In New Super Mario Bros. Wii, Koopalings never appear in levels with Goal Poles and as such are not programmed to correctly interact with them. If Goal Poles are placed in Koopaling boss battle rooms, a humorous unintended consequence that will occur is that the Koopalings react to Mario activating it by performing their shocked animation and then freezing in place, as though astounded at the fact that he was able to bypass the battle.

Note that even in his post-goal state, Mario is still affected by some objects, such as the moving platforms in the middle image, and becomes stuck by repeatedly running against Lemmy's ball in the bottom image (reminiscent of how he behaves in his post-goal state in the Super Mario Maker games, where he can be similarly made to run against an object over and over).

Wendy is talking with some friends, probably updating them about her staying at Isle Delfino's best resort. Iggy is noting on his notebook all the new species he discovered on the Island.

Larry is not very happy the Summertime is over. Ludwig is sending his last photo of the vacantion to his GF.

Lemmy is probably pretending to be a sky pirate. Lord Bowser is clearly already thinking about the next invasion of the Mushroom Kingdom... or about a new and eccentric way to propose to the Princess.

That's it! That's the end of my first, small Series from my personal SMB HC/AU!

I'm very proud of how this drawing turned out and it was probably the hardest, most complex thing I've ever draw in YEARS (maybe EVER). It took me 4 full days to finish and it's the very first time I play with perspective. Two friends of mine helped me A LOT with the perspective study, so a very big thank you to you!

Koopaling Headcanons: Larry

Larry | Morton | Wendy | Iggy | Roy | Lemmy | Ludwig

Everyone's favorite little brother and general pest for plumbers! He's just a lil' rascal.

Right handed.

His love of tennis originally started as a way to stand out from his siblings, but eventually, he really enjoyed the sensation of playing.

He became a big fan of a Horse Girl animated show after the Olympics, but is super embarrassed about it and won't tell anyone because he thinks it wrecks his ‘cool guy’ image.

Red-green colorblind.

He likes painting with Bowser Jr, and he's a decent comic artist, but he's pretty shy about showing people his work, partially stemming from feeling inferior to Ludwig.

Hypoglycemic. Combine that with his age and his tennis hobby, this boy burns through glucose like a powder trail. It's also partially why he eats so much.

Very much a visual learner, as he tunes out if people tell him things without example, and gets frustrated if asked to try and do something on his own / with his hands and zero instruction.

A frighteningly good pickpocket. He once had a conversation with Bowser and managed to take off all five of his spiked cuffs in three minutes. It's only when he returned them did Bowser even realize they were gone.

He's a big fan of milkshakes, especially chocolate ones. Also a big fan of blowing his straw wrapper at his siblings before he drinks, and blowing bubbles in his drink if he's thinking.

Favorite breakfast food is waffles, with butter, syrup, chocolate chips, and fruit.

Can beatbox almost anything, and he's learning how to breakdance, too. He likes looking up tutorials and practicing in his room for both the space and privacy.

He does gaming streams in his free time, mostly online team-based games or RPGs that let you sink hours of play into useless but fulfilling sidequests. Gaming companies love him because they’ll get guaranteed sales if they offer a trial.

Has a pretty good head for directions, but only for cities. If you tell him you need to find a building from a particular place, he'll give you precise instructions on where to go. Highways and roadmaps are a completely different story.

That said, he got lost so often as a kid that Ludwig gifted him a compass, and he carries it with him constantly.

Not really a flower person, but ever since he got an anonymous bouquet of them, he's got a small appreciation for forget-me-nots.

He's a big fan of punk rock bands, and would love to attend a concert (and be a professional rockstar).

Favorite fruit is either strawberries or pears, but one of his favorite treats is caramel apples.

He’s got a leather jacket that's got a big star bedazzled on the back. It’s his prized possession because he thinks it makes him look cool (and it does, marginally).

Saw a flyer for a new DJ at the Electrodrome and applied on a whim. He got hired (much to his surprise), and greatly enjoys his work. In fact, his time learning the electronics is what inspired his light company.

Likes watching baking and cooking shows with Morton, but while Morton watches to improve and get ideas for recipes, Larry watches to yell at the contestants, because what the FUCK, Michael!!!!! Don’t put your custard on a high temperature, it!!! Is going!!!!!! To curdle!!!!!!!!!!!!

Legitimately has a very good palate for food, and can point out individual flavors where others can't. He will also visit a five-star restaurant and order chicken tenders off the kids menu.

