Hello and welcome to this new post! Because many people thought it would be a nice idea to have an affirmation series on my page I thought it would be a good thing to try out. In this post I'll give a few lucid dreaming affirmations, I hope you guys like them and find them useful!

MANIFESTATION, AND IT'S CORE

this isn't a FUCKING joke. all of this isn't some big lie just so people can mess with you.
it's not "too good to be true", it's not "one day I will", it's not "can I?", it's not it's not it's not. it's REAL, it's LITERAL, it's YOURS.
it's different names for the SAME FUCKING THING. IT'S ALL THE SAME. one's not harder than the other, one's not easier than the other. it's the EXACT same.
lucid dreaming is the same as shifting which is same as manifesting which is same as the void. it's all the same. THE ESSENCE OF IT IS ALL THE SAME.
and the FACT is that it's all yours. NO, you don't have the "power to do it" because YOU DON'T NEED THAT BULLSHIT. it's YOURS.
there's no "specific time", "special day", "the one moment", "the one word" that'll make you shift/everything else. there's no nothing. there's nothing that you'll find that'll "make you" shift. there's no secret formula, secret recipe, "oh, maybe I'm doing this wrong", "wait, maybe if I do this", "maybe if I try that". there's just you, and everything that's already yours. SO OWN UP TO IT. SAY IT WITH YOUR DAMN CHEST THAT IT'S YOURS. SAY IT SO LOUD THAT EVEN SOMEONE IN THE DEPTHS OF HELL AND IN THE HEIGHTS OF HEAVEN HEIGHTS CAN HEAR THAT IT'S YOURS. say it with such a sense of entitlement that GOD HIMSELF hears you, sees you, and acknowledges you.
IT'S YOURS, IT'S YOURS, IT'S YOURS. say it until you feel sick of it. say it until your brain's fried. say it until you're out of it. say it UNTIL YOU CAN MEAN IT when you say IT'S YOURS.

one assumption, one assumption is all it takes. one sentence that you don't question. hell, question it even. doesn't matter. even so, one assumption is what it takes to be the you who has it all. the assumption that you ARE the you who has it all.
don't even believe. don't. don't even think twice. don't bother at all. don't do nothing. you don't NEED to do nothing. because you already are the you who has what you want.
what you desire was already yours before it was even put in your heart. it has been yours when it appeared. its completely yours when you work towards having it. it's yours to enjoy when you finally have it. so enjoy it throughout. enjoy it when you're persisting that you have it. enjoy it when an intrusive thought arises. enjoy it when you question it's validity. because it was yours the moment the big bang happened, and it was yours before it happened, and it was yours when nothing existed, and it's yours when the world ends. it's yours from start to end.
if it wasn't yours, it would've passed you by, and you wouldn't even have any idea. if it wasn't yours, you wouldn't be here right now. if it wasn't yours, you wouldn't be trying even if you're doubting it. if it wasn't yours, it wouldn't have found you in a hundred lifetimes.
you cannot make this shit up. it's a FACT. you don't find anything. whatever is yours, finds you. you cannot escape what's yours. that is your blessing. take it. own it. live it.

you're NEVER chasing. your desires chase you. they WANT to be yours. you CAN live without them. you definitely can. they can't. but since they're yours, they move with you, and so in your frame, it looks like you're chasing after them. that you have to have them. SO WIDEN YOUR FRAME. WIDEN THAT FUCKING PICTURE. ZOOM THE FUCK OUT. SEE, that they continue chasing after you, trying to catch up. so own them. stop running. give yourself a break. take a breather. what are you chasing after anyway? when everything is yours since the beginning of the world, and even before that. you're making your life awfully like Achilles's. stop going so fast that you pass your desires and then end up behind them. stop running in circles. stop, and relax. you've reached the end line. you ARE the end line. let your desires come to YOU. that's what you deserve, and that is EXACTLY what you have.
you will have exactly what you intend. intention matters, and actions follow. so intend big, assume the "impossible", and watch it appear before you. the mind is a powerful thing. it always works in your favor, but only if you keep it under your control. do not let it even DARE to think it can control you. don't YOU ever think it can control you. sit down with it. tell it your desires. tell it that you already HAVE your desires. and most importantly, tell it that it has to work for you NO MATTER WHAT. because that is what it's supposed to do. that's it's purpose.

