Okay, so for a while now I kept thinking about this bc I couldn’t recall whether or not the mention of Hannibal getting the needle was in the novel or I saw it elsewhere, but I found it yesterday, so here’s the convo that follows between Crawford and Clarice.

They are their highest form of authority, almost akin to the O5 council from SCP, and they each have their own checkpoint that they manage and run within the Quarantine Zone.

There are 5 Points:

North Point - run by Dr. Roman

East Point - run by Dr. Athens

South Point - run by Dr. Berlin

West Point - run by Dr. Paris

Cross Point - run by Dr. Moscow(also the Captain of Cross Point)

Each of them also have a Captain to run their particular Point’s Quarantine Strike Team(QST)

North Point Strike Team - led by Captain Richmond

East Point Strike Team - led by Captain Albrecht

South Point Strike Team - led by Captain Blanc

West Point Strike Team - led by Captain Pickman