One of his favorite things to do when he was a kid was hiding around the castle and pretending he was a spy; listening in on conversations and writing them down, coming up with codes, always carrying a walkie-talkie, the works. It started his earlier pictographic babble, and what lead him to being such a sneakster later on.

Can and will cheat outrageously at any card, board, dice, or wheel game. Not at video games, though. Those are sacred. That and laser tag.

Looooves chocolate, especially fudge. Do not let him get anywhere near fudge.

He was a shark kid growing up. He dreamed of visiting the aquarium for his birthday, and when he finally got to do so, came home with an armload of various shark plushies and memorabilia.

A big fan of giving and receiving nicknames. Bowser once called him ‘blueberry’ and he cried about it for like seven minutes.

He’s got an admiration for Princess Daisy, for both her fearless attitude and tennis skills.

Favorite candy is gummy worms, but is really fond of sour stuff, too, along with super sugary energy drinks.

Loves sci-fi books / comics and mecha anime with Iggy, but personally loves the adventure genre with pirates and treasure hunters and wild westerns.

Has a private stash of snacks he keeps hidden in rotation for both late night munchies and keeping away from his siblings.

Genuinely likes cooking, but baking feels too precise for him. That said, he's more then happy to taste the end results of both.

Likes going skating with Wendy and Lemmy. He keeps trying complicated moves and keeps running into the walls.

Runs a recipe blog that doubles as a restaurant critique and rating site. It's gotten surprisingly popular.

DANNY FACT FEBRUARY 8 🍄 🌟

Danny is a HUUUUUUUGE FAN of Super Mario Brothers! He’s played ALL of the Mario Brothers games since the 80’s of the very first one to Mario Wonder recently and his favorite Mario game of all time is the O SO CLASSIC…..Super Mario World for the SNES (aka Super Nintendo Entertainment System! The one I grew up with :3) and he’s seen ALL the Mario cartoons and DEFINITELY has seen the Mario Movie the day it released hehehe!

Danny plays it all the time and loves to buy merch of the Brothers and has many plushies and merch, books, clothes, etc on them heheh! He loves every character in the franchise….except Bloopers… >:( …….those ANNOYING ASS SQUIDS THAT ZIG ZAG TO YOU AAAAAH— anyway Hehe here are some unnecessary facts :)

"He said that?" Robin asked, grinning ear to ear and sipping on a bloody mary. The three of them had come here for brunch, as they often did, but it was nearly three o'clock in the afternoon. It was a good thing they tipped well, or they like would've been kicked out by now.

"He's unbelievable," St. Cecilia replied, rolling her eyes despite the fond smile on her lips. She held a screwdriver cocktail in her left hand. A pink diamond ring glittered on her third finger.

"Unsbelievables," Skwisgaar agreed, shaking his head and visibly fighting back laughter. His cheeks were flushed from the number of mimosas he'd downed over the course of the day.

"We should beat him up," Robin glibly said.

St. Cecilia stifled a giggle at the suggestion. "Just like that?"

"Why not?"

"Amn't like he don't deserves it," Skwisgaar teased.

The laughter that St. Cecilia had been holding back came bubbling out at that. "Oh, yeah," she said. "We should definitely beat Charlie up for not letting me bring Lemmy on our honeymoon!"

I was born shortly after the peak of the dot com bubble, after which point "google" became a verb and "facebook" was no longer something collecting dust in the attic. During this period, it felt as though the noisy construction of the modern Web was occurring in the next city over and not yet in the quiet towns where most of us resided. Recently, following the COVID-19 pandemic, many of us experience (social) media fatigue, and it lulls us back to when the Internet was more peaceful. To a time when most communication happened over email or XMPP, when we "followed" people by subscribing to their RSS feeds, and when a personal homepage was an extension of self.

This nostalgia for a simpler and more personal Internet is a driving factor behind what is known as the "small web" or "indie web." The small web is a loosely defined philosophy which promotes decentralization, user agency, and community. It does not intend to displace the tech giants of today, but instead it empowers people to host their own content and collaborate through alternative platforms. Many concepts and technologies fall under this umbrella: personal blogs, community forums, webrings, federation, etc. The ideology bears an intrinsic link to open-source software; and its echoes are audible in the alternative web protocol Gemini, federated platforms such as Mastodon and Lemmy, public-access UNIX boxes (also referred to as tilde communities), and more.

