my earrings tonight were very cute, i broke my vegetarianism to have the best pork milanese with lemon beurre blanc of my life, am now getting in the shower after realizing i didn’t take the right medication this morning which is why i’ve been feeling even more out of sorts than normal all day. love this for me etc cannot wait to go to bed.

Situé sur les côteaux de Gascogne à 170 m d’altitude , le domaine de Guillaman est une propriété viticole familiale appartenant à la famille Ferret depuis 6 générations.

La passion de la vigne est celle de la famille ; Dominique , 6ème génération, reçoit de son grand-père sa ferveur pour la vigne sur un domaine entièrement destiné à l’élaboration d’armagnac.
.
Passionné, fier de poursuivre avec la même foi et la même fougue cette belle histoire familiale, Dominique reprend l’exploitation du domaine dès son plus jeune âge et décide de changer de cap en optant pour l’élaboration de vins blancs de qualité, des vins de pays des Côtes de Gascogne, nommé aujourd’hui IGP (Indication Géographique Protégée) Côtes de Gascogne.

Pour cela, Dominique restructure entièrement le vignoble existant de 20 hectares, agrandit son vignoble et rénove le chai de vinification. Ces travaux de fond dureront près de 20 ans.

Au fil d’acquisitions successives le vignoble, aujourd’hui de 125 hectares, se nourrit de la richesse d’un sol typiquement gascon : une terre argileuse, plantée sur une roche mère calcaire, bénéficiant d’un climat océanique tempéré favorisant une bonne maturité des raisins.
.
L’encépagement est axé sur les cépages blancs, de part l’origine armagnacaise de la propriété : Colombard, Ugni blanc, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Gros Manseng et Petit Manseng, constituent 80 % du vignoble.Les 20% restant sont destinés à l’élaboration de vins rosés et rouge avec les cépages Merlot et Cabernet Sauvignon.

Located on the Gascony hills at an altitude of 170 m, the Guillaman estate is a family winery belonging to the Ferret family for 6 generations.

The passion for the vine is that of the family;  Dominique, 6th generation, receives from his grandfather his fervor for the vine on an estate entirely intended for the production of Armagnac.

Passionate, proud to continue with the same faith and the same ardor this beautiful family history, Dominique took over the exploitation of the estate from an early age and decided to change course by opting for the production of quality white wines, wines  country of the Côtes de Gascogne, now called IGP (Protected Geographical Indication) Côtes de Gascogne.

For this, Dominique completely restructures the existing 20-hectare vineyard, expands its vineyard and renovates the wine cellar.  This fundamental work will last nearly 20 years.

Through successive acquisitions, the vineyard, now 125 hectares, is nourished by the richness of typical Gascon soil: clay soil, planted on limestone bedrock, benefiting from a temperate oceanic climate favoring good maturity.  Grapes.

Attraverso acquisizioni successive, il vigneto, ora 125 ettari, si nutre della ricchezza del tipico suolo guascone: terreno argilloso, piantato su roccia calcarea, che beneficia di un clima oceanico temperato che favorisce una buona maturità.
