Regressor Gary Oak Headcanons

gary learns about regression pretty young. he learned what it was when he was about 11-12, and he only learned bc he was apprenticing with prof rowan and one of the other apprentices (lucas maybe?? pls pokemon gimme the boy in the anime) regressed sometimes

for a couple years, gary doesn't really think about it. he doesn't try to regress, try to do anything regression-like

then he has a Super stressful year apprenticing in kalos, and one night he's in his room crying because the power went out and he lost his research progress on his computer

umbreon is beside him at the time, and she does her best to calm him down. she crawls on his lap and nuzzles his cheeks, puts her paws up on his shoulders, basically hugging him. eventually, gary stops crying, and he's just trying to get his breath back. umbreon drags over a pillow for him to squeeze, and he hugs it super-super tight until he finally feels better

after a little (haha) rest, he starts his computer back up and manages to recover most of his work. he saves it and closes docs, pulling up the pokemon equivalent to netflix. he starts a cartoon he and ash used to watch all the time as kids, and just lets himself get absorbed in the adventures of clefairy and all her friends

gary doesn't regress again for a few months. he doesn't even really consider what happened that night to be regression. the second time, though, he throws a fit and ends up battling some jerk that was making fun of him and research partners (blastoise and electivire are a lil suspish about fighting when their trainer sounds like a fussy toddler, but they do as he says anyway)(and after the battle, blastoise makes him sit down and eat a snack and drink some juice until he calms down)

once again, gary doesn't consider this regression. he is not regressing

the third time gary regresses, he does have to accept that it was actually regression. it's kind of hard to deny it when he jumped all over his room because he was getting pancakes for dinner. he put on fuzzy pjs (backwards oopsie) and fuzzy socks, and when he scooted across the floor to build up static electricity, he started calling himself elekid

over time, gary ends up getting quite a few plushies that he hides in his closet (with the door cracked open so they can breathe ofc). he gets a plush eevee first, and a squirtle and elekid, then he gets plushies of the rest of his team, and then he starts getting plushies of ash's team(s). he names every single one, too, and he makes lil profiles for each of them, with fake dex entries, in a little notebook

when gary starts getting more comfortable with his regression, he starts getting more obvious gear. the first thing he ever gets is a sippy cup. it's covered in super cute miltank illustrations, and it has a flip-top so it's not too obvious that it's a sippy cup

after he gets his cup, he gets a pacifier and a teether...and he maybe starts sleeping with the pacifier. shhhh...

after those, he gets some toddler toys, but he tries to get tiny ones so he can hide them better. he really, really doesn't want the professor to find out abt his regression because that's embarrassing and it might get back to his grandpa

gary's pokemon do their best to take care of him and keep him out of trouble, but even sometimes they have to encourage him to go steal some cookies >.>

really they don't do a good job of holding him accountable, so when ash finally learns abt gary's regression, he's a total brat and he gets so many disappointed sighs

gary's nicknames are pretty simple, just gare and gare-bear

he calls ash just ashy, but it usually comes out more like "ashyyyy-uh!"

he learns very quickly that he can bribe pikachu to take his side with the promise of ketchup. this does not bode well for ash

professor oak and tracey do eventually find out abt gary's regression, and they're very accepting. tracey and gary will hang out in the field and draw pokemon together. professor oak just treats him the same as he did when gary was growing up, and it seems to make him rlly happy

The sound of ripping silk sent a shiver of such intensity up Fizz‘s spine that it slipped out of his mouth as a trembling moan. Ozzie pulled the tear apart until Fizz could feel air against his balls, but then he stopped. The waistband was still intact, and so was the front part of the flimsy little piece of underwear. His saliva was pooling in his mouth, turning the chocolate cake into a disgusting mess, threatening to spill out between his lips and against Ozzie‘s hand. Ozzie‘s hand was off his mouth now, and while that made breathing easier, it didn‘t help with the nausea.

Ozzie seemed to notice that he wasn‘t feeling good. He pulled him up so he was kneeling and began to gently rub his shoulders and back.

“Deep breaths, baby,“ he whispered into his ear. “Just keep breathing for me, alright?“

Fizzarolli closed his eyes and did as he was told, just concentrating on taking deep, steadying breaths while Ozzie went over to the fridge. Fizz could hear the door open, and then the hiss of a can tab being opened.

