Have you seen SADIE BEUGRE? DEL is in HER/THEIR SENIOR year. The MATHEMATICS MAJOR is 24 years old & is a CAPRICORN. People say SHE/THEY are GRITTY, BEWITCHING, RETICENT and WASPISH. Rumors say they’re a member of HASTINGS. I heard from the gossip blog that SHE BIT AN EX-BOYFRIEND’S PINKY FINGER OFF AFTER SHE FOUND OUT HE CHEATED, AND THEN HAPPILY SERVED TIME FOR IT.
im tommy im a freak and of course i am here to get freakalicious with u all... this is my newest frankenstein type creation named sadie i know .02% about her yet but i am more than confident she will b nothing but a fun time! like this if ur down to plot!
TW: VIOLENCE, MENTIONS OF JAIL/PROSECUTION, MENTIONS OF SUICIDE, DRUG USE
BACKSTORY
capricorn sun / virgo moon / scorpio rising
raised by her uncle Big (his name) who is a hermit shut in town local in the depths of the florida marshland like some goosebumps protagonist. hes gone far past socially acceptable in terms of his ability to connect with the modern person but is wise beyond belief... his whole vibe is a warped cross between a cryptid and a mountain man that forages and cooks neighborhood plants. married for 27 years before his wife passed from illness. its quite possibly the only thing hes ever been emotional about
but dels entry to his life throws a wrench in his sadness (despite abandonment being what they bond over). she takes the focus away from his loss with her presence; her dad, his brother, died in a tragic train-car collision around the same time (which is speculated to be a suicide bt nobody can ever really be sure). he was a single parent so her custody is thrown up in the air for a few months as cps decides what they r gna do with this freshly orphaned little scrapper
she just kinda turns up on his doorstep n from there they cohabit a space. shes arnd 6-7 at this time... big never seemed to b phased by the fact tht she was a child n tended to treat her more like an apprentice or guest. he was never close to her father because of their age difference, being the older out of the two, so to have his daughter become his responsibility is just..... weird
this doesnt mean that he wouldnt provide for her bt it was. not very parental whatsoever.... no conversation or interaction beyond what was necessary. she was a mute fr a while and still is? to a degree.... very short spoken
when she got to her preteens he offered her an allowance in exchange for little odds and ends of stuff to be taken care of around the house. errands n all tht.... sometimes he wld purposefully leave things for her to pick up n take care of without mentioning it for a bonus. taught her the importance of saving your money and the horrid corruptness of a society basing everythings worth off paper. big exposed her to a lot of knowledge and took advantage of her silent curiosity by fueling it with books, homeschooling, life skills (catching a fish, setting a trap, knowing your berries in the woods...... the works)
her teens carried out the same way bt with the introduction of a real job, a spot down at the local butcher shop checking people out at the register and helping around the back of house. del knows a great deal abt cow/pig/chicken/etc anatomy from her years here..... she committed to being 100% vegan into her early twenties because of her trauma frm this occupation
it paid very well tho n was the best gig she was going to get within a reasonable biking route from home. so she settled!
the plan wasnt to keep it up for long anyway. she worked rly hard for her spot at yates and didnt intend to ever screw herself over. her plan was to get her bachelors, masters, become a professor, pursue a personal hobby of agriculture and build an elaborate greenhouse to live in
bt things happen.....
some 35yr old douche with a green thumb woos her at a gardening store n swoops in to teach her a little more abt romance; all of this, of course, under the guise that he had all these tips and tricks for living environmentally friendly. a lame hippie wannabe that shouldve never even approached her bt alas.... he did
love is a touchy subject n it hadnt been something she set her sights on, but she was interested in wht this dude could teach her n at 19 she ended up falling in love. she delayed her education to stay an extra year back home and work out another plan which included him
this was very disappointing to her uncle bt he didnt have anything to say abt it. it was never parental before n it was never going to be, so this was another lesson she wld just have to overcome on her own
it turns out that she doesnt care for infidelity. when the confession comes out its met with a lot of screaming, bawling, blistering white hot anger. the whole incident is blacked out of her mind to b honest....
matters of the heart are no longer something to concern herself with because of the repercussions of her rash behavior regarding heartbreak O________O she spent a year in jail n still has to attend therapy / anger management meetings
deep down she is still hurting. there was a lot of pain... bt the sadness is not over the loss of some noob. she is in a state of constant disappointment, detaching from herself out of shame. putting her own life on pause only for it to turn out like that? stupid stupid stupid...