GOD has too much to take care of. the wind; it's direction, the water; its flow, the rain; where it falls, the leaves; when they wither, your next breath that you'll take, every single person on this once fully green Earth. he's constantly taking care of everyone else. do you have the time to take care of every single individual alive and breathing right now? honestly, no. you're not gonna sit here saying "oh, yeah. let me pay the debts of someone on the other end of the world who probably doesn't even know me". I know I won't. is that selfish? I don't care. I deserve everything that I want as much as anyone else in this whole wide world. so no. NO NO NO. you're nothing, but YOU. you don't "make it happen", you don't have to. you assume, it happens. you intend, its here. that's YOU. you don't have to sit down and plan HOW what you want will happen, you sit down and assume it'll happen, and it will.

Things I have experienced after shifting and rating them
Reminder we are different my experience might not be yours!!
1. Disorientation 0/10
-Time doesn't feel real at all after coming back, I would always feel like I'm high of something and the world spins for a few seconds. Afterwards during the day I feel like I'm watching the world from inside my body instead of outside my body. ( Idk if it makes sense)
2. Memories 1/10
-My memory has slowly become worse than I thought. My memories from before I first shifted are blurry and I have found myself mixing alot of memories and confusing events.
4. Dreams 10/10
-It's weird how lucid my dreams are becoming more to the point where I have actually confused reality and a lucid dream where I thought I was lucid but I was actually here 😭 I have also had a lot of vivid dreams.
5. Extraterrestrial 11/10
-Ever since I first shifted I have encountered one physically like in this reality and alot while astral projecting. It was frightening at first but they are okay, they don't bother you unless you want to talk to them. Speaking to them has literally opened my thoughts in ways I didn't realize it would.
6. Relationships
-My relationships have been more better if I might say, both in friendships, romantic wise and with my parents . This is something that I believe because I have gotten better at communicating my feelings and understanding myself better. I am able to actually not judge someone ( because everything is internal) and can easily empathize with someone more easily.
7. Not caring 11/10
-When I tell you my fucks to give have gone out the fucking window. Nothing anyone tells me affects me that much anymore 😭 like don't you know I can just dip out anytime and never return?!?! But yeah I have been caring less and less and it is freeing, letting go of worldly attachments does wonders for your mental health.
8. Sleep 9/10
Been sleeping like a freaking baby!!
9. Music 7/10
This is mostly because I was told that airpods fry your brain and I have been only listening to music through speakers or just the normal earphones. I have also been listening to music less and less. My headaches have been reducing
Again these are MY experiences they might not be the same as yours.

VOID CHALLENGE ᥫ᭡

(This challenge will take atleast 2 weeks don't walk away just because it's two week 2,I have got alot of asks from anons who want to enter void or manifest but have adhd let's start~~)
🧁The challenge>>
•. Regulating nervous system aka your vagus nerves.
So what is vagus nerves??? It is the parasympathetic nerves that is longest nerves in our body. It through our brain to large intestine,they carry out messages to our brain so to calm to thoughts that give us anxiety we have to regulate them.
My favorite way regulate to regulate is massaging my thorax point because my chest hurts alot when I get anxious and anxiety.

This video really helped me because I never really got this type of relief from chest pain when u used to get anxiety.

Another way to regulate is humming,or gargling,cold exposure like,ice bath,cold shower.

So guys when ever you get anxiety do once of these exercise atleast 4 times if possible or if you are a very anxious person.
•. Pink noises:
Ofc couldn't forget this one you have to use it after a proper nervous system regulation before bed before going to bed while affirming.

