General realizations ab shifting that helped me
The void is not a realm or a place- it is YOU. You ARE the Void. The Void is solely the awareness of being, fully.
You are not ONE being. Think of the consciousness in you as being interconnected with all other infinite versions of you. These interconnections converge into your full consciousness, the true YOU. It's almost Eldritch to think about.
Something I'm just now thinking of, perhaps this means the subconscious is all other versions of you- you're separated and cut off from experiencing the entirety of being, but that entirety is still there, guiding you from behind the scenes.
No matter what the assumption, "I am" is true. I am kind, as my actions and thoughts show, but I'm also cruel and cold-hearted, as may be the perception of another. I think I'm funny, but someone else may think I'm cheesy- therefore, I am both. And this also goes for the personas of myself in other realities. I am everything. Simultaneously, this also means I am Nothing. I simply am.
To add to the points above, I believe this "Eldritch" conglomerate is what we call the Void state, and would explain why every manifestation happens instantly once we reach this state. Think of it like accessing the files in an infinite data base- all you need to do is find the files you're looking for and download them.
As much as people will try to stress things like "you need to let go" or realizing that shifting is easy, you won't truly be able to understand what they're saying until you experience it.
All things exist at once and every inconceivably small action creates a new reality. As small as "this single cell from 7000 years ago died .000000001 seconds prematurely", and smaller.
Shifting IS easy- in the same way that gleeking or stretching is easy. Some people are able to do it on command or go further than others with no training whatsoever. Others may do it accidentally and sporadically. This does not mean the latter are unable to do these things at will, but they simply need a bit of help learning to do it on command.
Question stressing you out? "But what about this plot hole?", "How does XYZ work??", "What will happen back in my OR???"- STOP. No need to stress yourself over that, this by itself I feel cost me years on my journey. Everything will work out. It doesn't matter how, but it will, and it will either even itself out or be in your favor. Don't even think about those things. Relax.
Another one that held me back MASSIVELY. Struggling to visualize your DR? "I know it has THIS SPECIFIC TABLE in this SPECIFIC place and everything has to be perfect"! No. Your visualization does Not need to be perfect. Nor does it have to be "accurate", really. Once you just let your mind wander and let your subconscious make up it's own layout, it'll help you slip in much more easily. I put so much pressure on myself to make sure I was visualizing my specific reality, and it became so much easier when I just trusted myself to build it up from my subconscious instead of "forcing" a look
They say once it's in the 4D (imagination), it's already real. That's why you're encouraged to embody, think, act, feel as your DR self. Like playing pretend as a kid, you'll be so focused on your imagination, you don't even realize you're in your OR. If you don't shift through that alone, it certainly helps make you feel far more connected. This is also why I came up with the Furina method (although I suppose it's debatable if I really "came up" with it)
Methods/Advice are like pants. Some are too itchy, some are too tight, some you like the feel of but there's just some small flaw. When you find what you were missing, what you needed to hear, it'll be a perfect fit.

BANOFFEE/ jshk ; amanene
・❥・fluff . cute . oneshot . alternate universe: human hanako/ amane . au where amane lives . cafes . dates . written for hananene wk 24
༶•┈┈┈┈┈┈୨♡୧┈┈┈┈┈•༶
Rich fragrance of coffee and vanilla infused walls, a piping hot cup of cappuccino in hands and posh cushions to sink in; the café was the best part of Nene’s day. She adored the warmth and sense of serenity that the hanging fairy lights provided, the smell of home that soaked deep within her bones with every sip of creamy heaven touching her lips. The bittersweet ambience eased out her tense muscles and she let out a lukewarm breath to stain the tinted glass window on her side.
Nene buried herself in the pages of her latest romance expedition, taking in every word religiously. Every one of her friends knew she was a stickler for love stories and everything sweet and enticing a café had to offer.
There was nothing that could exceed her enthusiasm for coffee and good reads, except for one, someone who collided into her life unannounced with nothing but a promise of love she so desired. Someone with caramel eyes, java tresses and lips that tasted better than any latte she’d ever consumed. Someone who made her cheeks bloom like a full-blown rose garden that shimmered in a full moon’s night.
Her Amane might not have been the Prince Charming she sought in her novels but he certainly was the King of her heart. She got more than what she bargained for! Amane had his own charm, unlike any Prince- unmatched and unrivalled- and she tumbled down for him to catch.
“Like what you see?”
Nene tilted her head in response and subtly averted her gaze towards the racks where varieties of pastries were displayed. A blush crept up her neck as she got caught staring at a pretty face. Her eyes still lingered but she could put up an excuse of looking at the selections of banoffee cakes behind him.
“Yeah. I think I know which cake to order.”
His lips curved into an amusing smile and Nene couldn’t feign ignorance at the butterflies that erupted in her ribcage.
“Alright, I’ll be taking your order then.”
He came up to her table and jotted down the list she provided.
“You’re waiting for someone?” he asked, without looking up from his notepad.
“My boyfriend. He’s supposed to take me out on a date today. I decided to come here and wait for him to finish his shift.”
“He works here? That’s a surprise.” Then he met her gaze, scanned her up and down with appreciating eyes and gave a firm nod “Lucky guy.”
“He is.”
She figured Amane couldn’t keep up the act any longer if his reddening face was any indication. She took his unoccupied hand that rested on the table in hers, running her thumb on his knuckles, she said, “But so am I. A lucky girl.”
Unable to hold himself back any more he sat down right by her side and gave her a crushing hug. Why did Nene have to be so cute and what did Amane do to deserve such a kind and considerate girlfriend. He must’ve saved a country in his previous life!
“I’m so sorry you’d to come all the way here because me,“ he grumbled, and Nene didn’t like the frown marring his handsome features.
