Summary: After Abbey is stood-up by her date at the Wonder Wharf, it’s Teddy to the rescue! Foot-Long Taco Dogs and carnival prizes can’t mend a broken heart, but it’s definitely a start, and Teddy is willing to do anything to see his daughter smile.

A/N: Im sooooo excited to post something Abbey-centric today! I know I've used her once already in my D1 fic, but now you can read from her POV and from Teddy's as well (because I just can't help myself!)

Speaking of Teddy - for those of you not familiar with this 'verse of mine, Kindler is the last name I've given my version of Mort. In this 'verse in particular, Teddy chooses to take his (and Abbey's) last name upon marriage because he wants to share the name with his family. There's the title explained for you all!