“Here you go.“ Ozzie put the can down next to where Fizz‘s hand was limply lying on the counter. He opened his eyes and lifted the can to his face, touched it to his cheeks to enjoy the cold sensation that immediately calmed his nerves, before he took a deep drink of what turned out to be cola. He swished the fizzy drink around in his mouth until the taste of chocolate was gone before he swallowed it, then he followed it with a few more sips until he finally felt normal again.

Ozzie was standing behind him the entire time, idly playing with the tip of Fizz‘s swaying tail. When Fizz sighed and put the can down, he leaned forward, brushed the tail of Fizz‘s hat—beige-and-pink striped, today—aside and kissed along his neck.

“Such a good boy for me,“ he whispered. “Wanna have a shower before we play? So we can wait for the brownies to do their magic…“

Fizz leaned back into Ozzie‘s touch with a sigh. His stomach was still a little upset, but he couldn‘t taste any chocolate anymore and his heart rate was coming down, so he was good. The weed would likely not take very long to kick in now, but a shower still sounded really good. He‘d been working all day in front of spotlights and everything, and even though he knew Ozzie really, really didn‘t mind fucking him when he was already sweaty and gross, there was still something so damn hot about getting all clean just so you could get dirty again.

Also showering with Ozzie was even better, because there was always a chance that they‘d get dirty while getting clean…

“Let‘s go,“ he said with a smile and lifted his arms so Ozzie could lift him up.

He is so very affectionate. Eren feels like he needs to constantly remind you he loves you. It makes him feel safe and comforted, plus Eren has like... an excess of love for you that he needs to get out and the easiest way to let it out is by hugging and kissing you. Kinda like a dog when they run around because they haven't been walked.

Everyone knows you two are together because he is no stranger to PDA. The only people he kinda tones it down in front of is Mikasa, Historia, and maybe Annie (this annoys Armin to no end, he has to watch Eren snuggle you and do all this embarrassing stuff and the most Mikasa has to see is hand holding). He still tells every story of his love life to Historia though, and in exchange he has to listen to her talk about how cute Ymir is.

Honestly his affection levels start to go down the longer he knows you because he learns to become more subtle. Like when you first start dating he's throwing an arm around your waist and clinging to you like a koala while you study so you can pay attention to him (except he's not a koala he's a 6 foot something ripped dude and he's heavy!!!! And annoying!!! Bro chill!!!!!) but once you guys have been dating for a while he can just lay his head in your lap or be near you while you study in silence. Eren likes routines and normalcy in his relationships. If you guys always hold hands to go to the dining hall for lunch, he expects you two to do that. If you forget he is freaking out. Also has a tendency to brag about you. You have to rush to get him to stop because he does not think before he acts. He tends to think in the long term which can be really irritating, but it's also quite adorable and honestly 99.9% of the time it works out, disregarding a couple bumps in the road.

Will listen to you talk about things you like even if he doesn't care for them. He finds it kind of his duty.

Good at keeping promises, he just takes a long time to do them. If he promises you french fries you'll get them it'll just be like 3 years later.

If you are Eren's friend and you like him don't even try to like... guess if he likes you back because he does not change at all when he starts to crush on someone. If you relationship starts off as flirty and he decides he doesn't really like you as much as he thought, he still flirts with you, it's just joke flirting now. If you guys start off as normal friends and he falls for you, he'll never try to flirt with you or anything. His life is already hectic enough, so he relies on his friendships and relationships for a sense of serenity. Despite this he has a tendency to fall for his friends so he's got it real rough.

I feel like I'm just a broken record at this point but he's so passionate in his kisses. Like his love for you is all flowing out at once and he cannot stop it.

I’ve placed a whole bunch of things down for this one. You guys wanted general, so until I could hone in on something, I had to just test the waters on all things. (I’m not following him so I don’t know what’s going on at all) if you guys notice something in this reading that you think could be symbolism for something you actually know of in his life, let me know! :)

I was asked for General, how he feels about relationships, how he feels about marriage, career? And love life.

1. I put down Chris

2. Being in a relationship” second. BIAR Wanted to be in front of Chris, Chris also wanted it there

3. Career was confused where to go, Being in a relationship was in the way. Career decided it’s gonna jam itself between them. (Already this is super telling.)