PERSONALITY
chugging along! tldr spectre-like swamp nymph aura with the slightest (not so slight) unhinged feral tendencies
delicate like a moth resting in the gleam of a flashlight.... her anger singes her wings when shes too comfortable staying in one place, so theres always constant stimulation, always shifting gears. shes prone to feeling threatened; that being said, sadie is wary of walking in crowds, a little bit skittish when approached without making eye contact beforehand. like a small grey kitten..... in a big wide world
has a hard time keeping a conversation bt is very interested in debate, and even more so in studying alongside someone in complete silence. it reminds her of home in the same sense tht her uncle wld nudge her to keep reading by always having his own book open
doesnt have many friends and is alright with that. rumors are tht she is still a virgin bt who really knows? not i...... bt i wldnt be surprised if this was true. shes not impressed by people nor material items so this whole yates crowd is a turn off
she is truly clueless when it comes to how to behave around anyone her age. i think she understands but it just doesnt compute. she could come off as impolite bt it is just standoffishness? some people cld try to crack her but i dont think even she knows what that would be, or what that would look like. even in her one (1) failed relationship it was never deep heart to hearts or sharing dinner..... solitude is her realm
del is very comfortable with herself, very open with her wardrobe! doesnt leave too much to the imagination? she appreciates the human experience n expresses that thru this whole “body is a temple” type thing.... not quite confidence, but proudness of being. has gotten multiple notices frm professors for her tops being too sheer, nylons too ratted up, etc. has dirt under her fingernails half the time, chipped polish, some chapstick. smudges her eyeshadow on with her fingers
doesnt smoke cigarettes all too often but is dependent on weed. it kinda perpetuates her paranoid demeanor bt at the same time it keeps her lax enough to be able to mentally handle city life
her room is a playground for huge monstera plants, christmas cacti, ivy creeping along the doorway. she sleeps on a tiny thin mattress on the floor with a linen sheet and has her books stacked up on the ground next to it to hold her ashtray. the whole thing is dumb empty
takes her studies seriously and pinches every penny she can..... she has never ordered herself a coffee frm somewhere before, ordered food frm a restaurant... nothing. i wld think the most she would branch out from harvesting everything on her own is buying a bag of sunflower seeds frm a gas station, but even then, she much prefers eating stuff she grows herself. has a tomato plant, some basil beginning to sprout, etc.... manageable crops for any college students tiny space
...
bt yea thats it thats all! connections cld be all over the place. im legit open to anything. theres only a few tht come to mind right off that bat:
a few people that get along with her? same classes? they shared a bowl n now theyre getting into the nitty gritty of some personal conversation that is veering into no mans land....
some sort of clueless makeover moment? arent rly into sadie as a person bt see a lot of potential... perhaps need a plus one to a party on the fly and figure thats the best option theyve got
crushes? this wld be fun n potentially dangerous! like playing with a hot cast iron pan or something :)
again im vry new to rp so i wld like to leave a lot of stuff up to chemistry, brainstorming n stuff like that, but please consider everything on the table! what i hav mentioned is the tip of the iceberg im so burnt out n i wrote a lot more than i intended to i am so sorry but i promise i am friendly

Biomedical Science: an info post
Hi!! I've had a bunch of people in my ask recently asking about Biomedical Science (BMS), the degree I'm currently studying. So I decided to make a post of all the info I have so that anyone who's interested can refer to it 😊
I've written a lot of info so I'm gonna put it under the cut. But if you're considering studying BMS, want to explore it as an option, or you're just simply interested in it (it is a cool subject), read on!
Disclaimer: I've studied two years of BMS at Keele uni, in the UK, and will be starting my third year soon. Other countries/unis may be different, please also do specific research for your situation!! This guide is all based on my personal experience of studying BMS and my own opinions on it, please don't take it as gospel without doing your own research too.
What is BMS?
According to the Institute of Biomedical Science (IBMS), "Biomedical scientists carry out investigations on tissue and body fluid samples and usually work in laboratories in the areas of diagnosis, screening, monitoring and research."
BMS is the study of human tissue and other samples, mainly for diagnosing disease in people. A Biomedical Scientist will often work in a hospital, processing and studying samples taken from patients. Samples can be anything from blood and urine, to tumours removed from people during surgery.
Please note here that becoming a Biomedical Scientist is not the only job you can do with a BMS degree - there are many other options. However, the degree does focus a lot on preparing students for BMS work - see the next section for more detail on what you'll study!
