bojan said that they love playing in smaller venues during soundcheck which made me laugh because of the downgraded berlin venue

kris ngvot but he looked so unenthusiastic about it and only did it after talking to bojan who I guess talked him into it? sorry kris, you were amazing though

bojan loved the shirt @zadig-fate made for him ❤️ he's such a nerd for being obsessed with eurotrip and was so excited to be like “this is a eurotrip quote!!!” lmao

bojan got a harmonica, said he couldn't play it, and then still played the wedding march on it because of course he was able to do that

bojan's slut leather(?) shirt 🫠 I hope damon suggested he should wear it because you could see his chest very well and he was moving so much and jfc

ended up on kris's side and since this was a no barrier stage he and his pants and ass were so close to me that I felt awkward directly looking at him 😭

bojan got so emotional during EW that it actually made me emotional too. and the panic attack cheer 😂

the fact that the song can stay “schlager” for us german audiences and bojan yapping something about imagining that we're at an old people birthday party or something idk

the guys were very confused about the berlin flag 😂 jan was kinda holding it, very unsure, then went over to kiki, then went over to nace and they were just kind of. looking at the flag and then jan turned to kris and mouthed "berlin??" and kris signalled him a yes which was very funny

just. the vibes of the crowd. everyone was so respectful and we genuinely had an amazing energy. berlin crowd I love you so much

vita said they got the stage measurements beforehand and knew that racik's art wouldn't fit on the stage lmao. she's also super sweet and so easy to talk to. love u vita thanks for all the photos (selfishly glad she's pausing her studies for this)

hugged teya before she had to leave and didn't get to talk to nace and kris but managed to catch jan afterwards and had him sign in my gig book and it was? such a nice crowd? everyone was waiting and chatting for a bit and then when we were all finished jan was hovering there a bit awkwardly before saying bye and leaving. it was amazing and so chill (again. berlin crowd I love you.)

jure was walking by and we waved and a person turned around to see who we were waving at and let out a very loud “oh my god” after spotting jure. absolutely hilarious, we all burst out laughing

while the queue was being organised, kris, jc stewart with jure, vita, and nace behind them were walking down the street next to the queue and nace waved at us but no one paid attention (busy with the queue) so he kinda. stopped lmao

literally like ten minutes after that, jan seemed to try catching up to them but didn't know where to go so he just stared very intently at his phone and stopped in the middle of the street, turned left and walked right by us, then apparently went to far and had to turn back. top ten janči moments

kris walked into the soundcheck with a mug in his hand and left pretty quickly again after soundcheck was finished, he's just so funny to me

bojan said that it was a nice change that the EA crowd were mostly germans which like. ok.

the boys came down to us to talk and take pics with us after the soundcheck??? so nice of them but it confused the hell out of me (I wasn't prepared and was very intimidated by suddenly having a bojan directly in front of me)

a friend I was with asked bojan about the jo travel curse and munich because it's been horrible at least for us living in germany (snow chaos for munich, snow chaos when trying to travel to esns in january, train strike on the day of the berlin gig) and he just kinda forgot about munich until he was like “oh yeah right. it was still an amazing gig though.” 🥺

okay so. now we come to what was an absolutely insane concert

first we saw the eyeliner jure pic and went “oh my god??” and then he actually came on stage like that and we lost it. and then bojan came on stage with that lace shirt and we lost it again. not kidding when I say my favourite insane moment was me turning around to grip @itskrejsaitsparty's hand as I was trying to comprehend what I was seeing. Just. jfc.

bojan asked who had never been to a JO gig before and from what I could see it was around 50%? so there were a lot of new people which is probably also one reason why the energy was insane like that

bojan couldn't stop holding his belt and thrusting his hips, what the fuck 🫠

since I was in the middle I was also privvy to many cute jance looks and moments, they really are just like that on stage

the nace solo because someone requested a bass solo?? and how nace started and everyone joined and then bojan's “let's go nace” just. what even was happening at that point

everything surrounding metulji. first bojan giving jan that pic to “get him in the mood.” jan pretending to kiss it. it falling down making us all giggle and bojan already being on the brink of losing it and then losing it completely and jan stopping to just play different chords on the piano while bojan was trying to get it together. we really broke him 😭 and he was trying so hard to get back into the sad metulji mood and then he apologised for it afterwards like “i'm sorry this was so unprofessional of me” like dude. the was the best moment I've ever seen on stage

bojan was so keyed up that when kiki came to him to switch guitars he just bounced around him and started saying stuff to kiki and leaned his face towards him (I wouldn't be surprised if he expected another cheek kiss but shhhhh)

bojan AGAIN because he was jumping over the barrier and back on stage right next to me after umazane misli and I was like. what do I do. Do I, like, help him??? Can he do it by himself??? what if he topples over and I'm right next to him. Gah. In the end I just pressed myself back into @braveheart1418, stared at the back of bojan's lace shirt in slight horror and let Kiki do his thing 🫠 (I need a bojči break now I'm too anxious for any of this)

the gig went by so quickly because of all the stuff that happened that it was such a surprise when they said it was nearly over