“It wasn’t because of a bad reason! I came just cause I wanted to see you. And I couldn’t wait!“ she rushed out and the brightness came back full force.
“I promised you we would go to the museum today. I swear I didn’t know my shift would last longer! A colleague unexpectedly called in sick.” He still regretted that Nene had to be the one to come and wait him; she never had to do that before, because he always made sure to be on time, standing at her doorstep with a flower in his hand.
Nene fancied lilies and Amane liked peonies, but even if their personal choices weren’t available Nene always had a flower tucked in her hair on every date they’ve had so far. Unfortunately, now Amane couldn’t see a flower at hand to give it to her.
“It’s alright Amane-kun. I can see. You guys have a lot of customers today.”
“Of course. Just when we are running short of workers.”
That happened a lot; the world functioned in a funny way. But the world never sabotaged their date before.
“Listen Nene, I think- I think by the time we go to the museum it would already have been closed.”
“I know.” She didn’t seem angry. She wasn’t.
“I’m sorry! I’ll make it up to you soon.” Amane bowed his head low to show his repentence.
“You need to stop apologizing for things that are out of your hands Amane-kun.” She lift his head and cupped his face, making him look at her in the eye and hoping he saw the understanding brimming. She couldn’t be mad at him, no matter how hard she tried, and especially not when it wasn’t even his fault. But Nene knew- Amane hated disappointing her.
She knew, more than her anger Amane hated her sadness. She won’t breathe a word about it but he would see right through her and then she would crack for him to know all that she’d kept hidden.
“I’ll never hold it against you,” she told him with an assuring whisper. Casting tentative glances around them to see if anybody eavesdropped at the exchange, she added as an afterthought “But- if you so insist, I can say you can make it up to me today itself~”
Upon seeing his lost expression, she pinched his cheeks and said teasingly, “Let’s have our date right here.”
Realization hit him and he slowly got up, determined.
“Okay. I’ll finish up quickly” But their fingers remained intertwined.
“And then we can enjoy our drinks together and I can read you my favourite part of this novel that I’m reading.” She gestured to the open book in her lap.
“That will be nice.” He bent down to give her a quick kiss and they became victims to prying eyes and hushed gossips around them. “I’ll be back soon.” And he walked away towards the counter to take up his position, put on the ‘customer service’ smile and began taking orders while simultaneously setting up the coffee machine to prepare them. He was chided by an elderly man- Nene assumed he was his employer- for slacking on the job and when he presented Nene with a mock glare she could only shrug.
Not her fault he couldn’t resist her in the first place.
“I love you.” Her lips moved and when Amane read the silent words he gave her a grin and yelled out for the world to know, “Love you too!”

The Last 27 Days
There's a concept that James Clear introduced in Atomic Habits: Never Miss Twice. It's basically the ability to acknowledge a mistake and find ways to get back on track to avoid making that same mistake twice.
One mistake is just an outlier. Two mistakes is the beginning of a pattern.
While I was able to ride every day again after missing a day, I sadly failed to get back on track with the daily journal. I'm not going to find any excuse. If this has turned into a pattern, then this is me breaking it. I'll try to post two entries in two days and hope shit sticks around this time.
I actually had a little something jotted down about the day I arrived in Yogyakarta two weeks ago, just before the start of Mangewu Mangatus. I thought that it was too good to be kept as a draft, might as well share it here:
The Last 40 Days I arrived in Yogyakarta on Friday at four in the morning. After unloading my bike from the bus, I set the course to Nao's. Tasha's already there earlier. It was still dark when I first rolled on the big Jogja ring road. The air was warm and there were already people starting to go about their day. I turned at an intersection and in front of me a lone woman rode her bicycle at this early hour.
I love seeing how the people of Jogja and the neighboring towns and cities use bikes as a viable means of transportation. The corners of the city are lined with alternative passageways for bicycle, giving you access to the every day conduct of the common people in their houses. Beyond this, there's character and personality in the ordinary flow of lives in Jogja: in the way the food tastes, in the inconspicuous coffee places in the maze of alleys or residential complex, in the street murals, in the late night angkringan tents, in how pleasant it is to hear Yogyakartans speak. Maybe that's why I always find excuses to go back.
Tumblr media
I arrived at Nao's at the first light of the day. It was only 5AM. After spending a little time with a friendly neighborhood orange cat, I phoned Tasha. Shortly after, she appeared at the door in blue pajamas. With that, the day that's full of conversations and connections began, popping in places at the heart of Jogja with good food, good coffee, and good company. I interacted with more people and spoke more words on this single day than I usually do in a week. Don't get me wrong, I loved it. But it came at the cost of my entire social bandwidth, leaving me tired and drained by the end of the day. I didn't mind because, come the weekend, I'd fill my cup again.

***
That was the day before the race. The next day I lined up at the start line with the other 30+ riders. Suffice to say the race was another good adventure in the book. Thanks to the parcour segments, I got to see new places in Central Java such as Kedung Ombo (Tasha said it looks like some place in Switzerland), Telomoyo, and Mangunan (the hardest part of the ride). Not to mention crossing the raging flow of Kali Bening in the dark, on a narrow hanging bridge, praying for dear life. Some places we rode through were familiar to me as they were part of the courses of audax Yogyakarta of four years past. The weather was unfriendly, but it's November. We sucked it up and brushed it off. On Sunday afternoon, we crossed the finish line, just a little before the downpour started, greeted by friends. Wahoo showed that we were 200m short of elevation gain but after we made adjustments in Strava, we came down to the final stats of 503km with 5300m of climbing, clocked at 31 hours. Not too shabby, all things considered.