4. Being Single - single was attached to career, it wanted to stay with career it wouldn’t move elsewhere

5. Family are right behind Chris, (good that’s where they should be. Doesn’t look like any animosity atm)

6. Strangely, marriage wanted to be in front of in a relationship……..? That’s gonna be a fun one to figure out.

7. “Having kids” is behind him, past family and on the left (it’s the furthest placement away so far”

Chris is staring ahead at Career, single, BIAR and single. They’re all in a line.

Chris is staring straight at career. I can’t feel anything from him besides the fact that this big brick wall called a career is in front of him. I see nothing past that. “Single” though, rather than seeming as big as career, seems to represent itself as a little flag thats just been pressed into the side of the brick wall, single isnt giving me any feeling either.

That being said, the career brick wall is not intimidating. It’s just more like he’s looking up at it like, “huh. Big guy” he has the need to climb over it.

Yeah, listen this wall is a wall but he’s not trying duck his head to the side and see past it, he just has the need to jump over this brick wall. The wall is maybe 7 foot tall, so in comparison to himself and how big he feels in this scenario (he feels his normal 6 foot self) he absolutely could. But it’s just interesting that what I’m seeing/feeling is a brick wall that’s like 5 foot in length and yet he has no desire to just bypass it and go to the side, he wants to climb the fucking thing?

Chris stans, tell me what the HELL that is about. You know him better than I. Does he like the competition or accomplishment? Does he feel he needs to prove himself the hard way?

Anyway, he’s pretty confident he can jump this wall. And single is not even a thing to him in its current position.

He’s thinking very hard about how to jump this wall. Like he knows how, you lift yourself up and jump over it I can see that image in my head very easy, but he’s struggling to actually DO it?

Nope, ok he doesn’t want to.

He knows he can jump it, he knows it’s blocking everything else, but I go to take an action for him and he’s like “nah I’m good tho”

Seems a fitting time to put in “anxiety.”

I laughed out loud when I had to place anxiety. Take a wild guess where it felt it needed to be?

You bet chya, it’s on the wall.

And then it couldn’t make up its mind. Officially I’ve placed it on the wall together with “single” and “career” but the energy for anxiety is actually that’s it’s jumping in front of the wall, to on the wall, to behind the wall and it keeps doing that. Just back and forth.

Makes total sense as to why he can’t cross this wall.

Now that anxiety is there he doesn’t want to look in its direction at all.

He’s gotten a bit warm and a bit of a headache too now, and a bit dizzy. The headache is real present.

The good news is in these situations where someone can’t move due to anxiety or otherwise, it’s always a good time to place supports, so the person can feel supported to do the thing they want and move forward. Luckily, his family are already placed behind him, they seem to really love him, so it’s just about me utilising that now.

This part I’m going to do more privately (as in I won’t type it) cause this would be a personal thing (maybe even generational thing) that he needs to move through with his family in order for them to feel that support. His anxiety didn’t come from nowhere. That being said I’m also not going to do a whole ass constellation with him cause 1. He’s not here and 2. It would take hours.

All I’ll say is his mum is a MASSIVE support for him, and also……. 😬 kinda swamping him a bit. He doesn’t mind it, it’s actually very comforted, but she truly is just physically in this reading SWAMPING him. An outsider could see that she’s maybe a bit too involved with his life.. which isn’t great for a fully grown man. But, he finds it comforting, what are ya gonna do. Clearly he doesn’t want it to end… :/

(For reading purposes So it’s not just jumping, I took about 5 minutes with him and his family to help move past anxiety, his family love the crap out of the guy it’s real cute.)

What Career feels in relation to CE:

Very big, bulky, serious. Reminds me a bit of Wilson Fisk from into the spider verse. Just very big, bulky, serious a bit of a bully. Not gonna move. You’re gonna do what I tell you. Restrictive. That kind of energy. It doesn’t HATE him, but it has rules. And Chris is gonna follow them. (That’s a threat) it also feels like within career is actually a powerful male that kinda owns his ass? Not sure who that could be, once again CE stans, gimme the tea.

For the next part I might… get in trouble. I know that when it comes to the talk of relationships no one likes to hear it. Don’t kill the messenger here you guys:

I could encourage him to look everywhich other way for any other representative, but single? Back turned.

