mean there may be some slightly dif audiences watching the shows. and it is legitimately impressive what dana terrace got thru even if it did end up getting the show cancelled. like i feel like there’s so much u could bring up off the top of ur head or mine at least. and it feels kind of unnecessary anyway. i wouldn’t go hard for it bcuz i just don’t care that much but i think the show gets kind of a bad rap based off like weird criticism and also fandom adults telling adult wlw they should watch a kids show if they want good rep which is obnoxious but i don’t think it’s the shows fault especially when it is a Pretty Good Show that actually feels like it cares abt the kids in its audience and making them feel actually represented

enough being coy, my new f/o is Tindaro in the Netflix series The Decameron which has like nothing to do with the actual book

same actor as Charles, so I’ve been looking forward to this show for like a year now and it’s really not hard to see that I’d get attached to his new character, plus he’s my type (submissive insufferable nerd)

I had new s/i ideas but I think he plays off of Phemie well too since they’d have built in tension from being very invested in similar but opposing interests (Phemie insists the Ancient Greeks and their stories were better than the Romans’ but idk most Italians are probably biased to Rome anyway)

like they can get along as nerd bros eventually but would get in heated arguments and Phemie would seriously consider striking him if they were already angry and started talking about the retcons Roman authors made to Ulysses/Odysseus

(side note: Phemie dgaf about picking a fight with someone who’s old, small, disabled etc bc he himself has health problems, so it’s basically even)

they would potentially have wholesome interactions eventually since Phemie is interested in a long term relationship with him and all and Tindaro is actually pretty interested in developing and growing as a person and connecting with people earnestly, despite having incel tendencies at first

idk they’re actually a lot more like that reddit post about the woman and her husband who were both kinda shitty people with mental issues but they have a such a loving relationship she can’t believe they’re that close