In this vast digital universe, the small web represents a commitment to authenticity. It encourages us to embrace the beauty of imperfection, celebrate individuality and diversity, and connect authentically. While it's quite possible that I'm just a corny nerd missing his childhood, I do hope to see others getting excited about this concept. At any rate, this little corner of the Internet is mine, and I intend to make something out of it.

It can attract any metal objects that Jimmy calls for and it's made out of Neutronbots.

The bubble bombs obviously originates from the first NU game. SpongeBob also carries a bag of them and makes a ton of them before battle.

Its just his Karate gloves but with some paws, claws, and a spiky wrist piece thing.

Its just bows made of very strong bubble soap( or I can brush it off as cartoon logic)

Just like the last one, it originates from the show. He can release ghost as an attack (Jimmy thinks it's a terrible idea since he has to catch all of the ghosts again only for him to release them again.) and he can suck them back in there.

TI- not really an item but he just screams "I'm going ghost!" then a little black and white spirit appears.

Outfit/Overall design:

I made Danny's hair a little longer, little ghost bow (the ghost it green btw), black skirt, white belt, green bow, white boots, white gloves, and the bow is green(ghost), black(fabric), and white(secondary fabric the uncolored part)

Timmy:

Its a cool sword wished up by him and it can be summoned by him saying "Star slicer, GO!"

-Star Gun (or flinger)

The idea originates from the game but it has an update... well in appearance. It actually looks like a green gun,BUT IT STILL SHOOTS STARS!

TI- a Pink heart wand with a yellow star in the middle, and some cute wings :) (transformation looks like the Pretty Cure transformation or the Sailor Moon transformation) it was made by Cosmo and Wanda

I took inspiration from the cat costume from the show that Timmy accidentally wore in Sleepover and Over. But accept there's a different bow (it's pink), Pink skirt, blue neck thing, Pink ribbon, and brown shoes with white socks.

A Jeff Hardy story. (Ch.4)

A dislocated knee.

One single injury from one single match and Lemmy's wrestling career was pushed to the side. It had happened so suddenly, the entire mood of the whole stadium changing so fast as the EMTs rushed out to help them, the Hardys and Steve Austin following shortly after. It had only been a small match meant to be around eight minutes tops, but more likely around five to make Luna look better like every other jobbing match. But instead, Luna had gotten a little too rough and thrown Lemm out of the ring at just the right angle, causing their left leg to bounce right into the metal ring steps. Unfortunately, because Vince is an asshole, he wouldn’t let their dad ride in the ambulance with them because he had a match in thirty minutes, so Jeff quickly hopped in before Matt could even think to do so, refusing to have Lemmy go by themselves. Not that Lemmy would’ve known anyways, they had blacked out the second their head bounced off the floor.

A bright light in Lemmy’s eye forced them into consciousness with a groan. They moved to put their hand up, trying to block the ringing sound in their ear but instead, Jeff grabbed it and held it in his own.

“What the hell’s going on?” Lemmy tried to look around as they croaked out the words, only able to see the bright, white metal of the painted ambulance ceiling.

“You got hurt Lemm, you’re in the ambulance. C’mon their tryna ask you stuff, gotta try to listen, alright?” Lemm only groaned again and tried to cover their ears again but finally responded to the EMT’s questions when Jeff only held their hand tighter.

“What’s happening? I can’t fucking feel anything Jeff, what’s going on?” Their voice tightened, eyes going glossy while they tried to find some sort of relief in Jeff’s presence.

“You’re alright, sweetheart. Hurt your leg, you’re gonna be alright, I’m right here. I’ve got you.” His hand that wasn’t holding theirs went up to hold their face. Jeff brushed the hair out of Lemmy’s face, just like they had done to him in their car rides, and plane rides, and waking up next to him and Matt on the couch of the Hardy house, and every other day since 1992.

“They're not gonna let me wrestle, are they?” The tears in Lemmy's eyes started pouring, a small sob leaving their mouth.

“Don’t worry about anything like that Lemm, you’re hurt.” Lemmy only started crying more. Jeff’s lips met their forehead in an attempt to give some sort of comfort along with the nonstop praises.

“They're not gonna let me wrestle, Jeff.” Lemmy started shaking their head under his hand. “What-what am I supposed to do? They won’t- they're not gonna…Jeff..” As more sobs continued bubbling out of Lemmy's throat, Jeff gave up on trying to stop it and used the hand that had been used to brush their hair back to rub their cheek with his thumb, trying to let Lemmy know he was there.