I headed back to Bandung the very next day on the first bus home. And so began an uneventful fortnight. At least on a macro level, we've now caught up to the present.
Being away from posting daily dispatches has made me realize how much I miss writing about the subtle and obscure details of moments in the day. For example, over the past couple of days, it has been misty at an altitude of 900 masl. Above that, you can see how the basin of this ancient lake city is engulfed in thick fog, while Malabar and the rows of mountains to the south stand clearly visible through the crisp, clean air, along with the perfectly pointy peak of Cikuray, just slightly behind Papandayan. Turn your head westward and you'll see Gede Pangrango, blue in the distance.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
And then the rare-to-come-by-these-days late afternoon I spent outside, admiring flowers in bloom and some patches of blue sky.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
It's hard to stay mad amidst this beauty offered up every day for free.
Glad to be back posting again. Until tomorrow.

Stack vs Heap Java: A Breif Comparison
Tumblr media
When comparing Stack and Heap in Java, it's helpful to think of them in everyday terms. The Stack is like a notepad for Java's temporary notes—quick to write on and read from, but with limited space. It's perfect for keeping track of what's happening right now, like the current page in a book you're reading. However, if you jot down too much without flipping to a new page, you run out of space, which in Java terms, causes a "stack overflow."
On the other hand, the Heap is Java's storage room, spacious enough to hold all the big items, like objects that need to stick around. It's managed by Java's own cleanup crew, the garbage collector, which tidies up by removing objects that are no longer needed. While the Heap offers plenty of space, finding something specific can take a bit longer, similar to searching for a particular toy in a cluttered playroom.
In essence, the Stack is your go-to for quick, short-term storage, while the Heap is where you store things that are larger and need to last longer. The Stack is faster because it's like having what you need within arm's reach, whereas the Heap, with its larger capacity, is a bit slower to access but essential for managing more substantial data. Understanding this balance is key to optimizing Java applications for speed and memory efficiency.

If you are still in a dilemma about why to settle with iOS App Development, we have jotted down some of the greatest benefits that would give reason to invest.
Generate Better App Revenue
iPhone apps tend to have greater ROI compared to Android Apps. But it’s not an overnight process, you need to be keen on mistakes, tips, tricks and other information that would be a big advantage. Get help from experts or Hire Python Developers who underpin all the factors and design a robust and agile app that works for you.
The business world is jumping the slot machine of App Development not because of the audience but because of Apple’s constant commitment to deliver the best and par excellence to users. They adhere to rules set forth and are strict compared to industry standards. An iPhone App Developer scrutinises the process and undergoes rigorous in terms of thematic designs, smooth UI/UX and much more.
It’s quicker to develop an iOS application
Studies have shown that iOS apps consume less time compared to Android Apps, around 30-45%. The edge is in favour of iOS app development due to its simplicity of coding in Swift which is curated for iOS applications. Java in comparison can be really time-consuming and processes would take longer.
Lesser Bugs
Compared to apps on Android, apps on iOS are bug-free. The reason is that operating systems are required to deal with numerous aspects like screen dimensions, brands, and platforms that surge the probability of bugs but with iOS these all factors are restricted. When you Hire an iOS App Developer, you will witness the game-changing podium at your fingertips.
Security
The security of the iPhone is notorious for its security and standards compared to Android. There are diminished chances of data creeping or leaking on the basis of security. iPhone apps protect firmware and software through stringent measures like Integrated data handling systems, measures to prevent duplication of data, measures against loss of security and much more. iPhone has a shield against hacking and malware that bags one more advantage of iPhone App Development over Android.
User Loyalty
As per statistics, iPhone users are more loyal to Apple than Android users to their devices. As per a recent study, 92% of iPhone users believe they will buy Apple devices exclusively while Samsung and LG were reduced to 77 and 59 respectively. Android apps have tough competition as there are numerous apps creeping into this segment and the number continues.
Apple’s legacy and quality in the USA, UK and now even in India has spread its wings. It opens numerous business opportunities that help you turn the table in your favour. These are just a few considerations; the advantages of iPhone app development are even more substantial. iPhone App Development’s overarching potential would help you dive into the monetary and higher ROI market. Crafting a Comprehensive Guide to Developing a Business Mobile App
In today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape, the necessity of a mobile app for your business goes beyond mere choice — it has become imperative. Mobile apps not only provide customers with a convenient avenue to engage with your offerings but also wield the power to significantly amplify your brand’s visibility and cultivate unwavering customer loyalty. If you’re poised to elevate your business to new heights and embark on the journey of creating a mobile app, this comprehensive guide is tailored to escort you through each step with finesse.
1. Craft the App’s Purpose and Features Embarking on the creation of a mobile app development company in Nashville demands a clear articulation of its purpose and the features it will deliver to users. The paramount question is: what problems will your app address and how will it enhance the user experience? Whether it’s disseminating information, enabling seamless online shopping, facilitating bookings, or something unique, jot down the core functionalities that your app will encompass.
2. Probe Your Target Audience A profound understanding of your target audience is the cornerstone of designing an app that resonates with their desires and preferences. Delve into comprehensive market research to unravel the demographics, behaviors, and inclinations of potential users. Armed with this knowledge, you can sculpt the design and functionality of your app to cater precisely to your audience’s needs.
3. Select the Perfect Platform The moment to decide arrives: iOS, Android, or both? Each platform flaunts its own programming languages (Swift/Objective-C for iOS, Java/Kotlin for Android) and distinct development environments. The decision rests between native development for each platform or employing cross-platform tools to fashion an app that seamlessly navigates both worlds.