•. Self concept:
For this challenge I really REALLY RECCOMEND self concept,yes you don't need it but if you're getting anxiety even after seeing or manifested many things before I really recommend working on self concept.
•. Robotic Affirming:
I really recommend it for people with ADHD like me,the repetition really help chase away those unwanted negative thoughts,you can do it while doing anything basically but affirming while doing crochetingor qalking is my favvvv!!.
•. Saturating sessions:
Here you can use a counter app put a particular number like for example 500 or 600,it's all upto you.
If you want to affirm for an hour or two,set timer and affirm while tapping.
Or you can set a goal like for a day you'll affirm 1000 or 2000 times and while day when ever you get time you can use the counter app.
Or you can use affirmation tape whatever resonates with you.
🧸.WEEK ONE.
This week is all about your self concept.
•. Start your day with NO phone,if you read a lot of SATS guide uou probably read that we are in SATS right when we wake up,so yes use this hour to affirm in your favour SELF CONCEPT,every morning.
•. Now It's upto you you can do saturating sessions anytime of your day and robotically affirming.
Tip: if you lose focus while robotically affirming try doing repetitive activity like for me walking or crocheting or tapping on my thigh while watching movie.
•. Now if you catch yourself over thinking and feeling nervous and wavering do one of the vagus nerves exercises really quick and along with pink noises.
•. As for night before bed,I personally really prefer a cold shower and then listening to pink noises while robotically affirming but shower isn't necessary you can do what you like to regulate your nervous system.
So you have to do all this for a week remember it's self concept week whenever thought like "should I just into entering void/manifesting" a big fat NO, instead start telling yourself it's done if you feel like working on self concept is wasting your time,but don't get too lost on affirming "it's done" remember just regulate and affirm it's done few times before going back to how amazing you are in manifesting or entering void.
🧸. WEEK TWO~
•. Now this week you will do the same but not work on your self concept,you will start affirming that YOU ARE THE VESRION OF YOURSELF WHO CAN MANIFEST/ENTER VOID.
•. Also THIS WEEK you will use EFT tapping around 6 rounds not a specific time you can do EFT tapping while robotically affirming taht you can manifest /enter void.
•. On second week I want you guys to start practicing meditation before bed instead of putting pink noises and affirming like first week now I know it's hard to meditate for someone with ADHD but here is the thing,you will observe those thought which means you will no longer try to identify with those thoughts. Monitor those thoughts like you are in someone else's body,you'll realize the thought are coming in by itself,ok just assume you're a soul trapped in a vessel and this vessel is trying to fool you into thinking you're the vessel and slowly your thoughts will start to decrease it just need some practice.
And if you're just wanting to manifest something it's fine no need to do the meditation part.
🧁. This challenge DOES NOT hold the power but you does,don't get discourage if you had hard time with meditation or it took you longer then 2 weeks it DOES NOT MATTER,what matter is you KNOWING that you are MASTER AT ENTER VOID/ MANIFESTING!! You must realize that you hold the power to shape your reality, and just a negative thought can't ruin your day. Discipline is ALSO needed here babes I know ADHD can be pretty annoying when we get distracted or get too focus on useless things,that's why I recommend robotic affirming alot like ALOT.

