it’s funny how my dreams will legit reference my previous dreams as if they happened in that universe……a few weeks ago i had a school shooter dream & then last night i did again and in the dream i was like this is the second time and even thought back to the previous dream as if it was a memory like specific parts of that dream having vivid dreams from ur meds is insane it is truly unreal the way my dreams work 😭 this is just one ex this actually happens to me all the time. they also r in the same settings that don’t exist like in this dream i was going to a class in a place that doesn’t exist but it was the same as from a previous dream and i thought back to it like a memory there too or like the math homework i never do appears constantly in my dreams (i always did my math hw btw JUST saying). lexapro opened my subconscious’ third eye or smth idk but i have not normal dreams in 4 yrs the vivid dreams never end…it’s fine tho i dont have an issue w them it’s honestly like watching a little movie if they’re interesting. when i have a good dream i’m like that was fun! :) unfortunately most of my dreams include getting shot at but that’s ok i can slap away bullets

SORRY FOR THE POLL SPAM BTW. i'm genuinely very curious because for whatever reason all the f/o dreams i have they are never like. physically real in them. they're still fictional in the dreams and they're always mentioned and never appear and i was wondering what other people experience dream-wise with their f/os lol

I had an auditory hallucination for the first time ever this morning lmao.

I woke up really early on accident and shut my eyes for a little bit resulting in a short lucid dream and sleep paralysis- which I'm pretty used to by now it's more annoying then scary... Did not expect to hear what sounded like a crowd of people off in the distance followed by a loud bug buzzing in my right ear ( that one might've been real though, mosquitos have been sneaking into our house lately >:/ )

I figured out what was going on pretty fast still a bit spooky though, and the irony of having my first auditory hallucination on the first of October isn't lost on me though hahah.

I kept snoozing my alarm to go back to my dream that was so good and I regret to inform you I am now fully awake and it's 2pm and I have not yet left bed. I need a drink so bad but I do not want to leave my room.

I want to know if my nightmares are strange or not by comparison. BTW I am a lucid dreamer.

An orangutan chasing me through a building and when I wanted to shower with the rest there was a spider as big as I was on the curtain.

Can't remember this one well but I was actually enjoying the puzzle solving aspect of it even if there was lots of gory parts but the actual scary part of it was a witch chasing me. she was sweaty, matted crazy hair and nails about 2 meters long never cleaned and you could see various stains on her. The chase happens after I open a safe and when I saw her I bolted. Funniest part was that a kitsune charged over to me already and I basically ignored it.

Last one I can't really explain as it started out normal, went to school and flirted with some guys. Something just kept telling me to wake up. It started after I flirted with a ginger and the longer it went on, the stronger the feeling was. My consciousness eventually decided that no matter what happens to me it won't be a big enough shock so it targeted my best friend. She became pregnant and was later run over by a truck. I couldn't sleep after that as I kept feeling the thing keeping an eye on me. I wonder if it chose a ginger is because I am most attracted to them. I feel like it didn't originally look like that.

apparently i kinda switched from avoiding sleep bcs same stupid nightmare to avoiding sleep bcs lucid dreams are way too nice there must be a catch