4. Blueprint and Craft the Design Bring your ideas to life through wireframes or mockups that visualize your app’s layout and navigation. This crucial step paves the way for refining the user experience before delving into the development phase. Once the wireframes are etched, focus on conjuring an interface (UI) that marries intuitive functionality with a visually captivating design, aligned harmoniously with your brand identity.
5. Breathe Life Through Development Here’s where the technical wizardry unfolds. If coding is your forte, you can undertake app development yourself. Alternatively, the route of enlisting a proficient developer or a dedicated development team is equally valid. Break down the development process into manageable phases and institute milestones to chart progress effectively.
6. Rigorous Testing Testing isn’t a mere formality — it’s the crucible through which your app must pass to ensure seamless performance, devoid of bugs and glitches. Rigorously subject your creation to functional, usability, and compatibility tests across various devices and operating systems. The invaluable user feedback garnered during this phase serves as the foundation for necessary enhancements.
7. Infusion of Backend and APIs For functionalities like user authentication, data storage, and communication, if a backend infrastructure is warranted, now is the juncture for seamless integration. Forge robust Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) that foster seamless communication between your app and the backend servers.
8. Security and Sanctity of Data Championing the security of user data stands as a non-negotiable priority. Imbue your app with formidable security measures to shield sensitive information. Encompass encryption, secure authentication protocols, and diligently adhere to gold standards for data storage and management.
9. Unveil and Circulate With your app polished and scrutinized, the grand unveiling beckons. For iOS, your creation must grace the Apple App Store; for Android, the esteemed Google Play Store is your destination. Complying with the guidelines and prerequisites of each platform is pivotal. Stir anticipation for your app through a strategic blend of social media, email marketing, and other promotional avenues.
10. Evolution is Key The culmination of the launch isn’t the end; it marks a fresh inception. Tune into user feedback and analytics, harnessing them to illuminate areas ripe for enhancement. Regular app updates are your canvas for rectifying glitches, introducing novel features, and elevating the overarching user experience.
In summation, birthing a mobile app for your business is a meticulous orchestration of strategic planning, creative design, meticulous development, and an unwavering commitment to continuous evolution. While the journey might appear formidable, the rewards of yielding a functional, user-centric app can be profound, catalyzing your business’s triumph in the digital era. Embrace this opportunity to forge deeper connections with your clientele and observe your business flourish amidst the realm of mobile app development company in USA.

I think I cracked my personal puzzle regarding consciousness and shifting.
First things first, no, I did not have a full shift. I'm shifting before the 30th however, because I said so.
So! What happened?
Well. I was just sitting around last night, wondering about some questions I had still regarding our practice. I was asking myself "How come we never see any posts from shifters 'clones' while the consciousness has shifted?"
(Note: I hate the clone term and I know it's inaccurate, but I'm writing this on my lunch so I'm on a time crunch and it's the first way I could think of to describe it. Anyways.)
And then I said, well, what if we do? Who's to say the me here isn't still posting about shifting and how I've never done it, while *I* am actively in my DR? If my consciousness is in my other reality, does that mean the old me is not conscious? No, that me is still conscious, still aware. But then if the old me is still conscious, does that mean I am *not* consciousness? I don't necessarily think so. I think I've come to realize that the radio analogy feels like the closest explanation.
If you haven't heard the radio analogy, it's essentially that your "original" self (again, not accurate but the best wording for a crunch) and your DR self are two different radio stations. You, as a consciousness, need to tune your frequency from the first you to the next. So you turn your dial, move through the static, and now you're on your preferred station.
I'm a very visual thinker, so I think it'd be better if I demonstrated what I'm saying with a picture.
Tumblr media
This is our current reality. You are "here". You are witnessing your life as person A. You may notice that there's a little dangle beneath you, connecting you to your body. That is Consciousness. (Pretend person B has it too, I forgot it in this one lol)
Tumblr media
This is when you're tuning your frequency. This is you in the process of shifting. You're in-between, here and there. Both a and b are connected. This is where "mini" shifts, memories and other senses from World B download into consciousness A. This is why I believe @/kerryshifts could see reality warping and molding around them.
Tumblr media
The channel has changed. You have fully shifted. You are witnessing your life as person B. You are connected to that life, that awareness. Notice how when you shift, the connector on A isn't gone. Person A is still aware, still has consciousness, still has awareness. This is why you don't end up in a comatose/unconscious state when you shift from awareness to awareness. Life goes on as usual, even if you are not witness to it.
So are you the awareness, the consciousness or something else?
I think, and this is me, that either the awareness/consciousness stays within the body, in a sense. One of them is mental and linked to the brain's perception of reality. The other is the spiritual perception of reality, what we may refer to as a ghost or spirit. The spiritual observer is what I think we are. We are the radio waves traveling through the air, connecting from one antenna to the next. I could absolutely be wrong and I'm still working through this part, so absolutely feel free to give your own interpretation in replies/rbs.
So! I've cracked my own understanding of shifting. What do I do with this information?
...I don't know!
I feel as though I've cracked the lament configuration and all it did was spit out confetti and a $5 coupon for little ceasers. I have been given the key to unlocking the universe and now need to find the door. I've been given a cryptic message from a loved one just as they die. I have solved one piece of the puzzle, but I'm missing the other half. I have. No clue how to translate this in my journey. It's both eye opening and exhilarating but also anti climactic. I've climbed a mountain, just to find a brick wall upon my descent. A map that leads to treasure, yet has no directory.
But, progress is made in chunks. And I'm very pleased with holding the key. Now I just need to create the door.

