This is for all those “Elwin is Sophie’s biological father” theorists. Yes, I searched through books 4-9, flipping endlessly, to find these two pages just for you people.

This is perhaps the only scene where Elwin is even remotely involved in a conversation regarding Sophie’s biological parents and this scene so happens to be of Elwin literally calling out Mr. Forkle for not providing Sophie with that information. If Elwin was Sophie’s biological father then what kind of audacity does this man possess that he thinks he can call out Mr. Forkle for not telling Sophie who her biological parents are when he, supposedly, is one of them. It’s a complete disregard to his character and overall personality. It simply does not make any sense and if by some miracle Elwin really does end up being Sophie’s biological father, well then that’s just bad writing on Shannon’s part, no offense to her.

So, now that that’s settled, I hope we can all come to the same conclusion that Elwin is not and never was Sophie’s biological father. Thank you for coming to my ted talk.

The scene in Legacy where Forkle says that Sophie, Fitz, and Keefe should do trust exercises together to figure her enhancing or smth and Dex is like “you want them to do trust exercises??” And Forkle’s like “it’ll be enlightening” and Dex goes “oh it definitely will be”