For whatever reason “single” in this reading is feeling very adolescent. Maybe he feels that being single isn’t a grown up thing to do anymore? (I forgot to mention, the things in the field take on the energy of the person it’s focused on, not necessarily how it is perceived by EVERYONE in the world, only how it’s perceived or how it acts in relation to the client. Single to ME might be a knight in shining armor that protects me, Single to Chris seems adolescent.

So, Chris is looking at both “marriage” and “being in a relationship” he’s not feeling particularly drawn towards either, but he is giving a lot more attention to “being in a relationship” than marriage.

Which is weird, cause if you don’t want single, yet you don’t want relationship, what do you want?

I have now brought in “situationship” “flirting w/ someone” and “fwb”

situationship is closest, but doesn’t have his full attention, as it’s to the left side of him at an Angle. FWB is just behind situationship but more aligned to be in front of his eyesight, and flirting with someone is on the right from him, at an angle and is the furthest of the three.

Ok, FWB feels the most comfortable for him, he actually took a step towards it. He’s not feeling super fond of any of the three in any way, but FWB is nice it’s comforting, he’s.. semi happy? It’s not even really happy… it’s just like “doing ok!This is ok! This is comfortable.”

He’s side eyeing the shit out of “situationship” though and is anxious at how close it is. He doesn’t actually want the situationship there, but it’s close now and it’s not moving, and he’s having a bit of anxiety about it. He can’t stop looking at it though. FWB is immediate comfort, situationship is SO ANXIETY INDUCING but it’s also more interesting to look at?

I will say when He said just one, a person did show up: brown hair, she’s shorter than him (but that’s obvious) and she’s slender and kinda perky. When I see her she looks like she’s fun! I saw her dancing around a bit. I liked her energy.

This song is one of my favourites; it's an absolute masterpiece. But in the mukbang video (first episode of Treasure Map?), Jaehyuk gave me the vibe of 'this group can't live without me'. It really seemed like he was looking out for everyone, even in the other episodes, and I really think Treasure would be missing something without him :( That goes to say with all of the members ofc! but this song's lyrics, like 'one day you will miss me there', 'i'm still put on repeat' reflect how important Jaehyuk's presence is! the song is like 'how are you doing fine without me? you should miss me!!' and yes Jaehyuk... we are not fine without you, never :(

so i don’t know why, but Asahi is such a comfort boy to me... he’s so soft and he makes me feel at peace? I Feel Love is about feeling loved when you support your idols and honestly... Crowley’s Looks, ranked by a Gay with a hobby in historical costuming

im not a huge expert in any era, but I have a decentish overview of things, especially 1700 onwards. im newish don’t crucify me. And I’m really horny

Eden. Okay this isn’t bad. Long and curly, but the curls are obviously artificial and held in place. They do kinda vaguely resemble the Mesopotamian pictures of their curls though, even though they’re obviously not natural, so points for that. Can’t really see his robes but they seem nice. Good wings. Lost a point for bare human feet. Give him chicken feet you cowards. 5/10

Flood. I’m not counting this one as historical, really. I also don’t know anything about what most people in Mesopotamia wore. Tunic’s very boring, but he makes up for it with excellent hair. I’m not sure if he’s supposed to be taking care of that hair or not though. maybe he’s a stress braider. I also don’t understand why he never covers his hair even though other dudes do, but it makes me gay 7/10 for boring tunic

Golgotha, 33 CE. Now we’re getting into the historical section, but I’m out of my depth. I know shit about fuck about ancient Israeli dress(other than a bit about its fabrics) but this is nice. Very mysterious. He looks like a fae you meet on a walk through the forest on a foggy night and when you look up he’s gone. Dressed more similarly to the women in the scene than the men, which is cool. Crowley said fuck gender. Still want him to have chicken feet. 9/10

Rome, 41 CE. Awful. Ugly. what the fuck is this. The hair is okay but why is he wearing laurels? You can’t just slap those on people. What did he do to earn those. Either there’s a Story there or the costume designer doesn’t know shit. What we can see of his tunic is nice. I like that they haven’t given him deep dark black yet, very good. Nice embroidery. The sunglasses are ugly and I don’t like them. 3/10 bc i can’t get over his fucking accessories

Camelot, sixth century. You’re wearing armor centuries ahead of what you should be wearing and it doesn’t even look good. 0/10