I literally sank onto the floor after the gig because I couldn't understand what had just happened. so many memorable moments. I'm glad everyone just went down onto the floor with me, love you ❤️

everyone (except kris) came out to talk and take pics afterwards but bojan left quickly because of his health. and also, you know. damon baker. what a sweetheart. with all the stuff that happened, being able to talk to him about his art was such a lovely moment and I still can't believe that he was there

In the most funniest turn of events I managed to have everyone including damon baker sign in my gig book except for kris which is hilarious to me and so very fitting for him

i'm going on uni exchange to france this august to december - does anyone have any suggestions for where i should go while there?

i'll be near paris so anywhere that's easy to get from there (and cheap too haha). i like history/museums and also natural attractions, i'm a trail runner so hikes, national park recommendations etc. would be awesome. i'd also love some more 'off the beaten path' recommendations but also want to cross off a lot of the big sights too (i've been to the colosseum, st peter's basilica, ponte vichio, galleria dell'accademia, berlin wall/east side gallery, buckingham palace, big ben, umm those are the only ones i can think of off the top of my head lol). i'm not interested in skiing/snowboarding and i'm coeliac so most foodie experiences are off the table unfortunately.

i really want to see more of france (have been to paris before and done some of the 'big sights' like the eiffel tower, arc de triomphe, galerie lafeyette, the louvre etc., basically most of the typical paris sights), a goal of mine is to see all the capitals (if that's the right word) of every french state (province?).

i speak german and am really keen to get back to germany so any recommendations there would be great too.

i've been to berlin, munich, frankfurt (only really the airport though lol), leipzig, hannover, dresden, rome, florence, venice, verona, vienna, salzburg (hardly saw as i just got out of hospital the day before we got there lmao i spent the whole time we were there in bed so would defo love to get back here, liked the tiny bit of it i saw), paris, reims, amsterdam, london, cambridge, budapest -- am pretty keen to get back to these places but also want to see new cities/countries too. i'm australian so unless i move to europe i'll have never have an opportunity like this again too, am pretty keen to see places like andorra, luxembourg, czechia etc. really just anywhere i can get to.

Im still on the adrenaline of the flight and all but oh my god im ready to leave again for Germany.

Some highlights:

- "the Germans" became "the Germs" and @lovesomehate and I must have said ‘fucking germs’ too often

- german tv had an after hour sexy ad thing with half naked girls and one of the ad was called ‘susie 9’ and i said "oh no, this is what susie the saxophone grew up to be"

- i was holding my phone saying HELLO FROM MONTREAL and Stefan R. saw it and pointed at me, i pointed back (like the spiderman meme) and he did a 🫶🏼 but i didnt get a picture

- Dan, when i said i was from Canada: Montreal??? What are you doing in Germany? IN LEIPZIG?? Did you get lost??

- jan, when he heard us speak french: were you at the electric callboy show in Montreal?? IT WAS SO HOT?? *rambles to @chaotic-gingey about it*

- being thoroughly confused by The Butcher Sisters every single night

- I sang Ein Zwei Polizei everytime we saw a police car (sorry @lovesomehate and @chaotic-gingey )

- It was Anne-Marie in Germany instead of Emilie in Paris, as I strolled in the morning to get breakfast, coffee and food from the grocery store.

- Germans are so fucking tall y’all i need heels

- i can’t even explain how good and better food is there. The quality. The diversity. (Though i hope you like paprika)

- the döner and curry wursts are the unsung heroes

- on night two there were no barricades so we were right at the feet of the bands which was… interesting to say the least.

- thats when stefan said he and dan liked my pictures and i basically melt on my bed.

- me: these are candies from Canada for EVERYONE. Roberto, the merch dude: oh, Daniel will love this.

- @chaotic-gingey and I didn’t vibe in Berlin so we drove to Hamburg with the idea of visiting and maybe attend the show

- spoiler we did 🙄

- we stayed by the sound booth as we were tired and hot and basically… forgot to eat that day. Bad idea. The place got so hot i was sure I’d faint. Front row were troopers!

- @chaotic-gingey and I ‘awwwwwing’ when we saw that Bollo’s screen background was the Tekkno tour picture with the guys and their team

- Two German dudes tried to invite us to a party or a bar and wouldn’t take no for an answer and tbh it was just hilarious as they were not threatening. They even asked for a picture with us when they left 😂

- we met the guys again🥰 Stefan’s hugs > any hugs. Better than Kevin’s hugs. I don’t know. It’s just, pretty sure he cracked my back. He thanked us again a million times for coming.