Monday, Monday
Tumblr media
In the words of Loverboy,  Everybody’s workin’ for the weekend.   While that is true, I try to abide by the philosophy that everyday is special.  Everyday has a story.  Given the schedule that my family and I have, the weekends are definitely the highlight. The headliner, the crème de la crème, the tops. They are filled with the pleasure of social get-togethers, the ease of relaxation, cheat meals, spontaneity, champagne, and shenanigans.  Therefore, those Friday nights and Saturdays are cherished and delightfully anticipated.  But that doesn’t mean that the rest of the week has to be a total snooze fest, debbie downer slog.  There is just a hierarchy. That is reality.  The enticing mirage of the weekend in the desert of an otherwise boring, busy or hard week can absolutely keep us motivated.  But the truth be told, every day is a blessing.  I have found that the best way to avoid feeling in a rut, is planning, scheduling and getting organized.  I know you are probably trembling with excitement over such a statement, but hear me out.
My eyes slowly open as the last whisper of the weekend slips away into memory and it’s Monday morning.  The most hated of all week days. This makes me feel bad for some reason as if a day of the week can feel sad or bullied.  I don’t care how many influencers, beachbody coaches, or new age pushers I hear saying Mondays are a clean slate, a new day, I love Mondays -I don’t buy it.  HOWEVER, it has turned into my day to organize the week, which I do enjoy.  There is still that disheartening feeling of the weekend being far off in the distance.  It reminds me of clips in movies where someone looks down a hallway only for it to grow longer and longer, like a loop they cannot close.  But the irony and truth is, as the day progresses that daunting perception in fact, gets smaller and smaller.
I make my breakfast; egg whites, rice cakes with peanut butter and honey, and some fruit.  The Nespresso is revving up like a spaceship getting ready to launch into oblivion.  The frothy coffee begins to slip into the cup below, releasing the intoxicating smell of mocha and my brain is eager for those first sips.  Besides champagne, coffee is the second nectar of the gods. The yin and yang of coffee and wine, truly do balance out this girl’s world. Once the machine has finished its magical brew of caffeinated delight, I grab my favorite mug that is now warm with hope.  All you middle aged people know what I mean.  You have a favorite stove burner, pan, spatula, cutlery, etc. Don’t deny it.  Mugs are no different.  Mine is a white one with black speckles that is adorned with the emblem of a BC winery known as The Hatch.  It is reminiscent of a traditional camping mug.  It is stout and wide and perfect for a cup o’ joe.
After I have eaten, and half my java has been consumed, my synapses are now beginning to fire.  I take out my laptop to get my week in order.  I type in my password, and we are off. I have just recently evolved to a digital organizer. The stubborn old woman inside me is still a skeptic. I am very old school and a sucker for the traditional leather bound organizer that you write in, wait for it, with a PEN.  My shopping lists are still done manually, and I don’t know if that will ever change.  I’m only 35 but I can feel some crotchety and unshakeable tendencies forming already.  I own them.  The app that I use is called Opus One.  I tried a few others before settling on this one and it works great.  It is not just its functionality but also the motif of a conventional planner that sold me.  There is still the flicker of analog within me that will never die.  I do still have my physical calendar hanging on the wall, which gets some love, with jotted things here and there. However, Opus One is where I do the brunt of all my scheduling now.
This all stems from the fact that I am a prolific note taker; always have been, always will be. I thrive on making to-do lists.  Sometimes I have to-do lists within my to-do lists like a nesting doll of agendas.  It really can get out of hand.  There is something about the act of writing everything down and mapping it out that calms even the busiest of days.  And don’t get me started on crossing things off.  It reminds me of the memes; Yeah, sex is great, but have you ever crossed every item off your to-do list? Honestly, such a great feeling.  The accomplishment, motivation and boost of productivity are invigorating.  If I am to be completely candid, even if I forget to put something I have done on my list, I will add it at the end and cross it off.  Just for good measure.  Ok, you’re probably thinking, this chick is crazy.  You might be right, but give it a try, you’ll see.
The average week is filled with household chores, errands, appointments, workouts, family events, social engagements, writing, self care, meal planning, occasion preparations, job searches etc.  Nothing earth shattering here.  I live a wonderfully mundane yet lovely life.  Some weeks are busy and some are slow.  I relish every moment, even when I don’t realize it because I have been sucked into a negative place.  But I find the act of laying out your days ahead can focus your energy on getting things done while looking forward to the fun stuff.  We might be working for the weekend, but we aren’t living for it.  Every day is a story, embellish it.  xx

what you been into lately? music or series..! or even hobbies (:
well I am ALWAYS listening to Ariana Grande, so jot that down
I've also been giving ABBA a listen on Spotify, they're really catchy!
I watched Godzilla vs Kong recently, I thought it was great! and after that I watched the three King Kong movies (1933, 1976, and 2005) all of which were. unfortunately racist. I like the recent MonsterVerse Kong movies much better.
my hobbies consist of writing and playing Minecraft and that's about it tbh. I have this nice texture pack for Java and in my most recent world I found an abandoned village and rehabilitated it, built new buildings and everything. I've also been playing on the new snapshots and they look incredible! the cave system is being completely revamped, there will be cave biomes, new blocks, mobs, plants, and items, and the world height is being raised to 320. I honestly really love what's being done, I feel like caves have been really boring for a while now. I can't wait to see what future updates bring.

