Lowkey wish Theresa were the main character of KCD after playing her part of Woman's Lot. That was amazing. I didn't love some of the gameplay but narratively? Holy shit. All the choices and opportunities Henry has, to learn and explore and fight, just by being a man; but a woman's role is to marry whoever her father decides and probably die in childbirth. Going from complex political meetings with the lords as Henry to being told she has no place even thinking about politics was a gut punch.

Sam quietly dying in her arms, no dramatic music or last words, without Theresa even realizing it. And then the dog was killed too! Uuuugh.

Also, I didn't save Theresa from the Cumans in the prologue, so it was really fucked seeing that from her perspective as I heard Henry ride away on horseback.

And god, after almost 200 hours with Henry it is striking to see him look so young again. Not even physically younger since it's only been a few months for him, although my Henry has a beard so there's that, but just like...he's so unburdened. So carefree. More than Theresa ever was. Girls are expected to grow up faster I guess, and I'm sure her mother's death didn't help.
