Our poor baby got punched through several buildings. Some even suspect this is the end of him given he can't heal himself without Sukuna anymore.

Only... Yuuji isn't a regular human, is he? He's way more resilient than any other, except Maki (and Toji). Is it too much to hope he will survive this? Objectively speaking, there is no way, but Gege never gave us any indication of how much Yuuji can actually take.

People seem to forget this: Sukuna didn't enhance Yuuji's physical strength and durability. Quite the opposite actually - because of it Sukuna couldn't so easily take control over him. Only thing Yuuji got from that unwanted guest was his cursed energy. Gege didn't add that scene of Yuuji running past Megumi at unbelievable speed or beating his P.E. teacher at that metal ball throwing (what's the offical term? English isn't my native language) for nothing.

Yuuji might just be another person with heavenly restriction and with Sukuna gone, just like Maki, he might reach his full potential. What if Gege showed Maki struggling to reach it even after Mai's death to explain why Yuuji wasn't fully realized at the beginning of the series? Like for everything in life, you need to work for it in one way or another.

Which poses another question: why did Yuuji keep his abilities after ingesting Sukuna's finger as opposed to Maki while Mai was still alive?

I guess if he didn't he wouldn't be much of a vessel? Plus, it's quite possible that Sukuna only halted realization of Yuuji's true potential (he was seen as a whole being from the beginning) while Maki was completely prevented from it due to existence of her sister and that twin rule, if that makes sense.

Or maybe I'm just coping with the pain in this way because I can't deal with Yuuji's death too

The title of JJK chapter 212 (in Japanese) shares the same pronunciation, though with different kanji, as the previous chapter's title. Ch.211 is titled 熟む and ch.212 is titled 膿む②; they're both pronounced うむ (umu). 熟む means to ripen, whereas 膿む means to fester, or to form a pus. [YIKES, official translations butchered the title for ch.212!]

Yes, these words are homophones!

There's the ② tagged in the title, so this means that 212 is a continuation of 211. I guess this time round Akutamin is choosing to link the "parts" based on homophones. Cool idea! But of course the official translation chose to butcher this, yikes–

And since we're on the topic of homophones, FYI there are two more words with this pronunciation and they are 生む and 産む. 生む means to produce, to create something new, or to spawn. 産む means to physically deliver (a baby). Between these two, obviously the prior one sounds most appropriate for the next part coming our way, right?

Hence, we can assume that ch.213 will be given the title 生む (umu) – Spawn/Creation.

So Tsumiki's spawn point, the boys were waiting at the center of the colony incase she falls from the sky... Which also happens to be one of the 9 spawn points mentioned in ch161! So Tsumiki's spawn wasn't "that" abnormal. I only found out because last night I came across this fan project (google "JJK google earth" for a reddit post) It's got most if not all JJK irl locations up to ch 213... I've came to a new appreciation for JJK after seeing the amout of different irl locations Gege used...

Oh, thank you for dropping this info, anon. Though if it's one out of 9, that would be 11% possibility - and speaking as an experienced gacha game player probability chaser, getting the right place in the very first try is still very lucky!

Sukuna used 「耐性」 (taisei) which means resistance or tolerance, i.e. the ability to bear something unpleasant or under harsh conditions. In this context, "ability to suppress" is the more accurate translation. And yep, cage and vessel were both in quotation marks.

》 Sukuna: "I could have made Megumi Fushiguro swallow a finger.. but in order to ensure full control over his body, I had to wait to regain my strength inside that brat's body, until the right moment.."

Kanji here is 呪物 (jubutsu) which means cursed object, but furigana reads ゆび (yubi) which means finger.

》 Meguna/Sukumi: "No matter which era... Insects [always] come crawling out of nowhere."

This is kinda like a callback to chapter 1 where Sukuna said a similar thing -> 「まったくいつの時代でも���っかいなものだな呪術は…」 (Mattaku itsunojidai demo yakkaina monoda na jujutsushi wa…) – "Seriously.. No matter which era, jujutsu sorcerers are troublesome.."

Just wanted to highlight how Sukuna's hand sign for "Nue" is different from Gumi's – assuming that that hand sign is it. AND WHAT THE HECK WAS THAT NUE FORM!? IT'S SO SICKKKKKK!!!

》 Hana: "Wait!! Megumi is..!! Megumi is..!!"

Hana did not specifically say "You'll hurt Megumi!!" in this scene; if anything that's just Viz interpreting/assuming that's what she was trying to say. In the raws, Hana only said 「待って！！恵が！！恵が！！」 (Matte!! Megumi ga!! Megumi ga!!)

》 Angel: (...) "We must tear [the two] apart and extinguish him!! We must take this gamble!!"

》 Chant: "O light.. O light, that purifies everything.. Extinguish the sin, guilt, and misery.. and guide that person."

In the raws, the last phrase/chant was 「彼の者を導きたまえ」 (kano mono o michibiki tamae). According to what I found, "kano mono" is a very old saying in Japanese (fitting for Angel), which means that person.

Closing words: “Never forget. The true nature of curses!!”
