The daffodils and jonquils are blooming! Murray likes the bigger daffodils, while Lil' Bit loves the jonquils because they look like miniature daffodils. They're bite-sized, just like them! Murray had seen their buds the other day, but he was happy to see so many large ones had opened up wide. To each their own, but Murray and Lil' Bit can agree on one thing... both flowers are absolutely beautiful. =)

Note
Jonquils bloom in late winter/early spring. I think Sansa was born around that time. She signifies the end of winter and the coming of spring. Like Persephone, who brings spring. Persephone was lured to Hades and underworld by a narcissus (jonquil). Sansa was lured to Hades (Littlefinger) and underworld (Eyrie) by a Florian calling her Jonquil.
I also believe that Sansa was born during late Winter and Spring came soon after that.
I think Jonquils blooming season was part of the theory that Sansa was born in Winter. Also the Persephone imagery. And I would add Sansa's connection with Dawn. The moment when night turns to day.
There will be a second Long Night, which is basically an endless Winter, and the battle to end the Long Night is called the Battle for the Dawn. And after Winter, comes Spring.
The Dawn is the end of the Long Night and the Prelude to Spring.
However, more than Jonquils, I mostly associate Sansa with the Blue Winter Roses. A cultivated rose that can bloom even during very cold Winters, because "inside the glass gardens it was always like the hottest day of summer" (A Storm of Swords - Sansa VII).
