Phew, this one took me a while!

I wanted to keep playing with the cluttered style and decided so make some Super Mario World fanart, this game was my first videogame ever, I got it for christmas when I was 5 years old and life was never the same ever since. It holds a very dear place in my heart and I still love it to this day, a total classic <3

"The Comfort Zone"

I've been going to therapy for a month now, it's been a great experience for me so far and I'm learning a lot about myself and the way I handle my fears to navigate everyday life.

I made this piece based on a recent talk I had with my therapist about how the comfort zone is sort of like having chains that fit very comfortably, they keep us from doing things we don't want to do, so we stay in a cozy cocoon like state while also preventing ourselves from growing on many aspects of our lives, when we could be transforming into a new stronger version of ourselves if we dared to remove them.

Pinhead from the Hellraiser series by @realclivebarker . I really want to see the 1st movie again, its a dark, violent, horrific and romantic tale, Clive's style is so unique, it's not your typical horror movie at all. If I ever was in a position where I could make any movie I want, I'd choose Clive's childrens book "The Thief of Always" and I'd do it with a 90's aesthetic. It's about a boy whos bored with life and gets an invitation by a mysterious stranger to a place called the Holiday House, where all wishes come true and all seasons go by every day froom spring to winter, but of course... there's a twist. A flower girl who's part of a magical ancient race. Aerith is one of the main characters from the classic Final Fantasy VII , she's a funny,gentle and happy-go lucky girl who loves to help other people and can with the power of the elements. Recently after clearing FFVII remake part 1, I rediscovered just how cool she is and I was super impressed by the way her character got developed so well. You actually care a lot for her and knowing what I know of the plot, I couldn't help but feel sad from time to time just spending time with her. I'm super curious about what the future brings for Aerith in the next parts of the game.
