How did we go from hell to here?

I think this fic would be something very angsty and dark. I think this sets good ground to study character dealing with a complex emotion, such as grief or a character unable to see the light after something bad happened to them.

Azul Oscuro by Zurdok

I think the title of the song is pretty nice for a fic, even if a little abstract

Deep Blue

Going from the vibes of the song, I think this could be a fanfic about unconditional love, where people are bonded to a point that they feel each other's emotions, sorrow, memories. In my eyes, it could be a perfect hurt comfort fic where characters go through it together.

How strange it is to be anything at all

This is one of the lighter songs on this album I'd say. How I perceive it is that it perceives life, death and afterlife as something freeing, tied to the moment of enjoyment and it toys with oblivion a little (just my perception!). I think I would do a fic related to character's memories for this one and just throw the feelings of melancholy, happiness. Just dissect someone's brain and reflect.

To anyone interested there will be some ramblings about Mk and Klaras dynamic below the cut as I can’t help myself-

Klara and Mk knew each other before the start of the main series mainly due to the fact her mother Shui was already well acquainted with Pigsy.

And right out the gate these two just clicked. They share a lot of personality traits, such as being very extroverted, high energy individuals that love being loud and of course their shared interest in jttw or well the monkey king more specifically.

Klara would describe Mk as either a really cool cousin, the awesome kind you wanna impress or a really dorky older brother that you can really mess with.

And most of all she is glad he doesn't know about her illness, or at least not to the extent her family does. That means he doesn't feel the need to do a lot of things for her, to be unnecessarily gentle with her or to waste his time looking after her.

They can just play! Roughouse as much as they like and talk until her throat gets all itchy and the coughs become hard to hide...

he doesn't need to know how bad it is, it isn't that bad in the first place!

Meanwhile the noodle boy is equally as fond of her, there is never a dull moment with her around and even if there was, just give her a dare and watch as chaos unfolds. He can suggest anything and she is up to try and that flexibility makes hanging out so easy!

It really doesn't feel like he is just babysitting her at all since Klara is a very independent kid, sure she may play a little to rough on occasion but really how bad can a little bruise be?

But she is still a lot to deal with. Not even he can keep up with all her energy, all her volume and he knows she doesn't mean to, that controlling herself is very hard for her.

Regardless he wouldn't trade thir time together for anything!

After the pilot however things changed.

it's a little silly, but whenever i hear song and hear an influence of the other artist in it and then watch the interview and the singer confirms the influence i had in mind i feel so giddy. it's usually the very obvious ones too, but i'm still like "yay i was right about my fave being inspired by my other fave". ain't the joy of creativity and inspiration beautiful?

Ok super not motorsport related but I can't help but feel like a little bit of fashion died with the end of the Victoria's Secret fashion shows. They were so much more fun that the haute couture (which I love don't get me wrong) that you usually see on runways but they were still so creative and I loved that they followed a theme I just miss them so much

Klara Bühl / Family Talks

You were sitting in Klaras and your living room, having a nice day with some of your friends and family.

Just enjoying the day before the both of you would be flying out to Australia for the biggest tournament of your life.

You loved these moments. You have always been a family person and you were behind happy that yours and Klaras family got on so well together. Since you two became close friends three years ago, when you both joined Bayern at the same time your family’s got to know each other often meeting up before games to watch them together.

And since you guys started dating almost a year ago everyone grew even tighter.

You were just talking to your sister when you saw your little niece came running in from the garden laughing and giggling your girlfriend coming in behind her, chasing her.

You watched as Klara grabbed her by her waist lifting her up in the air and blowing a raspberry on her stomach making the little girl laugh even more.

“Klari, stop stop that tickles, please.” Your niece laughed and you couldn’t help the smile that broke out on your face.

Klara sat her bag down and kissed her forehead. Your niece smiled at her and hugged Klara around her waist, or more so her legs being to small to reach anything higher up before Klara crouched down to her level and rapping her own arms around the small girl.

“She is really good with her.” Said your sister, startling you slightly.

“Yeah she is.”

“You know. I think you are going to be great parents one day.”

You felt your cheeks getting warm and you tried to hide your blush by looking down.

It wasn’t the first time someone had said something like this to you or Klara. Your teammates, especially Sydney, often making a comment or two about it whenever you two were around children.

When Almuth brought her twins to the trainings camps with the national team the comments only got more. You two always being able to calm them down or getting them to laugh.

“You know. We talked about it. Becoming parents I mean.”

Klara had asked you about it one evening at camp and you had first freaked out saying that you wouldn’t be a good mum and exclaiming that you were to young and that you wanted to focus on your career. Klara had instantly calmed you down, saying that you would be a great and caring mother and that she hadn’t mean right now but maybe in the future.

“I can’t wait to see you two with your own little one running around and keeping you busy.”

Your sister smiled at your and pulling you into a warm hug.

When you looked back at your girlfriend you saw that your niece was now sitting on her lap and listening to Klara reading her a story. You watched as your niece slowly drifted asleep in your girlfriends arms. Once she was fast asleep, Klara carefully stood up, with your niece still in her arms and came over to you.

She smiled at you and sat next to you.

Pulling her into your arms you smiled down at the little girl still sound asleep.

“She is so cute” Whispered Klara to not wake her up.

You nodded slowly stroking over the little girls head.

Once Klara had come over your sister had left saying she wanted to talk to Klaras mother about something but you hadn’t really listend already to focused on your girlfriend.

“It suits you, you know. You have this special smile on your face when you are with kids.” You smiled at her and watched as she first smiled at the girl in her lap before she looked back at you. She leaned over to you, kissing you lovingly.

“Can you imagine us as parents? I know we talked about it once but everyone seems to think that we would be such great parents and I can’t help but think about it and I know it will not happen any time soon we are both in the middle of our careers but I can’t help to think about it.” Your girlfriend rambled on quietly and you had to giggle. She was just so cute whenever she was nervous about something.

“I love you. And I honestly think that we will be good at it. I mean no one is perfect and everyone makes mistake. But I think we will manage. When you first asked me I was scared but now I think we will somehow master it. Let’s just wait a bit more, yes?! I don’t think I am read just yet to have so much responsibility for such a little human being. I want to be a bit immature for now.”

Once you finished you pressed another kiss on Klaras lips and you felt your girlfriend smiled into the kiss.

“Yeah, I want to have you for myself for a bit longer.”

today i will talk to you about *checks notes* oc apartments. haha.

I really loved doing Toby & Klara's apartment some time ago and since I am thinking abt the university part of their backstory again I am currently doing their apartments' floor plans for fun :) Already did Toby's and I'm currently working on Klara's apartment (she's roommates with her best friend Mabel) and also Toby & Klara's first apartment. I'll ramble more abt them once i post them but there's some text too. Anyway, see them under the cut:

This here's Klara & Mabel's apartment, not far from the important campus buildings they always go to, and also right next to Klara's apartment. I'm still trying to figure out the colors for this one tbh. Anyway. The living room is definitely the most important place bc they invite their friends there all the time and their friends just casually come to hang around sometimes. Which is why Klara also looks for a more peaceful place to sit at sometimes hehe 👀

Then we have Klara and Toby's first apartment :) They were doing their doctorates at the moment they moved there which meant that they were in fact either only working part time and thus having less money (Klara) or doing it for a public research institute which is a full time job but the pay is awful (Toby). Which then means that it's a small apartment. Also trying to figure out the color palette so far but I want it to be somewhat colorful? idk.

I also doodled them for fun :] They won't be in the final version but. well. teehee <3

Ooooh and! a bonus frank and samuel doodle. they are avoiding their golf obsessed buddies at the event's bar
