yeah i usually do dry january but this year i think i'm extending it because i'm doing the "75 soft" challenge, or at least a variation of it. i have to do all of these things every day for seventy-five days

workout for at least 30 minutes

drink 2L of water

read 10 pages of a book

no drinking alcohol (i have 2 exceptions for this on planned trips)

so far it's been pretty good, i'm on day 23/75 and the newness is wearing off and it's starting to feel tedious and annoying but i think i just gotta keep pushing and keep grinding so wish me luck

Hey! Kinda new around here and was wondering if you could tell me what these fics are TIPDIG, CG, SPEE, LRPD, and I think there’s a few others. I keep seeing these in like fic recommendations posts but I can’t figure out what the actual title are? Is there are son people keep abbreviating them?

Hi hi, welcome to the fandom <3 People really like abbreviations in here for some reason! It usually happens to the popular fics with longer names that you assume everyone knows anyway and you don't want to retype everytime you mention it. But there is absolutely no logic behind it because there are some pretty popular fics that never get abbreviated :D

The ones you've mentioned are:

TIPDIG - The Increasingly Poor Decisions of Ian Gallagher

CG - Cooperative Gameplay

LRPD - Like Real People Do

For SPEE we had to think for longer, we've never seen it before but we assumed it was something recent, and the one that fits seems to be - Silent Pain in Emerald Eyes. None of us has read it yet, but it's probably this one :)

Are you in school, do you work full-time, or other: I worked full-time right after I graduated high school, but that made me majorly depressed so I've just been working part time the past couple years. I'm looking into moving on soon though, hopefully

Tell me about your morning routine on a school/work day: I wake up at 8, doomscroll, get ready, pet my cat, then out the door

What do you usually have for breakfast: Depends on if I eat or not. If I was motivated and meal prepped, a homemade breakfast sandwich. If I didn't meal prep, maybe a trail mix or leftovers

How many breaks do you take during the day: Depends on how you define a break. At work, I get one fifteen minute break. When I get home, I pretty much just shut down, so I guess that's one really really long break

Do you go straight home when you are done: Yeah usually

Do you like to go out in the evening: Not really. Bars and clubs just aren't my scene since I don't drink, and I feel like there's not much else to do around here. I go to Walmart sometimes, though, just to look around. I also hate driving, so I fear I'm a bit of a homebody

Do you cook dinner or order in: Usually, my dad cooks dinner, and I cook / meal prep breakfasts. Sometimes, I cook dinner on my days off. We only get food when we're both too beat from work

How do you entertain yourself in the evenings: Doomscroll tiktok or read fanfics honestly (I'm actually currently on my third read of ITQD by @spoonfulstar rn, one of my fav fics) but if I feel motivated enough I love scrapbooking
