noel wasn’t too sure how he felt about this halloween party, it was not an event that interested him too much plus he felt like he looked very very stupid. it was partially his mistake for looking dumb, nobody had forced this costume on him, he’d just asked a friend to pick a costume and went with whatever they chose, and they had chosen dora the explorer, so, noel was dressed up as dora the explorer. 

noel wasn’t too sure how interested he was in trick or treating, but he didn’t mind free candy. he was however forced to collect autographs as well, because did his sister find out about the autographs, she would never forgive him for not getting anyone for her. “it’s been a while since i’ve been trick or treating” he says as he turns to look at stevie ( @bexstevie ) “i think the last time was when i lived in canada actually”.

marshmallows

as much as hyoseop loved to join variety shows, there was so much going on with this one. not knowing his team pretty much had him running solo, whatever challenge was thrown his way he would do his very best, and sometimes make sure the people he were doing the challenge with weren’t doing as well as him. but it was all fun, boys energy was different from hyoseop’s usual days, and not needing to practice while filming the show slightly made it feel like a break.

he’s with saem, and the two are a chaotic duo no matter whether there’s cameras filming them or not. with two big bags of marshmallows, they’ve found two other tourists which have been dragged into their chaotic missions. “so, whoever can fit the most marshmallows in their mouth wins” he turns to saem “how do you think you’ll do for this challenge?”.

guess who it is

there’s a yawn escaping the blonde’s lips. she’s been extra tired lately, juggling both practice and school. when it was announced she would debut she considered dropping out of school, but she only had one more year of school, it didn’t exactly make sense to sori to drop out. but she honestly couldn’t wait to be done with school, all her time was used on practice and studying.

once again, another yawn escapes her lips, and then she spots someone familiar, she knows this person well enough to know who they are, even though she can only see their back. she knows they’ll hug her once they see her, so she decides to just get it over with, walking over to her friend and wrapping her arms around the other, giving them a back hug. and then she realizes “sh--” she steps back “yura, ah! i’m so sorry, i thought you were someone else” a slight rose colour shows up on her cheeks, how embarrassing.

cherry was happy to be an actress, though, was she one? all she’d done so far was standing in the background, she had technically never properly acted. still, she was very much looking forward to actually acting. being on the acting path was fun, though not at all like she had expected. she thought they’d be practicing acting way more than they did, last quarter of this year, they’d done a variety show rather than acting. for this time, they were learning how to do stunts, parkour and such, but once they were finished with that, it sounded like there was a potential for cherry to act.

parkour and free running sounded way more exciting than it actually was, cherry was not aware of how bad at parkour she was until she today tried it, oh well, practice makes perfect? “so… we have to jump over a tall obstacle” she looks at the obstacle, a small sigh escaping her lips. “we got to do this as quick as possible, and i’m pretty sure we can’t look dumb either” she turns to seona “have you attempted parkour before?”.

quick to join

mattheo was a fan of anything that could get him out of the house, and too a fan of halloween. though mattheo had now reached being in korea for two years, he still didn’t have a lot of friends, mostly when he left his apartment, it was for work or to visit his grandmother. mattheo had always been used to friendships that would end as quickly as they begun, mattheo had met a lot of people in korea, but it was rare there ever was a second meeting. but mattheo was a guy who loved being around other people, he was a guy that much preferred being outside of his apartment than in it. so this event seemed amazing, and it was going on for long, and mattheo knew he’d visit as often as possible.

random play dance was something mattheo enjoyed, though he was still stuck with two left feet, it’d get better hopefully, it needed to be if he wanted to become an idol. for today he’s alone, went to the event with nobody else, he listens carefully if the next song is one he knows, and he does. it’s bite me, a choreography for two which mattheo learned alone. he’s quick to step into the circle, some people seem like they’ve already found a partner, he spots someone who stands alone like him “which part of the dance did you learn?” he’s quick to ask, before the chorus actually comes on.