London, 1601. Now we’re getting somewhere. This is, as the kids say, A Look. He’s got the overall silhouette right. Dark black is very fashionable, I like it. He should probably have a ruff if he’s being super fashionable, but we all know Crowley would hate them. Not sure about his beard or hair, but it makes me want to run my fingers through it and make out with him in the backstage area of the Globe before rehearsal so I accept it. Sunglasses are still ridiculous looking. Pleasantly surprised by this, there were many ways they could’ve gone with this era but they weren’t cowards and gave him the puffy pants. Even though they’re a bit out of fashion I admire that. 8/10 because its all such a dark black I can’t see shit. gimme some depth

Paris, 1793. This one makes me giggle but not for the reason you think. At first I thought this was a decent 1790s outfit and was tickled by his out of fashion hair, but then @vinceaddams lightened it and we discovered his hair and clothes are both 1770s. Probably just woke up from one of those 20 year naps he takes. Amused by the fact that he seems to not have caught onto the fact that humans have been wearing wigs for the past century and a half and actually styled his hair that way. His buttons should be covered, but he likes shiny things so I’ll let it slide. Very goth and very 18th century. Could fit him better. Sunglasses still ridiculous but they go with his hair nicely. 8.5/10 because those buttons are distracting

London. 1862. This is hard to rank because I keep getting distracted by Az’s furry hat, but I’m gonna try. Kind of like it. Very Abe Lincolnesque. Love his cravat. They were cowards for not giving him a full stovepipe hat, though. Not sure how I feel about the sideburns, but they’re fashionable. I like that his clothes are a very dark black, artificial dyes have just come in and that’s very fashionable. Those sunglasses confuse the fuck out of me and they don’t look good. 6/10 because we can’t see his full outfit and those sunglasses are back to being ridiculous

London, 1941. oh my god. what the fuck. can we please get some more lighting in here. Exact same problem I had with Paris. I want to see shit. Good hat, not sure how I feel about the sunglasses but they’re infinitely better than the victorian ones. Shoulders good and boxy but his overall silhouette is way too fitted and narrow. 4/10 because that hat has me gazing at him from across the room hoping he’ll notice me and buy me a drink or ask me for a match

London, 1967. I still can’t see shit. Lighting designer pls. Ugly hair but it’s the 1960s so everyone has ugly hair. Glasses continue to improve. I love that jacket. He looks cute in a turtleneck. His jacket also gets the peak lapels here that the angels have, and he has again in 2018, which is a great touch. Overall v nice, even though I don’t like the 60s. 7/10 bc that hair is ugly

1970s. Absolutely not. 1/10 because it manages to be better than the armor, somehow

I'm a big multishipper, too! There's no ship that I don't like? My favorites would be wangxian and sangcheng though. I'm always up to reading these two ships, but I'd read anything really. Do I celebrate Xmas? Yes, I do! I go to my mom’s place for Xmas, where we have dinner and then her boyfriend puts on his super old, super old and worn-out Santa clothes (which is very endearing, cause he is always having the time of his life). Then he hands us our presents which are gathered under the decorated Xmas tree and we have to cite a poem or sing to earn each present. Afterwards we all unpack together, excitedly thanking each other, have dessert and then watch a movie or a video of our past christmasses someone put together It’s all very wholesome. How about you?

Coffee, tea or something else? I like Moccachino, cause it’s an amazing hybrid of coffee and cocoa!! It’s best with coconut milk! That kind of coffee makes me feel all cozy and comfy, but I handle it like a treat. I only drink one, while a close friend of mine drinks several cups of milky coffee a day. I also love cocoa, but I drink it like others drink espresso. I tiny highly concentrated cup. No more. Like a shot of chocolate hahaha I don’t have much of a sweet tooth, but sometimes I crave it. As for tea, I looove herbal tea! Peppermint and Fennel Caraway Anise are amazing. Also freshly brewed ginger tea. And green tea with jasmine/flower blossoms or white tea. Big love for these. All of which without sugar so the flavour comes out to speak of its very own beauty I also like mate tea to keep me awake! Otherwise I love water or - omg - freshly pressed apple juice! The! best! Which shows have I watched this year? Many. Lots of cooking shows (on Netflix), cause, you know, food. xD By now I probably know almost all of them. "Well it's time to get out of here" said the elder. "I enjoy to be here with you, alone, but I don't want to raise suspect." Both started to dress again.