caramel macchiato || knj
Tumblr media
pairings: namjoon x reader
genre: fluff uwu, barista!namjoon, bookworm!namjoon, university!au, f2l!au
word count: 3k words
desc: what do you do when your usual barista is the person you meet every day at your university?
a/n: helo yes i mad this thing like, out of pure boredom(??), cause like yEa i am just a mess and a bag of anxiety so yeehaw :^) also!! i’m really sorry if it’s sappy and bland cause lit’s my first ff :’D
"hhhhhhh,, i’m so sleepy” you mumble to yourself as you shut your alarm clock off
you took your phone that was charging overnight on your table side to see the time
“08:02 saturday, 22 september 20xx”
seems like you don’t have any classes today
you know what that means
;)
you went to the nearest cafe that was only a few blocks away from where you study
you’re new in your university,
being your first semester here
and you are cool as a cucumber B)
just kidding
you are scared as sHIT--
and you can feel the outstanding weight of anxiety on your back
but you’re lucky that taehyung is in that university
taehyung is your best friend that you met during high school
he’s a good guy and he’s always there for you :D
and you wouldn’t hesitate to hurt anyone who hurts taehyung in anyway  (ง •̀_•́)ง
but anyway
last week you asked taehyung if there was any cool cafes near your university
and taehyung told you a neat cafe that served the best caramel macchiato
and you loved that shit
and so you arrived in front of the cafe
you pushed open the glass door and you were greeted with the smell of java beans
the smell of coffee made you drowsy and high
or maybe it was the cute barista greeting you ;)
he seemed like a big dork with his turtleneck and square-shaped glasses
but he looks cute anyway
so you went up to the counter and he’s smiling and u swOre u saw a dimple forming on his cheeks
can this guy be any more cute
“hello! welcome to moonchild cafe! what would you-- wait, have we met before?”
the barista suddenly questions you as he focuses at you
wait
he knows you?!
fuckfuckfuckfuckfuCKFUCKFUCK-
is he from your class??
he looks like he takes biology tho
seems like a big nerd so he’s probably a smart guy
“oh, i’m sorry?? but do we go to the same university??” you blurted out of surprise, still puzzled by his sudden question
“that’s it! you’re the new student from chemistry class! y/n, right?”
oh
oH THAT’S RIGHT
i mean you were right about one thing
that he was smart
he sat at the very front of the class
and when you entered he smiled at you
so he must be a good guy
“yes, i remember you as well. you sat at the very front of class, didn’t you?”
the barista chuckled as to how you remembered that fact about him out of all the other things
“look, i’d love to talk, but there are other people behind me waiting as well”
you spoke up and the barista looked at the line of customers behind you
“oH riGht of course! what would you like?” he quickly took out his notepad  and a black sharpie from his apron.
“venti caramel macchiato, two pumps vanilla and a dash of cinnamon. oh! don’t forget the foam and a drizzle of caramel on top!”
he jotted down your order and told you the price
you payed him and waited at a seat by the glass window
he made your order in such a quick motion without any type of mistake
i mean he has been doing this for so long
it’d be embarrassing if he messed up
he basically had a master degree in making coffee
after a few minutes, your coffee arrived on your table
you took a sip of your caramel macchiato
and holy sHIt-
it was the bomb.com
it’s so good tho???
like the gods of caffeine had blessed your drink
but then u noticed a note on your cup
“kim namjoon, 2nd year. hope to see u at uni! :)”
you can help but chuckle at how adorable this guy was
your cheeks flustered everytime you took a sip of your coffee
...
and now classes are starting
and you are frustrated
and you are tired
philosophy is sO bOriNG thO :’(
not to mention that you have taehyung beside you poking every second you try to focus
you were this close to choking him in the middle of class
but you decided to spare him
and choke him outside of class
“oW hEY i am sOrry okay??? now can u let me go? :((” taehyung pleaded for mercy as u let him go and walked with him to the cafeteria
“i sweAr to gOD if you do that again i WILL cut your dick off >:((” you say as you sigh
“i promise!!” tae answered batting his eyes as innocently as he can
if you have other classes with taehyung you are sure he is definitely paraprosexia to you.
tae may be a morosis at times
but you loved him anyway
cause he bought you lunch!!
as u were both eating together and talking about the classes you guys took, someone caught your attention
you saw namjoon outside the cafeteria under a tree reading a book
seems like he’s reading a book about stephen hawking’s theories
“hey tae, do you know anything that guy over there?” you asked as you pointed towards namjoon’s direction
“oH yea, his name’s kim namjoon. he’s a philomath. all he does is read and does science-y stuff. he always works part time at moonchild cafe.” tae answered while munching down on his lunch.
hm
a philomath huh
he must be a big introvert
but he’s such an extrovert when he’s working!!
he’s probably a good guy!!
and you’re gonna find out!!
cause now you are right in front of him
he looks away from his book only to see you smiling at him
“y/n!! what bring you here?” namjoon beams up and closes his book
you sat a few inches away from him, hugging your knees to your chest
“i saw you and kinda wanted to talk to you, y’know?” you answered honestly
faint pink tinted visibly on namjoon’s cheeks, feeling touched over your comment
you guys talked for a while until it was time for class :((
but u guys walked together cause you both had chemistry after this!!
:D
so then it became a daily routine for both of you now
going to chemistry class together and sitting next to each other
then every evening you would stop by moonchild cafe to have your regular caramel macchiato order
venti caramel macchiato, two pumps vanilla, a dash cinnamon, foam on top and a drizzle of caramel
sometimes as you do your assignments in the cafe, you would see namjoon sweeping the floors
or even see him interacting so well with the rest of his customers
your hearts goes so s o f t for this guy
:)))
then after work, namjoon would study with you and even help you with your assignments, especially in chemistry
you even introduced taehyung to namjoon so that they could even hang out and be friends
despite on how different those two were
and you were even acquainted with namjoon’s brother, seokjin :D
seokjin even gave you the nickname pancake
cause you immediately fell in love with seokjin’s pancakes
seokjin owned a restaurant just across the cafe namjoon worked at
so those two would go home together after work hours
you really liked having namjoon around!! :)
...
taehyung and you were watching a movie at his apartment
yalls were watching a horror movie but instead of being afraid, both of you just made fun of every single move the ghost does
bzz bzz
“hey y/n, isn’t that your phone?” tae said when he saw your phone vibrating on the table
“oh yea, imma go get it real quick”
you got off the couch and reached your phone
it was a message from namjoon
joonie: hey y/n! are you free tomorrow?
you: yea! i am, what’s up?
joonie: well, i wanted to go to the art museum with my hyung, but he had to bail on me cause he had to work.
joonie: i was wondering if you’d like to go with me instead?
huh
you’re heart’s beating pretty fast right now
hmm
HOLY SHIII-
“taEHYUNG OH MY GOD” you screamed frantically that scared taehyung to deAth until he fell of the couch
“the hELL Y/N WHAT’S WRONG?!” taehyung said as he got off the floor, walking to your direction
you shoved your phone to taehyung and he read the text message namjoon sent you
.
