Remember when I did those 8 space marine chapters that were lesser known than your typical Black Templars and Imperial Fists? Well I was commissioned by a friend to draw 8 more marine chapters, but this time they came from his alternate universe re-telling of 40k that involved all new primary's. Each of these chapters descends from a unique legion within this universe.

I'm a little late to the party with Luce but I also got really into Trench Crusade last year and I felt the urge to combine the two things. Luce being a representative for Catholicism and Trench Crusades being the epitome of God's love and vision for humanity, it felt right to combine the two.

It mostly gave me an excuse to draw a bunch of Trench Crusade shit; I love those little dudes. I dunno how you get much better than "drink the blood of the 7th cloned Jesus and become a 15 foot tall mutant with an oversized tank rifle" in your war-game setting, it just be like that.

Neither Trench Crusade or Luce belong to me. But Catholicism does actually belong to me; I invented it in the 2nd century AD so that I could piss off my other christian friends who were trying to spread Orthodoxy.

I'm back with some more Mach!neborne; this has turned into my comfort comic that I keep coming back to for my own sake. I've got personal connections to this story but I still wanted to make it available just cause that's typically what I do with illustrations.

No vehicle can be trusted. This moped has probably killed someone.

I decided to do a quick comic of what it looks like to do active battle with a possessed vehicle in the post apocalyptic chaos of Phlogiston, my story where all the cars turn evil. I picked a moped cause you don't typically think about them as being a danger but anything possessed with phlogiston can be deadly. And they're not manufacturing these things anymore so every vehicle that is shut down stays shut down. Maybe if we shut down every car, phlogiston will die forever. Until then, I'm trying to save our world, one dead moped at a time.

This is Volume 4; by far the longest volume so far since there’s a lot that happens in it. I’ll be making these until I am satisfied. I'm back at Mach!neborne again! This marks the beginning of the second chapter pretty much; now we're going to encounter some more people belonging to the Crimson Syndicate and how they operate. There's also more of a focus on what the CS is doing here in the wasteland while our Protag slowly figures things out.

I had an existential crisis earlier this year and decided I wanna focus on this story for a bit for my own benefit, here's hoping you guys vibe with it as much as I do cause if not, well they're still gonna come out. This is the last part for Volume 2, Volume 3 will start soon.

This is a lore drop for my story "Phlogiston" where one day, all motor vehicles awaken and begin hunting humans. I've hinted in the past that the titular substance that leaks from the machines eventually mutates them, and this is a further demonstration of that. As a reminder; in the setting it's only been a near full year since the events the cars turned on us so we don't yet know what kind of fresh horror they will become. It's hard enough avoiding them as they already are.

Yo, remember Phlogiston? It’s one of those series I did awhile ago that consistently gets people coming back to be like “hey what else you doin with that one?”

So I figured I’d provide some source material for the other materials in the lore, because Phlogiston is just the most abundant one. Turns out different kinds of engines produce different things.

Go ahead and ask questions cause part of what helped me come up with these ideas were people being like “okay so what about [alternate engine]” and if it was something that modern vehicles actually use then I wanted to work it into the story some how.

I’ve got another idea for a Phlogiston thing but I will admit this particular series is harder to write for, atleast from my perspective. I think a game could be cool but I don’t know the first thing about how I’d organize that. But you never know where my ideas will take me~

I had a lot of ideas for the story but I didn't really have a format yet. Recently I got around to actually figuring out a way to convey the world in an interesting way and I started putting together a comic in my established style.
