Why Otomai - it was generally for fun, but here we have a headcanon for him, that he is actually a sociopath and does not like people in every sense: he allowed Ogrest's tears to drown the world for years. he is a demigod and therefore lives longer than others, and somehow managed to meet Bella. introverts met. 3/10 Ogrest X Dathura (canon)

These two are not meant to be in a romantic relationship. Possibly, even with another person. These two are no more that newborns, they have no understanding of what it is to be in this type of relationship. But I found it perfect to be in the same family. They both need love and acceptance. Dathura is therefore more of a big sister than a love interest.

5/10 Eva X Tristepin

I just think that their relationship beginnings (season 1 and season 2) took turns too tight. Their early relationship is really pushed by the authors that at first we wondered: "but why they are together"

At my level, it had them to become parents to look like a couple that is made to last. Until the end or the sad past catches up with them.

6/10 Chibi X Mina (canon)

Calm down at first and know that this couple is CANON and I find it beautiful. I love mythological stories, and in my books when your parents created the universe, you’re going to marry one of your sibling to lead your people and create a world.

And these two have father and mother’s lives for their other brothers and sisters, and for their people.

7/10 Poo X Kali (canon)

Seen in the manga Ogrest. Impossible to expand too much on why without spoiling the story. But these two have a common background and their personality balances perfectly.

7/10 Qilby X Chibi

What better for absolute curiosity than the absolute inventor.

For better understanding of they dinamyc I find this fic resuming all the possibility

(I will not make them all would become a little uniquity otherwise)

8/10 Amalia X Yugo (canon)

Season 4 had to exist and the webtoon took over for me to catch the inter of these two. Even if I have seen this couple build little by little, I find that they have not had enough emblematic or more significant moments. Yes I think of the marriage with Harebourg, if the guy had not had a spider on the ceiling, it would be Amalia X Harebourg in this place and they would have a lower score.

9/10 Qilby X Otomaï

At first, we find the same qualities present as if Qilby was with Chibi. But with a worship more turned towards the future. If he had a deeper redemptive bow, it would be a perfect choice.

Moreover Otomai having taken in complexity in the manga Ogrest and not only in good. But unlike Qilby he tries to learn from his mistakes, the important thing is to try. The idea of seeing these two go a long way together is rather comforting

10/10 Alia X Bordegann (canon)

Perfect fairy tale couple. If we touch their happiness of this little couple I going to be very upset. 👩🏻‍❤️‍💋‍👨🏻

Galante loved her husband and it broke her to go away from him, but she put their child’s life before her happiness. Also, if the chaos of Ogrest had not prevailed, Nox would NEVER have seen the light of day. But it’s their love that makes Nox the best villain we’ve ever had.

20/10 Nora X Amalia

I quickly fell in love with this possible couple. Who in addition to filling the gaps between yumalia and a strong couple. At first, I’m a little biased because Nora, one of my favorite characters from the game on XBOX (2011), not to mention the fears that this character is ruined. She had finally returned. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ (She is doomed but snif) BUT the possibility of these two warrior princesses exists and being together is really my absolute (in this ranking)

Wakfu Manga - Tome 2, Part 1

Even the manga calls them friends!! He is impressed by their bravery and exploits, and it IS natural that he should join forces with them, at least to understand Jiva's strange behaviour.

Personally, I just think he wanted to go on an adventure with Yugo, Amalia, and Eva, but needs to justify it to himself in some more professional and cold way.

Joris puts his hands in his pockets. We now know that his pants actually have pockets + that Joris puts his hands in those to strike a casual — yet still cool looking — pose. You're welcome.

Very Kerubim-core pose of him to do.

Firstly, this is a very good drawing. Secondly, Joris is very serious about travel preparations. Thirdly, he and Eva once again show themselves to be the two sane people of their respective groups.

Besides that, he addresses the multiple elephants in the room: it's bad that a person who is already close to a god even more power, and she might not keep her promise, and even if they use the dofuses against her, they are still probably toast.

