Continuing the rewatch onto season 2. This is my first time watching the show on dvd and honestly it’s so fun seeing the menus and watching the extra stuff and also- getting to listen to Trocadero. That’s the best part man fucking love Trocadero.

today was pretty okay!

woke up and it was done. guess that was his answer to sunday. if he left me over something as trivial as that AND without communicating, then its obvious that going through with any kind of talk or even any kind of relationship with him would’ve been pointless.

anyways, i have to give oscar medicine 2 times a day now. one of them i mix with his food and the other i have you syringe into his mouth. poor baby, it probably tastes soo bad. i’m really happy though because he’s back to his old self c: i missed his sweet affection.

i also ordered a wig today. It is long and purple and curly. i think its rly cute but i think it might look weird on me. its ok tho it was rlly cheap esp how its made out of silk! usually those are like 100+ dolars! and i got it for like 23 bucks! yayyyyy

i was suppose to go thrifting with isaiah and adrian dis week but idek wat day we’re goin i need to follow up w him on that. its so funny seeing him listen to and explore new music but i am like a proud mom.

So it canonically confirms at least a base physical attraction from the start—and c’mon if this isn’t the most relatable thing ever. Soon as I get an attraction to someone I’m a bit piqued to find out their zodiac. Mo Guan Shan’s hidden curiosity for HT is lwk so cute.

It def suggests that MGS has an under the surface lvl (where he can’t even detect it) pull to understand and get closer to HT.

This was a moment leading up to the kiss. MGS was staring (probably admiring while also judging and heating up over HT) He Tian while he was playing BSKTBall—and As a BL writer myself can’t help but to think HT noticed MGS very not-straightly stare at him with a sort of sexual attraction he had towards him on the field.

Like cmon?? I doubt OX writes lines like these for no reason.

I feel like...at least irl...The eyes usually give it away if someone is interested in you or not. you can always see if someone is checking you out and noticing you in a different light like it just has different vibe and feel to it. OX was def trying to show and not tell with this panel that MGS has noticed HT and stares at him in the way we all hope he does. We don’t really get to see and (and I guess it keeps us on our toes and keeps us wondering if the little redhead could actually be falling for HT)—so it’s very subtle, but it is there, and once you notice it you’re like d a m n this makes the kiss scene so much more hopeful (at least for me).

I think this was the push that gave HT hopes to kiss MGS in the first place and it gets overlooked. How do you think HT own curiosity peeked? I think as a community we often think abt Mo and how he developed feelings or will develop feelings for HT but rarely do we ever questions The Who what when where and how He Tian came to like Mo himself. I have my own feelings about them that I can’t explain in this post, least it gets off-topic, but I think it’s very important.

I think his comment “Do I really disgust you that much” makes more sense in this context, of MGS giving HT some reassurance through non-verbal ques. HT was already under the impression that MGS was egging him on with his staring so it can warrant some of He Tian’s confusion. HT probably is pursuing MGS bc he probably senses some lvl of homosexual tension from Mo, and it’s exciting to him. Not only that, but MGS is exciting in his character. So I think HT was also relatively new to this venture and kinda spontaneously kissed Mo out of his own curioustes to explore their attractions and to get a grasp of what Mo was feeling.

It also makes me think HT and MGS experienced some undeniable pleasure or unspoken moment that could not be denied within the kiss as attraction and when MGS then decided to go agaisnt that with violence it only further hit HT, who knew MGS was lying to himself. I mean, it’s a classic BL moment. The two kiss, obviously feel smth (probably couldn’t show much of that due to censorship so had to pass it along as a 100% unsatisfactory exchange) and then one, feeling too much all at once and isn’t comfortable with their confirmed suspensions abt their sexuality—denies everything to the other causing further tensions especially sense both know how eachother really feel despite the others denial. And then the rejected one downplays the kiss’ seriousness to soothe their ego knowing full well the kiss meant smth. So they both internalize what the other said and both feel rejected, but both actually liked it. It’s a classic.

I truly feel that if it wasn’t due to censorship, that the kissing scene would’ve looked a lot more consensual than so forceful and wrong. Like it would’ve been taken as an tension filled “experimentation” that we see a lot in BLs and it only further ties into why MGS would be so bashful whenever the kiss is mentioned, and why HT can use it As a leverage over Mo (“don’t make me kiss you again”) bcuz it brings them back to thy moment where HT experienced some “answer” between Mo and that answer was fulfilling even tho it cannot be fulfilled and probably HT is hoping that maybe one day if he teases him enough about it they can share another kiss one that is a lot less rushed and now that they are closer, will lead to a better result.