Biomedical Science as a whole is split into several disciplines. Some of the key ones are:
Haematology - blood, the components of it, diseases of blood and also things carried in blood that could indicate other diseases
Histology - tissue samples like biopsies, removed tumours, etc. Often involved in detecting and monitoring cancer
Immunology - immune cells can be used to detect what illness someone is suffering from, or to detect/confirm proof of an allergic reaction. An immunologist finds immune cells in a sample and studies them to figure out what illness they're from.
Medical microbiology - this involves looking at bacteria in samples, and using it to detect infection. It often means growing bacteria from a human sample like urine or saliva, to find out what bug they've got and diagnose them so they can be treated.
As you can see, there’s a bunch of areas you can specialise in.
What does studying BMS entail?
Biomedical Science is a full-time degree with a lot of content. Examples of the areas you could cover are:
Anatomy and physiology
Genetics
Molecular structure of biological compounds
Metabolic processes
Pathology
Neurology
Health and disease
Immunology
Pharmacology
As I've said earlier, the key thing with BMS is being able to look at a human sample and try to understand what could be wrong with the person it came from. This starts with understanding how the human body functions normally - so we can then learn how it goes wrong. E.g. before you can understand a heart attack, you have to understand the heart. So we learn all about how the body functions, starting from our genetics. Once you know that, you can understand how it goes wrong. What diseases are, how they're caused, how they're fixed and most importantly, how we can identify them in a person. We cover a lot of diseases and disorders in this way - diabetes, heart problems, genetic disorders, lung problems, liver disease, allergies, and a lot of others. Ultimately, you're learning how these diseases happen and how they can be identified and cured.
Labs are also a big part of BMS - because if you take the job, you'll be working in one! Especially during the first two years of the course, you'll be in a lab 1-2 times a week learning all kinds of techniques and procedures. They'll always focus on the kind of techniques you'd use in a BMS job, like blood testing (using your own blood from your fingertip!), urine sampling, looking at cells under a microscope, growing bacterial colonies, identifying and measuring specific substances in a sample. The list goes on. More often than not the labs will consist of a several-week course of experiments, and then a scientific lab report to present what you found (that'll count toward your grade).
Basically, the learning side of BMS is a practical understanding of what you'll be doing in the job, plus lots of theory so you understand why you're doing what you do. (I hope that makes sense)
What can I do with a BMS degree?
As you might be able to tell, BMS is a job as well as a degree, so that's the most obvious route to follow with it. As I said earlier, it's split into a number of disciplines - if you take a job in it, you'll specialise in one of those areas (although you still learn about all of them at uni). If you know you want to study BMS in the future, a lot of unis offer the option to go into the workplace for a year partway through your degree and get experience in it.
Another common route is to go into a medical degree. A lot of people (like me!) study BMS because they didn't get into a medical school when they applied to uni. BMS is a great fall-back option as it teaches you a lot of similar things to medicine. If you plan on trying again for medical school after you graduate (again, like me!) it's a good course to study as it shows the medical schools that you apply to that you know your stuff, and can handle a pretty demanding course (more on that in the Pros/Cons section).
P.S.: I'm currently in the middle of applying to graduate entry medicine with my BMS degree, if anyone would like an info post on applying to medicine as a graduate, let me know and I'll gladly give the info I have!
As for other options, the great thing about BMS is that it covers so many areas, which gives you so many job possibilities. Some ideas are:
Pharmacy
Health Science
Toxicology
Research Science
Working for the Blood Transfusion Service
Working in a private lab
Health and Safety
Public Health Services (like working in office-based public health roles, or being a safety officer)
There are also the more academic jobs such as doing your Masters, PhD, etc, or going into teaching and lecturing.
I’ll be the first to admit that I don’t know a lot about some of the other options you can take with BMS, as my focus is 100% aimed at doing medicine. Please please please do your research on alternative jobs and make sure they’re possible with a BMS degree, before you set your heart on them.
Or, maybe you don’t know what kind of job you’d like - thats fine too! Most unis have great careers advisors to help with that sort of thing, BMS might be a good introduction to the different types of scientific jobs that are out there, and help you make the choice.
Pros/Cons?
All degrees are gonna have their pros and cons. The main thing is that BMS is a very rounded subject, in the sense that what you cover and what you do is very diverse. We look at aspects of chemistry, biochemistry, human biology, neuroscience, pharmacology, immunology, there's even a bit of physics thrown in there sometimes. That can be a pro or a con depending on what your personal strengths/preferences are!! Do you like studying lots of topics? Or would you prefer to have one set subject? If you're a one-track mind kind of person BMS might not be for you. That being said, even if it's outside your usual strengths, you can do it if you're dedicated!
