Reasons why I'm scared to live alone:

I moved too fast trying to get my cat out from under the bed - one second I was taking a step back with him in my arms, the next I was on my back

The only cushioning I had for that fall was a conveniently positioned blanket I'd just thrown to the floor while cleaning, and fortunately my head landed on that, but nothing else got braced or cushioned

I just had to lie there in pain until I could get up without fainting again

My back and head hurt a lot