When they were already in the living, Laura smiled.

"You were all this time here and not helping to your mum?" said her father.

"Yeah… well not right here. I was next to the basement's door."

Ouch. Both men started to worry.

The girl continued.

"In some moment I listened to you screaming" pointing to Joe. "I was worried. That's why I called to mum to ask."

"Why you don't asked for yourself?" asked John, trying to avoid an explanation about the screaming.

"Why Joey screamed?". Laura also avoided a response, raising her voice. "I hope that Joey it's good and not covering his real feeling! A lot of times I listened scream to mum and you and she were in the same room with you!!!" Watching at Joe, added "If you're covering it, I don't understand why you haven't that role… and tell me what my dad made you that you screamed."

Their thing just started and looks like already haves suspects. At the same time, Laura was disrespectful with her dad and taking this, John could evade the response about Joe's screaming with a valid justification.

"Laura Christine Deacon, don't be that disrespectful with me! Your mum let pass a lot of your reactions, but not me! Go to your room and stay there until Joe come back to his home! We will talk a lot”, replied the man, quite upset.

Joe was in the middle of a familiar argue and he couldn't be more uncomfortable.

With a mix between anger and tears, Laura gone to her room. 

"What happened here John? I listened to Laura shouting" suddenly appeared Ronnie with Cam in her arms.

"Your daughter was disrespectful with me." replied John.

Joe never wanted more to be in his home. 

"I think that I should go to my home… family problems. I have already enough with the ones from my family"

"Sorry Joe for that… Laura lately it's being so rebel" said John accompanying him to outside.

"Oh." Joe stepped back. "Bye Ronnie, thank you for the tea and bass idea… now I see why you're his wife. You're the best".

Ronnie blushed a lot.

"Oh Joey you're the sweetest neighbor ever", she replied smiling.

He gave her a little kiss in the cheek and also caressed a bit Cam's head.

"Bye little bud!" 

The baby giggled a bit.

"He looks so cute!" Joe exclaimed watching at Ronnie, giving another smile to her. After that, he returned to his path to the outside.

Now outside and away of Ronnie, John exclaimed "Joe, you're a great actor. How you talked to Ronnie, haha!"

Watching to John, the redhead added "It was sincere. But she will not suspect that her idea left to us be happy for a while" and winked an eye. Almost out of the house, Joe watched to everywhere and gave to his neighbor a quick kiss in his lips. "Bye Sir." The old man bites his lower lip. "Tomorrow will be a long day in the dance studio. I need to rest". 

"Bye Joey".

Now again in his house, Ronnie told something to him.

"Laura asked to me that I check you. I know that wasn't nothing, but I wanted that she can be in peace."

Watching to John again, asked "we can do it anything for you?"

"Oh, yeah… please I need to go to the airport now". 

"Sure John. Will be an honor". 

Giving a little kiss in the cheek, said "goodbye Joe! See ya soon!" and stood up of the couch.

"Bye John!"

Grabbing John's lullage that was next to the main door, Joseph said to his wife "I'll be here soon. Bye honey" and kissing her in her lips.

"Bye dear… and bye mister".

She closed the door and locked it.

"Joey… low the volume please."

"Yeah".

He did it.

"Have something that you wanted to tell me? I don't be stupid. That visit was strange."

Joe stopped the movie and watched to his mom.

"No."

"Really?"

"No"

"Joseph, don't use your acting skills with me. With your father can work, but not with me."

The woman was suspecting something.

Sighing, Joe said "mister Deacon it's my platonic love mom."

She was staring at silence.

"I'm gay mom. You never noticed that?"

She suspected, but she never wanted to accept it. 

Sighing, the mistress sat next to Joe in the couch and hugged him.

"Always suspected that Joey. Despite it's so hard to me accept that, thank you for get out of the closet to me, I'll not say it to anyone".

Mistress Mazzello was more supportive that he suspected.

Leaving the embrace, he asked to his mom "Do you want to see this movie with me?"

"Sorry honey. Tomorrow. I'm tired. I love you, good night" and she stood up of the couch, going to her room.

Joe came back to see the movie, finally. Like he was planned. But already missing him.
