The Eternal Struggle Cover

Cover artwork for the third and final novel in the Rhoenoak series by John Enitsu. It's one of the first images where I deliberately used DAZ Studio, not just as a crutch but to get actually something done - the floating pose would've been very hard to get right physically. I've learned a lot and refined the process since then (although this is barely a few weeks old).

John Enitsu's sci-fantasy novel trilogy on the planet Caeperum and its moon has been my longest work on one project; it's - hopefully - not even done yet, but with the book series now written, a chapter ends (pun intended). Illustrations included armour designs, environment and creature concepts, and one of of my most complex and beautiful maps ever.