.
.
taehyung shrugged and started to type out a message
“whaT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING KIM TAEHYUNG” you screeched as you attacked him to get your phone
“i am hELpinG yOu-” taehyung finished typing “-and sent.”
you pushed taehyung on the floor (again) and looked the text taehyung sent at namjoon
you: of course joon! i’d love to go with you! send me the place and i’ll see u there xx
.
.
.
...“taehyung you are fucking dead”
so now you are in front of the place namjoon told you about
you looked at your watch
10:29
are you too early?
you both promised to see each other at 11:00
yea you are too early
after rummaging your wardrobe for like, almost an hour
you wore a lemon turtleneck and a pair of jeans with matching black boots and sling bag.
you even wore a beret cause you think people at the art museum wears this(??)
dammit y/n you’ve been watching too much dramas
“y/n?”
you turned around to see
namjoon??
not the nerd namjoon
but the
hot hot namjoon
like
hot namjoon
he wasn’t even wearing those boxy glasses of his
he’s wearing skinny jeans, a white tank and a red plaid shirt unbuttoned
holy
dear lord do not let any nose bleeding to occur at this very moment
“namjoon?? i almost didn’t notice you there!! gosh you look so,, different”
admit it hun you are in complete awe
look u can even see a bit of his abs
;)))))
fuCK nO diRTy thOugHTS
“is it a good different or a bad different?”
u can see that he looks insecure
but he shouldn’t!!
bOi he be looking like a greek g o d
“of course good different!! i think you look great joonie! :D”
namjoon isn’t sure why but his heart is going doki doki for you ;)))
(spoiler: he likes you)
so you guys spent your day well!!
both of you went in the art museum
but you didn’t really understand what was so fun???
cause you weren’t much of an artsy person
but you looking at namjoon awing at every painting makes you soft inside <3333
*coughs* i mean he himself is a masterpiece too *coughs*
afterwards,, you guys went for ice cream!!
namjoon bought you mint chocolate even if he didn’t like mint
but cause he knows you like it so he just has it too!!
(he chugged a couple bottles of water to wash off the toothpaste sensation in his mouth)
some people even mistaken the both of you as a couple
you blushed every time someone makes that comment
namjoon becomes very flustered seeing how red you can be
hhhhhhhhhh
you two were just adorable :(((((
so you made your way to moonchild cafe
but you don’t see namjoon???
but you ordered your usual anyway
when it was given to you, it didn’t taste the same way namjoon did it for you
you wondered where namjoon went
i mean, he never misses work??? before?????
so you assumed that maybe he wanted to focus for his studies today
so you went to your university
and you saw taehyung
you asked taehyung if he had seen namjoon today
but taehyung only shrugged it off
“nah y/n, i haven’t seen him, what’s up?”
hhhhhhhhnnnnnnnnnnnnnnggggggggggggg
something’s not right :((
after philosophy, you went to his usual spot where he reads
just a tree
nothing else
he wasn’t even in chemistry class
ok now you are being paranOid
you tried texting and calling him like a million times
no answer :((
after all your classes you went to moonchild cafe back
still no joonie
you looked at jin’s restaurant
it’s closed
the doors were chained up
you were on your knees in front of jin’s restaurant
without realizing it, tears started forming on your eyes
taehyung’s here comforting you at your apartment
as soon as he finished his phone call with you saying that you needed him, he bought two tubs of mint chocolate ice cream to help cheer you up
taehyung’s hugging you closely and allowing you to cry on his shoulder
“he....he just left tae....i thought we had something tae...” you muttered out, still in disbelief
tae caressed your hair and told you everything will be okay
...
“thank you for buying your coffee here! have a nice day!”
you say as your customer gave you a tip
you decided to work as a barista as your part time job
something about making coffee just makes you feel a bit better about yourself
you were working as a computer programmer as your full time job
but what’s cool about it is that you were able to work at home, and at night
so you can do extra cash in the morning brewing coffee
you as a javaphile just can’t get away from caffiene
the bell rings implying that there is a new customer
you smiled at the customer and kindly asked what he wanted to purchase
...
“venti caramel macchiato, two pumps vanilla, a dash cinnamon and foam on top...”
wait
you recognize this order
he looks up from his cap and opens his mask
“...oh, and don’t forget the caramel drizzle on top, please?”
oh my god
you were completely speechless
“namjoon...”
he could only smile faintly
“are you busy after your shift?” he cooed, awaiting your response
you can’t believe this
there’s so many thing you want to say to him
“oh my god like you disappeared for like 4 years and you never contacted me at all or even tell me anything about it so what the hell was that about and i fell for you for no reason only for you to leave me and shut me out so yes i am free”
“...it’s 4.99$ sir” is what you said instead
“oh, r-right.” namjoon payed his drink and sat at a table a few tables away from the counter
namjoon was devastated that he left you
and now he feels stupid for even showing up
especially since he never told you anything
i guess he was just afraid of being rejected by you
but leaving you felt even worse
when namjoon’s drink arrived, he saw a few scribbles on his cup.
it was your address with a little note you wrote on it
“i’m free after 6, come to my apartment if you want to talk, xx, y/n”
so now namjoon’s in front of your door
“hey y/n it’s me namjoon! haha, you know, the one that left- no wait, that’s stupid” namjoon blabbered at himself
you then open the door of your apartment
“o-oh, hey y/n.” namjoon finally muttered out some words
“hey namjoon. long time no see?”
