Here have some more of my brain rot. Lassie is my beloved and I wanted a reason to draw him and his stern bush.

The boys are hiding from a criminal and Lassie saves them.

I can now officially say that my favorite psych episode is the one where Shawn gets kidnapped. And my favorite scene is specifically at the end when Shawn is on the hood of Lassie's car, and tells his dad to give him the gun. He proceeds to actually shoot the bad guys car pretty good. Then Lassie pulls up in front of the bad guys car, Shawn switches the gun in his hands, and Lassie snatches it up and pulls Shawn off the hood by his waistband flawlessly.

And good lord, at the end when Shawn is panting on the hood and Lassie says "Nice shooting, detective." AT SHAWN HDKSHDKJSS

I should totally write a fic about after this scene 🤭

At this point, I think the only thing keeping me going is the idea of Lassiter having a really busy day and only having time to eat sunflower seeds, and Shawn notices and gets him some takeout from a place Lassiter really likes (even going so far as to get him his usual order), and surprising him with free dinner while he’s working at his desk.

Thinking about including this in my Psych x Supernatural.

"Deeeean," Shawn said, poking the sleeping hunter. Castiel motioned for Shawn to move over and leaned down to his... Dean.

"It's time to wake up, Dean," Castiel said, shaking him as gently as possible.

As predicted, Dean drew his weapon and the two newbies stepped back.

"Whoa!" Shawn exclaimed, even as Dean tossed the gun onto the side table. "You have one of those too?"

"What?" Castiel asked.

"An angry little guy who sleeps with a gun," Shawn said, as if it were obvious.

"You have no idea," Sam said with a sigh.

Psych fanfic concept:

Shawn Spencer as a female to male trans bisexual. Only his parents and Gus know. Shawn and Lassie start connecting whenever they're alone and pretend to be annoyed by each other when in company. Eventually, Shawn tells Lassie that he's trans.

Lassie then helps keep the secret and in doing so, ends up having to pretend that he believes Shawn is psychic (even though Shawn hasn't admitted he's not) - or maybe he ends up having to pretend they're dating