Anyways those are my speculations. And I actually have written a short story based on these assumptions(focused on the kiss—and it’s also leading up to a jealously fic) but ofc I haven’t written it in ahwile haha. Just thought it was worth sharing since I noticed 19 days has been updating pretty “eh” lately.

sorbet and gelato are used to waking up with mysterious bruises or in mysterious places because they sleep like crazy people. gelato moves around so much sometimes he'll roll off the bed, sorbet sleeps like a rock but he also occasionally sleepwalks, though he usually doesn't make it out of the bedroom. they're used to the precautions and with them you have solidarity. if they're already awake tho they will 100% follow you around while you sleepwalk both to keep you safe and for entertainment.

i think they get along :) but like. really awkwardly. whenever they have a conversation anyone else who happens to be within earshot is like "oh god when will it end *shrivels up into a raisin from secondhand embarrassment*" but meanwhile both berdly and asriel walk away thinking "fuck yeah. totally nailed that social interaction. go me!"

i don't think asriel really gets to know berdly until like.. post-deltarune. but he Knows Of berdly and his feelings are mixed, to say the least. he first met berdly shortly after the spelling bee, when berdly was still on the quieter side. he didn't really see much of him during that time period, because he was mostly noelle's friend, and the spelling bee was after dess's disappearance, and dess's disappearance caused a rift between the holidays and the dreemurrs, meaning asriel didn't see noelle as much as he used to.

and then come the early days of kris and berdly's "rivalry" - berdly is now an uppity, snobbish kid who won't stop bragging about his grades. rude and startlingly condescending for someone his age. for some reason he still keeps coming over to play video games with kris? this results in lots of yelling and name-calling from both sides and fighting over a controller. (on multiple occasions asriel wraps his arm around kris's shoulder after berdly leaves and is like, "do you want me to give that kid a talking to?" and kris just smiles and shakes their head.)

and then during kris's senior year asriel comes to visit during a holiday break, and now berdly has mellowed out just a touch. he's still loud and overdramatic, but the arrogance has been replaced with a conscientiousness. he has learned to listen and be a better friend. and also he and kris are dating now. to say that asriel is baffled would be an understatement. (no kris did not just neglect to tell asriel about this until he's back home for break. they DID tell him but he didn't believe them because [see previous descriptions of berdly's behavior] and he was like "funny joke kris 😂😂😂😂" and it's not until he's in hometown and the reality of it is undeniably shoved into his face that he's like oh they weren't joking.)

to put it succinctly they aren't 100% sure how to act around each other. berdly would like asriel to think well of him. he's already passed the Toriel Test, the Asgore Test, and the Rudy Test (kris's second not so secret dad), so he would really like for asriel to like him too..!! and while there's no longer (...much) animosity on asriel's part because the changes in berdly are Palpable, he's still kinda left reeling by how much things keep CHANGING while he's away at college. (he has yet to fully recover from the shock of coming home last fall [after the events of the game] and discovering that he has a new sister and her name is susie and she is very purple and big)

they find a common ground over obscure video game knowledge and like. glitches and speedruns and stuff. once they both start going on that topic it just. never ends. and even kris, who is a nerd themself and has a high above average tolerance for excessively nerdy rants that last for hours, is like "...christ." after a few of those back and forth overexcited rants tho they're good friends <3

also if we go with the idea that asriel is majoring in like. art and game design and is going to fulfill his dream of making a game that's fun because. i think berdly goes into video game writing, plot development and stuff. so one of berdly's first like, jobs in that field is actually writing for asriel's game! :)

EDNOS, PTSD, chronic MDD, Chronic Insomnia, SAD, Chronic Substance abuse, ADHD, Bipolar (aka manic depressive disorder), (fuck dude im making this at 4am so im forgetting so fucking many), GAD, Panic disorder, dysthymia (I group that in with MDD but it's still a separate diagnosis ig), Social Anxiety disorder, unspecified psychosis, codependency disorder, gender dysphoria, and lastly a thing im not diagnosed with cause I don't bring it up in therapy and I actually don't feel like disclosing because of stigma around it and I'm not in the place to be told I'm faking by random strangers who don't know me or being told I'm doing it on purpose for attention thanks very much assholes.

