feels fucking great when people do something without you. especially something you have been wanting to do for over a YEAR but its so fucking hard to get a full team of people for this because yeah i get it its one of the hardest achievements in the game but then they just fucking do it on a whim out of nowhere with some new guys like. i have. been wanting to do this. for more than a Year. and no one. was ever. down.

my ACEN tip gimmick has been fulfilled, aaand i got a little carried away with it. I haven't had time to draw for myself (or at all, really??) in like two weeks, i needed to Doodle and Have Fun. ... also, i did not think he would get so many donuts. people understand the value of giving treats to fictional characters :) its what he deserves
also shoutout to snazzyskeletons who had the same Tip Theme i did. we took pictures with our tip jars together. they are adorable v
i'm glad their vash got some donut money too :) 🍩 please check them out if you want some cute trigun stuff

there's something sadly funny about the way that Kaladin goes into literally every situation thinking "Too bad I'm not cool anymore 😔"
I mean. I get it. Depression fucks your brain up and you feel detached from yourself and any skills you have or had. The PTSD and chronic fatigue are keeping him from doing things he once managed with far less effort. And it's rather impossible to feel like you can just... do things like you used to when you're struggling at a basic level to simply be.
Still, literally everyone who knows him is like "Kaladin you're so storming cool" and he goes "They're referring to the person I was, who is dead. I'll never be cool again. I'm sorry."
The most hilarious thing? He walks into these moments, thinking 'too bad', and then he does the most objectively amazing thing possible while everyone else just watches in awe.
Kaladin, three seconds after absolutely changing everyone's outlook on life: Aw, it's too bad the person I just was died again. Guess I have to find something else to be cuz I sure can't pull that off anymore.

Hello, Charlie, just wanted to make this ask to tell you how amazing you are. You were one of the first kindergarten accounts I found here on Tumblr and I'm honestly so happy I did.
You, as well as other kg artist, made me feel so much better with my art, seeing someone having an art style that looked so similar to mine yet so different and from someone so cool as you. It made me feel a lot better, even if it's not something that big.
Also, the way you draw Ozzy is honestly so cool and a huge inspiration for my current way of drawing him, I adore him.
You are a super cool person, the few times I've been able to talk to you on the kindergarten server I've been so happy, I literally look up to you a lot, you are one of my idols here on Tumblr (is that how you say it?). However, what I mean is that you are in my top 3 favorite kindergarten artists, and the fact that I am able to talk to you is just so... "#!_:#)'#)€?". I got a little jump scared when I saw you on the server.
And there is more, but I honestly can't bring myself to write more without breaking up crying, soo, sorry for the super long ask and for being a coward and writing this as anon –🐀💥
anon… anon whoever u are i’m gonna get you… …. crignngn in the house tonight this means so much tysm sosbbsdnjsnsbd.

I think one of the things I love the most about gifsets is seeing what moments people choose to edit.
Like, no one edit feels the same even if it’s the same scene, right? Sometimes people add new effects or colors or words (or humor), and sometimes they don’t but it doesn’t matter cause either way they’re telling me something about the story and how they view it. One person might focus on a main character’s expression during a big (or small) moment. Another may want to focus on beautiful scenery or set pieces and still another might be looking at the way a character lifts a cup to their lips or does the buttons of their shirt.
I love how through the time and care someone has put into the edits they make I get to pick up on details I may have never noticed before—microscopic acting or design choices, or textures or colors that I never paid close attention to, quotes I never thought to associate with a particular character or relationship.
It’s such a unique format for artistic expression, and I never get tired of seeing all the different perspectives—I get something new from every one of them, and it keeps the stories fresh even after I’ve seen them dozens of times. And I think that’s beautiful 💙