Hello everyone I have decide to make a challenge since many people has been DMing me,first of I'm not a coach I just tell them what I did and I'm surprise it work for most of them,so I will tell yall what to do with some more tips that could help.
Ok,so most of you have read this many times " you are void" you guys might have also affirm "I am void", that means you ARE VOID.
Imagine as though this life is a videogame,and the character is the body and the mind and they're both trying to convince you that you can't enter void,will you listen to this imaginary character? Of course not. So whenever a thought or feeling arise when trying to enter void let it pass,just how you watch the clouds pass,just how strangers pass by you. And remember you are the void,whose playing videogame and think is one of the character.
Ok let's start.
So these are two ways,that actually will work. Both method includes Wim Hof pink breath method. (Credit to @voidprincessblog )
I. So for the first method you have to follow the exact wim hof breath method but when pink noises start playing start observing the thought and without judging them pass,think of thoughts as someone else's,think as if you're trapped in someone else's body. So all the thoughts and symptoms is experienced by this someone (your body and mind),do not identify as your body,keep going keep observing those thoughts, don't try to look for thought cuz they pop up on there own,you just gotta observe them,and slowly your mind will become silent,even observe the symptoms. And just like that my friends you'll be in the void.
★In brief.
★Use the wim hof breath method.
★ when the pink boise start observe your thoughts and symptoms.
★ once you can't hear or don't get anymore thought boom welcome to the void.
II. Second method this just include the wim hof's breathing technique without pink noises instead we're gonna use subliminals,if you have read voidprincess's post she mentioned with screenshots people have lucid dream with this breathing technique.
★ Use this 3 subliminal I recommend as someone who rarely get results from subliminal I recommend this 3.

every single time i fall asleep i find myself in my ideal lucid dream, i am always aware that i am dreaming and i can easily control my lucid dreams that i have every time i fall asleep. when i fall asleep, in my lucid dream, i will see a red hat, and that red hat will immediately remind my subconscious of the void state, reminding me to tap into the void state through my lucid dream. i have no reason to doubt myself because i am aware of the fact that every time i fall asleep i will have a lucid dream and in that lucid dream i will see a red hat that will remind me to tap into the void state. seeing this red hat will immediately trigger my subconscious into the void state.
i layered it with this subliminal by vetala aswell!

🪷Tips for Lucid Dreaming🪷

Lucid dreaming is one of my favorite method for entering void and shifting. And I would really recommend this method for those who are struggling to enter void.
Before y'all think "how?,I can't do it,it's gonna take a long time" Let me just remind you it's very VERY easy,especially if you use placebo effect,like for me it especially help alot with getting lucid dreams during my journey and altering ego.
I'm gonna share some tips with you that had helped me in the past to get lucid. I used to have a diary entry to write down my progress or write down my whole experience so after going through my progress I am gonna share some tips which can help you achieve a LD.
☆. Placebo effect
It's one of my favourite method to lucid dream or even manifesting,here is an amazing guide by @weirdbraincustard. You can hold an assumption that everytime you study you lucid dream,or every time you help your mom you get lucid dream or you control it. I saw a reddit post where they talk about how everytime they eat banana before bed give them lucid,and many in the comments were telling about the food that help them get lucid.
☆. Altering ego
Another method that I personally love and it helped me realize how powerful I am here another guide to alter ego and my personal experience . So,if you think altering ego is difficult then use PLACEBO to alter that ego it's the same thing.
☆. Dream Journal
Okurr guys keeping a dream journal is also important,y'all probably heard it alot of times. But try to keep some reminder take a piece of paper and write down certain things that shouldn't be normal while you're dreaming example: A car flying in the sky,a house can't melt,etc. Everytime you remember your dream make sure to write down that one weird thing you experienced or saw,write the weirdest part you remember.
☆. Set intention.
It's the easiest way guys,believe me,trust ME🫠. Especially in drowsy state like everynight before going to sleep. Or waking up set a new intention,set intention like "if I see something weird then I'll do a reality check" or try bitting your hand or any other reality check.
My favorite is placebo and alter-ego,it's just make me feel stress free and less worried. What I used to do is,if I had a hard time altering my ego,then I would choose a certain activity that I wanted to improve example: drawing but I'm lazy,my assumption use to be "if I draw 2-3 times a day,then I'll lucid dream BECAUSE I AM VENUS",I don't so those activity as Christina I do those activities as Venus who lucid dream if she draw 2-3 times a day. I hope y'all get what I mean🫠.
Also as you get in drowsy state as you fall asleep,keep reminding yourself to do a reality check,or do reality check if you see something really unbelievable.
