Kim's Album || Chay's Album

So the concept behind this is that Kim releases a post-canon album and Porchay releases an album of his own in response. I love the idea of how the songs on each of these would affect the other person listening to them, as well as giving both characters the ability to use songs to communicate feelings that they can't express openly in person.

KimChay - Why else would I tutor you?

A big mixture of both KimChay albums + some extras that didnt fit either album but fit KimChay as a whole or inspired me while writing.

VegasPete Shoot Me || VegasPete Let it Out

I love both these VP moods but struggled with mixing them in a single playlist! The vibes were too all over the place - so now theres one for the emotional stuff and one for the self-destructive decisions bourne from hedgehog funerals and bisexual lighting

SO! Thoughts on playlists:

The concepts behind the KimChay playlists are my favourite and they're the ones I put the most thought into! - I started them back in july and I'm still adding to them now! They're not necessarily all about Kim and Chay's relationship per-se, there are a couple that I think really fit Kim's relationship with his brothers for example, or the way that Porchay feels living in the compound with his lack of autonomy. I've tried to keep a consistent sound/vibe throughout and match both the lyrics and the sound to the melancholy post canon situation!

My absolute favourite is Chay's album (lovingly referred to as the chaylist). Picturing the absloute breakdown Kim would have listening to some of these songs sang by Chay is so delicious to think about. Hopefully these would be the catalyst to a KimChay resolution!

There are a couple of other less developed/experimental playlists like for KinnBig, Tankhun (sad lol) and KimBig on my spotify profile! (as well as some other non KP playlists)

5) What work of yours got more feedback than you expected?

I was not expecting any people on Only Seventeen (T, Betty/James (folklore - Taylor Swift), betty - Taylor Swift (Song), 533 words) which is my F/F version of the characters out of that song! It was awesome!

(#11 got answered! But honestly the Bottom Prapai fic took me like 3-4 days to do so maybe that's the second longest fic I spent time on!)

20) Which work of yours have you reread the most?

Probably... Friends Don't Lie (T, Will Byers/Mike Wheeler, Stranger Things (TV 2016), 1302 words) and Shot In The Dark (M, PorscheKinn & VegasPete & KimChay, KinnPorsche: The Series (TV)) because I kept getting comments for them and having to reread to remember what was going on! I'm very grateful there was so much interest!

Initial thoughts - Spoilers for Episode 9

We got played - there are pool scenes in Ep8/9 but not the one we thought it was.

Other than Arm, Kinn really needs to hire new coconuts - the way Pete was spying on Vegas… he was just begging to get caught.

Macau is growing on me - can’t explain why. but the way he just slept through the sermon (lol)

The juxtaposition of KinnPorsche and VegasPete making merits just sends me off. And what is with Vegas saying to meet in the next life - current Pete sure as hell does not want to meet you tomorrow, let alone the next life

The way Tawan and Porsche are foils for each other this episode, with recurring themes of being locked up, warm milk, etc.

Seeing the way Tankhun talks just reinforces in my mind how bright he is and how people in this house shouldn’t underestimate me. The fact he is involved in the discussions with his father and Kinn should signal something.

KimChay - was the whole cheek kiss because Barcode is underaged? Surprised they even pushed the relationship given the age gap here.

Jeff - Jeff looks absolutely splendid but the KimChay moments really make me cringe (and not in a good way)

Vegas has zero sense of self preservation - almost getting killed two weeks ago obviously did nothing since he’s just sauntering in with wine “to see Porsche”

The way Porsche says “Kinn” twice (or thrice) earnestly just kills me inside - you can sense the desperation in his voice.

Was it me or Kinn smiled a little or smirked when Porsche was getting led out.

Vegas and his run away with me - gives me Taylor Swift vibes I can’t explain “Drop everything now, meet me in the pouring rain…”

I mentioned the sweetness of the last episode made me forget about Tawan. Right now the burning urge to slug Kinn and Tawan across the face made me forget the cute moments from the start of the episode.

How am I going to last a week? No matter how strong @chaos0pikachu defends our dear Kinn - I’m just going to be fuming here resisting the urge to scream when Porsche literally begs and says “Kinn”

Still in the throes of teenage heartbreak that is Porchay breaking down and it didnt help that there are edits with the Only Love Could Hurt Like This song in the background like what do you get from hurting people like this

Also i do have critical thinking skills that goes yes it is understandable why Kim breaks it off with him, for Chay’s safety, Kim’s true status as a mafia prince, things to investigates and it just wasnt the time yet

Listen. Just because my head understands it does not mean my heart understands it. I saw this somewhere and i wanna put it here because emotions.

What are the ways I envision happening after that? ( i have not watch some episodes in its entirety and i havent touch the novels either)

For Porchay:

1. Complete heartbreak. 7 stages of grief. Until Porsche intervenes. Or Tankhun since he said he was gonna raise Chay. He slowly snaps out of his heartbreak, goes to school. (most likely to happen obvs)

2. Wik records a song on youtube, Chay sees it and recognises that it was directed to him. Its an apology that they cant be together. Cue Chay crying scene as he looks at his phone.

3. Chay never snapped out of it. He carries on for the sake of his brother. Pines for Kim in his free time. Now that Porsche is also the Master, it puts a target on both him and Chay’s head. Of course Kim discovers it and informs Kinn. Chay sees him when he goes to the main house. Runs before Kim could see him. Collapses somewhere and Tankhun’s guard found him. Kim sees him being carried in one of the guard’s arms ( i have so much affection for PolArm, if anything happened to them, i will unalive everybody in the main house and then I unalive myself)

4. Drama aside, Chay continues on with his life, goes to university, have some friends, gets a Joss Way-Ar look alike as an admiring senior. Kim keeps tabs from a distance and see Chay with said senior and gets jealous.

5. Jealous drama aside, Chay continues in with his life, Tankhun takes him under his wing, maybe gets an admirer or two. Ambiguous ending between him and Kim in the last episode

For Kim

1. I want him to turn into Taylor Swift and spill teardrops on his guitar and pines for Chay like I Was Enchanted To Meet You Please Dont Be In Love With Someone Else

2. Continue with his fierce investigations. Confronts Daddy about it. Daddy admits. Another big confrontation with Porsche. Aftermath has a long talk with Khun and Kinn and they ask how long is he going to live like this, how long will he torture Chay , how long can he hide from his true self and so he decides to go find Chay and that is how we do cliche happily ever after .

3. Continues investigations. Gets information that worries him so he goes to keep tabs in Chay at university. Just more pining and brooding because thats how we roll. Chay is nearly kidnapped again and Kim rescues him. Chay sees him and goes into shock and Kim has no choice but to call Porsche. When he comes around, Kim promises to come back until he has sorted things out , also cliched open-ended ambiguous ending

4. As much as I hate time speeding up and then its years later, but what if Chay has moved on and is graduating university , has a cute businessman boyfie of his own and sees Kim out of the blue and again stupid open-ended episode

i believe it will be an open-ending for them, like Ae and Pete at the end of LBC because they are quite popular. It sucks becos I want them to get get together and be best mans at kinnporsche wedding , i want kim to write a song and sing it for Kinn’s wedding

Also jealousy and protective older boyfriend trope is my jam and i indulge in it and i dont apologise for things that make me happy lmao
