shannon loves to do this thing where she'll describe a teenager as looking uncannily like their same-gender parent (fitz and alden, keefe and cassius, dex and kesler). there's even a memory from cassius's past where sophie describes young cassius as looking uncannily like keefe at that age. this has some pretty hilarious implications. since elves don't age past adulthood, it implies that these kids and their parents will look like identical twins when the kids grow up.

imagine the triplets (as adults) trying to prank dex but they end up targeting their father instead.

Why is it that the black swan/protagonists all get really complicated or dramatic deaths but then for the neverseen it’s so anticlimactic, two of them got crushed by stuff and then the other one just got blown up by another villain, can someone tell me why this was decided to be the best way to kill off a character?