Things I struggle with due to mental health:

Eating (ok duh?), weight, body image, flashbacks, sleeping too much or too little no in-between, depressive episodes that usually land me in the hospital, hospitalizations (high score: 6 times in one year between December and March), major mood and behavior swings, Panic attacks that can last up to like a full fucking day rendering me completely useless, sometimes I see shit that isn't there, sometimes I hear shit that isn't there (they're thinking these are depression related psychosis mixed with not sleeping for like 4 days solid and not eating. Makes sense to me), I need people. No like I need them like I cannot be independent without trying to k!ll myself every single day, suicidal ideation, self harm, I have to get biweekly IM injections of boy juice into my ass-- and not the fun kind-- so I don't try to die constantly, and then other things I will not disclose ♡ and im poor.

At the moment I see 3 therapists and I'm looking for a fourth. Just therapists, this dosent include physical doctors or psychiatrists or psychologists or anything. One does CBT, another does EMDR, another is a nutritionist, and the one im looking for will be a DBT therapist. Gotta fucking collect them all am I right? (I'm not treating it like a game: I have to make jokes about it).

I am currently restricting and exercising (doing a piss poor job at it if I do say so myself).

Trying to stay below 800 a day currently.

Want to exercise daily but I simply do not have the time to. Will do it on the weekend tho! But right now I wake up I work I come home and scroll through tiktok and tumblr and then I "wake back up" again. I "sleep" when the gym is closed.

Okay so random rant please feel free to ignore I'm making a bug deal out of nothing I'm just overthinking and need to put my thoughts somewhere lol

My high-school recently mentioned that students have an opportunity to do the Duke of Edinburgh award and I think I want to do it because it looks like a great opportunity and i think it would really help me get into uni

But, it's basically in honor of prince Phillip and I'm worried about how one of best friends is going to react if I mention that

He's really political in a "fork capitalism, billionaires, and the royal family" kind of way where I'm more "I would like to exist without getting killed also ,human decency and respect, society needs to learn that"

I'm worried he's going to get upset or say that I'm supporting the royal family or something if I decide to try to get the award

I mean I'm taking business in high school right now and whenever I mention it he makes a "(my name) is a capitalist" joke which was funny the first few times but is now just annoying. Plus when I asked them if they want to join our high-school business club with me he said he didn't think he could morally join a buisness club. Also when I jokingly mentioned that maybe I should just get a buisness degree because I'm getting good grades in business he told me that he didn't know if he could still morally be friends with me if I got a buissnes degree (okay that's not really relevant at all its just still bothering me I mean I was joking cause I want to be a doctor but ahhhh does he really think tgat everyone with a business degree is some billionaire capitalist?? Your friend sounds like a dick (judgemental). So, like, ask him to calm tf down.

You can be against capitalism and hate the monopoly of economic power and still be a part of that system that contributes to it because you don't have a choice (especially because you lack the social/institutional power) - that's like the whole fucking point.

Noteveryone who enjoys/studies/works in business are assholes. There is a difference between passion and exploitation.

People are 100% allowed to have their own beliefs/values about society. But there is a difference between advocacy and judgement. Your friend seems to be dipping more into the latter. So, like, point that out maybe.

I think this is a personal decision. It's completely up to you (not to me - definitely not your friend)

Just remember it's YOUR future. And your future is very important.

Also - if it were me, I'd take it. The fact that I get an award or scholarship from some institution I hate does not necessarily mean I support it. Of course, one can feel that way. TOTALLY VALID.

But my approach to this is - take their money or whatever they offer, keep taking shit from these people, exploit the fuck out of them and just have fun.

I'm not a big fan of certain organisations and charities either. But I do work with them (because even tho the donors are assholes and capitalists, the work I DO is important and I know it makes a difference to the people I work with). I also charge these organisations insane amounts and I take pleasure in that :)

I understand your hesitation tho. There are people I would never work with no matter how much they will pay me (because they are just that awful). So, like, it's a line. There are assholes you tolerate and will work with and be associated with (cause that's life) and there are people you will never wanted to be associated with. You need to decide where your line is. You can get this award if you think that's okay. It's up to you. But don't let other people decide. If you think this will help your future/education, then go for it. You want to be a doctor and help people, no? So, don't let these judgemental lil shits hold you back.