Basically, Joris's outlook is one of very realistic pessimism.

Amalia asks him before anyone else. She really looks up to him :)

An interesting note: Joris did not walk together with Ruel, Yugo, Adamai, and Pinpin to try his hand at taming the shushu — but he is also not present anywhere near Amalia or Eva. Now me pointing out that he was walking a bit away from everyone seems a bit more poignant.

VERY big page for Joris fans. He seems to have been making well-done dragoturkey and soup. While wearing a cute apron. (I really don't think he expected anyone to walk in on him... jgkdsfg. Judging by the size, it's something he brought with him from home.)

This confirms that: Joris likes meat well-done, Joris wears aprons, Joris likes cute aprons, and Joris is used to spats with shushus that control environments and furniture and attempted to use that skill here.

VERY big for me, as a fan of the friendship between Joris and Amalia&Eva. The way they giggle at his misfortune, and the way he doesn't take it to heart... sfgjsdf

This is why I really like the manga, as a fan of Joris. There's a very friendly and domestic side to him shown here.

The way he just Copes and sets the burnt dragoturkey on the table anyway is so funny... He's very nervous about time, and planning, and he is willing to eat something very bad for that reason.

Also! He is helping the girls with their task, instead of trying his hands at taming the shushu — and he was doing this without telling anybody. I'm assuming it's a mixture of him being a friend to Eva and Amalia, of being used to cook for his family (he and Keke both do, but I think Joris does it more often), and just plain not wanting two people to do the job that would be more efficient with three.

Besides that, I just think it doesn't sit right with Joris, for two women (one of whom is pregnant) to do all the cooking.

He is so, so responsible. Also, "a little worried" and "we need to plan for Every Contingency" is a funny combo of words.

Once again, readers, he is "a little worried."

Also, hngnhn. He cares about Yugo's feelings a lot — and he trusts Eva and Amalia enough to say this to them.

Aww, Adamai's "hungryyyy..." is so cute. I'm assuming Joris fretting with the stove is probably him trying to clean it a little after it burned the food.

Joris is the only one not eating or drinking, and while it is relaistic to think he might have eaten before anyone came, I think it's more in character to think that his reasoning is "DO NOT EAT. WE CAN'T LET PEOPLE KNOW YOU HAVE HUMAN NEEDS AND WEAKNESSES."

I'm trying so hard to come up with commentary to justify including so many images of him, but I am sad to say, the way he's drawn in this artstyle is far too cute. Just far too cute...

Notably, Joris is the only one who wasn't under the impression that Eva would be staying behind! (BASED, BASED, BASED BASED, B—-)

You have to take in consideration how the series is but a fraction of the overall krozmoz lore , and the games are the source for some of the most interesting stuff

I don't remember perfectly but I really liked the whole lore about the months protectors and devils of the hours, and it goes to the whole jiva and harebourg frigost fiasco

Or the Sadida dolls I LOVE THEM AHAHAHAH (as always not biased)

And I know most of the problems come form the small budget for the other seasons

I know ankama usually compensates with external media (like the show is for the game)

But all that aside LESS FETISH CONTENT THANKS BYE

Nothing is known of the circumstances of his birth and adoption, but a slice of his childhood can be seen in the animated series Dofus: Kerub's Bazaar, where he is 7 years old. According to the official timeline, Joris was born on Descendre 32, 390 and taken in by Kerub Crepin the same year.

ok so I searched to see if there are any other wakfu manga besides the four tomes that involved the whole. first quest for the eliatrope dofus and jiva and yknow and there isn't. There's a LOT of Dofus era manga though!! I'll reread the wakfu tomes to see if there is anything that retcons iow, but like I don't recall anything that does. (Like all the stuff featuring the eliatrope is mostly Jiva recounting legends and shit like that as she like tends to these fucking babies she kidnapped) Definitely not anything concerning how oropo has the eliacube so I'm still like :/// what happened to Balthazar and the kids
