I love how any artistic/creative deviation from traditional Khinkali arouses as much anger in Georgians as Temur Lang's raids back in the day

Tiflis Georgian Restaurant - After living in Bali for two years, my wife and I finally had the chance to try authentic Georgian food.  I thought it was rather strange that there are so many Georgian restaurants located in Bali despite Georgia being such a small country. I came to find out through doing a bit of research online that Georgian food has become Russian cuisine much in the way that Mexican food has entered American cuisine.  Here is a plate of beef dumplings called “khinkali” and a boat shaped pizza-like dish called “adjaruli khachapuri”.