all the way to belgium

travelling all the way to belgium to film a music video wasn’t something noel had expected. not that he would complain, he was excited for their travel. noel had only ever been in canada and south korea, so he was curious about this country he’d never even been close to. not that it seemed like they had much free time, only a single day off, still, noel was excited.

he finds himself besides seojun ( @beseojun ) , the filming going on but they’re taking a short break. he takes a big sip of water “do you want some too?” he reaches out his arm so the other can take the water bottle if he wants to. “guessing this is your first time filming a music video too, right?” he questions the other “it’s kind of fun actually” he nods a bit. “i can’t help but be surprised our first music video is being filmed in belgium though”.

quick like a dog

the weather was getting colder, but that didn’t stop hyoseop from going outside. hyoseop was a man who was usually very dumb when it came to clothes decisions, especially during winter. it was not a surprise to see hyoseop walking around in sandals during the end of fall or during winter, it was of course cold as hell, but hyoseop remained walking around in those sandals. this was the first time in a while he was smart and had bought a pair of shoes that he could walk around in for winter and during the cold.

it’s quite nice actually, having shoes that warmed his feet. he’s been taking a lot of walks lately, mainly alone, but here and there he drags someone along, like today, where hyuk has been the lucky(?) winner of being asked if he wanted to go for a walk along hyoseop.

“ah wait, i think i have something in my shoe, can we pause for a minute?” he asks before sitting down at a bench. he removes one shoe and attempts emptying it for whatever, before removing the other shoe as well, and then it happens, a dog runs by quickly and grabs one of the shoes. he looks up at hyuk, shocked “what just happened? do i run after it or?”.

animal crossing

despite having played the game before and briefly during the halloween party, sori didn’t know much about animal crossing. it’d been ages since she played by herself and she had forgotten majority of what the game was about, and during the halloween party she simply watched eunhye play, so it’d been a while since she’d actually played herself. she finds herself along jaehwa, someone she enjoys being with though it’s not too often they see each other, both busy idols and sori still a student for some time.

she turns to look at jaehwa “have you played the game before?” she questions. “it seems like we get to costumize our character and pick our island name”. she briefly looks at the game before returning her eyes to jaehwa “any ideas for an island name?” sori attempts thinking of one herself, not with much success, her only idea is combining her own and jaehwa’s name, but that feels kind of boring.

WACC S2, EP1: "what a teacher says"

cherry was not one to put herself down, she was positive, optimistic, but sometimes it was difficult staying the same happy cherry she always was. it was her old therapist who had let her know of her speech disorder, cherry didn’t let it bother her too much, it was just a part of her charm she’d tell herself, but sometimes she couldn’t help but wonder if she’d be more likeable, less annoying without it. when cherry submitted the idea for her podcast she was scared it would be too obvious she had a speech disorder, but through the first season, she learned to love it a little more, it made her unique, and she honestly felt like it made her show more interesting.

now a second season was coming around, and cherry was ready and happy to talk in front of the microphone again.

“hello…” she holds a pause “and welcome…” another pause “to what a childish cheory! season two everyone! the lovely host from season one has returned, no other than me, kim cherry of course! who as i always say, cherish you all! thanks so much for tuning into this week’s episode! i’ll be explaining the show in just a second, after the first season two guest has introduced himself!”.

spooky scary karaoke

matt was happy to get out of his apartment, do something else than work and visiting his grandmother. as much as he loved his grandmother (and her cat), and as much as loved his colleagues and students, sometimes he wanted to hang out with people his own age. so when mattheo heard of the halloween market, he made sure to find space in his calendar for it, trying to join as often as he could. for today he’d dragged along stevie, a friend of his, and the two were joining a karaoke event.

“i know i came to korea to become a singer and all, but don’t expect too much from me” mattheo had improved greatly in his singing, but had he become the best? far from it still. “do you wanna choose the song? oh! can we do a duet, that’d be fun, i don’t think i’ve heard you sing before?”.