Lemmy sat in the hospital bed staring blankly at the tv, the sound of Jeopardy filing the small room. They tried to watch what was left of Smackdown but Jeff- who had left, hoping to find a Dr.Pepper to try and make Lemmy feel better- thought it would just make them feel worse, so Jeopardy it was. The heavy metal door quickly swung open revealing their father who had clearly left the stadium right after his match.

“Hey, dad.” A sad smile set of their face as they looked up at their father with puffy eyes.

“Hey, Lemmy.” He took a seat in the chair Jeff left unhabited. “They figure out what happened on yet?”

“My kneecap popped out of place and moved a bunch of bones out of there places too. I guess a vein or something popped too, so its worse than what it normally is. Its still out of place they just pumped me full of pain killers.”

“Christ..should’ve known something was gonna happen to your knees with all the shit mine do. God, I’m sorry kid, I should’ve been paying attention.” His hand went up to his forehead as he spoke, quickly blaming himself.

“No! No, it’s not your fault. My knees have been hurting for a while, but so has every other part of my body, If anyone should’ve been paying attention it’s me. Plus you're always on the road and I barely see Uncle Scott 'cause I'm always at Matt and Jeffs, let alone you.” The door opened again, and Jeff with a Dr.Pepper in hand entered the room. He gave a quick smile and raised a hand in Steve's direction, handing Lemmy the bottle before sitting in the chair on the other side of Lemmy.

“Thanks, Jeffro. Hey, I think the doctors supposed to come back and tell me when i’m supposed to have surgery cause they hadn’t really figured that out yet. It could take awhile though, so like, you can go man, it’s fine.”

“I’m not going anywhere Lem, I’ve been here too long to give up now.” Jeff and Lemmy smiled at each other, Lemmy whispering a thank you. Steve stood up with a sigh.

“Well, I’m supposed to go let management know what happened so they can figure out whats going on with your debut. I’ll stop by later, call if you get out alright?”

“I will. See you dad.” He ruffled Lemmys hair as they spoke before making his way to the door.

“So, um, thanks for riding in the ambulance with me. Sorry about all of uh, that.” Lemmy fiddled with the thin bed sheet, embarrasment creeping through them. Jeff scooted farther up in his chair, grabbing their hand to get their attention.

“Dallas. You don’t have anything to be sorry about, you had no clue what was going on and found out the one thing you’ve been working for your entire life is being pushed back. It’s fine to be sad about that.”

“Ok, well I get being sad about it but I had a complete meltdown and cried all over you.”

“And I let you because I care about you and I love you. Stop being sorry and let people do nice things for you once in a while, alright?”

“..Fine, I guess.” Lemmy let out an exagurated sigh and an eye roll. Jeff softy hit their shoulder. Once again, the door opened. This time it was finally the doctor.

“Alright, I’ve been told that the nurse who was supposed to keep you notified on your situation had to help with something in the ER. So here I am. You were supposed to be in surgery two hours ago but we have a limited amount of surgens. Fortunately, one of them just left surgery and will be able to perform surgery on you immediately. If that isn’t something you’re ok with, you would have to wait until tommorow.”

“Oh..um, okay. Would I get to go home tonight if I went into surgery right now?”

“Yes, as long as you would have someone to drive you home and look after you for the night.” Lemmy put their hands up to their face with a loud sigh and rubbed their eyes before looking over at Jeff.

“Would you, um..would that be ok with you?”

“Of course it would be. You do what you’re comfortable with, I’m gonna be here no matter what.”

“Um, okay. Yeah, right now is fine.” Lemmy let the doctor know with a nod.

“Alright, I’ll let them know. A nurse should come in and give an IV soon.” The doctor quickly left, leaving Jeff and Lemmy alone again. The pair sat in silence, the voice of the Jepeorady host invading the quietness.

“Well, I guess I’m going into surgery now.” Lemmy looked over to Jeff, anxiety clear in their eyes. Jeff grabbed their hand for what seemed to be the umpteenth time.

“You’re gonna be alright, I promise. You’re gonna have surgery, and then you’re gonna go home with me and we’re gonna lay in bed all day and watch movies and play GTA. You don’t have anything to worry about, everything's gonna be fine.” Lemmy let out another sigh at Jeffs words, this time the anxiety leaving their body. They scooted down a little in the bed, moving their torso forwards to lean onto Jeff. Jeff’s hand left Lemmy’s as his arms moved to hold them, rubbing up and down. His head moved to sit on top of her chin.

