10/3/2023 - Dinner BUTTER AND SPICE Used burpple for $35.90 for 2 dishes (either chicken or vegetable) 🍗🥘 Holy Butter Chicken ($14) The signature on the menu. While it's not bad, with tender chicken and tasty sauce, it feels like I've had better elsewhere. Still a good dish tho. 🍆 Bhaingan Bharta ($17) Super tasty mashed up eggplant with a slight cumin taste. Strongly recommend this dish! 🥖🧄🧈 Garlic Butter Naan ($4.50) Lots of garlic on this naan! 🥖🌶 Paneer Kulcha ($6.50) Thought it was supposed to be paneer filled flatbread but it's more of chili paste and other spices inside. 🥖🍇 Kashmiri Naan ($6) Filled with those red and green candied fruits. blehhh. Though it was the most tender out of all the breads we ordered. 🥛🌿 Butter Milk ($6) Less thick than the lassi and filled with spices such as coriander. its taken some time and there's been a bit of drama, but Amlodi is finally properly happy living in Thavnair after all these years. When he was pretending to have amnesia there was always this thought weighing on him that if everyone found out the truth, everything would be ruined and he would have to leave or worse. Nowadays, since its all out in the open now, he's been forced to realise he worried for nothing. 独自製法で作られた高脂質で濃厚な「飲むヨーグルトプレーン」をベースに、バナナピューレをミックスしたもの。

牧家さんのラッシーのフレーバーって香料不使用で、その分薬味やスパイスでひとくせ効かせてあるのがポイント。