Similarly, the way BMS is assessed, in my experience, is quite diverse. We have labs, exams, presentations, essays, scientific lab reports, computer-based assessments, comprehension assignments, the works. Most modules you study have two or three very different methods of assessment combined into a final grade - E.g. you might have to submit a report, a presentation and an exam for the same module. That, again is both a pro and a con: on the bright side, if one type of assessment is a weakness for you, it won’t be completely devastated since it’ll only be one fraction of your grade. However, definitely consider whether you're up for diverse assessment.
Also, you know those people who do like 2 or 3 days of uni a week? That won’t be you. BMS is very hands-on - lots of lectures, lots of workshops, lots of labs. It's likely to be every weekday, maybe a day off if you're lucky, and expect some long days. Again that's not necessarily a bad thing, I love my long days! But just be ready for them. Snacks are essential guys.
Is BMS hard?
This goes back to what I just said - it depends on your strengths and weaknesses. There's a lot of content in a lot of areas, and there's usually quite a few coursework deadlines and exams to revise for. But, that's pretty standard for most/all degrees!! If you enjoy science, and you're good at it, BMS will challenge you but it definitely wont be too difficult.
Is it fun?
Yes!!! Personally I love what I study, I love science and learning about so many different areas of it is perfect. It's intense at times and it keeps you busy all year, but with the right mindset (and the right friends!!!) even the long-haul library sessions can be fun. The lab experiments are ridiculously interesting, as are a lot of the coursework topics.
I hope this GIANT of a post is useful!! The IBMS website is a great resource for info on Biomedical Science, as are university info pages. Definitely try and visit some unis and get a feel for how they teach BMS, and have a read of their syllabus’. I think I’ve covered pretty much everything here but do let me know if you have any other questions or anything to add!!

June 9th evening afternoon tweets
U know looking back, at the state party school that I transferred to, in 2010, what they taught was done poorly & the subjects were out of date. I’m sure they’ll beg to differ. While they and their involvement of a “situation” strives to keep me writing in the midst of studying-
- other schools were teaching agile software practices, cloud computing, data warehousing, or even with a simple Java programming class: how to run JUnit test cases.-
- for months I tried contacting a professor for an old assignment and notes related to handling Java programming with sql database coding, never gives me what I want. Basically always says he’s too busy-
- in the party school, while their sister state university of Binghamton was teaching Java with Eclipse, enterprise style repositories and JUnit test cases, party school was using a baby program called Dr. Java.-
- my transcript is proof of the courses you teach. The duration of the situation and the kids is proof of a distraction in my priorities. My 4.0 high school GPA is testament to my academic caliber. Me, I like using the luxury of time to learn a course until it’s mastered.-
- students would say professor ravis course was 1 of the important courses. Didn’t do so well the 1st time amidst obstacles. Wanted 2 take theCourseAgain.  Ur partySchool’s conflictResolution VP insisted I take remaining courses @ a communityCollege so that Im out of their hair.-
-can you imagine this dip sh*ts advice? From a 4.0 gpa at Iona with scholarships and free laptops to a community college. The b*stars went out of his way to convince my parents I’m crazy after he had the faculty monitor me on the harassment on the day of my life 2012 finals.-
The amountOfDamage that partySchool, those spitefulKids did, along w/the rest ofThe “situation.”U should see some of theseFacesIm thinking why the f*k are U in myLife, while these randomly angry agenda fueled gamePlayers areIrritated theyre not wanted playing god w/some1’s life.-
- to some of the randomly angry agenda fueled game players, you wanna say have some dignity and move on.