“Thank you, Jeffro.” Lemmy whispered into his shoulder.

“Of course, sweetheart.” Jeff whispered back.

Look at me go! Updating in a month instead of in four :) I’ve not the happiest with this but I really like the part in the ambulance. The ending is kinda super cute tho. @joeyfilth <3

BACKGROUND .

clementine was born in cleveland georgia to her adoring parents who were highschool sweethearts. her father was a rancher and her mother was a homemaker. they predominantly had cattle, alongside a handful of horses, and then somehow (lemmie's pleading) winded up with a flock of ducks and a few donkeys. she spent most of her time outside with the animals and truly couldn't have been happier.

tw: infidelity when she was thirteen, her parents separated, the reasoning unknown to her (coughherfatherhadanaffaircoughandgotanotherwomanpregnantcough) but that was when her mother decided to do something for herself and go back to school, though instead of choosing somewhere in the state or even the country, she decided on chile, starting off as a student, and then going on to later become a professor at the very same university. there started the years of travelling back and forth from one home to the other, during the school year clem would stay in chile with her mom, and during her breaks at school she would fly back to georgia to be with her dad, though christmas' were traded off each year. post school, it was really up to her to decide when and where she spent most of her time, and while she does still go back to visit her father (and all the animals) she decided to stay in chile full time.

Lemmy Koopa and Hip Koopa

Some headcanons on the two rapscallions.

Lemmy:

Born an entertainer, Lemmy loves watchign musicals and performs frequently for his family. If he needs help with props or background characters, Morton and Iggy are usually the ones to offer any sort of service. Lemmy throws 'personilized parties' where the people invited bring headphones, turn on their preferred music and boogie in the same room (it either gets really awkward or really fun). He owns an entire wardrobe of hand-made costumes, and makes his own little circus tents out of blankets when he needs to. Lemmy enjoys watching Disney movies, animating and dancing (tap dancing to be percise). His smile can make even the saltiest of people happy.

Hip:

Despite his tiny stature, Hip has a giant bubbly personality that win the hearts of anyone. His favourite band is Queen and sings along to all the songs (though he barely knows the words). 'The Moshi Monsters Movie' is what Hip watches every morning with King Koopa whilst eating a bowl of chocolate cereal (a cup of hot choclate on the side). He and Hop are practically inseperable; they draw together, they share the same meals, and they cuddle up with eachother in the same bed. Lemres (like almost any other Phoslyte) was born and grew up in the Grand-Dome on Phobos.

He was a very studious child and in his school years his favorite class was Earth, not much the human & history since - like most of his kind - humans and their war-filled history didn't interest him that much. He was much more into the fairy-tales, folklore and cryptid side of it.

He is a firm believer in cryptids even if most phoslytes laugh at him because of it. Tons of humans believes both cryptids and aliens are fake but aliens are clearly real so why can't cryptids exist too?

He flew down to earth to find and research more about these mythos as soon as he got his flying license. He didn't land where he planned and had to survive on his own in a powered down ship after a mild crash.

He spent a few month stranded in a desertic ghost town to repair his vessel but then was found by a friendly local organization. While his new ship is capable of flying all around the world he still haven't left the American desert yet. The dry lands somehow grew on him.

VISUAL REFERENCE

Lemres tend to be seen wearing a semi space-ready bodysuit paired with a pair of indigo sleeves of sort. The suits helps with thermoregulation making it a great tool to tolerate the desert heat or the tundra's frost, it's not perfect nor foolproof but a great asset nonetheless.It also features an amber core on the back that stores and share power. Phoslytes having their own electric energy flowing through them, they can themselves rechange the core or absorbe what the core has to offer to save themselves when in a weakened state. Additionally the core can be used as a lightsource.

EQUIPMENT

Lemres has many tools in his inventory. The ones he can't live without are his E-Vac backpack, his Com-pad (similar to a smart tablet) and his Mliambar (Phoslyte instrument)

HIS SPECIES

History

> Phoslytes live on Phobos, Mars’s biggest moon. While they live there it’s pretty clear that they are not native from there as the moon is completely barren and not life friendly. Judging by their appearance (very pale skin, levitation capabilities and glowing hair) it would be quite possible for them to be a hybrid mix between Greys and Nordics (perhaps some Human also) that ended on one of Mars moon and built a colony there. Greys loving to conduct biological experiments, they could be the result of a very old hybridization test.