“oh, hahaHaAH, yeA, right...”
you allowed namjoon inside your apartment and sat on the couch, you being a few inces away from namjoon
there was a moment of silence between the both of you
the quiet atmosphere is just causing the situation to be more and more awkward
you knew that someone had to break this silence
*deep breaths*
“namjoon-”
“y/n-”
both of you spoke up at the same time
both of you apologized
and you insisted namjoon to start talking first
namjoon took a deep breath and finally started talking
“y/n, first of all, i truly am sorry for disappearing out of the blue. i really wanted to tell you, but i guess i just got scared”
you kept your reaction blank
“i was really afraid if you would’ve hated me if you knew i had to move away. hyung got a promotion to work in the us and he found me a spot for university, so i had to move out.”
“yea, well congrats. i am very mad at you for just disappearing out on me joon. it was great.”
that’s a lie
you don’t want to be mad at him
it hurts you doing so
“i’m really sorry y/n. i thought that maybe not telling you might make it less hurt, but i couldn’t bare the fact that i was far away from you.”
namjoon saw your eyes change
“what do you mean?” you questioned him
“i mean, i can’t help but really like you y/n. the further i was from you made me realize even more that i really like you”
is he for real
he likes you too????
and it took him this long to tell you
“i get it if you still hate me, but i hope that we can still stay as frien-”
his sentence was cut off with your lips on his
his lips were soft and it tasted like the caramel coffee he had earlier today
namjoon was surprised by your action, but he immediately kissed you back, placing his hands on your waist
the kiss was sweet and tender yet needy, as if you guys were yearning this moment for so long
after breathless kisses, you decided to break the kiss
“you have no idea how long i had to wait to hear you say that to me”
namjoon couldn’t hold in his joy and wrapped his arms around you tightly
“i’m so sorry y/n, i won’t leave you now, i promise” he says as he pampers kissed all over you
you accepted his hug and embraced him even more
click!
your apartment door was opened
“hey y/n, i finally bought the groceries that we were supposed to buy this saturda...”
taehyung stopped his sentence as he saw you and namjoon cuddling
“see y/n? i told you he’ll come back for you.” taehyung winked towards namjoon and goes to his room
“wait, what does taehyung mean by that?” you asked namjoon, absentmindedly
namjoon smiled and kissed your forehead
“i had the help of a friend to help me keep track of you, so that i can find you and finally tell you in person”
“tell me what?”
“that i love you.”

Tips For Beginner Programmers
Tips For Beginner Programmers Coding and making programs work is not a cup of tea for everyone. Yes, a bunch of people does scare coding. But there are another bunch of people who love coding and enjoy doing it. These programmers are no different from the rest of the folks. Just a bit sorted and relaxed concerning coding. Coding is like a fun game to these folks and a dark horror room without windows to others. Do you understand why this difference? Studies show that programmers usually follow these: 1. Believe that programming is just another language specific to computers: One doesn’t need to be a genius in any domain to learn to program. Beginners always tend to believe that one needs to be good at maths for better command in programming. But one has to work hard and practice a lot. Vaagdevi group of college is one of the best engineering colleges in warangal , offering the best training in languages that can make you the best programmers. 2. Choose one language and excel it: Coding is a vast ocean where a plethora of streams plays simultaneously. From the variety of languages ranging from C, C++, Java, Android, etc. picking one that suits you is essential. Excelling in one language and then moving forward to the other will benefit you rather than hopping around with legs in all the boats. 3. Practice every day: Programming is like learning any other spoken language. The more you try speaking the new language, you will have a better fluency. Similarly, tremendous practice is a requisite to excel in coding in any language. Once you start learning, keep practicing every day. Try to learn something new each day. 4. Everything is not always easy: Accept that you don’t understand certain topics. Everyone faces the issue. Just remember to make extra efforts in the concerned topic and clear your doubts with your professors. Practice so much on that topic that any query would be familiar to that topic. Learn to jot down your problems, so that when you reach the same, you know what to do! 5. Perfect making that flowchart: A flowchart will always be a reference to the program flow. Making the flowcharts thoughtfully solve your critical part. You are ready to write down the program, which you would know where to begin with. 6. Write clean and clear codes: Write code not just for yourself to understand but in the future if someone else is to follow your program then the instructions should be neatly labeled and clear enough for generations to read and understand it. Specific labels and clear indications would make the program flow better and clean for you and easy to identify the mistake if any. 7. Shortcuts never make your journey any short: True, shortcuts are easy and save time. But, we should understand that shortcuts are rarely long-term friends. Hard work can equal nothing. You need to practice every topic to the core and be familiar with all the issues governing anything in your coding to make you a happy programmer. 8. Give back to the coding community: Coding is fun and you start living it when you code socially. There are endless possibilities on the network today- GitHub, coding groups, etc. spread your knowledge and acknowledge how your coding gets perfect. The more you code online and share your ideas, you might be out into further problems. Many beginner programmers like you are out there asking there queries in community forums. Try and solve their problems. Their issues might resemble yours in many aspects. Vaagdevi group of colleges with the best placement colleges in Warangal have coding communities on their website that will help you immensely. Following these easy tips, may help you as a beginner programmer.
