Why is getting up so hard? I already had The Horrors (nightmares) so it's not like it's good sleep? It's literally raining. I can get up, shower, light a candle, and have tea while enjoying the weather.

But the very act of moving is so difficult.

Im constantly tired and i have alot of things going on with my bloodpicture; low iron, low vitamin D just to name some. Definitely worth doing a blood check in regards to vitamins, but also livernumbers. That being said, if you have a wonky sleep schedule, that might be the biggest culprit🌱

probably not a bad idea to check. every few months I do get a comprehensive metabolic panel done since they have to check my thyroid hormone levels and kidney function and I think that may check the liver too but it doesn't check everything ofc. but yeah lately I've just been sleeping quite a lot. and I'll be honest, lately being asleep has been a lot better than being awake