> To live on Phobos They have created huge domes. While these massive bubbles looks clear, they are actually made with their very common Amber tech. Just like with spaceship cores, these domes are much bigger inside than out.

> Earth History is a mandatory course in Phobosian school but most are not interested in it. They are not hostile toward humans, just uninterested. They are also neutral toward most other alien races. (They are a very small population so even if they wanted to be hostile they wouldn’t have the army power to do anything)

> Most Phoslytes eventually leave Phobos to find better living space as their moon is small and barren. Even if the domes are big inside, the space available is still fairly limited and creating new cores of this size for new domes is no longer possible. Any large core created these days are exclusively used for spaceships.

> Phobos and it’s inhabitant has not record of any type of wars (withing themselves or other races). They are very peaceful and diplomatic for the most part.

ANATOMY

> Phoslytes have Pale greyish blue skin (there are some darker skinned individuals but even those are paler then how dark human can get).

> Their hair glow from the excess electrical energy coursing through their body. When weakened, sick or dead their hair do not produce any light leaving their hair jet black. Injuries can result in permanent black spots in the hair.

>The color of their hair never change since birth but it’s unclear how it’s defined as children can sport colors entirely different from their parents (A yellow Phoslyte and Green Phoslyte can give birth to a Pinkphoslyte)

> They have human-like hand but with no nails and gecko-like fingerprints. Their feet have 3 toes and the same gecko grip.

> Their diet mostly consist of plant produces as it’s harder for them to farm animals on their colony, but just like lots of herbivores from earth they will gobble meat if the opportunity is presented to them. However even if they end up somewhere than give them permanent access to meat they will limit their intake due to folktale talking of Phoslytes going mad and ravenous, corrupted by the flesh.

> They have neurocables/biocables hidden in their hair in pairs from 2 to 6 (2 being the standard and 6 being nearly unheard off anymore). They use these to plug into other lifeforms and read their emotions but only that! they can't clearly read minds and dreams! they can feel you're sad but not what you're sad about. Additionally those connected can/will feel soothed by the Phoslyte.

> The tip of the neurocables are not needles that jam themselves into a surface but the soft network of thin veins that can easily weave itself between scales and though pores. (Here's and IRL gif of what it's like when the inner cable "plug itself" into the skin: Worm and "disturbing content" warning!)

> These neurocables can also be plugged into machines as long as it has the proper ports and connectors inside. When plugged, Phoslytes can either power their device with their innate electrical energy surplus (same energy that makes their hair glow) or control the device with direct brain commands.

AMBER TECH and NEUROCABLE TECH

Phoslyte have what the call Amber Technology. Despite it’s name it’s not made out of Earth Amber but some sort of squishy material that conduct and stores energy really well. It’s featured on a lot of Phobosian tools:

> Bodysuit cores: Store power, Charge devices, Emit light

> E-vac cores: Shrink and convert into data object in order to store them inside, space capacity is way much bigger than what the outer appearance may suggest

> Spaceship Mega cores: Instead of just storing everything as raw data like the E-vac, it feature an inner non-euclidean space (The inside is much bigger than the core size). There is still a mild form of data-conversion somewhere in the process even if it's not completely clear. Phoslytes being vessel full of electrical energy they have no issue with it and neither do most plants but animals from earth (human included) show sign of health deterioration when inside a core for too long (this is why maintaining fauna of Phobos is hard).

> Stasis shelves: Store stuff without shrinking/datafying them, they can be seen inside the amber. While inside their decomposition is drastically slowed (DOES NOT WORK ON LIVING BEINGS!)

> Amber Glasses: can improve one’s eye sight if faulty but are mainly a piece of tech quite similar to a smart watch as it provide the wearer informations and remind them of notable events. 

> Portable cores: Comes in many sizes, usually work like a bodysuit core if unmodified.

Another big part of Phoslyte Anatomy and technology is the biocable. As mentioned previously, they have head tendrils and they built tech around it. There are many devices they can plug into to both power and control such as instruments, computers, weapons and more. (See Lemres's equipment for examples)

FAUNA

> Echo Pups and Echo Grubs: Echo pups can easily be judged by their names: one one had they are dog-like in both behaviour and status toward Phoslyte, and on the other they use echolocation to navigate like bats. They are kind of a mix between mammal and insectoid. Adult Echo pups give birth to live-grubs (no eggs) and do initially feed their young milk (they sweat their milk, they don't have teats) until the grub grow teeth they can chew food with. Eventually the grub will pupate, spend a couple month int their cocoon before re-emerging as their adult form.