The orchestrators are trying to figure me out. Put corny high school paths of doing what you love my way and things will follow. How old am I? How do you explain ur perverted presence in my life? Something can be learned from the Indian concept of arranged marriages-
- back in India, families strive to get their kids to perfection. Find a family, a women, that’s exceptional and meets standards. We wish a similar exceptionalism for careers, futures, education, etc. I come from this culture. In my family, father sought out opportunities in the-
- alien country of America and took care of his family and his extended family back home. Uncle went off to a different part of India and worked as the closest contact to Indian Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi with his Italian wife Sonia. My father, my uncle, did these things thru-
- hard work without distractions and American party schools constantly getting in the way. It is beyond me, why my parents aren’t defending their culture and allowing these racist Americans to walk all over us, especially me.-
- the thing that’s absolutely beyond me is, I don’t do drugs, I don’t drink, just minding my business, I’ve done nothing to no one, if there was anything to clear up-done it 100 times over. Why’s are these freaks pursuing me I.e. the orchestrators. For 8 years, I’ve put aside my-
-likes, habits, grasping with the American dictators cruelty. Now after all that, they want to prostitute my life for entertainment while not disclosing what they do. American or not, what human being stands by while the orchestrators electrocute someone? -
- what do the orchestrators tell their following? Hey everyone, on behalf of the party school, we want are Renny to party like it’s 1999…
Moving to normal tweets again…
Americans are worse than the Germans were with the Jews In Nazi Germany…everything they do is superficial and not from the heart…
#Loki airs today on Disney Plus…
You’d be surprised how many things from ages ago, or even eight years ago, can come in handy, in the present day, today…
Saw The Wedding Ringer the other day…great movie…seeking a female best friend though, not an audience…
You gotta check out the @TouchofModern app from the App Store or Google Play Store. They have the coolest things for sale…
so a thought...-
-in a very convincing manner, the orchestrators make it clear to me that they're going to, subtly put, "do away" with me, while in this, or at the end of this. Something this big, after 11+years, even if it were just legally, the "situation" does not have a happy ending-
-i don't think my own parents go through my written material...for one thing, i think there's something paraphrasing what i write to them. regarding the rest of America, I think a filtered version is being delivered to you of what happens to me or what I write. -
- for some of you, you're in a fun game. keep track of where he goes, send it to the medium/platform - i guess?! There's the children like sounds, but at least so that group will help me, there is another group doing something else. -
- both of which are illegal. The children like sounds are arrogant. They're convinced its just them. When this first started, I called the police several times about this whole "situation", from start to finish, in its peculiarity. They lied to me and didn't help me. -
- When I went to the FBI, they gave me something to perpetually write on, for the hackers. The party school wanted to get rid of me and had their Conflict Resolution help the kids who started this instead of me. -
- The secondary group of orchestrators - for distraction purposes - and the primary group of orchestrators (to make their cause relevant with past trivial issues) want me to perpetually talk about the party school, the girl, and the random kids from the beginning of all this.-
- thats done, i moved on, i left the country cuz I didn't want to be bothered. But the orchestrators - their whole band - followed me there. -
- You as a people, because instructed or otherwise, talk about the past garbage that happened at the party school, like its the most-matter-of-fact-thing. But there is something else happening: abuse. -
-In myLife, in these 11+years, firefighters willExtend a hand, but also hide "theSituation." The police exert authority&play in2 the situation. The FBI enables theSituation. The partySchool wants 2 save its ownSkin. In an American conspiracy against 1 person, I left out 1 group.-
- In just going through past job application emails, I see the part where they ask you, "if you're a veteran?" They ask did you serve your country. Some people join the military for better opportunities after their service, and some are in it for the service. But when a normal-
- person thinks of a soldier, they think of someq going off 2 the Middle East &nabbing some bad guys. But we say "Thank U for ur service." Well, guys, myAmerican citizenship is being violated. There is a massiveConspiracy against 1 American. Illegal all around with illegal tech.-
- everyone is taking facts for granted and taking the extra measure of not talking to the person involved, for 11+ years. Being an American requires the extra step of compassion and a heart in your actions. While I understand you blow things up, I am in need of your compassion.-
- I am in need of  an exemplary American, such as a soldier, "fighting for this country" (as they say), to defend my rights against a government that allows this to happen. It's been 11+ years. Why are you taking this for granted and not investigating?-
-If you were to help me, unlike the others who say through obligation, duty, what they were instructed, or mechanically: "Thank you for your service." , I would say it from the bottom of my heart. -
-Why won't even you not look into what's going and help me? Is it because of my Indian skin and do I remind you of the Middle Eastern Muslims that you're stereotyped to being against? Is it because I'm not a blonde white girl that you allow this to happen to me?-
- To fight for my citizenship's entitlement, you don't need to go to another country. Stop this illegal thing and the façade of the orchestrators from happening. -
-If its because you see me as an enemy, then do me the kindness of ending me like you do with the rest, rather than having these disgusting pigs of orchestrators keep their word of "doing away with me."
Verilux Sun Lamps - might give you an energy boost...
I think there are aromatherapy oils that you can apply on the skin for their health benefits...who knew...