- roberto gave us flame glasses and it was hilarious and its one of my favorite things

- me: did you like the Canadian candies? Dan: ohYES. I haven’t finished them but im working on it.

- the entirety of State fall guys being the sweetest bunch❤️

- we went to eat at the döner place after the show

- @chaotic-gingey : wouldnt it be funny if Bollo or any of the guys were to come in hahaha

- we drove back to Berlin and with less than two hours of sleep we made our way to the airport

im curious what did you make of today’s game? bc barring the fight obviously, i think it went well, especially the first half? im so happy for marcus, he really is the best player in the league right now and deserves all the praise, but it wasn’t just him who did a good job today. fred has been great in the last couple of games, its crazy how much hes improved, and licha and varane were perfect in defense. also while obviously the red card was completely unnecessary i think it showed an interesting thing bc the situation on the pitch changed drastically and it was a very stressful twenty or so minutes but they managed to withstand the pressure and still end the game with three points. and they kept the situation from the last game against palace from repeating itself even though it seemed very probable so that’s progress. overall i think it was a good game just not for our collective mental well-being lmao. and it will be exciting to see how sabitzer does in casemiro’s absence, it’s true he hasn’t played much with bayern this season but he was great back at leipzig and from what i personally saw of him in bayern’s ucl group stage matches a few months ago that bayern all won i think he was solid, too. anyway sorry this has gotten so long im really curious to see what you think! ❤️

what is the meaning of the numbers on plane models, like a Boeing 747 vs 737? figured you would have a more interesting answer than google :3

Well I mean generally plane models are differentiated by numbers ummm bc it's cool and as basically they're just like car models lmfao so with civilian aircraft the numbers don't mean much beyond differentiation and marketing. with Boeing specifically it's bc they made all sorts of different planes and the 300 and 400 were for military stuff and the 500 for turbines I think and idk what 600 is for but the 700 was for jets and they put the 7 at the end bc its sexier? Afaik? So like 747 and 727 etc and not 740 because it sounds more awesome.

As for what they are uh 707 was Boeings first jet and they're super sexy and retired. 717 is a smaller single isle guy and I think it's sort of related to the dc9. 727 are those super sexy ones with the three rear engines famous for umm DB Cooper highjacked this one and jumped out of its epic aft stairs. 737 is the just some guy of airplanes I think every single jet plane is basically a 737 you can't convince me otherwise. It's your bog standard fucking plane. 747 is my beloved and it's the big fucking four engine woman with the hump (also modified to be the dreamlifter or the funniest plane in the world)

757 I think is a spiritual successor to 727 but with less engines I guess they go a bit farther and its a narrow body jet but to be quite honest i only see UPS fly them here as cargo planes so idk. 767 is a wide body two engine jet which is a bit older and also only basically used here by package guys like DHL and they all life in Leipzig they go there every night to sleep😴✈️

777 is like the previous one but even bigger. absolutely massive twin jet I think it might be the biggest?? Don't quote me. They are so big the emirates one that flies here rattles the shit out of my windows. Also you can tell one bc they have 12 main landing gear in 4 sets of three fun fact. Also the newest model has folding wings bc they're too wide for airports which is fucking awesome hope they don't break off ❤️. 787 is also the newest model in the lineup and it's meant to be like very efficient and it's like 80% composite or something and replace uhhh the 767 I think? Whatever theyre very sexy airplanes in my personal opinion that wing flex. That aerodynamics. So cool.

Sorry aside from that rant that's what they mean. The bjg families also have subcategories bc there's different kinds of them. You may have heard of the 737 max❤️

But tbh that's just boeing. Airbus has vaguely similar naming for some reason like their a380 being the biggest airplane ever forever (rest in peace mriya) the a320 being the just some guy of jets part two but from Europe (including a319 which is smaller and a321 which is a bit bigger) etc.

The other guys who make smaller jets I'm not as aware of personally. Anyway the general idea is bigger number equals bigger airplane or sexier engine or newer airplane or more engines or different kind of engine. You know how it is

Aahhh yes, the Leipzig party!!// It says so much about Sebastian that despite of being just a supportive actor in a huge billion dollar franchise he's the one thinking of the crew. Guess the producers or directors couldn't be bothered. Just like when it was HIM who gave his own money when Netflix didn't pay the crew fairly for "The devil all the time" when he was hardly the one with the most money on that set. He really is a complete sweetheart no wonder people love working with him so much.

Yeah, I don't know what the reason was that Sebastian threw that party and whether it was because the producers couldn't be bothered, but the fact remains that Sebastian always thinks of the crew and always goes out of his way to make them feel included and appreciated. Whether it's thank you notes, or money, or parties, or a food truck, he always makes sure he properly thanks everyone for their input and help, and that's genuinely SO special of him, if you ask me. You're right, it really isn't any wonder everyone who's ever worked with him adores him ❤️