> Yoozles: Also referred to as Slimes by humans, they are gelatinous being that originate form early Amber Core technology. The very first Yooyles were pretty much core that got corrupted by Phoslite energy and became living beings. They initially were all Amber-colored by after years of breeding they now come in all kinds of colors. Some of them can still act as cores/store objects but most do not.

> Fairies: These insectoids are named after the human mythological faes but are not whatever the real fairies might be. You can however find some of these on Earth thanks to irresponsible Phoslites releasing their pet fairies into the Terran wilds. There are many subtypes of fairies:

Pollen Fairies are the most common ones and are vastly used in the agricultural field. They are also the most docile and easy-to-care-for fairies making them common “entry pets”.

Hunting Fairie: These aggressive fairies were one of two by-product of early simulated wildlife back when Phoslytes attempted to maintain livestock from earth. These Fairies are carnivores and mostly hunt other fairies for food or scavenge from fresh corpses.

Tooth Fairies: These are the second livestock-experiment by-product, they feed on bones rather than flesh unlike their hinting counterparts. They are named tooth fairies since they like to take the teeth from carcasses to decorate their nests during mating season.

Hawk Fairies: These were bread from both Hunting Fairies and Pollen Fairies to create a new species that would pollinize crops like the green fairies but also fight off the aggressive purple ones as well as other parasites. It didn't work however and they are even more aggressive than Hunting fairies. They are however very popular as an exotic pet (but hard to take care of).

Arctic Fairies: Acclimated to cold environments, these are the only fairies that live in large hives rather than individual nests. That aside they are functionally identical to pollen fairies. Them needing to live in colder dome make them less likely to be kept as pets.

Flora

Phobos being barren, most fruits, veggies and other plants are mutated or scientifically-modified plants imported from Earth and other planets. OOC Note: some of the followings are reworked/retooled concepts from a previous work of mine. Most of them were modified to be easily farmed inside ship taking as little space as possible, especially with wall crops.

> Harpeechas: These huge heart-shaped vine fruits originate from a planet unknown to the phoslyte that was gifted to them by the Greys. They originally were small and grew in clusters like grapes but now Grow in singular units and can be as big as someone’s head. They taste like “blue strawberries”. The solid seed inside is often used to make perfume.

> Cocktail fruits: These hard-shelled pear-shaped fruits seem like they could be related to either bottle gourds or pears but are in fact distants cousins of the passion fruit. To eat the fruit you have to vigorously shake it to loosen and mush-up the insides, you then cut off the top and drink the smoothie inside. It tastes like a mix between peach and salted caramel.

> Deep Melons: These altered watermelon were modified with the same process that made passion fruits into cocktail fruits, resulting in a similar hard-shelled mutation. These can be grown either out or under water, how deep they are grown affect both their texture and taste. Melons grown out of water are firm with a very sweet “tropical sports drink” taste while ones coming from the depth are softer with a very sour “red berries mix” flair. Letting them ferment inside their own shell creates a fruity alcohol that is very popular amongst Nordics.

> Dorel Pips: Another imported fruit from a foreign plates. The insides look strikingly similar to oranges but taste nothing like it nor like any citrus fruit for that matter, the flavor is much closer to honey and roses.

> Arcatia Nuts: These are pretty much just very large hazelnuts. Their taste is however slightly altered, bioengineers managed to make then taste like sweetened hazelnut cocoa spread. These are their world source of “chocolate products”.

> Phoslytes write in a 26 letter alphabet that most likely evolved from human's Latin alphabet. Same goes for their numbers and Arabic numerals. It's clear that human culture was a big influence on the Phoslyte population. their spoken speech sound like a mix between slavic languages and old latin somehow. Font pack Download

> Common Adjectives related to the species:

Phobosian: Inhabitants of Phobos. It’s common for humans to say Phobians instead but it is not correct!

Phoslitic: Something/objects made by or originating from Phoslytes. A synonym for it is Phoslitian but it’s outdated/only used in certain dialects.

Martian: While Phoslytes live on one of Mars’s moon they do not called themselves Martians and are very against being called-so. It is seen as kind of a slur to them!
